Well, I'm glad that my story has gained some good popularity and it only has been two chapters into the story and I'm glad that I got the `mix' of both stories correct. However, beforehand, I would like to apologize of any `mistakes' on any information about either story. My knowledge on Sailor Moon is rusty and only recently I learned about the storyline and backgrounds of Tokyo Mew-Mew/Mew-Mew power. Okay, with that said and done, I don't own Sailor Moon or Tokyo Mew-Mew/Mew-Mew Power!

 

Sailor Moon Super Stars: Sailor Mew-Mew

 

Recap: After the battle with Badiyanu, the scouts began to try to return to `normal' lives, but on the meanwhile, Serena Tsukino AKA Sailor Moon is remembering the days that she was part of another super-heroines team, the Tokyo Mew-Mews. However, in the final battle with Deep Blue, Serena sacrificed her Mew-Mew powers to save her best friend Zoey and maintain her powers with the other Mew-Mews and then moved back to Kanto district where Serena became Sailor Moon and had all of her adventures with the Sailor Scouts. But then while hurrying to a meeting with Darien and the other scouts, Serena jumped thirty feet into the air, did three mid-air barrel rolls, and landed on her feet, perfect, a sure sign of her `old' power coming back. At the meeting, the scouts were attacked by a new enemy, Happy Child of the War Rose Knights, who knew everything about Darien and the scouts, down to Rini being Serena's and Darien's future daughter from Crystal Tokyo! But this `enemy' is from this time and he's human! Happy Child and his associates are part of a group of human born with super-natural and super-human powers and shunned by society. Coming to believe that humans are unworthy of Planet Earth, the War Rose Knight plans the total annihilation of the human race! However, they say only one person can stand in there way and she must die. But unfortunately that one person is none other than Sailor Moon herself! Happy Child then releases a high frequency sound attack that only Luna, Atriums, and Sailor Moon and it were killing them! However, Happy Child made himself invisible and unable to be found by even Mercury's computer and scanner, but somehow, Sailor Moon found Happy Child and gave him a whooping with her Moon Gorgeous Meditation. In the aftermath, though, Rei and Darien wondered and worried about Serena. When Rini, Luna, and Serena got back to Serena's home, Serena calls up Zoey, leader of the Tokyo Mew-Mews, and gave her a `heads up' on what's happening that she's coming. Serena then leaves for the Edo district on the next day, but Rini overhears Serena's phone conversation with Zoey and she, Darien, and the other scouts prepare to follow Serena. However, another and darker figure is also following our Moon Princess. . .

 

Chapter 2: Reunion and Discovery

 

(Edo district train station; Late Morning)

 

We find ourselves in front of the Edo district train station as a train pulls into the station and when it comes to a complete stop, some people leave the train. One of those many people is none other than Serena Tsukino also known as Sailor Moon, champion of truth and justice, leader of the Sailor Scouts, and the last princess of the Moon Kingdom as Princess Serena.

 

As Serena looks around, she says, “Wow. It feels good to be back in Edo and nothing has changed since I've been here last, by the looks of it from here.” Serena then exits the train station and starts to walk down the streets heading towards the Café Mew-Mew, her former place of employment during when she was part of the Tokyo Mew-Mew team. Serena then thinks in her own mind, “I hope that Zoey told Elliott that I'm coming today, but then again, if he forgets, he will say that it had `slipped his mind'. Man! I can never understand that guy! Sometimes he's cool and sometimes, he's a real asshole!” Serena then gives a deep sigh and continues to walk along, however, she doesn't know that she being watched by two figures on the nearby rooftops.

 

The first figure tells the second one, in the same voice as the figure known as Duke, “Well, what do you think of her, King?”

 

The second figure, King, tells the first figure, in a deep, mature, intelligence, but dark tone, “One word: Excellent. I'm surprised that she defeated Happy Child with all that supersonic sound blasting her ears, but Ms. Moon tends not to disappoint. Ms. Moon is indeed more than she appears or makes herself out to be.”

 

Duke nods his head, though features are still unseen, and tells King, “Yes, I tend to agree. I can feel this `aura' around her that makes her much different from the rest. She seems to be more complex than she appears to be.”

 

King tells Duke, “She must want herself to appear simple. I can sense something within her past that's making her do this `act' and hide her true personality. Protecting of other friends and loneliness from lack of friends as well as being away from friends. Plus. . . Interesting, guilt and fear about unleashing her anger and rage. Something must have happened in Ms. Moon past that made her true self from her new friends and even her beloved other than protecting herself and her `old' team's, the Tokyo Mew-Mews, secret identities. A bit of a `dark secret' if you will.”

 

Duke then asks, in a dark curious tone, “Shall we investigate?”

 

King nods his head and says, “However, we shall wait and see what she does next. We will `confront' her when the time is right.”

 

Duke bows and says, “As you command, King.” Just then Duke and King disappear into the thin air through teleportation, leaving our Serena looking up and around, sensing something or someone in the area. But not finding anyone, she shrugs her shoulders and heads off to Café Mew-Mew, but with a bad feeling inside of her.

 

(Somewhere in the middle of the Edo district; A short time later)

 

Now, we find Serena in front of a school building and looking at it with a smile as she look at the school building's every detail.

 

Serena then gives a deep sigh, smiles, and says, “My old junior high school. Man, this place brings back so many memories. Hanging with Zoey and our friends, here, at the school, and getting into all types of weirdness, including Dren using Infusers to infect and enlarge bacteria to trap Zoey's boyfriend and crush, Mark as well as all types of situation because of our `Mew-Mew moments' when our animal instincts decided to take over.” Serena giggles to herself and says, “Now, I can look back at these times, smile, and laugh, but at that time, they were no `laughing matter'. However, I've got to admit, those were some of the best times of my life, but I would have dealt with less backbreaking work at the café.” Serena rubs her lower back and says, “I still have cricks in back from all of that work and it has been two years since I left the Mew-Mews. Man, that Elliott can be one hell of a slave-driver, but then again, if he got me mad, I gave him a piece of my mind. Those were the good old days.” Serena shakes her head, laughs at herself, and says, “Now, I'm sounding like an old woman. Geez, I must be turning into a real freak!”

 

Just then Serena hears a girl's voice call out, “Hey, did you hear?!” When Serena looked at the source of the girl's voice, she sees two 13 year old girls, one with black hair and one with light blue hair talking with each other.

 

The girl with the blue hair says, “Yeah, I did! I hear that another alien monster appeared in the park!”

 

The girl with the black hair then states, “No kidding! I also heard that the Tokyo Mew-Mews are there battling it!”

 

When Serena hears about the Tokyo Mew-Mews, she calls out, “Excuse me!” When the girls look towards Serena, she comes over and asks them, “Did you hear where in the park that the battle between the Tokyo Mew-Mews and that alien is going on?”

 

The girl with the black hair states, “In the middle of the park, why do you ask?”

 

Serena tells the girl, “Thanks a lot! Really appreciate it!” Serena then starts running for the park.

 

The girl with blue hair tells Serena, in a worried tone, “Wait! It's too dangerous!”

 

Serena calls back, “Don't worry about me! I can take care of myself, but thanks for the concern! Later!” Serena then continues to run until she was out of sight.

 

The girl with the black hair says, “She must be a real big fan.”

 

The girl with the blue hair nods her head in agreement and says, “Yeah, can't blame her. What's not to like about them? They have the cutest outfits and they are super-heroes.”

 

However, Serena is thinking on the meanwhile, “Oh, man! What if it those new enemies like Happy Child that the scouts and I faced yesterday?! If they know about my past, including being part of the Mew-Mew team before I became Sailor Moon, then they must be after the Mew-Mews, too! I've got to get to them before it is too late!” Serena then looks to see if anyone is watching her and then she uses super-human speed to rush towards the park, only appearing as blur to people passing by.

 

(Somewhere within Edo park; A brief time soon after)

 

Serena then reaches Edo Park a short time later and looks around to find the Mew-Mew team, but doesn't find them at first.

 

Serena then hears a female voice call out, “Heart Arrow!”

 

Serena recognizes the voice instantly and thinks, “That's Corina's voice!” When Serena looks to the source of Corina's voice, she gasps to see the whole Mew-Mew team having trouble with one, somehow super-powerful, Chimera Predasite. Mew Corina's attack hits but barely does any damaging and then Mew Kiki tries her luck, but gets smacked by the Chimera's claws. Serena prepares to help, but then sees that a television crew is in the area. Serena then thinks, “Oh, great! If I transform to Sailor Moon and help, that crew will film, it will be on the news and the gang will know where I am and suspect something, but if I transform to Mew Serena, there will suspicion about how the sixth Mew-Mew reappearances after `mysteriously disappearing' with `no comment' from the other five Tokyo Mew-Mews. What am I going to do?” Just then Serena sees Mew Zoey get pinned by one of the Chimera's `paws'. Serena shakes her head and thinks, “What in the hell am I thinking? Friends of mine are in danger and I'm thinking of myself! I don't what happens, I'm going to transform! But this Chimera seems mysterious stronger than usual, so, best I become Sailor Moon!” Serena then goes off to find a place to transform without anyone noticing her, looks around for anyone, and when she sees no one around, she calls out, “Super Moon Crises Power!” Serena's brooch then opens, revealing the Imperial Silver Crystal, and she transforms into Super Sailor Moon.

