Well, I know that it has been sometime since I've updated, but with my new semester that started on January 16 of this year of 2007, it is going to be tough. Especially since I've got to go to school five days a week and I have to do a language course this semester! However, I will try to get these story updates on as soon as I can! Anyway, I would like to say thank you to those that reviewed my last chapter and I'm sorry to say that unlike what happened in the actual Season Two, Bastion will not or even become a part of the Society of Light as well as ever get brainwashed. Personally, I didn't like his `fall' in Season Two and think he deserved a bit more `credit' than what he got in Season Two of Yu-Gi-Oh GX. Now, there are going to be plenty of scenes from episodes of Season Two in this chapter, but they might be a bit different for obvious reasons, so, please bare with me. Now, it is time to get your game on! Disclaimer: I DON'T own Sailor Moon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Yu-Gi-Oh GX, any of the characters, and anything/anyone that come from these and other stories that end up in this fanfiction! Chapter 5: Of Duels and Of Senshi

 

(Returning to the mysterious temple; Shortly after we left Zane and Sheppard)

 

Returning to the mysterious temple in the Tibetan Mountains, we find Zane, now in his `Hell Kaiser' persona, dueling against Chancellor Sheppard, the `former' chancellor of Duel Academy that left under mysterious reasons. Both of them had duel disks on their left wrists, both of them have drawn five cards from their dueling decks, and both of them had their duel disks activated each displaying 4000 life-points each.

 

Starting Scores:

Sheppard: 4000

Zane (Hell Kaiser): 4000

 

Sheppard draws one card from his deck and says, “It has been a long time. Too long.” Sheppard looks at his hand, puts two cards in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I place two cards face-down and that will end my turn.” Soon after, holograms of two face-down cards appear in front of Sheppard and Zane gives a serious look. Sheppard asks, with a sly tone, “What? Did I confuse you?”

 

Zane yells out, angrily, “Hardly!” Zane draws one card from his deck, puts the card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk, and calls out, “All right, I begin with Future Fusion!” Zane goes through his deck and exclaims, with a sly grin on his lips, “Now, I can send three Cyber Dragons to my graveyard! You know what that means don't you?” Sheppard gives a serious, yet, nervous look knowing exactly what it means. Zane discards three Cyber Dragon (2100/1600) monster cards to the graveyard, takes one fusion monster from his fusion deck, puts it on his duel disk, and calls out, “By sacrificing these Cyber Dragons, I can summon a monster that you know all too well! My Cyber End Dragon!” In a huge whirlwind, Cyber End Dragon (4000/2800) appears behind Zane in attack mode. Zane tells Sheppard, “Fortunately for you, it can't attack just yet, but when it does . . . watch out!”

 

Sheppard looks at Cyber End Dragon and says, calmly, “Yes, I know of your dragon's power. I'm the one who gave it to you! Or did you trade in your old memories for these trendy new clothes. Well, allow me to remind you how it all began!” Zane gives an annoyed look as Sheppard states, “You were just eight years old when you learned that you were the heir to an ancient legacy known as the `Cyber Legacy'. Immediately, you stood out from my other students. And we knew then and there that you were the one that we looking for.” Just then images of Zane as a child in this temple came back into Sheppard's mind, including the day that he gave Zane a Cyber End Dragon. When Sheppard was done with his mental remembering, he says, “When you left here, I thought our journey was over. Then years later, we met once more, this time in the hollowed halls of Duel Academy. We couldn't discuss it then, but I was proud of the duelist that you had become and never regretted giving you that card . . . until now.”

 

Zane says, in a real annoyed tone, “This is starting to sound like a lecture . . . and I told you that I didn't have the time! I'm here for one thing and one thing only! To get what's coming to me! The rest of the `Cyber Legacy'.”

 

Sheppard sighs and says, “So, you know. There is another deck known as the `Deck of the Underworld', but it has been sealed away. And for good reason, it contains a terrible force.” Just then we go behind Sheppard to see a Tanka of Cyber End Dragon and behind Cyber End Dragon, there are shadows that contain an image of terrible green eyed creature behind the Cyber End Dragon.

 

Zane yells out, in a serious tone, “Save me the fairytales. I want those cards!”

 

Sheppard shouts out, determined tone in his voice, “Never!”

 

Zane replies, with an evil grin and dark tone, “You have no choice. When I beat you, those cards are mine.”

 

Sheppard tells Zane, in a serious tone, “I will never reveal their location, but I will reveal this trap! Shadow Cyber Gardna!” Sheppard's face-down card is revealed to be the Shadow Cyber Gardna trap monster card and Sheppard calls out, “This card remains in play for both of our turns! It makes a Shadow Monster equal to one monster on your side of the field! Shadow Gardna, replicate his Cyber End Dragon!” A dark shadow comes out of the hologram of the card and it transforms into a Shadow version of Cyber End Dragon with all of its stats!

 

Zane quickly puts a card from his hand into the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Sorry, it's De-Fusion!” Zane returns his Cyber End Dragon to his fusion deck and Cyber End Dragon gives a big glow as it transforms back into three Cyber Dragons (2100/1600 X 3) and Zane says, seriously, “So, my dragon splits into three! And since your shadow monster can only copy one of my monsters, it equals only one Cyber Dragon!” The shadow monster than transforms into a dark version of one Cyber Dragon with its stats. Zane tells Sheppard, dark grin on his lips, “After all of this time, the student gets to school his former teacher!” Zane then calls out, “And it starts right now! Cyber Dragon, attack!” One of Zane's three Cyber Dragons attacks Sheppard's shadow monster, which fires back, and the two monsters destroy each other at the same time since they had the same attack power. Zane tells Sheppard, “I've got two Cyber Dragons left! Guess you've become careless in your old age, huh?”

 

Sheppard smiles and replies, in a sly tone, “No, you've just become more gullible, that's all.”

 

Zane replies, in an annoyed tone, “We'll see.”

 

Sheppard calls out, “I reveal my face-down! It's Byroad Sacrifice!” Sheppard's other face-down card is revealed to be the Byroad Sacrifice trap card and Sheppard states, plainly, “It allows me to summon another monster from my hand and I choose this!” Sheppard puts another card on his duel disk and calls out, “My Cyber Ogre!” Soon after, Cyber Ogre (1900/2000) comes to the field to replace Sheppard's shadow monster that was destroyed.

 

Zane says, with a dark grin and tone, “With only nineteen hundred attack points, your ogre is food for my dragon.”

 

Sheppard says, with a sly smile and tone, “Oh, you think so, huh?”

 

Zane roars out, annoyed and serious tone in his voice, “My next attack will show you! Cyber Dragon, attack!” Zane's second Cyber Dragon fires a blast to destroy Sheppard's Cyber Ogre.

 

Sheppard holds another Cyber Ogre monster card and shouts out, “Now, I send another Cyber Ogre to my graveyard! Why? Well, this allows the damage from the attack for the Cyber Ogre on the field to be reduced to zero!” Sheppard discards the monster card as Cyber Dragon's blast hits Cyber Ogre, but when the dust settles, Cyber Ogre is totally unharmed! Sheppard then says, “Cyber Ogre's attack points then increase by the attack points of the monster that attacked it. Since your dragon had twenty-one hundred attack points, my Cyber Ogre now has four thousand!” Cyber Ogre's stats increase from 1900/2000 to 4000/2000!

 

Zane puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, with a sly grin, “Not bad. I will end with this.” Zane then exclaims, in a threatening tone, “Here's your choice: Hand over that Underworld Deck or continue to play at your own risk!”

 

Sheppard draws one card from his deck and says, “I'm not too worried since I'm ending this right now!”

