Morning came and I didn't care. I just stayed there next to Shadow. The phone rang but I didn't answer. I let the machine get it. Those bastards had the balls to leave a message telling us they were coming over. They said they were going to come over and do us both. I find that highly unlikely. I am going to kill them both before they can lay a hand on me or Shadow.

 

Shadow woke up. I told him about the message. He was scared. I told him it was going to be alright. I knew what to do. I know that these bastards know how to pick locks. That's how they got in last time. That is how they'll get in this time. More than likely they'll come in and look for Shadow first. I can make the first kill silent. I keep a gun behind the T.V. for protection and for situations like this. It also has a silencer on it. The second kill should be that easy.

 

I can stuff the bodies into some garbage bags and run them down to the dump. Down at the dump there is a place where there is just a bunch of tar pits. No one will go in there. I can get out a couple of seconds.

 

I'll clean up the mess when I get back. No questions will be asked. This will be so easy.