 

Meanwhile, back to the battle, Mew Zoey is pinned under the Chimera's paw and she yells out, “Hey, let go of me!”

 

Mew Bridget asks, “What are we going to do?! We have to get Zoey out of there!”

 

Mew Corina then states, “Yeah, but how?! This Chimera seems stronger than the others we have faced!”

 

Mew Zoey is then beginning to get crushed by the Chimera, she calls out in pain, and the other four Mew-Mews yell out, in worry and/or horror, “Zoey!”

 

But then a voice calls out, “Moon Tiara Magic!” Just then golden energy boomerang hits the Chimera in the head, knocking it down and allowing Mew Zoey to escape.

 

The television news crew sees this and the newswoman says, wondering, “Who did that?” When the golden energy boomerang returns to its owner, the television news crew gasps, knowing who it is. The Newswoman exclaims, “Oh my god! It's the famous Sailor Moon of the Sailor Scouts of the Kanto region! What's she doing here?!” And indeed it is Sailor Moon that the news crew is looking at.

 

The five Mew-Mews are surprised to see Sailor Moon, too, but for other reasons and Mew Zoey thinks, “Wow! That's Serena's newest form of Sailor Moon! Her newest costume is the coolest!”

 

Sailor Moon then calls out to the Chimera Predasite, “Hey, you overgrown beast, why don't you pick someone more your size? My name is Sailor Moon, defender of justice and truth, and in the name of the Moon, I will punish you! Now, come and get it!”

 

Mew Corina then sighs and tells Mew Zoey, “Oh, dear, it looks like Serena has picked up your bad habit with superhero slogans.”

 

Mew Zoey brawls at Mew Corina, really annoyed, “What's that supposed to mean?!”

 

Meanwhile, the Chimera Predasite then charges Sailor Moon and Mew Bridget calls out, “Watch out!” But when the Chimera Predasite swipes at Sailor Moon, she jumps into the air, using her fox-agility, and then comes down on the Chimera Predasite's head, hard, slamming it into the concrete walkway. However, the Chimera Predasite then gets its head out of the concrete and dirt and attacks Sailor Moon, again, but she uses her fox-agility to reach for a lamppost, grabs it, and uses moves like an expert gymnast to launch herself into the air.

 

Sailor Moon thinks in her own mind, “Man! It is a good thing that I took those `secret' gymnasts lessons! Who knew that they would help me in real life? But no time to think about that.” Sailor Moon then does three back-flips, turns her body upside down, facing the monster, and then summons her Moon kledo scope. Sailor Moon then calls out, “Moon Gorgeous Mediation!” Sailor Moon then fires a beam of energy made up of stars and hearts at the Chimera Predasite and destroys it with ease. Sailor Moon then rolls forward, making sure her feet are facing towards the ground, and she lands on the ground with her two feet, perfectly.

 

Mew Bridget whispers to the others, “Wow. Serena is as good as ever.”

 

Mew Corina nods her head and whisper, to no one in particular, “Yeah, maybe she finally gave up that weakling crybaby act of her.”

 

The newswoman and her crew then run up to Sailor Moon and the newswoman calls out, “Sailor Moon, a few comments, please?!”

 

Sailor Moon thinks, “Uh oh! Time to go!” Sailor Moon then runs to the end of the ledge of the lower level and jumps off and when the news crews gets to the edge, they find that she had disappeared.

 

One crew member says, “Whoa. She's gone.”

 

Another crew member then adds, “How did she do that?”

 

The Mew-Mews then look at each other and Renee tells them, in her usual tone, “Is this our cue to leave as well?”

 

Mew Zoey nods her head and says, “Yeah, good idea. And I know where we will find Serena. Let's go.” The Tokyo Mew-Mew team then takes off to where they will find Serena.

 

(Behind the Café Mew-Mew; A short time later)

 

The Tokyo Mew-Mew team, back in their human forms, is behind the Café Mew-Mew and is looking for something or someone.

 

Just then a voice calls out, “Hey, looking for someone?” The five girls look to see none other than Serena looking at them.

 

Zoey calls out, happily, “Hey, Serena! It seems so long since I've seen you!”

 

Serena comes up to the five members of Tokyo Mew-Mew and tells Zoey, “Yeah, it felt like it has been a long time since I've seen you and the other Mew-Mews! It's great to be back!”

 

Corina then asks Serena, “Speaking of being back, Zoey told us that you called to say that your Mew-Mew powers have fully recovered.”

 

Serena tells Corina, a bit nervously, “Well, it seems like my secret Mew-Mew powers have come back, but I can't say for sure.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, “Let me help!” When Serena looks to Kiki's voice, she jumps up with a scary mask on her face, scaring the heck out of Serena and Zoey, causing Zoey's cat-ears and tail to pop out and Serena to have two orange-golden fox ears to `pop' out of her scalp and five orange fox-tails with golden tips to `pop' out of her tailbone area.

 

Serena yells at Kiki, annoyed, “Kiki, could you NOT do that?! You scared me half to death!”

 

When Kiki takes off her mask, Corina tells Serena, in her usual tone, “Well, she did prove your powers are back, Serena. Feel your tailbone and scalp.” When she does so, Serena sighs feeling her fox-ears and tails.

 

Serena then says, a bit solemnly, “Well, that settles that. My Mew-Mew powers are back in full.”

 

Bridget then asks, curiously, “But how? I thought that Elliott said it would take three years for your powers to recover when you sacrificed them to save Zoey.”

 

Serena then says, in a calm tone, “Personally, I'm surprised by this, too. Personally, I'm surprised that my Mew-Mew powers were permanent in the first place and my animal genes could never degrade, thanks to the Soul of the Kitsune in my body.”

 

Corina then tells Serena, in her usual tone, “Well, you kind of did the same thing for us when you used your powers to save Zoey, Serena. The best thing for us is our powers to go into `hibernation' or something until they are needed again.”

 

Serena tells Corina, in a bit of an insulted tone, “Corina, you know that was an accident! I didn't mean to keep all of you, part-animal, permanently!”

 

Zoey tells Serena, “Serena, we know that, but with these `new enemies' that you told us about, I think that we would have been needed again, anyway. Plus, Kiki doesn't mind at all having the genes of the Golden Lion Tamarin inside of her for the rest of her life.”

 

Kiki then exclaims, excitedly, “Yeah, we still get to fight the evil villains still out there!”

 

Serena smiles and says, “I see that Kiki hasn't changed one bit in the past two years.” Serena then gets a serious expression on her face and says, in a serious tone “Anyway, where is that Elliott? I've got a piece of my mind to give him.”

 

Elliott's voice then calls out, “Well, I see that you haven't change at all during the past two years even with your efforts to make others believe otherwise.” When all six girls look to the source of Elliott's voice, they find the `creator' of the Tokyo Mew-Mew team, Elliott, looking at all of them. Elliott then says, in his usual `cool' tone, “Zoey told me that you called to say that your Mew-Mew powers are back one year before they should be and for what I can see, you're right to say that Serena.” Elliott then points to Serena's scalp, Serena then notices her fox-ears were still on her scalp, and Serena blushes and puts her head on her scalp, trying to push her fox-ears down. Elliott then heads for the back door to Café Mew-Mew and tells the girls, in his usual tone, “Follow me.”

 

Serena then says, in a un-Serena like sarcastic tone, “Into what?” All six girls then follow Elliott inside of Café Mew-Mew.

 

(Somewhere inside of Café Mew-Mew; Sometime later)

 

We find the girls with Wesley and Elliott in the Employees Only area with Serena under some type of high-tech scanner like the one that Zoey passed through when she visited the Red Data Animals part of the museum on her first date with Mark (A/N: Episode 1 of Mew-Mew power.)

 

Serena, with her arms crossed across her chest, asks, in a sarcastic tone, “Is this really necessary?”

 

Elliott tells Serena, in his usual tone, “Look, we need to know how much of your powers have returned and how they have recovered so fast. This is the only way.”

 

As the scanner begins to go down to scan Serena's body, Serena says, in a threatening tone, “Okay, but if I find out that you've been look in `certain places', you will be sorry, Elliott, and you know that I mean it.”

 

Elliott then asks, in his usual tone with a bit of sarcasm, “So, the `act' is over, Serena?” Serena blushes in annoyance and embarrassment, knowing what Elliott is talking about. The scanner scans all of Serena's body and all of the data is shown on the screen with Wesley at the keyboard.

 

Wesley then tells Serena, “Okay, Serena, we've got all the data that we need. Why don't you take a break in the café area and wait with the girls until we are done.”

 

Serena then asks, “Isn't the café supposed to be open?”