 

As Sheppard looked at the card that he drew, Zane yells out, “I activate my trap! Attack Reflector Unit!” When Sheppard looks at Zane, his face-down card, Attack Reflector Unit, is flipped into face-up position. Zane then declares, “Here's how it works: I send one Cyber Dragon to the graveyard to summon Cyber Barrier Dragon from my deck!” One Cyber Dragon leaves the field as it is sent to the graveyard while Zane takes out one card from his deck and Cyber Barrier Dragon (800/2800) comes to the field in attack mode. Zane gives an evil grin and tells Sheppard, “And as long as Cyber Barrier Dragon is on the field, you are out of luck, Sheppard, because once per turn, my dragon can negate one of your attacks!”

 

Sheppard says, surprised, “That means my ogre is useless!” However, Sheppard puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, seriously, “However, I have another plan. I activate Monster Reincarnation! By discarding one card from my hand, I can replace it with a monster card from my graveyard!” Sheppard discards one card from his hand, takes his other Cyber Ogre (1900/2000) card from his graveyard, and then puts another card in the spell/trap slots. Sheppard says, plainly, “I'll end my turn with this face-down!”

 

Zane draws one card from his deck and calls out, annoyed, “It is about time!” Zane puts one card on his duel disk and calls out, “Now, I call forth Proto Cyber Dragon in attack mode!” In-between Cyber Dragon and Cyber Barrier Dragon, Proto Cyber Dragon (1100/1600) comes to the field in attack mode. Zane then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Photon Generator Unit spell card! In order to use it, two of my Cyber Dragons have got to go! That's right, thanks to my Proto Cyber Dragon's special ability, it fits the requirement! Go, Cyber Laser Dragon!” Cyber Dragon and Proto Cyber Dragon vanish from the field as Zane takes another card from his deck and puts it on his duel disk causing Cyber Laser Dragon (2400/1500) to come to the field in attack mode. Zane then shouts out, “Now, I activate its special ability! Once per turn, it can destroy one monster with equal or greater attack points than my dragon! There goes your Cyber Ogre!” Cyber Laser Dragon shoots a beam from its tail that destroys Cyber Ogre.

 

Sheppard calls out, “Now, I use the spell card: Scrap Fusion!” Sheppard's face-down card is revealed to be the Scrap Fusion Quick-Spell card and Sheppard says, seriously, “With this, I can fuse monsters from your graveyard! So, your three Cyber Dragons belong to me now! Hand them over Truesdale!” Just then Zane's graveyard gives off a bright glow causing three lights come from it and combine behind Sheppard. When that light fades away, Cyber End Dragon (4000/2800) appears behind him in attack mode. Sheppard then says, with a sly grin and sarcastic tone, “Oh, right, I forgot! Scrap Fusion allows me to fuse those monsters by removing them from play and using the fusion monster from your deck. Which means Cyber End Dragon belong to me. Your birthright is in the hands of its former master!”

 

Zane puts one card in the spell/trap slots and states, annoyed, “All right, I get it! I'll end with one card face-down.”

 

Sheppard tells Zane, seriously, “As you should. I draw!” Sheppard draws one card from his deck, looks at it, and says, “Not bad.” Sheppard puts the card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I play Pot of Greed, which allows me to draw twice more!” Sheppard draws two more cards from his deck, looks at the two cards that he drew, and says, “Now, I play Cyber Esper in attack mode!” Sheppard puts the card on his duel disk and Cyber Esper (1200/1800) comes to the field in attack mode. Sheppard looks at Cyber Barrier Dragon and says, “Since your Barrier Dragon only stops my first attack, I will save my Cyber End Dragon for later.” Sheppard then calls out, “Cyber Esper, the first attack of my turn is yours! Attack his Barrier Dragon!” Cyber Esper leaps into the air above Cyber Barrier Dragon and Sheppard calls out, “Cybernetic Shock!” Cyber Esper fires electrical beams at Cyber Barrier Dragon.

 

Zane says, plainly, “Like you said, my Barrier Dragon's special ability kicks in. Cyber Esper's attack is negated.” Cyber Barrier Dragon retracts his mechanical head and creates a force-field that negates Cyber Esper's attack.

 

Sheppard thinks in his mind, with a smile, “Excellent. That means he can't use that ability again. All I need to do is to destroy his Laser Dragon so he can't use it special ability next turn.” Sheppard then commands, “Cyber End Dragon, destroy his Laser Dragon now! Super Strident Blaze!” Cyber End Dragon fires three beams of energy from its mouths that combine to destroy Cyber Laser Dragon and cost Zane around 1600 life-points while he gives a look of annoyance at the destruction of his Laser Dragon. Sheppard puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I'll end my turn with one card face-down.”

Sheppard: 4000

Zane: 2600

 

Zane draws one card from his deck and says, annoyed, “Finally. I play . . .!”

 

Sheppard interrupts him and says, “Hold on! My Esper's ability comes into effect! Now, I have the right to look at all the cards that you draw!” Zane shows Sheppard the card that he drew, Pot of Greed, and Sheppard nods his head.

 

Zane puts the Pot of Greed spell card in the spell/trap slots of his duel disk and calls out, “I play Pot of Greed! Now, I draw two cards!” Zane draws two cards from his deck and shows them to Sheppard, because of Cyber Esper's special effect forces him to. The cards that Zane draw were Creature Swap and Limiter Removal.

 

Sheppard thinks in his mind, “He'll probably use that Limiter Removal to double his Barrier Dragon's attack points to destroy my Esper. Then he will use Creature Swap to get Cyber End Dragon back.” Sheppard looks at the hologram of his face-down card and thinks, “However, my face-down card is Trojan Blast! When Zane takes a monster from my side, this trap will activate causing his End Dragon to be destroyed and Zane to take damage to his life-points as Cyber End Dragon's attack points! This means that this duel will be over in Zane's turn! This dragon meets so much that he will want to take it back!” Images of Zane standing in front of the Tanka of Cyber End Dragon and of Zane's time with communicating with the spirit of Cyber End Dragon come into Sheppard's mind. When the images are gone, Sheppard thinks in his mind, “If there is a bit of the old Zane in there, this is the way to get him back!”

 

However, Zane then calls out, in a real serious tone, “I reveal my trap card! Lost Pride!” Zane's face-down card is revealed to be the Lost Pride trap card and Zane declares, “By discarding one spell card from my hand, I can add one spell card from your graveyard to my hand!” Zane displays his Creature Swap spell card and says, plainly, “Here goes. I sacrifice Creature Swap!”

 

Sheppard gasps in shock and calls out, stunned, “By now, you can't get Cyber End Dragon!”

 

Zane replies, darkly, “I don't want it!” Zane then shouts out, “From your graveyard, I add Scrap Fusion to my hand!” Just then the card comes out of the graveyard and goes into Zane's hand.

 

Sheppard asks Zane, stunned at he just did, “Zane, do you know what you are doing?!”

 

Zane replies, with an evil smile and dark tone, “For the first time in my life, I know exactly what I'm doing.” Zane then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and shouts out, “Now, I play Ruthless Denial! Now, I have to sacrifice one monster on my side of the field! And I choose my Barrier Dragon!” Cyber Barrier Dragon vanishes as it is sent to the graveyard and Zane says, darkly, “Now, I can send one of your monsters to the graveyard, but which one?” Zane then says, darkly and tauntingly, “How about that Cyber Ogre you brought back?” Sheppard then discards the Cyber Ogre monster card in his hand to the graveyard and Zane says, in a evil taunting tone, “Now, there are two Cyber Ogres in your graveyard, this should be fun.” Zane then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Next, I play another spell. It is called Scrap Fusion, but I will get to that. First, I must pay one thousand life-points since I got this card by using Lost Pride.” Zane's life-points than drop by 1000.

