Chapter 1: Rain and sunshine
The two girls walked next to each other at a steady pace taking in the beautiful scenary of the autumn leaves on there way to the vacation house. The smaller red headed girl followed after the somewhat taller silver haired girl, holding on tightly to the picnic basket full of her friends homemade food. Nagisa looked up at the sky with a sad expression on her face as she thought about Tamao-chan. Shizuma could tell Nagisa was distressed about Tamao not being able to come along and she tried to cheer her up and spoke nicely of her friend. "Nagisa why don't we have Tamao's food that she worked so hard to prepare hmm." Nagisa looked into Shizuma's eyes and was very grateful that she was trying to make her feel more at ease, but she couldn't help but feel bad. Shizuma then reminded her that there the only one's here, which prompted Nagisa to blush slightly.
Shizuma smiled gently and Nagisa was still blushing, wondering what sneaky move Etoile no Shizuma-san would try to make on her. She was too caught up in her thoughts till she felt something wet hit her face and felt Shizuma's hand grab onto her's suddenly. Shizuma looked over at Nagisa with a discontent expression. Lightning suddenly streaked across the sky and a huge boom from the thunder, at that moment Shizuma came back into the room quietly after setting down the tea and hugged Nagisa from behind earning a small yelp from the startled girl. "Don't worry I already called in to let them know were not coming back."
