I still can remember when I use to live a normal life you know. I had a job, a home, but I was alone. This city I live in is a dangerous city full of crime and corruption. Everyday someone turned up missing or dead. The alleyways were like a graveyard. Little did I know I would be one of those bodies, one of those statistics that were counted like things and not humans.

Walking home from my job I hear footsteps not far behind. I speed up faster and faster. I catch one of them hiding behind a car. I take off running. They all finally reveal themselves. I knock down trashcans and whatnot but it doesn't seem to be working. Why are they chasing me? Finally they catch up with me. I'm completely surrounded.

"What do you want from me? Money, cause I don't have any!"

"No…. what we want…. is your…flesh."

"What?" I say stunned by their response.

"We… must… feed…"

"Stay back! AAAAHHHHGGGGG!!!!!!!!"

I can feel the flesh being ripped from my bones, the pain the torture so overwhelming. I see a light, I head towards it, and then the light slowly fades out. I wake up in the same alley I was in.

"W-what happened…I…cant remember…"

I head home to try and clean up. I look around and try to remember what happened to me last night.

"Is this heaven or hell?" I ask myself.

I look all over my body for any wounds but my skin is intact.

"Must have been a dream…. yeah that's it."

After I take a shower I head into my room to read a book. I open my book only to find that the words are all twisted and warped.

"What the fuck is going on here!"

I open another book, still the same. I pick up the newspaper, a magazine, an ad from a store everything all twisted up. Next thing I know everything starts falling apart. I cover myself up to protect myself. When I open my eyes I see a world all soaked with blood. Screams filled the air like a brutal melody, world of sin and carnality. I knew where I was.

I wander around aimlessly throughout the wasteland. Only running into the dead. I choose not to follow the screams instead I steer away from them. After what seems like an eternity I find what looks like some sort of chateau. I head inside.

"Hello … anyone alive? Uh I mean…oh forget it."

I walk around the seemingly endless halls. Finally I reach a room with an aura flowing through the cracks of the doors. I slowly open the large dilapidated doors only to find a mirror and a beautiful girl staring into it…