 

Sheppard gasps in stunned shock and exclaims, in a shocked tone, “Wait! Are you . . .?!”

 

Zane then calls out, interrupting Sheppard, “I play Scrap Fusion! This allows me to fuse the two Cyber Ogres in your graveyard and now, I play a card from your deck! It's the fusion monster known as Cyber Ogre Two in attack mode!” Just then behind Zane, Cyber Ogre 2 (2600/1900) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Sheppard shouts out, seriously, “How could you Zane?! Tell me!”

 

Zane replies, with a dark smile on his lips, “I can to duel, not to talk Sheppard!” Zane then declares, “Now, Cyber Ogre Two's special ability activates, giving it half of End Dragon's attack points, so, that two thousand more!” Cyber Ogre 2's stats increase from 2600/1900 to 4600/1900! Zane then displays his Limiter Removal spell card and calls out, “Finally, I play this! It's called Limiter Removal! Cyber Ogre Two's attack points double!” Cyber Ogre 2 roars as its stats increase from 4600/1800 to 9200/1900! Zane then commands, in a ruthless serious tone, “Now attack Cyber End Dragon!” Cyber Ogre 2 slams into Cyber End Dragon engulfing it in flames as it roars out in pain.

 

Sheppard, looking on at this, is horrified by this and says, flabbergasted and horrified, “What have you done? You and that dragon shared a special bond.” Sheppard looks towards Zane and sees him coming towards him with a dark and uncaring look on his face.

 

Zane tells Sheppard, in a dark tone, “Yes, we do. I can hear its spirit screaming for mercy. And you know what?! I don't care! I came here for one thing and one thing only! And I'm not leaving until I do!” Zane comes up to a shocked Sheppard and says, in a dark tone, “Even if it means getting rid of an old friend.” Zane looks up at the burning Cyber End Dragon and calls out, in a cold tone, “Cyber End Dragon! It's been real!” Just then Cyber End Dragon is destroyed in a huge explosion that sends the Tanka of Cyber End Dragon flying away, revealing a hidden compartment craved into the wall with a box inside. On the meanwhile, Sheppard loses 5200 life-points from the attack, ending the duel immediately.

 

Final Score:

Sheppard: 0

Zane: 1600

 

While Sheppard collapses to the ground, Zane looks to see the compartment in the wall and says, “Well, what do you know?” Zane goes over to the wall, takes out the box, opens the box, and finds a Duel Monsters deck inside causing Zane to say, “The Underworld Deck.”

 

As Zane takes the deck from the box, Sheppard says, groaning out in pain, “Wait . . .!”

 

When Zane looks at the cards, he says, with a wide dark grin, “Excellent.” Zane takes the deck with him and tells Sheppard as he passes by him, in a cold tone, “Be thankful. I could have taken this duel a lot further.” Zane then starts to talk away from Sheppard, but Sheppard quickly rises to his knees.

 

Sheppard then shouts out, “Wait!” When Zane stops, Sheppard takes out a medal of some sort and throws it to Zane, shouting out, “Catch!”

 

When Zane catches the metal, he found that it had the picture of Earth with the letter `GX' in the middle and he asks, plainly, “What is this?”

 

When Zane looks at Sheppard, he rises to his feet and tells him, “You want to know why I've been gone for all this time! I've been traveling and gathering all of the best duelists in the world for a tournament that I'm going to hold on Duel Academy.”

 

Zane asks, curiously, “And this is?”

 

Sheppard tells Zane, “Your ticket. No one can enter my tournament without one of those medals. It would be in your best interests to go.”

 

Zane tells Sheppard, in a plain tone, “Sorry, Sheppard, I don't do little tournaments anymore.” Zane then says, thinking about it, “However, this might be a good time to try out my new deck. I'll think about it.” Zane then starts to walk back towards the door.

 

Sheppard calls out to Zane, “You do that! Believe me, it is a chance in a lifetime!” Sheppard thinks in his mind, “I'm not giving up on you Truesdale, if I can't bring you back, then maybe your friends can!” Zane gets his mountain gear after putting his new deck in a safe place, puts on his mountain gear, and leaves the temple as well as slowing heading down the mountain back to civilization. Sometime after he has left, Sheppard goes to the fallen Cyber End Dragon Tanka and puts the cloth picture into his hands. Sheppard thinks in his mind, “What has happened to you, Zane? You've lost respect for your opponents and even your own cards! And now, you hold one of the most dangerous decks in Duel Monsters in your hands! I hope that there is someone that can bring you back into the light.”

 

Just then an ethereal female voice calls out, “There is someone that can help your prized student Chancellor Sheppard.”

 

Sheppard turns to the source of the voice and shouts out, “Who's there?!” Just then bright silver light covers the room and Sheppard closes his eyes and shields them with his hands.

 

The female voice calls out, “One who has come for your aid, Chancellor Sheppard.” The bright silver light vanishes and right before Sheppard's eyes, the spirit of Queen Serenity stands before him. Sheppard knows plenty of Duel Monsters spirits, but he is surprised to see a human or a humanoid spirit in front of him.

 

Sheppard asks Queen Serenity, “Who are you? I know that you are a spirit, but I've never witness a human spirit before. If you are human, of course. Are you a human spirit?”

 

Queen Serenity tells Sheppard, “My name is Queen Serenity, former ruler of the Moon Kingdom. And as you have said, I am a spirit, but not one that you know of. To answer your second question, I am not a Duel Monsters spirit, but I'm not a human spirit of Earth. When I was alive, I was the ruler of a kingdom on the surface of Earth's moon and known as a Lunarian, a child of the Goddess Selene, the great moon goddess.”

 

Sheppard gasps in shock and says, “I've heard myths and tales of a kingdom and people on Earth's moon. However, I thought they were nothing, but fairytales.”

 

Queen Serenity tells Sheppard, “I can assure you that what you have heard are no myths and legends. I was the last ruler of the Moon Kingdom before my home was destroyed by a great evil. And now, a great evil threatens to destroy your home and world of planet Earth and send the universe into chaos. This evil lies within the walls of your fabled school of Duel Academy.”

 

Sheppard exclaims, shocked, “My school?!”

 

Queen Serenity nods her head and says, “Yes, your school. The host of this evil has entered your hollowed and sacred school and brainwashed many of your students with its evil powers, but there are those that are fighting against it. One of those fighting against this evil has the purity of soul, strength of heart, and the power to bring your student, Zane Truesdale, from a path of darkness and hatred. And this very person is one that you are very familiar with. However, in order to understand this battle, you must understand my history, the history of my kingdom, and the connection it has with your world and its fate. But you must know that this knowledge is a rare privilege at this time and will not be known for many years since the end of my kingdom, the knowledge of it has been lost to the people of Earth and for good reason. Chancellor Sheppard, I need your vow and your word as a citizen of Earth and your honor as a duelist that you will not reveal this information to anyone that does not know it already, for which I will give you that knowledge as well. Do I have your word?”

 

Sheppard nods his head and replies, “You have my word, Queen Serenity.”

 

Queen Serenity tells Sheppard, with a kind smile, “Thank you. Now, my story begins over five millennia ago in the time known as the Silver Millennium . . .” As Queen Serenity transforms the room with her magic into an image of the Moon Kingdom, Sheppard knows that he is about to experience and learn something that very few people on Earth know about.

 

(One day later; inside the walls of Duel Academy)

 

The next day within the walls of Duel Academy, the practically powerless Chancellor Sheppard has a microphone in his hand with three new female students wearing Obelisk Blue uniforms.

 

The first one is Jasmine's age with dark violet hair that can be mistaken for black that long and wavy similar to Trista's hairstyle with dark violet eyes, dark violet triangle shaped jewels earrings attached to her ears, and dark violet colors lips with combat boots instead of the regular dark blue high-heeled boots of the female Obelisk Blue uniform and pitch fingerless fighting gloves on her hands, which gives her a Goth kind of look.

