Yohji was going to “pay” and pay dearly, make no mistake.
For the next week and a half, when it was Omi’s turn to do deliveries, something came up and Yohji got stuck doing them.
It was late on Friday afternoon when Omi approached Aya with yet another problem.
“Aya, I have tons of homework to do,” Omi pleaded with their leader, his big eyes watering. “I have to pass this class with an “A” and I’m falling behind because I’m not getting any sleep. Please can’t you have someone else do the deliveries? Please?!”
“Why do you have to pass this one in particular? You have ‘A’s in everything else,” Aya asked.
“Yes, but this is an extremely important class. I can’t go on next year without doing well in it.”
“Kudou! Go do deliveries,” Aya snapped.
“Ayaaaaaa!”
“Now!”
< br> “Okay, okay,” he grumbled, heading for the door.
Omi worked hard to hide the grin that threatened to sneak up on him. Yohji hated doing deliveries. It was just a bonus that Omi knew all about the romantic little dinner Yohji had planned for he and Aya that evening. It was supposed to be a surprise for their three and a half month anniversary or something ridiculous like that. Making the deliveries would put quite a dent in their time together. Omi thought he knew how Schuldig must feel after pulling off something evil in that moment.
Yohji grimaced, grabbed the delivery list and started gathering up the orders to put in the car. No way in hell he was driving the “Thing”. As he passed by Omi, his eyes narrowed.
“Oh, Mittchi?”
“Yes, Yohji-kun?” Omi asked innocently.
“Don’t think for a second you’ve gotten away with anything.”
Omi tried to look puzzled. “Gotten away with what, Yohji-kun?”
“You know what,” he growled, low enough so only Omi could hear. “Interrupting mine and Aya’s anniversary dinner.”
“Is it your anniversary? I didn’t know you’d been a couple for a year already.”
Yohji grimaced and turned away. Oh, it’s ON now.
