Author's Comments: My longest chapter yet, by a few lines, but also the first with no real sex. This part is an insert for the follow up. Yes, Chapter 4 will have sex and it'll follow right in the first chapter's steps, meaning the sex will be very present.

However, know that I don't want to just write sex and more sex. I'm going for a story here, something big, something I've wanted to do for some time, in this universe or another. This time, I'm having positive comments, so I guess I'll continue. The writing of chapter 4 will depend of two things: the quicker the comments come to me and the finish of another lemon I'm writing, set in a certain yellow people's world.

Chapter 3

Love and questions

Sally ran to Rotor's hut, but the mechanic told her Sonic and Tails had already left for their hut, so after thanking him, she quickly turned towards her blue love's shack. Arriving at the hut, she sopped, took her breath and casually knocked on the door. Hearing nothing, she slightly opened the door.

-Hello?

-Sally! Don't look! I'm naked!, came Sonic's reply.

-I'm sorry! I'm…

Then she thought: we're all naked! She opened the door to reveal Sonic and Tails laughing on their beds.

-Sonic? I'd like to talk to you in private.

-Hear that Tails? The princess wants to talk. Could you excuse us a moment?

-It shouldn't be more then ten minutes, added Sally quickly.

Tails looked at them both, wondering what they were going to talk about, but failing to get any clues, he slowly left them alone. Sally closed the door behind him.

-So, Sal, what'd'ya wanted to talk to me about?

Sally ignored the question and started roaming around the room. If ever she had seen a dirty room, this was it, on Sonic's half at least. She sat on Tails bed, but still didn't look at Sonic, rather admiring her feet and searching for what to say exactly.

-Yo! Sal! I'm waiting.

-I saw you Sonic…

-I saw you with Tails…

-Sal, please get to the point.

The situation was getting very uncomfortable and Sally didn't know how to say the next part. How could a ten year old say "I love you"? She got up and walked towards Sonic. She sat on his bed and looked back down, at her feet.

Tails stopped fake sobbing and awaited, expecting the worst. Sonic took a deep breath. He wasn't used to make serious speeches… He looked Tails in the eyes.

-I think… no, I know I love Sally.

This wasn't going well at all. Tails's chances were getting thiner by the second. He had to keep playing the guilt card.

-So you don't like me anymore. I'm not going to cry this time, I just want an honest answer.

-Yes, I like you, you're my best bud, but just that, as a friend, not that… that.

This time, Sonic stood up. He ran to the door, saying: "Stay here." He didn't sound mad, but rather as if he had a plan. Moments later, he came back and returned to his bed.

-I went to get Julayla. She'll reason with you.

Julayla arrived shortly after. She sat on a nearby chair, after removing some papers and putting them on the desk.

Julayla: Now please explain to me in detail what is the problem.

Sonic explained the whole story, from the game of Capture the flag to now, omitting only how he was peeking at Sally through the bushes and his love declaration.

-…And I went to get you after that.

-Uh, this is something else, isn't there Sonic, Tails said. You said you loved Sally earlier and kissed her.

-How do you know that?

-I was kinda spying on you.

-It's Tails! Good night aunt Julayla.

-Good night, replied Sonic, still lost in thought.

Julayla backed through the door and closed it.

-Tails, please let me follow her advice and sleep on it. Give me time.

-Ok sure, no prob.

Sonic closed his eyes and quickly fell asleep. He dreamed of a new world where Mobians could have sex and live however they felt. And he was at the center of it all, with his loved ones, and all was right.