 

The second girl is another student of Jasmine's age with long and wavy pink hair in Rei's usual hairstyle, cheery red eyes, beautiful red rose earrings attached to her ears, and bright pink with a regular female Obelisk Blue uniform on her.

 

The third girl also Jasmine's age with black hair in Ami's usual hairstyle, deep and mysterious dark blue eyes, sparkling diamond earrings attached to her ears, black lipstick on her lips, and also wearing the regular Obelisk Blue uniform.

 

Chancellor Sheppard calls out, in a serious tone, “Settle down, students! We have three new students coming in! They are Reece Haskell, Sara Dena, and Keiko Madeira. Their scores were quite excellent, if I do say so myself, so, they will be brought into Obelisk Blue immediately! Now, I want all of you to play nice and get along!”

 

Danielle has joined Jasmine, Mindy, and Atticus and Atticus asks Danielle, in a whispering tone, “Are those yours and Jasmine's teammates?”

 

Danielle nods her head and says, “Yep. That's them.” Danielle points to the `Goth girl' and says, in a whispering tone, “That's Reece Haskell, Sailor Capricorn, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Shadows and Silence, and Sailor Saturn's counterpart in the Zodiac Sailor Senshi.” Danielle then motions to the pink haired girl and whispers, “That's Sara Dena, Sailor Scorpio, the Sailor Senshi of Plants and Nature, and she has the ability to control the weather itself.”

 

Mindy whispers, pretty amazed, “Wow! That sounds pretty neat!”

 

Danielle nods her head and says, “It is.” Danielle then motions at the final new student and whispers, “And finally, that's Keiko Madeira, Sailor Gemini, the Sailor Senshi of Mysticism and Illusion. She is a lot like Rei since she has spiritual powers herself. She is also a miko from a temple in Kyoto.”

 

Atticus whispers to Danielle, “Hopefully, she can get along with Rei.”

 

Jasmine tells Atticus, whispering in a plain tone, “Don't count on it, Atticus.”

 

Danielle tells Jasmine, in a whispering tone, “After class, we can introduce you and the others to them. And with them aiding us, we will have a total of thirteen Sailor Senshi and one Earth prince on the island to stop Sartorius and the Light of Ruin.”

 

Atticus tells Danielle, his voice at the whispering level of sound, “Well, don't get your hopes of stopping him soon. Remember, this is a delicate situation and you can't just go blowing into the White Dorm.”

 

Jasmine tells Atticus, in an annoyed tone and whispering level of sound, “I know that Atticus! However, we will have a better chance of saving Alexis and stopping that brainwashing freak with their help.”

 

Atticus whispers in reply, solemnly, “I hope so. It really gets to me that my sister is helping a madman to destroy the universe.”

 

Jasmine whispers to Atticus, in a determined tone, “Don't worry, Atticus, we will get Alexis back. With all of us working together, Sartorius won't have a prayer.”

 

Mindy nods her head and whispers, reassuringly, “Yeah!” On the meanwhile, our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi was also observing the three new students and Rei senses the sailor crystals in their star seeds.

 

Rei thinks in her mind, “No doubt about it. It's them! I can tell.”

 

Serena whispers to Rei, “What do you sense Rei?”

 

Rei replies, whispering, “It's them. I can sense their Sailor Senshi powers inside of them.”

 

Lita whispers to her friends, “So, these are the other three members of the Zodiac Sailor Senshi. They look like an interesting bunch.”

 

Ami whispers to Lita, “And very powerful, too. Remember, Hyperion told us that all of them have reached Eternal Sailor Senshi level.”

 

Mina whispers, annoyed, “Don't remind me! And only Mars and Moon are the only one of us that has Eternal level powers.”

 

Serena whispers, plainly, “Hopefully, we can make good friends with them. We are going to need them if we are going to stop Sartorius and save Hotaru.”

 

Mina whispers to her friends, in a wondering tone, “But I wonder where Hotaru is? She has only been seen in our classes that we share with her and nothing more after that.”

 

Lita whispers to her friends in an annoyed tone, “I'll bet that ass, Sartorius, has something sick planned for us that turns Hotaru against all of us.”

 

Ami whispers to her friends, “Well, we are going to have to see. For now, we are going to need to wait for a chance to bring Hotaru back.” The other Inner Sailor Scouts nod their heads in agreement and while the three Zodiac Sailor Senshi girls, in their civilian forms, get to their seats, Jaden, Tyranno, Bastion, Syrus, and even Aster from his seat were watching them extensively.

 

(Later that day; within the walls of the `White Dorm')

 

Inside the walls of the `White Dorm' during the afternoon hours, we find Sartorius in his room, looking over his Tarot cards, and when he turns the top card, he finds that it is the Moon card.

 

Sartorius says, with an evil smile, “Ah, so, Sailor Moon is going to face another challenge that will test her abilities to withstand destiny like Jaden can. But who will her opponent be?” Sartorius draws the next Tarot card from his deck and finds that it is The Judgement card and says, with an evil smile and widened eyes, “The Judgement. This card signifies the power to bring salvation and life as well as absolution, death, and destruction. And I know exactly who that is.”

 

Just then Hotaru comes into the room, bows, and says, in a cold tone, “You wish to see, Sartorius-sama?”

 

Sartorius tells Hotaru, “Yes, I do. Tomorrow, you are to duel against your leader, Sailor Moon, also known as Serena. You are to bring into the Society of Light.”

 

Hotaru smiles evilly and replies, “It would be my honor, Sartorius-sama. It is time for my princess to see the light and bring a true future for humanity.”

 

Sartorius tells Hotaru, “Indeed, Hotaru. Now, come to me the next day after class and we will prepare your deck.”

 

Hotaru nods her head and replies, “Of course, Sartorius-sama. Good afternoon.” Hotaru then walks out of Sartorius' room and closes the door.

 

Sartorius says, with a wide grin, “Soon, Sailor Moon, you will see the light and then the whole world will be next. And not even Aster or Jaden will get in my way.”

 

(Shortly thereafter; Just outside of the `White Dorm')

 

A little later that afternoon, we find Jaden, Syrus, Tyranno, Blair, Bastion, Jasmine, Danielle, Mindy, Atticus, all of our Sailor Senshi, Darien, and even Atem, Yugi, and their friends, Joey, Tea, Tristan, and Rebecca were coming along with three guardian felines. Duke couldn't come with them because he had some paperwork to do since he is a teacher at this school.

 

Joey asks Jasmine, “So, these three new girls are also Sailor Senshi like you?”

 

Danielle replies, “That's right. Reece, Sara, and Keiko are Sailor Capricorn, Sailor Scorpio, and Sailor Gemini of the Zodiac Sailor Senshi. Three of my teammates and that's when we need to head for the `White Dorm'.”

 

Tyranno says, “Yeah. Since those girls were assigned to Obelisk Blue, which is currently the `White Dorm', those Society of Light freaks will be on them like flies to a cowpie.”

 

Jasmine tells Tyranno, a bit disgusted, “Thank you for the description, Hassleberry.”

 

Tyranno tells Jasmine, a bit embarrassed, “Sorry, ma'am.”

 

Serena asks, curiously, “What's a `cowpie'?”

 

Rei tells Serena, in a plain tone, “You don't want to know.”

 

Syrus asks Jaden, “So, Jaden, how are we going to get them out that place?”

 

Bastion tells Syrus, in his usual tone, “Don't expect to be too friendly, Syrus. Remember, we are restricting their movements ever since we forced Crowler into a `figurehead' position when we took control of the school.”

