Prologue; Time to Clear Some Things Up!

WARNING! MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS! READ AT OWN RISK!

 

 

Hey all! ShadowRider here! I've read the three reviews I have for this fic, Sonic 15th, and I just want to clear some things up;

 

The game it's based on, for those who don't know, is called SONIC the Hedgehog, or Sonic Next-Gen/Sonic 06 by the fan community, such as myself.

 

The princess referred to as “Elise” does actually exist, as she is the princess that Sonic must save as the main plot of the game.

 

Soleanna is the city of water, where the princess lives, and where she says some prayer thing in the E3 trailer.

 

The “Flames of Disaster” are a secret the princess holds, which Dr. Eggman is after so he can conquer the world. Involvement of the Chaos Emeralds is unknown, but in the trailer it said that the Chaos Emeralds were the “miracle gems that were the key to its secret.”

As a final note, I would appreciate many reviews for this fic, telling me what it is I could do better (plotwise, humor, lemon, whatever. I like to hear from my fellow fic writers.) ADDED ON SEPTEMBER 12th, 2006!!!!

Hey all! ShadowRider here! Sorry about the lack of updates for this fic lately, I was waiting for some more information to come out about the game…and due to some information leaks and a new Japanese website, I found just the information I'm looking for!

 

First of all, Shadow does in fact explore environments in a similar manner to Sonic: Free of vehicles and on foot. He can use the chaos spear and chaos blast upon speculation, and appears to obtain firearms once again. He's still expected to drive military vehicles, and is apparently in charge of rescuing Rouge. He, however, meets up and battles with another mysterious hedgehog and is sent to the future, according to wikipedia. (???)

 

Next, Tails is playable outside of story mode.

 

Third, Blaze the Cat is confirmed to make an appearance in this game's storyline, so don't be surprised if she starts popping into the fic here and there (via cameo or otherwise.)

 

Fourth, more of the action stages' names have been revealed, along with some descriptions.

 

How does this new information affect the fic, you ask? Well, it will affect the new update schedule I'm putting into place. First of all, I'm going to add a separate fic for Silver, Shadow AND Tails, each deviating into their own storylines. Though they will interact with the stories of the other characters, they will, for the most part, be separate. And I will PROMISE to update ONCE PER WEEK! But, I don't know WHICH story, WHICH day of WHICH week, so stay on your toes.
