Hey! This is _UsagiGirl_ once again! Even with my lack of reviews, *sniff* I have posted another story in a somewhat vain attempt to be loved by an audience…. Anyway, here's the teaser/first chapter!

"It's a girl!" the doctor declared… and that was the end of his memories.

Fourteen years later…

"Midori-Suishou-Rusui the Echidna." the girl said to the substitute who was struggling with her name. "Everyone just calls me Midori, though." Why was her name so dumb? Her parents, Knuckles and Tikal wouldn't even tell her why she was named that or what it meant. Midori went through the day as normal. A few people made fun of her name, and she punched them out.

Midori-Suishou-Rusui is a 14-year-old echidna the color of fire. Her personality was also like fire. She couldn't be controlled and she destroyed a lot. However, unlike fire, Midori didn't need anything to get her started and most of the time she couldn't be "put out." She was the daughter of Knuckles the Echidna and Tikal the Echidna. There is also a mystery about her. Something no one knows, save her parents. Even Midori doesn't know it herself.