 

Rebecca tells Bastion, “With our help, remember? We convinced the security forces in Duel Academy to join our side.”

 

Jaden tells Rebecca, with a smile, “Yeah, that was really sweet, Rebecca. How did you do it?”

 

Yugi tells Jaden, “As a former ruler Jaden, Atem has the ability to know how to talk and convince people to go along with a plan.”

 

Mindy says, worriedly, “Hopefully, we aren't too late.”

 

Danielle tells Mindy, with a smile, “I think they will be all right, if they are challenged to a duel. I'm just worried about them being ganged up on a by a mass of their Society of Light freaks because they can't henshin in pubic. However, if they fight in a duel, they will be just fine.”

 

Mina asks Danielle, “What makes you say that, Danielle?” Just then, as if to answer Mina's question, a male voice screaming rings through their ears.

 

Serena asks, fearfully, “What was that?”

 

Atem says, in a serious tone, “It came from in front of us.”

 

Joey shouts out, seriously, “Well, what are we waiting for?” Not needing another word, our heroes and heroines run head to reach the source of the screaming. When they get in front of the `White Dorm', they see a Reece, with a duel disk that has a dueling deck inside attached to her left arm, facing a fallen `white student', who looks scared out of his mind with Sara and Keiko standing by Reece with sly smirks on their faces and Chazz and a whole lot of white students surrounding the four of them and scared out of their wits.

 

One of the white students says, scared out of his mind, “Oh shit! She . . . She isn't any ordinary duelist!”

 

Chazz asks in his mind, fearfully, “What . . . or who is this girl? That deck with all of the monster, spell, and trap cards is . . . oh my god!”

 

Another white student exclaims, scared beyond comprehension and looking down on that white student on the ground, “My god . . . is that girl the darkness itself? The cards and the way that she dueled with them . . . it weren't even human!”

 

Just then Joey's voice calls out, “Hey, what's going on here?!” Everyone looks to see our heroes and heroines running towards all of them and is surprised to see the white student scared into unconsciousness.

 

Tyranno exclaims, shocked, “Sam hill! What happened to him?”

 

Atticus says, “It looked like he had seen a ghost or something!”

 

Chazz tells the group, “It's nothing that you losers need to worry about! The duel was too much `stimulation' for him. If he can't handle this, then he doesn't deserve to be in the Society of Light.” Chazz then commands his fellow white students, “Let's go!” Chazz and the white students head back to the `White Dorm' leaving a confused group of heroes and heroines, expect for Sara, Keiko, and Reece.

 

Danielle tells the three girls, “I'm so glad that you girls are okay!”

 

Sara says, with a wide smile and nice tone, “It's good to see you, too, Danielle.”

 

Reece looks over the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and Jasmine and asks, in a plain tone, “So, this is the Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, their Princess, and that's our team's leader?”

 

Hyperion tells Reece, Sara, and Keiko, “Indeed, they are.” Hyperion motions to Jasmine and says, “This is Jasmine, the reincarnation of the Princess of the Aries Constellation Kingdom and the second in command of the Zodiac Sailor Scouts.”

 

Jasmine tells the three girls, “Please to meet you. And you don't have to worry about the introductions, through. Danielle already told me all about you.”

 

Keiko says, with a smile, “No surprise, there. We are just glad to have you on the team. Danielle has been leading us without either you or our princess around.”

 

Reece asks Jasmine, plainly, “Think you can take on your `old' leadership role again?”

 

Jasmine tells Reece, with a sly smirk, “Want to find out?”

 

Reece says, with a smile and a plain tone, “You're ready.”

 

Sara states, with a wide grin, “With that kind of attitude, I'm guessing that you have regained many of your memories from the Silver Millennium.”

 

Jasmine crosses her arms and says, with a strong tone, “You know it, girlfriend!”

 

Hyperion then motions to the rest of our heroes and heroines, “Girls, as you already know, these are the Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi. Serena Tsukino, Sailor Moon and reincarnation of the tsuki-no-hime, Princess Serenity, Ami Mizuno, who is Sailor Mercury, Mina Aino, who is Sailor Venus, Rei Hino, who is Sailor Mars, Lita Kino, who is Sailor Jupiter, Amara Ten'ou, who is Sailor Uranus, Michelle Kaiou, who is Sailor Neptune, and finally, Trista Meiou, who is Sailor Pluto and the only Sailor Senshi that wasn't reincarnated at the end of the Silver Millennium. These two fine felines with me are Luna and Atriums, the guardians and advisors. The young adult male in the black hair is Darien Shield, reincarnation of Prince Endymon of Earth.”

 

Keiko nods her head and says, “From your report that you sent Hyperion, the people here with us are the duelists in Duel Academy that they allied themselves with to stop this `Light of Ruin'.”

 

Jaden exclaims, in his usual tone, “That's right! I'm Jaden Yuki, the next King of Games!”

 

Reece thinks in her mind when she looks at Jaden, “Where did I see him before? He reminds of something, but whom?”

 

Syrus tells them, introducing himself, “I'm Syrus Truesdale.”

 

Tyranno says, “The name is Tyranno Hassleberry, Jaden's best friend and right hand man, ma'am.” Syrus gives a slight groan of annoyance from Tyranno's `statement'.

 

Mindy tells the three girls, “I'm Mindy, please to meet you!”

 

Atticus gives his classic grin and says, “The name is Atticus Rhodes, ladies.”

 

Bastion says, “I am Bastion Misawa, top student from Ra Yellow. It is an honor to meet you.”

 

Blair says, “I'm Blair Flannigan. I was originally just ten years old until Sartorius brainwashed and aged my body. Serena freed me from Sartorius' control, but I'm kind of stuck in this age for a few years.”

 

Yugi says, in a plain tone and a kind smile, “I'm Yugi Moto, the current reigning Duel Monsters champion AKA the King of Games. It is nice to meet you.”

 

Joey says, proudly, “The name is Joey Wheeler. Best friend to Yug' and one of the top duelists in the world.”

 

Rebecca says, with a smile, “I'm Rebecca Hawkins, daughter of Professor Hawkins. And I plan to become Yugi's girlfriend.”

 

Tea rolls her eyes at Rebecca's last `comment' then says, “And I'm Tea Gardner, another of Yugi's best friends and quite the duelist. Yugi and our friends are teachers here in Duel Academy.”

 

Tristan then states, “Tristan's the name and being Yugi's best bud is the game. I'm also a teacher in Duel Academy like Tea just mentioned.”

 

Atem says, “I am Atem, a former ruler of Egypt around five millennia in the past. My spirit was originally trapped within the Millennium Puzzle and with Yugi, saved the world from the darkness of the Shadow Realm around ten years. Now, I've been revived to help the others stop the evil of Sartorius.”

 

Keiko nods her head and says, “We know. It was all in the report that Hyperion sent us.”

 

Sara asks Danielle, “So, do you have an idea where our princess could be?”

 

Danielle shrugs her shoulders and says, “The bad news is that we are no closer. All we know is that the tsuki-no-ouji, the Moon Princess' brother, is one of the non-brainwashed students and most likely is that she might one of the brainwashed female students in Duel Academy.”

 

Reece says, in a plain tone, “Based on what Hyperion told us about this `Light of Ruin', it doesn't sound surprise. Without her being awakened, our princess would be very vulnerable to any evil power, especially one with that kind of power. From what I can see, all we can do is free as many of those girls as possible and try to find her that way or we can try to find the Moon Prince.”

 

Hyperion says, “However, his signal is so weak, which means his aura is very suppressed, that I don't think any of us can sense him. But I did notice something that will aid our search.”

 

Luna asks Hyperion, “What is that?”

