You were leaving. Doing what you thought was best to protect us. You knew that he was too powerful and that we couldn't handle him on our own.

Well, you knew that I could-but the timing wasn't right for me to show my powers.

But who knew that you had this much power? That you could overtake a Testament?

I sat there in the E.S. in shock.

You were leaving me.

After everything we had gone through together.

I couldn't believe it, I didn't want to understand.

But this is what you had to do.

You had to do this to seek the closure you so desperately desired.

I was unable to bring myself to stop you.

I could only sit and watch as you faded away.

You didn't even look at me.

Not once.

Only at Rubedo and Jan Sauer.

That hurt.

That hurt a lot.

More than you'll ever know.

I wanted you to look at me. You knew I was here, didn't you? Why didn't you? That way at least…it would have seemed that you were telling me goodbye.

I held you in that hanger, crying for you since you couldn't cry. I could feel all the hurt inside you. I wanted to take it all away, to make you happy.

But I could only cry and cling to you.

After fourteen years things hadn't changed between us.

We sought comfort in one another, both of us having pasts and lives that hurt us.

“….chaos, if only that had been you…”

Yeah…if only it had been me…then you'd still be here.