 

Elliott then tells Serena, in his `cool' tone, “It's Sunday, Serena. Don't you watch your calendar?”

 

Serena brawls at Elliott, annoyed, “Watch it, Elliott!” Serena and the girls then head back outside into the café area.

 

Wesley then asks Elliott, “Like `old times' isn't Elliott?”

 

Elliott nods his head and tells Wesley, “Yeah, it is. Personally, I'm surprised that Serena became the leader of her own team of super-heroes, but then again, that girl is full of surprises.”

 

Wesley smiles and tells Elliott, “Yes, she is. Serena was surprised when we told that we knew that she was Sailor Moon.”

 

Elliott then shrugs and states, “Yeah, but having a `sneak preview' of her Sailor Moon `uniform' by Lady Inari can give it away.”

 

Wesley then asks Elliott, “Elliott was it really necessary to scan . . . you know, Serena's brooch. Serena told us that's where her Imperial Silver Crystal, the source of her Sailor Moon's powers are stored.”

 

Elliott tells Wesley, in his usual calm tone, “It was Wesley. I think that linking Serena's Sailor Moon powers with our `latest project' will make it work. It's the strongest power source on this whole planet other than the `Soul of the Kitsune'.”

 

Wesley tells Elliott, “Better hope that Serena doesn't get as mad as she use to when you do something to anger her. If her powers are back in full, you know that she has the strength to tear you apart.”

 

Elliott tells Wesley, “If she did, then Serena would have done so years ago. You know, Serena, she is strong person, but she is like Zoey, very kind and cares about people, which made her a perfect candidate as a Mew-Mew in my opinion.”

 

Wesley then asks, “You think highly of her?”

 

Elliott blushes in embarrassment and exclaims, “No way! Well . . . not that highly, I'm just saying that she made a good member of the team.”

 

Wesley then asks, “Anyway, do you think that she has gotten over what happened around two years ago when she was still part of Mew-Mew team?”

Elliott tells Wesley, “Not sure.”

 

Wesley tells Elliott, “You were a bit harsh on her and she was already devastated on what happened when she was pushed too far by that bully.”

 

Elliott tells Wesley, in his usual tone, “Maybe, Wesley, but she needed to know on how to use her powers reasonably or people are going to figure out who and what she is. Anyway, that's in the past, Serena needs to get over that and start being her old self again. Based on what Serena told us and this disturbing new data, there is a new enemy and this time, it is our kind, humans, gifted with powers out to destroy all of mankind. Most likely, they are reasonable for the all of the Chimera Predasites remaining and the super-strong one, today.”

 

Wesley nods his head and says, “I hate to admit, but you are right, Elliott. Serena needs to be as strong as she can be, inside and out, to fight this enemy.”

 

Elliott nods his head and says, “Anyway, let's see about Serena's powers and our project, Wesley. Plus, we have to prepare our new Mew-Mew project. Even with Serena's Mew-Mew powers return, the girls are still going to need help.” Elliott then looks at a cat statue on a podium that's glowing with a halo over the cat's head.

 

(In the main lobby of the café area; A good amount of time later)

 

We find the girls sitting around two tables and talking with Serena, who has a drink in front of her with a straw in the cup containing the drink.

 

Serena then asks, curiously, “So, Zoey, where is your boyfriend Mark?”

 

Zoey tells Serena, “Well, he is still study in England for a while before he comes back.”

 

Serena then asks Zoey, “By the way, how was England?”

 

Zoey tells Serena, happily, “It was great, Serena! I loved it! It was so cool! I've got so much to tell you!”

 

Serena smiles and tells Zoey, “Can't wait to hear all about it, Zoey.”

 

Corina then asks, in her usual tone, “Speaking of boyfriend, Serena: What about your boyfriend Darien? Has he dumped you or anything?”

 

Serena yells at Corina, indignity, “No, he hasn't Corina! The only reason why all of you know about Darien and me is because you used Kiki to tickle torture me into telling you.”

 

Bridget then tells Serena, trying to change the subject, “Personally, we were all surprised to find out that we were the Sailor Moon of Kanto region.”

 

Zoey tells Bridget, “Well, a `sneak preview', thanks to Lady Inari, kind of gave Serena's secret away to all of us.”

 

Serena tells Zoey, “I was angry at first, but I found that I'm glad you guys know my secret as Sailor Moon, anyway. I can talk to all of you about when I need someone to talk other than my fellow scouts. Don't get me wrong, they are great friends like all of you, but sometimes I need someone other than them to talk about my `super-hero life'.”

 

Bridget then asks, “Serena, anyway, what was all that about children from all over the world being kidnapped?”

 

Serena shakes her head and tells Bridget, in a calm tone, “Oh, it was just your typical villainess plot to use the energy of children's dreams to create some kind of `Black Dream Hole' to seal all of humanity in their dreams forever.”

 

Renee shrugs her shoulders and says, “Not surprising.”

 

Kiki tells Serena, excitedly, “Wow! Tell us about it! Come on, Serena, tell us!”

 

Serena tells Kiki, “Okay! Okay, Kiki, don't get your tail in a twist!” Serena then starts to tell about the story of her latest adventure with Badiyanu and the Black Dream Hole.

 

After she is done, Bridget tells Serena, impressed, “Wow. Serena, you have more incredible adventures than we did during our battle with Dren and the Cyniclons.”

 

Serena tells Bridget, “Yeah, but sometimes they can be a real pain in the neck, physically and mentally.”

 

Elliott's voice then calls out, in his sarcastic tone, “Well, it is a good thing that you had previous super-hero experience.” When the girls look to the source of Elliott's voice, they saw him and Wesley, looking like holding something in his hands, coming towards them.

 

Zoey then asks Elliott, “What's the result of Serena's test?”

 

Elliott tells the girls, “Serena's Mew-Mew powers and abilities are back in full and we've double checked the results and we can say with one hundred percent certainty that's Serena's Mew-Mew powers are back to full strength.”

 

Bridget then asks Elliott, curiously, “How did Serena's powers come back one year sooner than they should?”

 

Wesley responds with, “We figure that the `Soul of the Kitsune' helped Serena's powers to recover faster, but it wasn't just that jewel. Another powerful jewel that Serena possesses also restored her powers as well.”

 

Serena then says, knowing exactly what Wesley is talking about, “My Imperial Silver Crystal.”

 

Elliott nods his head and says, “Exactly, we figured, for one reason or another, that the source of your powers as Sailor Moon, `healed' your powers quicker and helped restored them faster than they should.”

 

Serena then asks, “Okay, now what?”

 

Elliott then tells Serena, “Where else? We're going to take you and the Mew-Mews where my father found the `Soul of the Kitsune'.”

 

Serena then asks, perplexed, “And that will help, how, Elliott?”

 

Elliott then tells Serena, in his usual tone, “Look, Serena, we figure that the key of finding out about this enemy and one clue or another about this is to go where the source of your Mew-Mew powers other than your Swift Fox DNA was found by my father. We can take you in our limo.”

 

Serena then gets to her feet and says, “Why not? It is the best lead that we have right now.” The other five Tokyo Mew-Mews nod their heads in agreement.

 

Wesley tells everyone, “Follow us.” Elliott and Wesley then lead our group outside to the waiting limo of Elliott and Wesley.

 

(Somewhere in Edo district; Beginning of the afternoon)

 

Walking around in the Edo district, we find Darien, Rini, Rei, Amara, Michelle, Mina, Lita, Ami, Luna, Atriums, and Trista walking around in the `town', looking for our Moon Princess, on the meanwhile, Rei/Sailor Mars looks like she is in deep thought.

 

Mina sees this and Mina asks Rei, “Rei, what's wrong with you? You look like you are in deep thought.”

 

Rei sighs and tells Mina, “You know what's wrong, Mina? I don't get it! Serena could only defeat opponents with our help in one form or another and now, she goes and does THAT by herself.”

 

Ami tells Rei, “We were all surprised what Serena did.” Darien and the other scouts nod their heads in agreement and they remember what happened on the train, not too long ago.

 

FLASHBACK; A SHORT WHILE AGO

 

We find Darien and the other scouts sitting down in the car of another train that's bound for Edo district station, they are alone in the car, and all of them are in a discussion about what happened yesterday based on what Rini told them.

 

Lita then states, “I don't get how anyone other than villains found out that Serena is Sailor Moon.”

 

Ami then says, “I don't think that Serena would accidentally or purposely tell anyone.”

 

Rei then says, “Most likely that meatball head got seen while she was transformation one time.”

 

Ami shakes her head and says, “I don't think so, Rei. Remember, this `friend' that Rini told us that Serena was talking to on the phone lives in Edo, a long distance away from Kanto.”

 

Lita then says, “Maybe that recognized her when she was on television. Remember, Serena and all of us were on television, once in a while, as Sailor Scouts. Come on, how many friends of Serena's friend have blond hair in two meatball-like pigtails?”

 

Mina then states, “I hate to admit it, you are right, Lita. Serena has a hairstyle that makes her very noticeable.”

