Zeva lay asleep in her bed, dreaming peacefully. Her dark red hair spread like blood splattered on her white sheets. She stirred gently as she rested, her white night gown exposing parts of her well-shaped breasts. A slight smile formed on her gentle face and she gently rolled over as she groaned a more than formillar name.

"..Ken..Kun…"

Crawford smirked at the dormant Zeva from the shadows.

"This is all too easy.." He thought to himself, as he slowly flicked out the needle, its razor tip glinting off the moon light that illuminated Zeva's room. Everything to Brad seemed like it had been set up this way for him to get in so easily. He had made his entrance from a cracked window, and now covered himself in the mystic shadows, completely still as he crouched close to the ground; watching his victim. Slowly, Crawford rose his glasses catching the light. Zeva tensed and squirmed under her covers as the flash of light ran over her face. Brad froze, waiting for her to settle again. When he thought it safe, he began to unveil himself from the shadows once again. He silently crept to the bed, the needle bared and small droplets of the Lithium oozing from the point. He hovered over the bed, the needle held between his index and middle finger, Zeva shifted in her sleep. She now laid on her back, her arms curved at the elbow and her fingers gently curved into her palm. She was completely vulnerable to him now, in everyway possible. He raised the needle, its tip glinting in the moonlight, once raised high enough he quickly brought the needle down upon Zeva's sleeping body, only to have it met with her gun point.

"FREEZE OR I'LL SHOOT!"

Crawford jumped back and drew back his needle that had failed to inject it's self.

"You were awake this whole time?"

Zeva clicked back her gun and aimed it Crawford's forehead "No shit.."

Crawford smirked and drew the needle one more time hiding it from Zeva's vision. "Looks like this will be more of a fight than I thought.."

Zeva smirked back and at him and slightly cocked her head "Damn strait.."

Crawford slipped into his fighting position, he locked himself in place ready to lunge. Zeva watched him, and slowly set her gun down.

"Only cowards use guns..and it would be too much of an unfair fight to use my gifts..shitai..." she thought as she placed the weapon on her bed sheets. Crawford saw his opening and lunged, Zeva quickly dodged coming up behind Brad who suddenly found himself face down on the floor. He rose steadily to face the fiery red head that only continued for the sake of her life. She slowly slipped and locked herself into her fighting position, Crawford smirked with amusement.

"You can't win against me..I can see your every move right before it happens.." Zeva's expression tightened, her muscles contrasting. She clenched her teeth and pushed herself off the ground with all her force. As she closed in on Brad she saw a glint of something metal, but it was too late. As she latched onto one of Crawfords arms, twisting it diligently with all her strength before impaling him into a wall and pinning him there, She felt something slender and numbing inject itself into her back. Crawford smirked and leaned into her ear whispering gently.

"I told you..you can't win.." Zeva's eyes dilated slightly at the feeling of the numb pain, but she only twisted Brad's arm harder. A mind-jerking crack was heard as the bone splintered in two. Fragments of bone shot out of his arm, Bits of his flesh began to peal open as she slowly, painfully broke Brad's arm. Blood began to drip onto her wooden floor, And she released him letting him fall and drink the pool of his spilt liquid.

"K..Kuso…" Blood ran down the side of his mouth as he peered at Zeva through cracked lenses.

"Who are you! Who do you work for? Answer me, NOW!"

Brad smirked as he still laid on the ground "Someone you'll never forget.." Crawford quickly picked himself off the ground and made a dash for the window. Zeva attempted to follow him, but as she made her way to the window right after Crawford had made his leap of faith, he was no where to be found. But his voice still lingered in the stiff night air.

"See you on the other side.." His voice traveled in echoes, but Brad himself was no where to be seen. Zeva rotated her head to glance at the digital clock that accompanied her nightstand.

"Kuso..it's too late to get in touch with Manx…and I've got my mission in a little less than 48 hours now." She glanced over her shoulder, but couldn't sufficiently see the wound of where Brad had inflicted the random pain. "Shitai..I better go try and clean this out.." She slowly walked to her tiny bathroom to assets her wounded shoulder before retreating back into her bed for the rest of the night.