 

Hyperion says, plainly, “Just the pervious day, I had finished working on calibrating Danielle's personal computer and we found that the Moon Prince's signal has gotten a bit stronger. We doubled checked to find if it was a malefaction and it wasn't. So, only one thing can cause this stronger signal: The Moon Prince is starting to `awaken'.”

 

Everyone gasps in shock and Atriums asks Hyperion, shocked, “You mean the Moon Prince will soon awaken?”

 

Hyperion shakes his head and says, “I'm not sure. However, I think that somehow Sartorius and the threat that he poses started the Moon Prince's `awakening' and whoever he has been reincarnated as, that part of his soul that's the tsuki-no-ouji, is starting in a slow fashion, but surely `wake up'. And hopefully, soon enough, the signal will become strong enough to allow us to find who he is. However, his signal is still too weak to even give a general location in Duel Academy, but the signal is strong enough to confirm that he is indeed here in Duel Academy. And where he is, our princess is sure to be nearby.”

 

Mindy asks Hyperion, “How can you be so sure?”

 

Luna tells Mindy, “Because they are soulmates, like Serena and Darien are. Back in the Silver Millennium, they forged a bond of love that was so strong that it would transcend death and rebirth itself. And even through the two aren't consciousness aware of the bond, it lies deep within their souls and they can't help, even through they don't know it, to follow that bond that they forged. Serena and Darien both lived in Juuban and they've always come together even through they didn't know it at first. And that bond was so powerful, even when Darien's mind was totally under Beryl's control, his heart still belonged to Serena and that allowed her to break him free. If the Moon Prince is there, then I know Hyperion is right. Somewhere within Duel Academy, the taiyou-no-hime is here. And even if she is one of the female students that are under the control of Sartorius, if we find our prince, he will have the power to set the Sun Princess free. But don't ask how, it is very complicated to explain.”

 

Mindy tells Luna, “That I can understand Luna. Love is a complicated thing.”

 

Reece says, in a plain tone, “However, we still have more immediate concerns at the moment.”

 

Tyranno says, nodding his head in agreement, “Yes, ma'am. We need a way to shut down Sartorius for good.”

 

Lita looks at the `White Dorm', gasps at what she sees at one of the window, and exclaims, pointing at the window, “Everyone!” When everyone looks at the window that Lita was pointing at, they gasp to see Hotaru looking at all of them with a cold look in her eyes.

 

Michelle says, lowly, “Firefly . . .”

 

Sara asks, curiously, “Isn't that Hotaru Tomoe AKA Sailor Saturn?”

 

Bastion nods his head and says, in his logical tone, “Indeed. However, she still remains under the control of Sartorius.”

 

Tea asks, a bit fearfully, “That look in her eyes . . . She looks so serious . . . and so cold.”

 

Rei says, angrily, “That's because that jerk, Sartorius, made her that way when he brainwashed poor Hotaru-chan.” Hotaru then scoffs at the group and leaves the window, getting out of the sight of our heroes and heroines.

 

Mina asks, curiously, “Can we get her back?”

 

Jaden says, confidently, “Of course, we can! All we need to do is beat her in a duel and she will back to her `old' self.”

 

Syrus says, with a slight smile, “You have an answer for everything, don't you Jaden?”

 

Amara says, plainly, “Let's leave this place. I don't like it here.”

 

Lita nods her head in agreement and states, “No joke! This place even gives me the creeps!”

 

Rebecca says, also nodding her head in agreement, “You said it, Lita.” Our group of heroes and heroines, joined by the three Zodiac Sailor Senshi, heads off back to the Ra Yellow and Slifer Red dorms while making sure that they bring the unconscious white student to nurse's office.

 

On the way, Joey asks Reece, “Hey, it is most likely that you dueled him, so, what did you do to this guy?”

 

Reece gives a sly smile and says, in a plain tone, “Oh, I just dueled him with my personal deck. It is known as a `Extreme Occult' Deck.”

 

Joey sweatdrops and says, nervously, “You . . . You use an Occult Deck?”

 

Keiko tells Joey, with a smile, “That's right, Joey. Spell, trap, and monster cards that are connected with ghosts, ghouls, zombies, and anything and everything that scares you out of your skin. When Reece duels, sometimes the cards that she plays seem to `come alive', so to speak.”

 

Tristan says, worriedly, “Come alive? Oh, man, I don't want to duel you, ever!”

 

Joey nods his head and says, fearfully, “No kidding!” Reece, Sara, and Keiko give some sly grins from that comment, but on the meanwhile, what they didn't know is that somewhere within the forest, there is a feline figure on one of trees looking down at the ground, especially at Mindy.

 

The feline figure says in a female voice, “At long last, I've found the girls. Hyperion has managed to find and unite five of them and I've managed to find Taurus, but it looks like I've found another that's even under Hyperion's nose.”

 

(Back inside of the `White Dorm'; shortly thereafter)

 

Within Sartorius' room within the `White Dorm', we find Hotaru giving Sartorius a report when Reece dueled against one of his white students.

 

When she is done, Sartorius tells Hotaru, “I see. Thank you for telling me. You may go. I will see you tomorrow, Hotaru.”

 

Hotaru bows her head and replies, in a plain tone, “Yes, Sartorius-sama.” Hotaru then leaves Sartorius' room and when she is gone, Sartorius gives a sly smile about what Hotaru just told him.

 

Sartorius takes out his dueling deck and says, “It seems like three new Sailor Senshi like Jasmine and Danielle have arrived to try to stop my plans. No matter, they will see the light as soon as anything else. However, maybe I should `entertain' our newest `guests'.” Just then Sartorius gives a bright white glow as his deck beings to glow a bright violet color and Sartorius gives an evil grin on his lips.

 

(During the early evening hours; Inside of the Ra Yellow Dorms)

 

Within the Ra Yellow Dorms, we find Jasmine, Danielle, Sara, Keiko, and Reece within one of the rooms along with Hyperion having their first Sailor Senshi meeting together and Jasmine decided that since her team was in the Ra Yellow dorms that she would move back inside with them. That was okay since there was still plenty of room even with all of the new students and former members of the Society of Light that have been freed from Sartorius' control.

 

Danielle tells Jasmine, “I'm glad that you decided to return to the Ra Yellow Dorm with the rest of us . . . at least until we can get the Obelisk Blue dorms back.”

 

Jasmine tells Danielle, with a smile, “Sure. I'm supposed to be part of a team, so, I should do my part especially since I'm leading the team.”

 

Hyperion tells Jasmine, “That's right, Jasmine. Until we find our princess, you must lead the Zodiac Sailor Scouts for the time being. Now, you must be wondering why I've called you here.”

 

Reece says, plainly, “We already know. You want us to work with Serena and her team of Sailor Scouts to stop Sartorius, but on the meanwhile, we need to find our princess.”

 

Hyperion tells Reece, “Indeed, Reece. Finding the princess is top priority, but in this case, defeating the `Light of Ruin' should come first since if Sartorius wins, then there will be no point in finding her because the whole universe will be in chaos. However, this will involve fighting in a different fashion because Sartorius is misusing the game of Duel Monsters to benefit the evil of the `Light of Ruin' possessing his body.”

 

Danielle says, in a logical tone similar to Ami and Bastion, “Jaden and his friends told us that Sartorius' sister, Mizuchi, said that the `Light of Ruin' split his soul into two: An evil side and a good side with the evil side as the `host' of the `Light of Ruin'. Do you think that we should try to find a way to allow Sailor Moon to use the Imperium Silver Crystal to purify Sartorius?”

 

Reece tells Danielle, in a plain tone, “I don't think it will work. Sailor Moon's crystal is light and this evil isn't darkness, it is impure light. And even through it is impure, Sartorius' power is still light. Since Sailor Moon's power is also light, it could be possible that Sailor Moon's power might make Sartorius and the `Light of Ruin' stronger, no matter how pure the Silver Crystal's power is compared to the `Light of Ruin's' impurity.”