 

Amara then says, “I'm not sure it is that simple Lita.”

 

Rini then looks at Darien, sees that he has a worried look, and Rini asks Darien, “Darien, what's wrong?”

 

Darien sighs and says, “It is what that `Happy Child' told us, yesterday, about Serena having secrets that even I didn't know about and how Serena could hear that super-frequency sound that we couldn't.”

 

Luna nods her head and says, “I feel the same way, Darien. Serena has been acting very mysterious since yesterday, I could tell.”

 

Rei then asks Luna and Rini, “Yeah, based on what you and Rini told us, Luna, she has been giving us the feeling that she has something to hide. Especially since she jumped thirty feet into the air and landed on the ground with her two feet, perfectly.”

 

Lita then asks, “I wonder what other surprises Serena has for us.”

 

Just then the television in the train car goes to a news report and calls out, “In today's news, from Edo, we have a report of another of their own alien monster sightings and battle with their local heroines, the Tokyo Mew-Mews. However, it looked like that they were in trouble, but then a surprise heroines makes her appearance. One of Kanto districts own super-heroine, Sailor Moon of the Sailor Scouts, mysterious appearance and battles the monsters, herself!” All of the Sailor Scouts and Darien then look at the television screen as the news reports shows pictures of Sailor Moon's appearance and battle with the Chimera Predasite. The news anchorman then says, “As you can see here, out of nowhere, Sailor Moon, local super-heroine of the Kanto district, and battled the alien monster, one on one, displays some incredible moves, and destroys the creature single handed. Soon after, she jumps off a ledge and somehow mysterious vanishes into thin air. Reasons for her appearance outside of the Kanto district and in the Edo district are unknown this time, but Edo and the Tokyo Mew-Mews owe a debt of gratitude to Sailor Moon, leader of the Sailor Scouts, for helping heroines in need.”

 

After seeing the incredible moves of agility that Sailor Moon used in the battle, Darien and other scouts are shocked at what they see Sailor Moon do and Rei tells Lita, “Lita, did you have to ask?”

 

END FLASHBACK; Return to the Present

 

Rei then asks, confused, “Sailor Moon had defeated that monster like it was nothing, while before this, she had trouble staying on her feet during our previous battles.”

 

Mina nods her head and says, “It is like that Serena has become a different person.”

 

Ami, on the meanwhile, is researching data on her sailor computer and says, amazed, “This is interesting.”

 

Rini then asks Ami, “What is it, Ami?”

 

Ami then explains, “Well, I used my computer to do research on the heroes around here, the Tokyo Mew-Mews, and I found something interesting. You see, the original Tokyo Mew-Mew team had six members and today, they have just five. You see, the sixth member of their group was a blond haired what looks like a fox hybrid girl and who was one of the most powerful of that team. Two years ago, when it looked aliens would take over the world, the Tokyo Mew-Mews saved the world, but the fox Mew-Mew girl disappeared after the battle. Also, during this time, Serena and her family lived here for four years, moved here when Serena was eight, and was during that time with the Tokyo Mew-Mews. Strangely enough, one week after the disappearance of the fox Mew-Mew, Serena and her family moved back to the Kanto district where her Earth family, the Tsukino family, is to this day.”

 

Mina shrugs her shoulders and says, “So? Weird coincidence.”

 

Lita then says, not convince of what Mina says, “I don't think that isn't a coincidence, Mina.”

 

Ami nods her head and says, “Unfortunately, I'm going to have to agree with Lita on this one, Mina.”

 

Darien then asks Ami, “Wait! Ami, are you saying that Serena could have a connection to this Tokyo Mew-Mew team?”

 

Ami then tells Darien, “It is highly probable, Darien.”

 

Michelle then asks Ami, “Do you have a lock on Serena's communicator?” Ami then activates the tracking program for the sailor communicators that the Sailor Scouts have and are using to track Serena's sailor communicator. Ami is then surprised to see that the signal is getting closer to them.

 

Ami then states, “Oh my gosh! Unless I'm reading this wrong, Serena's signal is getting closer.”

 

Darien then asks, “Where from?” Just then Elliott's and Wesley's limo passes by and the gang looks to see Serena sitting with the five Tokyo Mew-Mew girls in their `civilian forms'. Darien then exclaims, “Hold on! I just saw Serena in that limo!”

 

Luna then nods her head and exclaims, “So did I, Darien!”

 

Ami then calls to the limo, “Serena, wait!” But the limo is already long gone from their position and soon after, has disappeared from sight.

 

Rei then exclaims, in frustration, “Rats! We missed her, again! What is up with Serena and what's going on here?”

 

Amara then says, “Well, the way that I can see it. The only way we will know those answers is to follow Serena.”

 

Lita then asks, curiously, “Yeah, but how are we going to follow her?”

 

Michelle then asks Ami, “Ami, can you find any rental car stores anywhere nearby?”

 

Ami nods her head and says, “I'll try.” Ami then begins to research any and all information on her sailor computer.

 

(Somewhere outside of Tokyo; Middle of the afternoon)

 

We find Elliott, Wesley, Serena, and the Tokyo Mew-Mew team standing in front of a large man-made stairway leading to someone where.

 

Zoey then asks, a bit nervously, “Okay, Elliott, I hate to ask: But what are we doing here?”

 

Wesley then tells Zoey, “My dear Zoey, the temple where Elliott's father found the `Soul of the Kitsune' lies at the top of these stairs and through a mountain pathway at the top of the stairs.”

 

Zoey sighs and says, sarcastically, “Great. A long walk up stairs and a walk through a forest that could turn spooky when it gets dark.”

 

Kiki exclaims, in her usual tone, “Okay, let's go!”

 

Renee then states, in her cool tone, “Can't argue with that.”

 

Corina tells Renee, “I agree, Renee.”

 

Serena then states, “With Kiki, it is a no brainer.”

 

Bridget then asks Zoey, “Ready, Zoey?”

Zoey sighs and says, somewhat nervous, “Ready as I will ever be.”

 

Wesley then says, “Before all of you go, Elliott and I have a `gift' for Serena.” When the girls look at Elliott and Wesley has something in his palms and when he opens his palms, something like Mini-Mew expect it has black fur, golden eyes, little rainbow wings, and a crescent moon symbol on its forehead flies out of Wesley's hands and lands on Serena's shoulder.

 

Serena says, happily, “Wow! He's so cute! Who is this little guy?”

 

Wesley then says, “This is R2003, our newest model, this guy has sensors that detected alien presences, but also, `unusual' human signatures, like that Happy Child that you fought yesterday, Serena. We've named him, Mini-Mew 2, after Mini-Mew himself.”

 

Zoey exclaims, happily, “Cool! Now, Mini-Mew has a younger brother of sorts!” Mini-Mew then goes over to Mini-Mew 2 and they `pet' each other by nuzzling each other's fur.

 

Wesley then says, “Mini-Mew 2 also has built in programming that allows him to speak perfectly clear.”

 

Mini-Mew 2 then lands on Serena's right shoulder and says, in a teenage boy like voice, “Hi, Serena! I'm Mini-Mew 2 and I will help you in your journey!”

 

Serena then states, “I've got to admit, he's pretty cool, Elliott!” Serena then asks, curiously, “But I don't get why you put my crescent moon on his forehead?”

 

Elliott reply, in his `cool tone', “Well, you are not part of the Mew-Mew team anyone, even though you are still a Mew-Mew, you are a Sailor Scout and we've designed him for that `line of work' so to speak.”

 

Serena becomes perplexed and thinks, “Here Elliott goes again from being a jerk to a real nice guy. Sometimes, I really don't get him through I do know some of his life, he seems like a mystery to me.” Serena then tells Elliott, “Okay, thanks, we're off!” Serena and the girls then start running up the stairs to the pathway to the temple with Kiki running the fastest, not surprisingly.

 

When the girls were a good distance away, Wesley then asks Elliott, “Shouldn't we have told Serena about Mini-Mew 2's most powerful feature, when she turns into Sailor Moon?”

 

Elliott tells Wesley, with a bit of grin, “Serena is a big girl, Wesley, she can figure out herself. Besides, I want to see how she handles our newest `weapon' without any knowledge of it and what it can do. Serena's powers and abilities make me ask a lot of questions of her and make me curious about her and only Zoey has known to do that.”

 

Wesley smiles and says, “Elliott, you can so cruel sometimes.”

 

Meanwhile, watching from the a distance place, a dark figure looks on as the six girls head up the stairs and he thinks, “Ms. Moon has shown to be stronger and more complex than she let on others to believe and is more intriguing than ever. Her victory over Happy Child was no fluke, but I want to see her abilities myself.” The dark figure then vanishes into the shadows, supposedly without being detected, but Elliott has the corner of his left eye looking in that direction.

 

(At the start of the temple pathway; A short time later)

 

All of the girls then finally make it to the top of the stair with Kiki making it to the top, first.

 

Kiki then jumps up and down and exclaims, “All right, I win!”

