Chapter Thirty-One

Yukari thought it would be even better if she brought Hitomi's mother with her, after all her mother hasn't seen her daughter in almost two years. Yukari went over to where Mrs. Kanzaki lives, and knocks on the door.

Mrs. Kanzaki opens the door. "Oh hi Yukari come on in."

"Thank you."

"What brings you down to my end of town?"

"I have brought news about Hitomi."

"Really? How is my daughter?"

Yukari went over to Hitomi's mothers to try to explain that Hitomi was now going to be residing on Gaea and she took it well.

"From the sounds of it Hitomi loves being on Gaea she is really happy."

"That's good. How did you come about information about my daughter if she is in a different world?"

"Today her husband paid me a visit."

"Her Husband?"

"Yeah I was surprised too, she is already married and has a daughter named Aiko."

"I'm a grandma."

"Yeah. Folken, her husband, wanted to surprise Hitomi for her birthday by having some of her Family and friends over. He is able to do that he practices and can perform magic."

"This Folken can really bring me to see my daughter?"

"Yes, he is coming back in five days to get us."

Five days have passed and Hitomi could tell that Folken was planning something. What is my darling husband up to?

Everything started like a normal day, it's like it never occurred to him it was my birthday. Last year he planned a romantic dinner.

But what Hitomi didn't know was that Folken had been running around trying to get Van, Allen, Melerna, Merle, Yukari, and her mother to come plus getting a one year old so she wouldn't spill the beans.

Folken Left to go to the Mystic Moon.

Folken got to earth to find another guest that would be coming. He flew down to the ground; he had his beautiful white wings spread out

He walked up to Yukari, folding up his wings and asked "Who is she?" very quietly.

"Hitomi's Mother."

"Oh okay."

Folken walked up to his mother in-law and bowed "Nice to meet you Mrs. Kanzaki. I am Folken Fanel."

"Ah my new son in-law, I must say you are quite handsome and your wings are they real?"

"As real as I am."

"They are so beautiful."

A feather came off his wing and landed in Mrs. Kanzaki's hands and she saw all of what had happened to This man when he was a child and growing up to the point he lost his arm. The feather dissolved, and she looks at Folken's right arm, the arm full of machinery.

"We must be going."

Yukari and Mrs Kanzaki grabbed on tight to Folken as he struggled to fly in the air. A beam of light came down to meet Folken and they disappeared into it.

When they opened their eyes they were in a forest. Folken brought Kira and Kato. Yukari rode on Kira while Mrs. Kanzaki rode with Folken back to the palace.

When they got to the palace everyone was in the stables awaiting Folken for Hitomi's surprise, Van, Allen, Melerna, Chid and Merle. Folken put Kato and Kira away and went to go introduce Yukari and his mother in-law to the gang.

"Mrs. Kanzaki, Yukari, this is King Allen Schezar, and his wife Queen Melerna Schezar. This is Prince Chid from Freid. This is Merle from Fanelia, and this is my little brother King Van Fanel of Fanelia. As for myself you know me as Folken but my title is King Folken Fanel and your daughter Hitomi's title is Queen Hitomi Fanel of my kingdom."

"Everybody, this is Yukari, a friend of Hitomi's from the Mystic Moon and her mother."

Everyone shook hands before going inside to surprise Hitomi.

Hitomi was with Aiko in the garden so it would be easy to get everyone in. Folken led everyone into the palace and into the large dining room.

"I am going to get Hitomi so please stay here."

Folken left the room and walked towards the gardens. He just stepped outside when he herd a cry of joy.

"Daddy!" A happy Aiko yelled and went running into her father's arms.

I looked up to see her husband standing there holding their daughter. I walked up to him and he kissed me.

"Happy Birthday Hitomi."

"Thank you Folken."

"Should we tell her daddy?"

"I guess so but I'll let you do the honours."

"Mommy, there's a surprise for you in the dining room come see."

A happy Aiko ran off leaving Folken and Hitomi to chase after her. She stopped outside the door. Folken opened it and I went inside to see all my friends there and then I saw Yukari and my mom.

Folken Picked up Aiko as the three of then went into the dining room.

"Mom, Yukari…" Hitomi ran up to both of them and hugged them "I've missed you so much."

"Is that Aiko?"

"Yes, that's my little Princess."

Folken walked over with Aiko.

"Aiko, this is my mommy, she's your Grandmother and this is mommy friend where she use to live."

"Wow."

"Hitomi she is so beautiful. I love her hair, light blue."

Aiko came down off her father and was talking to her grandmother.

"Oh Folken, thank you so much." I jumped up and wrapped my arms around his neck, and we kissed.

Everyone was watching. My mother was so pleased to see how happy I was with my new life here. I had a man who loved me with all his heart, a family, a home and I wouldn't have to worry about money, for not only me, but my children and their children and so on.

The party went on for all afternoon and into the evening, everything was going great. My mom was getting along with Folken; Yukari was flirting with Van all evening.

"Hitomi." Yukari whispered into me ear.

"What?"

"Your right, that Allen guy looks like Amano, even he sounds like him."

We both started laughing.

"What are they laughing at?" a confused Allen asked. "I thought I heard my name.

"Yukari just realized you look exactly like a guy from earth that they both had a crush on in high School. His name was Amano."