 

Hyperion nods his head and states, “Serena and her team also consider that possibility and Luna and Atriums agree with me on that point. During one time in Duel Academy, Sartorius sent some kind `creature of light' that got more powerful when Sailor Moon used her power of light on it. Sartorius might also be effected the same way. We can't risk that.”

 

Jasmine asks Hyperion, “What about our princess' crystal? If I'm not mistaken, isn't that crystal supposed to be a power of life?”

 

Danielle says, in a logical tone, “That's a good point, Jasmine. Princess Arinna is Sailor Sun, the Sailor Soldier of Life, and Life has light and darkness as its main `components'. If we use the Imperium Sun Crystal on Sartorius, the taiyouzuishou could purify him since it holds the power of Life within it.”

 

Reece says, in a plain tone, “However, the main problem is that we need to find our princess first and she is most likely under the control of Sartorius already.”

 

Hyperion nods his head and says, “Reece has a good point, but that option is still open if we find our princess before we defeat Sartorius.”

 

Sara asks, curiously, “So, what is our next plain of attack?” Just then Jasmine and Keiko sense a great evil power coming towards them and they stand up.

 

Reece asks them, in her plain tone, “Do you sense something?”

 

Keiko nods her head and says, “Jasmine and I both sense it. Something evil is coming this way and its power is similar to Sartorius. The power of the `Light of Ruin'.”

 

Without another thought, Hyperion tells them, “Girls, time to transform!” Reece takes a henshin wand similar to Jasmine's expect that the crystal orb is dark violet in color with a picture of a scythe in gold inside of the crystal orb and a dark violet jewel in the heart jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Capricorn, Sara's henshin wand is also similar to Jasmine's and Danielle's wands expect it has a bright green crystal orb with storm clouds and leaf reef in pure gold within the crystal orb and a bright green emerald in the shape of the astrological sign of Scorpio in the center of the heart jewel, and Keiko's wand is similar to her fellow Zodiac Sailor Scouts' wands expect her orb is dark ruby red in color with a picture of a spell book and specter in gold inside of the orb and dark ruby red jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Gemini in the center of the heart jewel.

 

Jasmine and Danielle also take out their henshin wand and Jasmine exclaims, “You don't need to tell us twice.”

 

Reece says, in a plain tone, “Let's go!” Immediately, the Zodiac Sailor Senshi rush outside to find and stop whatever evil that Sartorius has unleashed on them this time.

 

(A short time later; Some distance from the Ra Yellow Dorms)

 

Some ways away from the Ra Yellow Dorms, we find Mindy on her knees looking on in fear as another `creature of light' similar to the one that the attacked the Slifer Red Dorms last time along with real-life version of Sartorius' Arcana Force monsters, Arcana Force I, The Magician, Knight of Pentacles, Arcana Force XII, The Hanged Man, Arcana Force VII, The Chariot, Arcana Force VIII, The Strength, and Arcana Force XIV, The Temperance.

 

Mindy shuffles away fearfully and asks, in the same fearful tone, “What do you want?”

 

The `creature of light' says, in a dark tone, “It is time to come to the light, young one.”

 

As the `creature of light' comes closer to Mindy, she screams out, fearfully, “Get away from me!”

 

Just then a familiar female voice shouts out, “Hold it right there!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they find Eternal Sailor Moon and all of the Sailor Scouts as well as Tuxedo Mask waiting for them. Sailor Moon calls out, “How dare you attack an innocent student in the middle of the night? I'm Sailor Moon, champion of Love and Justice, and in the name of the moon, I will punish you!”

 

The `creature of light' scoffs at Sailor Moon and tells her, “Ha! I don't care since I know who you are, Moon brat! You won't stop the power of the light!”

 

Just then another female voice calls out, “If they can't, we will!” Just then the creature of light is blasted by a burst of flame energy, knocking it to the ground, when it looks towards the source of the voice. Mindy, Tuxedo Mask, and the Sailor Scouts of the Moon Kingdom look to see Eternal Sailor Aries and four new Eternal Sailor Senshi come down from the skies.

 

The first of the new Sailor Senshi looks exactly like Danielle in hairstyle, hair color, and eye color, she has two sets of three small golden feathers on the forward position of her scalp with one set on the left side and the other set on the right side of her scalp, the astrological symbol of Aquarius in ice-blue is on her forehead, her lips are also ice-blue in color, her ice-blue earrings are in the shape of mermaids above golden heart and star jewels attached below the ice-blue jewels, her cloth choker is ice-blue in color with a golden heart jewel and a ice-blue jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Aquarius in the center of the choker, her V-style sailor collar is also ice-blue in color, her shoulder pads are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads expect they are beautiful and sparkling icy-blue, her gloves are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, expect they have ice-blue bands on them and the bands attached to the ends of the gloves have three small golden feathers on them, her bodysuit was exactly like the other Sailor Senshi expect in the bust area there is a ice-blue heart jewel with a golden jewel in the shape of mermaid with six golden angel wings attached to both jewels, her mini-skirt is ice-blue, bright blue, and dark violet in color, there is another heart jewel like the one in her bodysuit attached to the top center portion of her mini-skirt, the bow on the rear of her mini-skirt is designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, but it is ice-blue in color, she has ice-blue colored versions of Sailor Mercury's high-heeled boots on her feet with two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are six golden angel wings. In her hands is a long staff made of pure crystal clear ice.

 

The second of the new Sailor Senshi looks exactly like Reece in hairstyle, hair color, and eye color, she has two sets of three small golden feathers on the forward position of her scalp with one set on the left side and the other set on the right side of her scalp, the astrological symbol of Capricorn in dark violet is on her forehead, her lips are also dark violet in color, her dark violet earrings are in the shape of sea goats, the symbol of Capricorn above golden heart and star jewels attached below the dark violet jewels, her cloth choker is also dark violet in color with a golden heart jewel and a dark violet jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Capricorn in the center of the choker, her V-style sailor collar is also dark violet in color, her shoulder pads are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads expect they are beautiful and sparkling icy-blue, her gloves are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, expect they have dark violet bands on them and the bands attached to the ends of the gloves have three small golden feathers on them, her bodysuit was exactly like the other Sailor Senshi expect in the bust area there is a dark violet heart jewel with a golden jewel in the shape of a sea goat with six golden angel wings attached to both jewels, her mini-skirt is dark violet, pitch black, and dark blue in color, there is another heart jewel like the one in her bodysuit attached to the top center portion of her mini-skirt, the bow on the rear of her mini-skirt is designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, but it is dark violet in color, she has dark violet colored versions of Sailor Saturn's high-heeled boots on her feet with two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are six golden angel wings. In her two hands is a huge scythe with a silver blade that has the astrological symbol of Capricorn engraved on the blade and pitch black handle.

 

The third of the new Sailor Senshi looks exactly like Sara in hairstyle, hair color, and eye color, she has two sets of three small golden feathers on the forward position of her scalp with one set on the left side and the other set on the right side of her scalp, the astrological symbol of Scorpio in bright emerald green is on her forehead, her lips are strawberry pink in color, her emerald earrings are in the shape of scorpions above golden heart and star jewels attached below the emeralds, her cloth choker is bright emerald green in color with a golden heart jewel and an emerald in the form of the astrological symbol of Scorpio in the center of the choker, her V-style sailor collar is also bright emerald green in color, her shoulder pads are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads expect they are beautiful and sparkling icy-blue, her gloves are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, expect they have emerald green bands on them and the bands attached to the ends of the gloves have three small golden feathers on them, her bodysuit was exactly like the other Sailor Senshi expect in the bust area there is a bright emerald green heart jewel with a golden jewel in the shape of scorpion with six golden angel wings attached to both jewels, her mini-skirt is bright emerald green, strawberry pink, and bright orange-yellow in color, there is another heart jewel like the one in her bodysuit attached to the top center portion of her mini-skirt, the bow on the rear of her mini-skirt is designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, but it is strawberry pink in color, she has emerald green colored versions of Sailor Venus's high-heeled shoes on her feet that has the astrological symbol of Scorpio in strawberry pink on the toe of each shoe with two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are six golden angel wings. Attached to her mini-skirt are a set two small daggers similar to the Yellow Mighty Morphin Power Ranger's dagger expect they are pink in color with the astrological symbol of Scorpio engraved on the blades.