 

Corina then tells Kiki, “Kiki, this wasn't a race!”

 

Zoey then exclaims, a bit of frustration in her voice mixed with relief, “Whoa! That was a lot of stairs!”

 

Bridget nods her head and says, “Yes, I believe that there were.

 

Renee then points ahead of the girls and tells them, in her usual tone, “And I believe that we have company, girls.” When the girls look at where Renee is pointing, they gasp to see a young man in European formal type black clothing standing in front of the path with a black European style formal hat on his head.

 

Corina then gets a scowl in her expression and says, “I don't like this guy. I'm getting one bad feeling from him.” The other girls nod their heads in agreement.

 

Serena then steps forward and demands, “Who are you?! Are you a member of the War Rose Knights?”

 

The young man replies, “Indeed am I, my little moon fox. My name is Duke of the War Rose Knights, here to make your acquaintance.”

 

Serena tells Duke, “Based on what happened with Happy Child, I doubt that.”

 

Duke then takes out a fencer sword from his right sleeves and tells Serena, “Ah, yes, Happy Child. Your defeat of my associate has made me really intrigued about you, Serena Tsukino, or would you prefer, Mew Serena or Sailor Moon.”

 

Renee then asks Duke, in her usual cool tone, “I'm guessing that you are not going to let us pass.”

 

Duke then responds, “Not until our dear moon princess honors me with a one-on-one duel.”

 

Serena then states, “I don't have a choice do I? Guess the only question is Mew-Mew or Sailor Scout?”

 

Mini-Mew 2 then exclaims, “Serena transform into Sailor Moon!”

 

Serena then asks Mini-Mew 2, “Mini-Mew 2, why?”

 

Mini-Mew 2 tells Serena, “I'll explain after you transform! Now, please hurry!”

 

Serena then calls out, “Super Moon Crises Power!” Serena's transformation brooch then opens up, revealing her Imperial Silver Crystal, and then in a bright light, Serena transforms into Super Sailor Moon. After she transforms, Serena's brooch and Mini-Mew 2 then begin to give off silver glows of light. Sailor Moon then asks, “What's going on?”

 

Mini-Mew 2 then explains, “My creator found another jewel of incredible power and put it inside of me, but to access that jewels power, my creator needed a compatible power source. Since this powerful jewel came from a comet found in the center of a lush forest, he connected me with your Imperial Silver Crystal and it worked.”

 

Sailor Moon exclaims, “What?! That jerk scanned my crystal without my permission!”

 

Mini-Mew 2 then states, “He did, but here is the result! Try this! Royal Moon Specter!” Mini-Mew 2 then goes into the air, gets surrounded by an orb of light, and then Mini-Mew 2 transforms into a specter the size of Sailor Plato's specter, but this specter had a silver star-shaped jewel with the crescent moon symbol within the picture of a comet on top of the specter with cherry red heart with a royal golden crown just below the silver star-shaped jewel and the `body' of the specter is rainbow colored with golden crescent moons and golden stars on the `rod' of the specter.

 

When the new `weapon' hovers in front of Sailor Moon, she says, “Okay, I'm pretty mad at Elliott from scanning my Imperial Silver Crystal, but I love the result.” Sailor Moon swings her new Royal Moon Specter around and says, “Incredible. It feels so light that I can move it around like a stick or baton.” Sailor Moon then looks at Duke and says, “Plus, I've got the perfect guinea pig to test it out on.”

 

Duke then says, in a slip-song and non-threatened tone, “By all means, try to strike with your weapon. In fact, I'll come to you.” Duke then charges Sailor Moon with his fencer sword.

 

Sailor Moon tells the Mew-Mews, “Get back girls!” When Duke gets close to Sailor Moon, he swings his sword at her, but she counters with her new Royal Moon Specter holding him back without much effort.

 

Duke then says, straining somewhat, “Not bad, my dear. You are stronger than you look.”

 

Sailor Moon tells Duke, “Well, I'm full of surprises.” Sailor Moon then begins to push Duke, back . . . way back, much to his surprise at Sailor Moon's fox super-strength. Sailor Moon then `swipes' with her new specter, forcing Duke, back, and then Duke swipes at Sailor Moon with his sword, but our moon princess uses her fox agility to jump high into the air and then drop back down, hard and fast, kicking Duke in the face, knocking him down to the ground. Sailor Moon then jumps back from Duke somewhat and waits. Just then, to everyone heroines' surprise, Duke gets to his feet, laughing.

 

Duke then says, with a wide grin, “Wonderful. I've never had such a challenge in a long time. You are the first one to ever kick me in the face or hit me at all for that matter.”

 

Sailor Moon then says, in out of character sarcastic tone, “Well, aren't I special?”

 

Duke then says, “Witty and spunky, too? I must say Ms. Moon, you have a way of `turning the boys on' as they say.” Duke then charges Sailor Moon, once again, and attacks furiously with incredible speed and strength, but Sailor Moon easily counters his strength and speed with her fox strength and speed. The battle is about few minutes old and it is still a stalemate, however, when Duke swings at Sailor Moon's face, she purposely drops down to the ground, spins around with her left foot forward, and trips Duke, making him land on his butt, hard. Sailor Moon then goes to her feet, swings her Royal Moon Specter around her body, knocks Duke's sword out of his hand, and jumps back from him.

 

As Duke, barely scratched and only somewhat tried, is getting to his feet, Sailor Moon says, “This guy is relentless! How am I going to stop him?!”

 

Mini-Mew 2, as Sailor Moon's new Royal Moon Specter, yells out, “Use the Royal Moon Starlight Aurora attack `imprinted' into me! Don't worry, you will know how to do it, just do it!”

 

Sailor Moon then calls out, “Royal Moon Starlight Aurora!” Sailor Moon then spins her new specter around her body as stars and rainbow energy gather around her, after three spins, Sailor Moon points the specter, jewel first, at Duke, the energy gathers into the jewel, and then a super-powerful rainbow colored energy beam, full of golden stars, launches from the jewel and slams into Duke, who screams out in pain as he flies into the air, clothes greatly torn. When he hits the ground, he creates a small crater around his body. Sailor Moon takes a breath of relief and says, “That ends that.” But then Duke slowly gets to his feet, shocking every one of our heroines.

 

Zoey exclaims, “How did he handle that attack?! Serena blasted him with a super-powerful blast!”

 

Sailor Moon prepares for Round 2 with Duke, but then Duke gives a bow and says, with a wide smile on his feet, “Congratulations, Sailor Moon, I concede the duel to you. You have given me a `trouncing' fair and square, but I may have been beaten, however, this `war' isn't over. I may have lost to you, this time, but I will return stronger than ever, Ms. Moon. However, you have intrigued more than ever, you are one incredible being, Sailor Moon, and I can't wait to our next meeting. Adieu, Sailor Moon, `til we meet again.” Duke then teleports away in a puff of smoke and Sailor Moon returns to her `civilian form' of Serena with her Royal Moon Specter turning back into Mini-Mew 2.

 

Zoey and the other Mew-Mews go over to Serena and Zoey exclaims, happily, “Wow, Serena, you were incredible! Just like your days with the Mew-Mew team!”

Corina then says, sarcastically, “Guess it is back to your `old' skill, huh, Serena?”

 

Serena takes a deep breath and says, “Yeah, I guess so, Corina. I learned that if you `fool around' with these enemies that you will get `burned'. Best if I stop acting like klutz and starting showing my real `battle skills'.” Serena then says, “Anyway, girls, let's get going before he comes back with reinforcements and I don't want to be here to meet Duke's `friends'.” Serena and the Tokyo Mew-Mews then leave for the forest.

 

(Back at the bottom of the stairs; On the meanwhile)

 

We return to Elliott and Wesley, who has just seen the bright explosion from Sailor Moon's last attack with the duel with Duke.

 

Wesley then says, “Look, Elliot, a light! I think that the girls are in a battle.”

 

Elliott then states, “Most likely, Wesley, it looks like that Serena used the new weapon that I gave her. I'm not too surprised that she figured it out so soon, Serena has been full of surprised. Don't worry, I don't think that the girls need any help.”

 

Wesley then asks Elliott, “Why Elliott?”

 

Elliott then says, in his cool tone, “Because Wesley, I believe in them and Serena. They've gotten out of dangerous situations before and they will do so, again.” Wesley smiles at his partner and then hears cars driving up to them. When Elliott and Wesley look to their rights, they see two cars come up and park behind their limo. Amara, Michelle, Trista, Rei, Mina, and Lita come out of one car and Darien, Ami, Rini, Luna, and Atriums come out of the other car. Elliott then asks, in his usual tone, “May we help you?”

 

Amara tells Elliott, “That depends. . .”

 

Michelle then adds, “Do you know of a person named Serena Tsukino? She is a friend of ours.”

 

Elliott then responds, “I might, but you need to ask one question first.”

 

Mina and Lita look at Elliott, blush, and think in unison, “Wow! That guy is a real hunk!”

 

Rei then asks, curiously, “What would that question be?”

