Disclaimer: Don't own them please don't sue as of the point that I make no money of this fic.

Notes: Okay so far so good I've had no death threats yet and a lot of support from those who helped bring about my own Teknoman Rebirth. Thanks to Leizel Ann and Star who helped me remember why I loved this show so much and for all those different sites that help me find out how it ended. I bet a lot of you thought I didn't know Saber died. To restore hope is one of the greatest thing that can be done while my work may not be award material it is still my gift to all those who helped an old soldier remember why he got up early every Sunday (what were they thinking with that time slot anyway?) to watch one of the greatest shows on Earth.

Chapter 2: Mirror Images

DeadEnd was not used to being a team player. Having to fight with Teknoman Vexor was a new and unsettling experience. It was however obvious that she need but did not want his help. After her second failed attempt impaled the black and red Teknoman he had tried to help only to be told, "Stay out of my way you son of a," the last part was lost as she was kneed in the stomach and sent, once more, flying onto the Space Ring. Vexor them had shot her Teknopower beam at him. He simply moved out of the way and laughed, "Ha Ha Ha! You are an idiot not only do you attack in a blindness that waste your only shot on a target that is at full power! How did you ever become a Space Knight?" That had all happened in a battle that had taken less than five minutes. Now its my turn I suppose, better make this quick. DeadEnd thought as turned to what he believed would be a quick fight. "You have skill. I'm impressed but have no idea what you are facing. Seeing as I'm a Space Knight now I'll give you the option to live if you give up now." The Teknoman's body movement was relaxed this unnerved DeadEnd just a little. The Teknoman then said, "Funny I was just going to say the same to you DeadEnd." This man knows me. Ha a lot of people have heard of me but why is there no fear in him. DeadEnd push the thoughts away as he flew towards this new evil in the world, or so he saw it.

Had Saber not seen DeadEnd's last fight with his brother he would not of been so cocky. He knew DeadEnd was overconfident, he believed that because he had beaten Blade twice and came close to the third time that he could fight and kill anyone. What DeadEnd did not know, but Saber did, was that it is a lot harder to fight someone who knew your style and that Blade had held back the third so as not to kill DeadEnd. DeadEnd's attacks depended on the person's willingness to fight a straight up and close up fight. Saber had no interest in such a fight. DeadEnd drew his obsidian blade and flew towards Saber poised for a decapitating strike. Instead of the normal block Saber duck and used his engines to go under DeadEnd he then slammed his foot into DeadEnd back. "Here's a tip, in space there is no up or down and no limit to flight." Saber sneered. I'm beginning to understand why Natasha wants this man dead. He's too annoying! DeadEnd thought. He screamed and flew towards Saber only to see his target turned and ran. "Catch me if you can," Saber yelled towards DeadEnd in his ever-mocking voice. "I'll catch you cut out your tongue and watch you bleed to death." DeadEnd promised. He flew towards Saber only to see his vanish and appear right in front of him. Saber hit DeadEnd with his free hand in the face then he brought his lance's flat end onto his right temple. Before DeadEnd had time to respond Saber had flown a safe distance away.

Crud! Saber thought as he flew away from DeadEnd I forgot how much my cloaking device drains my power it's not much but I don't need this now I have to make sure Ringo's on his way to Earth. DeadEnd was ready for the net strike when a white light flared and he Teknoman Blade and Saber locked in a death dance.

Teknoman Summer, Hiver, and a very pissed Vexor were prepared to join DeadEnd with the red and black Teknoman when Blade appeared. Always Blade's entrances into a battle had been ones of graceful power, but not now. Now his entrance was one of wild fury unseen by any of them, even by the scared soul of DeadEnd.

DeadEnd had asked Blade what did he know of suffering. The answer would have shocked them all. Ness Carter died only to be reborn as Teknoman Blade. Blade had been born of Ness's pain as he witnessed his family transformation from kind loving people into monsters. Blade had seen his father suck dry. Blade had fought and killed his best friend. He watched his little sister, which even at the end was so pure full of innocence and hope, live in pain and fear, then finally die to protect him. He had killed his teacher and a man he could have call his Uncle. He had fought his twin brother to what he had believed to the death. Finally Blade fought his older brother in a final climatic battle. It had taken years with the woman he loved more than life itself to bring Ness back but the nightmares would still come and here it was in living flesh behind Teknoarmor. Now once more Ness was laid to rest and Blade was Reborn.

The brothers held each other with their lances neither could gain an inch in their power struggle. Blade was still recovering from his fight with DeadEnd and Saber had just fought four Teknomen. If a knowing viewer were to look at their power levels they would laugh. They stood at equal powers. They were in the end the perfect twins. The red on both of their armors showed their bond, but both wore colors that were the exact opposite of each other.

Saber cursed he had not wanted this it this way. All my plans for not. He could not hold back with Blade as he had with the others between them each blow could be the others last. My one hope is on Earth. Now I have to get there if there is to be any chance.

