"There you are. Where's Renée?" I shrug "He's probably back at the house."

On our way back to the house through the thick brush, I notice something tattooed on okasan's arm, "Okasan, what's that?" I pointed to the tattoo. She lifted up her sleeve. The tattoo read "Sen".

"Okasan, why do you have my name tattooed on your arm?"

"Sen, was my nickname," she obviously saw the confusion on my face, "my name, Chihiro, means `thousand fathoms' and to my friends in America. Therefore, I'm Sen to my friends, Chihiro to my parents, and Chi-Chi," which she stated with great distaste, "to your father."

I heard a twig snap and smelled fire, "Aoshi! Come out!" silence, "Ne! Show yourself!