 

Elliott then asks, in his cool tone, “Are all of you, girls and young women, the Sailor Scouts?” All of our scouts gasp in shock and couldn't speak for a moment as Elliott gives them a piercing stare.

 

(At the edge of the forest; Around the middle of the late afternoon)

 

Serena and the Mew-Mew girls are going through the forest in a slow manner since this forest is full of lush trees and `teaming' with life, in all forms.

 

Serena then states, “Man! It is like a jungle in here!”

 

Bridget then says, “This forest is indeed very `thick' and teaming with life.”

 

Kiki then states, “How about a tree's eye view? Come on!” Kiki then jumps into the tree branches and swings around them like a monkey.

 

Serena then says, “I hate to admit it, but Kiki might have a good idea.” Serena then uses her fox agility to bound from tree branch to tree branch. Zoey shrugs her shoulders and use her cat agility to do the same as Serena.

 

Corina then yells at the two of them, “If you didn't notice, not all of us have the ability to jump from tree branch to tree branch.”

 

Renee then says, in her cool tone, “I could do that, but I just don't want to fool around.”

 

Bridget then points to in front of her and exclaims, “Hey, I think that the forest is ending.”

 

When Corina and Renee look in front of them, Renee says, in her usual tone, “You are right about that, Bridget.” When Renee, Corina, and Bridget exit the forest, they see Serena, Zoey, and Kiki looking at a huge and ancient temple that looks like it is crumbling somewhat.

 

Bridget then says, in her usual tone, “This must be the place.” All six girls then head towards the ancient temple, they stop in front of it when their Mew-Mew power pendants start glowing.

 

Zoey then exclaims, confused, “What's going on?! Our power pendants are glowing!”

 

Serena then states, just as perplexed, “Mine too!” Just then all six of their Mew-Mew power pendants give off bright glows of light and when the light disappears, all of them are in their Mew-Mew transformed states, even Serena as Mew Serena (A/N: Refer to Prologue for description of Serena's Mew-Mew form.) expect that Serena's Sailor transformation brooch is in the bust area, now.

 

Zoey then states, still perplexed, “All of us Mewtamorphed! How?!”

 

Just then a female deity-like voice calls out, “I would be responsible for that, my dear.” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see Lady Inari walk up from the temple. Lady Inari says, “The sacred powers of this area `sensed' your approach and transformed you, since this is an area of super-natural.”

 

Mew Zoey then asks, a bit fearful, “You mean like ghosts?”

 

Lady Inari responds, “The world of the super-natural is more than ghosts, my dear Mew Zoey. You wish to have knowledge on your newest enemies, young warriors.”

 

Mew Serena nods her head and tells Lady Inari, “Yes, we do. Can you give us any help?”

 

Lady Inari nods her head and replies, “Yes, I do. I know about the `War Rose Crusaders'. As of how, let us just say that we, Kitsune, have our ways. Please follow me.” Lady Inari then heads into the temple and the six Mew-Mews, knowing that they didn't have much choice. When the Mew-Mews go down into the temple, they found the most beautiful display of the inside of a Japanese temple, ever.

 

Mew Zoey then says, “Wow. This is. . . amazing.”

 

Mew Bridget nods her head and responds, “Yeah, this place is beautiful, Lady Inari.”

 

Lady Inari nods her head and says, “I'm glad that you approve, young one.” When Lady Inari sits down, all six Mew-Mews sit down in front of her.

 

Mew Serena then asks, “Lady Inari, what do you know about our enemies, the `War Rose Crusaders'?”

 

Lady Inari tells Mew Serena, “They are as they said that they are, my dear daughter of the moon, they are humans born with super-natural powers. Because of those powers, their family and friends discriminated against them. It is a natural fear of humans against those who are different as well as those they don't understand. However, these poor souls were sent to a boarding school and nearly abandoned, where they were found by a dark soul that used their sorrow and pain to turn them against humanity. They became this `dark beings'' adopted children and this beings' soldiers, the War Rose Crusaders, who `past treatment' fuels their rage and anger at humanity.”

 

Mew Bridget then says, “I do have a feeling about being not understood and mistreated.”

 

Lady Inari tells Mew Bridget, “Unfortunately, unlike you, these souls have given in to their darkness and pain and have become full-fledged and devoted servants of evil. I don't wish to sound insulting to anyone, but the facts are, they are beyond any help now.”

 

Mew Serena then asks, “Lady Inari, how is this part of this `grand destiny' that you `prepared' me for, two years ago?”

 

Lady Inari replies, “You see, the key to this great battle is the very source of your powers as one of the Tokyo Mew-Mews, the Soul of the Kitsune. The War Rose Knights are only one-half of the forming great threat. Another half of the great threat will come from other space itself and together, they will create the great threat that could destroy the whole of Earth if not stopped. We, the Kitsune, have seen this through our super-natural powers and united with the other great super-natural powers on Earth, who want to preserve our great planet, by fusing the powers of the super-natural, elemental, and natural into one jewel.”

 

Mew Zoey then says, knowing the answer, “The Soul of the Kitsune.”

 

Lady Inari nods her head and says, “Yes, the very power of planet Earth was infused in the jewel to assure that planet would have a future, but we need the proper person to weld the power of the jewel. One who is pure of heart and soul, kind and caring, yet, strong and willing to fight for her friends, family, and all others, known by her or not. Two years ago, I had found our `chosen one'.”

 

Mew Serena then says, “Me.”

 

Lady Inari responds, “That's correct my dear daughter of the moon. Mew Serena then asks, curiously and somewhat perplexed, “But how do I create and use this `ultimate power'?”

 

Lady Inari tells Mew Serena, “That's something for you to discover my dear. Remember, the fate of the world is in your hands.”

 

Mew Serena tells Lady Inari, in an out of character sarcastic tone, “Thanks a lot. No pressure at all.” Mew Serena then takes a deep sigh, but then Lady Inari gets to her feet.

 

Mew Renee then asks, curiously, “What's wrong?”

 

Lady Inari replies, “One of those who have fallen to the darkness is approaching and unfortunately, Lady Serena's fellow warriors of the cosmos are about to meet him.”

 

Mew Serena gasps and exclaims, “The other Sailor Scouts! They must have followed me, somehow! But how?!”

 

Mew Corina then says, “One of them must have followed you or one of your new friends must have overheard where you are going.”

 

Mew Serena slaps herself on the head and says, “Rini, I should have known.” Mew Serena then starts up the stairs back to the surface and exclaims, “Come on, girls! We have to get back up there!” The other five Tokyo Mew-Mews nod their heads and follow Mew Serena.

 

(Meanwhile; Back at the entrance to the temple)

 

Darien and the other scouts are at the entrance of the temple and are looking around.

 

Lita then asks, “What in the world would Serena be doing here?”

 

Ami then responds, “I don't know, but Serena's communicator signal is coming from ahead of us. She must be inside of that ancient temple structure.”

 

But then a deep and youthful male voice calls out, “Why thank you, my dear Mercury.” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see a young man around 18 to 20 years of age, well-dressed in formal clothes from Europe, with white gloves, big black jacket, black formal shoes, a crown on his head, dark blond hair and bright red eyes, before them.

 

Amara then demands, “Who are you? Are you with the `War Rose Knights'?”

 

The young man tells Amara, “Yes, I am, Princess of Uranus. My name is King, the second in command of my brethren in the War Rose Knights. I'm here to demand for the appearance of Princess Serena of the Moon Kingdom alias Sailor Moon, leader of the Sailor Scouts. Where might I find her?”

 

Mina then exclaims, in a strong tone, “If you want Serena, you are going to have to go through us, first!”

 

King scoffs at the Sailor Scouts and says, “Ha! All of you wouldn't be worth my time.”

 

Lita then exclaims, angrily, “We'll see about you overdress freak of nature!”

 

King then says, not phased one bit by Lita's insult, “Must we resort to name calling? All I wish is for the appearance of Ms. Moon.” King then removes his long coat by throwing around him before into the air, changing his attire to that of European fencer, and draws a large sword from a sheath attached to his belt around his waist. King then says, “But if your screams of pain and anguish will bring her out, through I don't wish to resort to such `crude and barbaric' methods, if this is will bring her out. . . Oh, well, too bad for all of you.” But before he can strike or anyone could make a move for that matter, everyone hears footsteps coming from the ancient temple and look to see all six Mew-Mews come out of the temple.

 

Rei then asks Ami, “Hold up! Ami, I thought that you said that there are only five of these Tokyo Mew-Mews!”

 

Ami then states, “I'm not sure how, but that's the sixth member of their team. That's the fox hybrid member of their team, but I don't know how she came back.”

 

Mew Serena looks at the gang and thinks, “Oh, great! Darien and the other scouts are here! This is just wonderful! What am I going to do?! I can't transform back to my normal state or into Sailor Moon with all of them here!” What everyone didn't know is that Elliott and Wesley had just arrived at the edge of the forest.

 

Elliott then thinks, “What will you do, Serena? Time to show us what you've got and see if you got what it takes to save the world!”