Star Summers was a strong woman anyone who looked at her could see that. But now she was afraid. She had known fear for years. She and fear were on a first name basis. But now she trembled as she looked upon the devil. She had met devil and she knew his name was Saber. She feared him as she did no other living or dead thing in the dimension. She feared what he could do to her, but this fear was easy to overcome. It was fear for what would happen to Blade, the man she loved and would gladly face any devil for. It's been hard all these years. Ness tried to forget but I still remember how he would look if Ringo or anyone else talked about their families or even high school. But Ringo wasn't there during the nights of passion were he would wake up screaming one of their names. This could kill him. She stopped walking, put up her portable monitor and wanted to scream. The Blue Earth Craft's engines were still broken and she could not see Pegasus. Blade needed her. She could not fight Saber and would just be Blade's handicap, but she could stop the ship heading to Earth and stop whatever Saber had planed. "Well lass," a deep Scottish voice asked, "are you coming or what?" Star looked behind the damaged ship and saw Mac in the door of the original Blue Earth. The old ship had seen better days but to Star is it was a site worthy of Heaven for all the hope it gave her at that moment. "Let's go old friend." The words were but whispers and Mac knew that they were not for him.

Saber and Blade fought as true twins neither gaining an edge. Blade holding Saber's lance inches from his face with his own, detached the bottom half of his lance but Saber had done the same and they lock together in yet another fashion. "Brother we must talk," Saber stated with a deep strain on his voice. This only add to Blade's bondless furry. He throw Saber away from him. "No. No more talk Saber no more games just stay quiet and die!" Blade yelled in righteous hatred as he took a swipe at Saber's head with the top part of his lance and blocked a blow from Saber. Saber flew at Blade in a slicing move to wound his brother, but Blade used Saber's own trick against him. He move under Saber's blow and hit him in the back of his head with his entire savage might. Saber saw stars and they were not outside of the armor but in his eyes. Had Blade hit him a little lower he would been in very bad shape. "To high as usual brother. Now can we talk?" Saber pleaded. Had Blade not been consumed by his rage he might have heard the sincerity in Saber's voice. He however was consumed by his rage and so he launched at Saber with even more force.

The four new Space Knight Teknomen were an in awe of the battle before them. It was a deadly dance these two danced but there has always been a kind of beauty in battle and this fight was perfect each of the two rivals never once made a mistake but this they hit off each other it truly was the perfect battle. They were preparing to join in the battle when the Chief's voice came on the communicators. "Stay back all of you!" She ordered. "But Chief we have to help Blade!" Hiver yelled. "No, Yumi you don't understand if you come between Blade and this battle you will die by Saber's hands or maybe even by Blade's. I want you all to head back to Earth and be ready to fight if we should fail." Yumi was preparing to argue but see then looked at how Blade was fighting and she knew fear. There were no sounds from his communicator. He truly wanted this man dead he had not fought DeadEnd or even the alien Teknomen like this. He even showed the Spidercrabes more mercy than this.

The Blue Earth flew towards the shuttle with its engines blazing. The old ship flew with new life as if the ship itself knew its part in this universal drama. It's gun shinning like a set of an old dragon's teeth, preparing to fire on the small shuttle. "Hey," a voice called on the Blue Earth's communicator; "you're not going to blow me up with my own ship are ya?" Star's hand's released the trigger to the laser cannons and had a total look of shock on her face. "Ring.... Ringo!" She nearly yelled out in joy until realty set in Ringo had been dead for years. "I don't know who you are but angering the woman behind the big guns was not a smart idea. My friend died years ago!" She once more aimed at the shuttle. "Look Star I don't know what's going on but I am Ringo Richards. We grew up together. We went to high school together. We took baths together when we were five for goodness sacks. I once told you a girl could not fight and you kick my butt six ways to Sunday. We met Blade together. I was Balzac's best man. I got Blade to take you out for the first time." Ringo pleaded. "Okay I bite if you are Ringo what's going on?" Star asked. "Look Star I'd love to talk but I got a big bomb on this ship and were heading for the Space Knight command center. I guess Saber wanted me dead after all." Ringo responded. Star formed a plan quickly and told Ringo, "Okay here's my plan. I'll send Pegasus over and he'll drop off a charge to blow the bomb up before it hits Earth. He'll then give you a ride back to the Blue Earth." "Okay but if he starts to sing Bold Solider Boy along the way back I'm going to kill ya." Ringo laugh.

Saber and Blade saw the explosion. No! It can't be! Saber screamed inside his head. He had finally gotten Blade closer to Earth and the shuttled blow up. Now he knew his fate was sealed. Then he felt the intense heat of reentry and prayed to God that he would live long enough to save his twin and find peace at last.

Blade knew that there could be no fight during reentry. He and Saber stared at each other and it grew slowly hotter. Blade had once flown through the atmosphere after his first fight with Teknoman Gunner. Even it the Teknoarmor he could still feel the heat. But this was a controlled fall as soon as he and Saber were inside the Earth sphere they turned on their engines and renewed the attack. But then Saber stopped and flew straight to the beach, which was only seven miles from the command center. Saber landed and fell on his knees he glowed red for a moment and then there stood Cain Carter looking at the now grounded Teknoman Blade. "Brother," pleaded in a voice Ness had thought he would never hear again, "please look into my eyes and see that I am no longer Saber and please forgive me."
