A MEMORY OF THE PAST?

A/N- Two more story ideas, but I decided to fuse them into one. Ugh! Life is confusing! I don't own Sonic and company…but I DO own Celestial! HA! I own over 60 other characters and I share ownership with my bestest friend Silhouette the Hedgehog! Shadow'sSkaterGirl (Hope I spelled that write! If you read this and I spelled this wrong I'm SO sorry! Don't kill me!) inspired this story!

It was mid afternoon and Amy is yet again chasing after her true blue hero Sonic the Hedgehog. They are running through the park and Amy is catching up to Sonic. She leaps and lands on him. She squeezes him tightly. "I've got you my darling Sonic!"

"Amy!" shouts Sonic. "Amy! Get off of me!" He pushes her away rather roughly. "Why can't you get it through your thick skull! I don't love you! In fact…I HATE you! You can't leave me alone for five minutes! Just stop chasing me around!" Sonic then gets up and runs off quickly. Amy sits on the ground with tears welling in her emerald eyes. She begins to cry and puts her head in her hands. She feels a hand on her shoulder and looks around to see Shadow behind her.

"Are you okay Amy?" asks Shadow. Amy jumps up and hugs Shadow tightly.

"Oh Shadow!" cries Amy. "Sonic is such a jerk!"

"Calm down Amy," says Shadow. He leads her to a park bench. Amy leans into Shadow's chest and continues to cry. Shadow pats her back gentle and hugs her. "It's okay Amy. Let it all out." After a few minutes Amy stops crying. "Do you feel any better now?"

"Yes," says Amy. "Thanks."

"Any time," says Shadow. He smiles at Amy.

When Amy saw his smile it made her melt. `Wait! Why am I feeling this way? Do I…do I love Shadow?'

Shadow stares into Amy's emerald eyes. He loves her so much. He is just to shy to tell her. He actually liked her ever since their run in at Prison Island. At first he tried to deny it, but no matter how fast a person is they can't run from the truth, and Shadow is no exception. He really was quite jealous of all the attention Amy gave Sonic.

Amy stares into Shadow's blood red eyes. She had never noticed how beautiful they were before. She couldn't stop staring into his eyes. Their faces slowly get closer until they are inches a part. Then it happens. Their lips meet in their first kiss.

For the first time since he lost Maria Shadow actually felt pure joy. He felt like he was in heaven, and he never wants to leave. Shadow deepens the kiss.

After a few minutes they break the kiss. Amy and Shadow are both blushing slightly. "Wow," says Amy. "I've never felt so happy in my life."

"Neither have I," says Shadow.

Amy looks around and notices that it is beginning to get dark. "Oh! I've gotta get home!" says Amy.

"Okay," says Shadow.

Amy begins to run off when she hears Shadow's voice.

"Do you want to go to Twinkle Park with me tomorrow?" asks Shadow.

"Oh! Shadow! Of course I would!" says Amy.

"Does 12 sound good?" asks Shadow.

"12 sounds great," says Amy. She runs off in the direction of her home. After a few minutes she reaches her destination. She opens the door and walks into her house. She closes and locks the door behind her. She walks into her living room. It was a cozy little living room with a few couches, a glass coffee table, a plasma screen tv, and a fireplace. She takes the remote from the table and turns on the TV. She flips through the channels when a news report catches her eyes. She puts the remote down and begins to watch. The anchor was talking about a break in at the GUN base. The mysterious thing about it that nothing was missing. (That's what they say)

/GUN base, a few hours earlier/

Eggman breaks the final security door to the base. "I swear," says Eggman. "It seems like every time I break in it just gets easier. Now where is that weapon. He jumps out of his walker and begins looking around. While walking he accidentally flips a switch. An almost invisible door opens up. "AHAH!" He walks through the door and finds a machine very similar to the one Shadow was held in. He walks up to it and finds that it needs a Chaos Emerald. He takes his emerald out of his pocket and puts it in the console. "Hmm…a password. Of course! Ma-ri-a!" He types it in. The code fails. "What?! ARGH!" He tries a countless numbers of codes which all fail. "Hmmm…I wonder." He types in Sh-ad-ow. The level rises up and soon a figure is standing on top of it. It appears to be a hedgehog, except that it has wings and if you look close enough you can see that it's feet look like a bird's. The hedgehog's quills are styled like Amy's. It is black with magenta streaks on her quills, arms, and legs. Its wings are a pale pink. It has a magenta crescent moon and star on its chest. (You can barely see it cause it wears clothes) Its eyes are a beautiful shade of teal. They start out light at the pupil and slowly get darker as they reach the end of the irises. She is wearing a white tube top and blue flared jeans that show off her curvy hips and…uh…breasts. (That's why you can partially see the moon.) She has bracelets identical to Amy's and her ears are pierced. She also has back spikes. (I put that because Amy doesn't.)

"Who has been so kind as to release me?" asks the girl. Her voice is sweet and similar to Amy's except her voice is a lot more mature.

"My name is Doctor Eggman," says the evil genious. This is exactly what he needs! A new pawn in his evil plots. "What about you?"

"My name is Celestial," says the female. "Final step in Project: Shadow. The Ultimate female Life Form." She looks at Eggman closely and her eyes narrow into a glare. "I knew you looked familiar! You are Gerald's grandson!"

"Yes," says Eggman. "Which means you will be listening to me from now on!"

"ME listening to YOU!" shouts Celestial. "Don't make me laugh! I listen to no one! ESPECIALLY someone related to Gerald!"

"You have no choice!" shouts Eggman.

"Oh really?" says Celestial. "I have been wanting to warm up, and I think you would be the perfect target! CELESTIAL SHOCKER!" A ball of pink energy forms in her hands. It moves around like electricity. She throws it at Eggman forcing the genious to dive out of the way. He runs to his walker.

"You'll be sorry you did that!"

Celestial simply laughs and flies into the air. "Is that little contraption supposed to scare me?"

Eggman answers by shooting several lasers at her.

"CELESTIAL SHEILD!" A pink wall of energy forms around her and the lasers reflect off of it. They hit many walls causing gaint explosions. Celestial then flies up to the walker. She puts her hand on it. She takes one of her clawed feet and cuts a piece of the metal. She puts her hand in the machine.

"Fool," says Eggman. "This machine has so much electricity in it that you will be killed!"

"I've handled way more electricity than this before!" She closes her eyes and electricity begins to flow into her veins. When she finishes static is traveling around her body. "Thanks for the charge!" She forms a ball of electricity in her hands. "CELESTIAL SUPER SHOCKER!" In the middle of the yellow ball of electricity a magenta circle forms. The sphere of energy grows bigger. Celestial throws it and it expands even further. A giant electric explosion occurs. When it is over the room is all black. "FOOLS! THE WORLD WILL KNOW MY PAIN AND I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE FOR WHAT SHADOW DID TO ME!" She begins to laugh unlike her voice. It didn't suite her at all. It was cold and heartless. She then takes the Chaos Emerald from the console. She looks at it. It's the yellow one. "Ewww! It's yellow!" She puts on a look of concentration and when she opens her eyes the emerald is magenta. "Much better! CHAOS FLASH!" The new villain disappears into thin air.