 

King looks at Mew Serena and says, “Ah, I'm glad that you are decided to honor me with your presence in such a beautiful form my dear, Ms. Moon.”

 

The other scouts and Darien look at Mew Serena in shock and Rei asks, “Hold up! Did he call that fox hybrid Mew-Mew, Ms. Moon?”

 

Mew Serena groans in her mind and thinks, “Just wonderful! A villain who can't keep his mouth shut! Well, it is no use of keeping it secret, now!” Mew Serena then steps forward, takes a deep breath, and calls out, “Super Moon Crises Power!” Her brooch then opens up, revealing her Imperial Silver Crystal, and causing her to be covered in bright light. When the light fades, Mew Serena has transformed into Super Sailor Moon to the shock of her fellow Sailor Soldiers, even Sailor Plato, who doesn't show it however.

 

Mina exclaims, in disbelief, “No way! That fox girl turned into Sailor Moon!”

 

Rei then asks, “But how?!” Sailor Moon doesn't respond as she takes two steps forward to King and Mini-Mew 2 goes into the air and transforms into the Royal Moon Specter.

 

When Sailor Moon takes her new weapon into her hands, Lita asks, “When did Sailor Moon get that weapon?”

 

Atriums responds, “Not us.”

 

Sailor Moon then asks King, in demanding tone, “What do you want King?”

 

King then says, “Ah, you overheard my little `conversation' with your beloved and fellow sailor soldiers.”

 

Sailor Moon tells King, “Like I told my friends, my hearing is very good, but you already know that.” Sailor Moon then says, her tone very demanding and strong, un-like her before, “Now, tell me what you want or leave!”

 

Rei then asks, “Okay, is it me or does Sailor Moon sound different than she usually sounds?”

 

Michelle then states, “She sounds. . . a lot stronger.”

 

King then tells Sailor Moon, “I humbly ask to see your abilities in action in the form of one-on-one duel, my dear Ms. Moon.”

 

Sailor Moon asks, in her strong tone, “And if I refuse?”

 

King then snaps his finger and tells Sailor Moon, “You might want to reconsider that decision my dear.” When everyone looks around them, they find that they are surrounded by Chimera Predasites, but they look slightly dark than the ones used by Dren and the Cyniclons. King then tells Sailor Moon, in calm tone, “Your fellow scouts might not be able to transform in time. This is your choice, my Princess of the Moon: The battle or their lives?”

 

Sailor Moon then says, in calm tone, “Even though I don't want to, I don't have a choice. You have your duel.”

 

Mina calls out, “Sailor Moon, don't do it!”

 

King smiles and tells Sailor Moon, “Excellent choice, my dear.” King then snaps his fingers and the Chimera Predasites vanish from sight. King then motions for an area for Sailor Moon to go to and she does so, not taking her eyes off of King. King then turns his body to face Sailor Moon and waves his hands, creating a force field around them and the area that they were in. King then says, “But our battlefield need an appropriate setting and audience, Lady Serena. Time for the fun to begin.” King then raises his hands and then both the ground that the two of them were standing on and the ground that Darien, the other scouts, and the Tokyo Mew-Mews were standing on shakes and then raises to the air, going over a river. King then goes into a defensive stance and tells Sailor Moon, “This force-field only allows oxygen in and nothing else, but it can let everything in here, out, if you get my meaning. Now, shall we begin?”

 

Sailor Moon then prepares her Royal Moon Specter and asks, with some out of character sarcasm, “Do I even have a choice?” However, what no one, combatant or witness notice is the slight white dust that comes up from mysterious blue flowers inside of Sailor Moon's and King's `battlefield'.

 

King then raises his sword and says, “Since I'm the one who challenged you, let me start off our engagement .” King then rushes in with incredible super-speed.

 

Sailor Moon thinks, “Whoa! He's fast!” Sailor Moon then puts up her specter in time to block an overhead swing from King's sword and when King's sword hits Sailor Moon's specter, it causes a huge shockwave that shakes everyone up, literally.

 

Amara then exclaims, “Incredible! What power!”

 

Lita then gasps and exclaims, “Look! Sailor Moon is still standing!” Everyone looks to see Sailor Moon with her specter holding back King's sword and managing to stand to King's super-strong attack.

 

Michelle says, “Incredible, how could Sailor Moon handle an attack of that magnitude? A normal person would have been thrown yards, even miles away.”

 

King tells Sailor Moon, “Excellent, my dear. You matched my power without losing a bit of ground.”

 

Sailor Moon tells King, “I can do more than that.” And then to everyone's, especially King's, shock, Sailor Moon begins to push King back.

 

King exclaims, “What?! How can you exceed my strength?”

 

Sailor Moon tells King, “Easily! I worked out!” Sailor Moon then throws King off her and swings her specter, hitting King in the left cheeks, and knocking him to the ground. Sailor Moon then takes two steps back from King's fallen form.

 

Lita then exclaims, “I don't believe it! Sailor Moon took him out with ease!”

 

But when King gets to his feet, Mina tells Lita, “Don't get excited for Sailor Moon, yet, Lita. She isn't out of danger, yet.”

 

King rubs his injured cheek and says, in a calm tone, “Pain. It has been a long time since anyone as inflicted injury on me. Well done, Sailor Moon, you have proven that you are much more powerful and capable than you lead people to believe. Now, I want to see your full abilities, up close and personal. Time for Round 2.” King then rushes in and slashes Sailor Moon with super-fast attack, but Sailor Moon easily manages to match King's speed with her Mew-Mew fox speed and avoid his attacks, however, she soon runs out of the ground and she looks to see that a rather large fall meets her if she takes one step back more. King smiles and says, “Well, it looks like the end of the engagement. Farewell.” King then charges Sailor Moon, but as he strikes, Sailor Moon leaps high into the air, thanks to her fox agility, does a forward flip, and plants her feet on King's back, allowing Sailor Moon to `plant' King's face into the dirt, which she does, quite hard. Sailor Moon then uses her super-speed to get a little distance and turn around.

 

Rini then exclaims, “That's what Serena did yesterday morning!”

 

Ami then states, “But how did she do that?”

 

King then gets to her feet, his face slightly dirty, which he easily wipes, stretches his back and neck, faces Sailor Moon, and tells her, impressed tone of voice, “Excellent, my dear. Such grace and eloquence. I've never had such a fight, but now, it is time, as they say, `to bring it to the next level'.” King's sword then begins to the glow as winds begin to gather around his blade.

 

Mew Zoey then asks, curiously and annoyed, “What's that jerk up to now?”

 

King then screams out, “Silence Scythe!” He swings his sword at Sailor Moon, sending a piercing wind at our Moon Princess. Sailor Moon barely dodges the attack as it goes by the right side of her neck. Nothing happens for a few seconds, but then a cut appears on Sailor Moon's neck, she winces in pain, and holds her neck. When she removes her gloved hand, Sailor Moon gasps to see her blood on it.

 

Ami then says, “This is not good! King can use the very air to attack and `cut' a person! Namely Sailor Moon!”

 

King tells Sailor Moon, “Well done, but this time, I won't miss!” King's blade gathers energy and wind and he calls out, “Silence Scythe!” King then launches another piercing wind at Sailor Moon.

 

Mini-Mew 2, as Sailor Moon's Royal Moon Scepter, calls out, “Use the Moon Aurora Shield! Quickly!”

 

Sailor Moon holds out her scepter and yells out, “Moon Aurora Shield. . .!” Just then a rainbow colored shield holds back King's Silence Scythe attack.

 

King tells Sailor Moon, “Not bad, but you can't hold back my attacks for long with that shield!”

 

But then Sailor Moon yells out, “. . . Reflection!” Sailor Moon then reflects the piercing wind back at King with double the strength and King barely has time to dodge as his own attack slashes his right side, causing a small gash to form and bleed. As King holds his side, Sailor Moon tells King, “My Moon Aurora Shield can reflect my opponent's attack at double it's original power. Didn't see that one coming?”

 

King tells Sailor Moon, with a wide smile on his face, “Well done, Sailor Moon, you've managed to injure me. I've got to admit, you are just like a rose. So, beautiful and yet, so deadly if `mis-used'. However, this battle is still going to be mine.”

 

Sailor Moon then asks, perplexed, “What are you talking about? I've matched you, blow for blow. I think that all the pain I've given you have made you go crazy.”

 

King smiles and tells Sailor Moon, confidently, “Oh, really?” Sailor Moon then started to feel real weak all over her body.

 

Sailor Moon then thinks to herself, “What's going on here? I'm starting to feel. . . so weak. . . dizzy. . . and woozy.” Sailor Moon then starts to wobble and move around, weakly.

 

Rei then asks, “What's wrong with her? She isn't that badly injured.”

 

Ami uses her computer and exclaims, “Oh no! That `area' that Sailor Moon is battling in is covered in some kind of `pollen' or `gas' that's affecting her, making her weaker!”

 

Everyone then gasps in shock and Lita roars in anger, “That jerk! He knew all along, but why isn't he begin affected?!”

