The Last Mission
The way you lie there,
Your eyes closed,
Your red locks dishevelled,
It seems there's nothing more peaceful
In this dark, cruel world.
I bite my lip, knowing
I have to complete this mission,
But I can't, I simply can't.
My hands shake badly
And loose their grip
The gun falls down
Wakening you up
From your deep slumber
There is no escape now
You have seen me
I raise the gun