 

King gets to his feet and tells Sailor Moon, “Feeling weak, my dear? You see, these blue flowers that came with us have a pollen that has a `powerful effect' on other `beings'. Well, they cause the majority of the muscles to relax and causes neural functions to relax into a sleeping state, but it isn't deadly since the heart muscles are effected by the pollen. But I'm not effected since I've altered my DNA to be immune to the effects of the pollen.”

 

Sailor Moon looks at King and says, weakly as her strength gives way, “You knew all along, you. . . bastard.” Sailor Moon is ready to collapse to her knee, but she wills herself to stay up.

 

King tells Sailor Moon, in confident tone, “Don't think by leaving the air and getting fresh air will help. The pollen stays in effect for hours on end. The only way to get it off is to wash it out with water.”

 

Sailor Moon thinks, “Water? Wait! I saw that we are hovering over a river! If I can get to it, I can get this rotten pollen out of my system, but I'm so weak, how. . . No! Don't think like that Serena! Just do something!” Sailor Moon then walks around dizzily, making it look like she can't keep her balance, and she soon reaches the edge, but King goes over and grabs her by the neck.

 

King tells Sailor Moon, “No. No. Can't have you fall down and hurt yourself. Not such a beautiful young teenage such as yourself.”

 

Darien roars at King, angrily, “Let her go!”

 

King hears Darien's `yell' and calls back, “No, I won't! Not such a beautiful work of living beauty. Eyes as blue of the depths of the ocean, hair like pure gold, and the strength of body and soul to match my own. Beautiful and powerful. Sailor Moon is the most exquisite person that I've ever met. No, I don't want her destruction anyone. No, I want to claim as mine! Not as a slave, but my queen!” Everyone then gasps in shock and horror at King's declaration.

 

Sailor Moon says, weakly, “N-N-Not yet. . .”

 

King then asks Sailor Moon, “What did you say my dear?” Sailor Moon then forms her Moon Kaleid scope in her right hand and secretly aims it at King's chest.

 

With the last of her remaining strength, Sailor Moon yells at King, “Not on your life, King! Moon Gorgeous Mediation!” Sailor Moon's attack then slams into King's chest, throwing him back and ripping his shirt one new large hole, but the force of the attack throws Sailor Moon out of the force-field and sends her falling down to the ground.

 

Darien and the other scouts calls out, in horror, “Sailor Moon!” Sailor Moon then does curls into a ball spins around and then goes into a swam dive into the river. Deep inside of the river, Sailor Moon feels her strength returning and then looks to see some kind of mysterious glow substance at the bottom of the pool.

 

Sailor Moon thinks, “No way! That's 100 percent Mew Aqua down there, but I though we had found all of 100 percent Mew Aqua! Well, I hope that some of my Mew-Mews powers still work since I transformed to Sailor Moon from them!” Sailor Moon then extends her right hand and then forms a small ball of water around the some of the 100 percent Mew Aqua, taking it to the surface with her. At the surface, everyone is back on the ground and King is at the side of the river.

 

He then calls out, “Are you done with your `swim', Ms. Moon?” As if on cue, Sailor Moon then jumps out of the water and splashes the Mew Aqua water towards King, who blocks with his right hand and arm. When Sailor Moon lands on the side of the river bed, King tells Sailor Moon, in a bit of taunting tone, “Splashing me with water, Princess Serena?” But then the Mew Aqua purity took effect as King's arm and hand began to burn. He screams out in pain and exclaims, “What's this?!”

 

Sailor Moon smiles and tells King, in a somewhat taunting tone, “That wasn't ordinary water I just splashed you with. That was water containing some one hundred percent Mew Aqua in it. Since Mew Aqua destroys pollution and heals the injured life, I figured that your level of darkness in your skin would be like pollution and Mew Aqua, your poison, isn't that right, `old chap'?” Sailor Moon then rushes in with Royal Moon Scepter at ready and when Sailor Moon jumps into the air, she calls out, “Royal Moon Starlight Aurora!” By now, Sailor Moon is right over King and aiming her attack at his face, but what everyone else, expect Sailor Moon, doesn't notice, is King moving his left fist towards Sailor Moon's lower waist. Just then Sailor Moon's attack blasts King at point blank range, sending her skidding across 250 yards before the attack explodes when he slams into the edge of the forest.

 

When the smoke clears, King is standing, his clothes torn, his arms and face quite bloody, but a smile on his face as he says, “Exquisite, my dear. The battle is yours, but beware, the war has just begun.” King then teleports away and totally vanishes from sight. Sailor Moon is breathing heavily from one real fight for her life.

 

Elliott's voice then calls out, “Well, it seems like you used my weapon well, Serena!” When everyone looks to the source of Elliott's voice, they see him and Wesley come up.

 

Mew Zoey exclaims, “Hey, what are you and Wesley doing here, Elliott?!”

 

Elliott then tells Mew Zoey, “Making sure that you and Serena don't screw up with the fate of the world in the balance!”

 

Sailor Moon then calls to Elliott, breathing very labored, “Elliott, remind to get back at you for scanning my silver crystal without my permission, but right now, I'm about to faint. . .!” When everyone looks at Sailor Moon, nothing happens for a few seconds and then the imprint of a fist mark appears on Sailor Moon's lower right waist, much to the shock of everyone. Sailor Moon winches in real pain and agony and says, in real pain, “Ugh. . . King got me in the side before I could launch my attack. . . full of surprises. . .” Sailor Moon then closes her eyes and starts to fall back, de-transforming back to Mew Serena and then to her `civilian form' of Serena.

 

Darien calls out, fearfully, “Serena!” Darien then runs up to try to catch Serena, but he's beaten to it by none other than Lady Inari, herself, who catches Serena and puts our Moon Princess into her arms.

 

Mina then asks, “Who is that?”

 

But the five Mew-Mews knew her and Mew Bridget, Mew Zoey, Mew Corina, and Mew Kiki exclaim, “Lady Inari!”

 

Lita then asks, surprised by the four Mew-Mews `declaration', “Who's Lady Inari?”

 

Ami then states, “Lady Inari is the all-mother of the Kitsune, the legendary and mythical fox spirits of Japan.”

 

Lady Inari then says, “I am the very same Lady Inari, you speak of, Princess of Mercury.” The scouts are surprised that Lady Inari knew about that. Lady Inari then looks at the unconscious Serena and tells her, “You have done very well, Princess Serena, daughter of the moon. Now, take some time to rest.”

 

Trista then asks Lady Inari, “You know about Princess Serena?”

 

Lady Inari tells Trista, “Yes, I've known about the daughter of the moon for years, guardian of the gates of time. Princess Serena and I met two years ago when she was living in the Edo district.” Darien and the scouts were more surprised that Serena and Lady Inari met rather than she knew that Trista is Sailor Plato, guardian of the gates of time. Lady Inari then says, “You see, before she is to become Neo-Queen Serenity of Crystal Tokyo in the future, Princess Serena or Sailor Moon has one final grand destiny to perform and I knew this before she even became Sailor Moon. Within her lies the power to change the world. . . for better or for ill.”

 

Trista then asks, “What kind of destiny?”

 

Lady Inari tells everyone, “It is time for all of you to know the whole truth about Princess Serena and the knowledge about her greatest adventure and battle she has to fight. However, what I can tell you, now, is that the fate of the world, at this moment, lies in her hands alone. Now, please come, follow me.” Lady Inari, with the unconscious Serena in her arms, starts to walk off and everyone else has no choice but to follow Lady Inari to wherever she is taking them. . .

 

Next time in Chapter 3: A Fox's Story and Return: Lady Inari leads the Mew-Mews, Sailor Scouts, Darien, Elliott, and Wesley into a sacred Kitsune village outside of human society, where Serena gets healed and rest. On the meanwhile, Lady Inari tells everyone a little about the Kitsune and herself. Finally, the origins of Serena's past as Mew Serena of the Tokyo Mew-Mews is revealed to all of Serena's friends, allies, and her boyfriend! Plus, they also learn that the Serena they knew is only an act, the Mew-Mews, Elliott, and Wesley knew the `real Serena' and why she hid herself. But the instant that Serena wakes up and recovered from the battle with King, a new opponent shows up in the form of Juliet of the War Rose Knights and attacks everyone! Now, Serena must fight, again, but not as Sailor Moon, but as Mew Serena, once more, and she shows her old `tricks' and `talents', displaying why Mew Serena was and still is the strongest of all of the Tokyo Mew-Mews! But after the battle, King returns to add a `new twist' to the battle and Serena makes a great decision that will shock everyone as well as might changing the Sailor Scouts. . . permanently! What's going to happen?! You are going to have catch the next Sailor Mew-Mew to find out! See you next time!

 

Before I go, I want to say that the Magna, Tokyo Mew-Mew A La Mode, will be added to this story and that the Mew-Mew with two genes, Berry Shirayuki, will be one of the main characters in this story and I don't own that Magna or that character either!