 

The fourth and final new Sailor Senshi looks exactly like Keiko in hairstyle, hair color, and eye color, she has two sets of three small golden feathers on the forward position of her scalp with one set on the left side and the other set on the right side of her scalp, the astrological symbol of Gemini in dark ruby red is on her forehead, her lips are dark ruby red in color, her bright violet earrings are in the shape of identical twins, the symbol of Gemini, above golden heart and star jewels attached below the bright violet jewels, her cloth choker is pitch black in color with a golden heart jewel and a dark ruby red jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Gemini in the center of the choker, her V-style sailor collar is pitch black in color, her shoulder pads are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads expect they are beautiful and sparkling icy-blue, her gloves are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, expect they have pitch black bands on them and the bands attached to the ends of the gloves have three small golden feathers on them, her bodysuit was exactly like the other Sailor Senshi expect in the bust area there is a dark ruby red heart jewel with a golden jewel in the shape of twins, the symbol of Gemini, with six golden angel wings attached to both jewels, her mini-skirt is dark ruby red, bright violet, and pitch black in color, there is another heart jewel like the one in her bodysuit attached to the top center portion of her mini-skirt, the bow on the rear of her mini-skirt is designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, but it is pitch black in color, she has pitch black colored versions of Sailor Pluto's high-heeled boots on her feet with two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are six golden angel wings. Tuxedo Mask says, amazed, “Those must Danielle, Reece, Sara, and Keiko in their Sailor Senshi forms!”

 

The creature of light gets to its feet and exclaims, annoyed, “And who are you?!”

 

Sailor Aries says, in a serious tone, “I'm Sailor Aries, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Fire and War!”

 

The Sailor Scout with the blue fuku exclaims, “I'm Sailor Aquarius, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Ice and Wisdom!”

 

The Sailor Scout with the large scythe calls out, in a plain tone, “I'm Sailor Capricorn, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Shadow and Silence!”

 

The Sailor Scout with green and pink fuku shouts out, “And you can call me Sailor Scorpio, Zodiac Sailor Senshi Mistress of Plants and Nature!”

 

The final of the new Sailor Scouts calls outs, “And I'm Sailor Gemini, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of the Mystic Arts and Illusion!”

 

The five Sailor Scouts calls out in unison, “And if you have half a brain to figure it out, we're the Zodiac Sailor Scouts!”

 

Sailor Venus says, with her usual tone, “Hey, they're not bad! It rhymed, too!”

 

Sailor Mars tells Sailor Venus, annoyed, “Mina, would you cut it out? This isn't the time!” The five Zodiac Sailor Scouts then quickly run over their Moon Kingdom counterparts.

 

Sailor Aries asks Mindy, “Are you okay, Mindy? What are doing out here?”

 

Mindy tells Sailor Aries, “I really don't know. Some kind of feeling came over me to come out here, like I was looking for something, and then this `thing' attacked me! It sounds a lot like that freak Sartorius!”

 

Sailor Aries states, plainly, “That's because Sartorius created that creature! I should know about them: I fought one of them on the day my powers as Sailor Aries returned to me!”

 

Hyperion quickly appears and asks Sailor Aries, “What do you know about this creature? And what about the other creatures those are with him?”

 

Sailor Aries says, plainly, “What I do know is that creature feeds on light energy and makes it stronger. So, Sailor Moon can't use her attacks on it or they'll make it stronger!”

 

Hyperion says, plainly, “That's not good. Sailor Moon is among the strongest of all Sailor Senshi, Moon and Sun Kingdom, since she holds the Silver Crystal. But that creature makes her abilities just useless.”

 

Sailor Moon says, a bit annoyed, “We kind of know that, but what we can do to stop it is what I would like to know.”

 

Sailor Mercury tells Sailor Moon, “That's a good question.”

 

Sailor Aries tells Mindy, “You had better get out of the way, Mindy. This could be a trap for us.”

 

Mindy nods her head and replies, “Right.” Mindy then goes over to some nearby bushes for at least some protection from the upcoming battle.

 

The creature of light says, in a serious tone, “I don't care how many of you there are! All of you will see the light sooner or later!”

 

Sailor Capricorn exclaims, holding her scythe in an attacking stance, “We'll see about that!” Sailor Capricorn then leaps into the air and towards the creature of light to slice it apart with her scythe.

 

Tuxedo Mask shouts out, “Wait!” However, it is too late and Sailor Capricorn is on the attack, but then the real-life Knight of Pentacles moves in front of the creature of light and its card appears above its head, rotating around.

 

All of the others see it and Sailor Scorpio asks, perplexed, “What is that?”

 

Sailor Aries thinks in her mind, surprised, “Wait! Could these be . . .?!” Just then the Knight of Pentacles card above the actual monster stops in the upright position and when Sailor Capricorn swings her scythe down on it, it gives off a lot of sparks when her scythe collides, but Sailor Capricorn is then throw into the ground right in front of the others.

 

Sailor Scorpio asks, worriedly, “Capricorn! Hey, girl, are you okay?”

 

Sailor Capricorn quickly gets to her feet and states, plainly, “Yeah, I'm just fine. But what did that creature get sliced apart when I attacked and what's with that card above its head?”

 

Sailor Aries says, “These must be Sartorius' freaky Duel Monsters cards! Jaden, Syrus, and Hassleberry told me about them! He said that when they are based on Tarot cards and they have two special effects, but they only can use one when they are summoned to the field. Their ability is determined when the card is upside down or right-side up!”

 

Sailor Mercury says, logically, “Like a Tarot card and its `predications'! So, this card's `upright ability' must be that it can't be destroyed in battle.”

 

Sailor Jupiter says, plainly, “That's not good.”

 

Sailor Mars asks, curiously, “How are we supposed to fight against real Duel Monsters?” Just then The Temperance had its card appear over its head and begins to revolve around.

 

Sailor Gemini says, “It looks like another one of these `real-life Duel Monsters' are trying to activate its special ability.”

 

Sailor Jupiter shouts out, leaping forward, “Not while I can help it!” She starts to gather electrical power for her attack and attack Arcana Force XIV.

 

“Sparkling Wide Crusher!”

 

Sailor Jupiter launches an electrical sphere of energy at Arcana Force XIV, but then the card stops in the upright position before Jupiter's attack hits, which causes a strong explosion.

 

Sailor Jupiter says, excitedly, “All right, that monster has been sent packing!” However, Arcana Force XIV appears from the smoke and dust somewhat damaged, but not too seriously. Sailor Jupiter exclaims, shocked, “No way! My attack should have fried that monster!”

 

Sailor Aries says, plainly, “Guess that card's ability reduces battle damage, so, your attack had less effect than it should have!”

 

The creature of light exclaims, “Indeed! This is destiny and you cannot stop it! Taste its supreme power!” The creature of light then starts to launch spheres of white colored energy from its hands at the group.

 

Sailor Scorpio yells out, worriedly, “Scatter!” The Eternal Sailor Senshi quickly takes to the skies and the Super Sailor Senshi and Tuxedo Mask leap out of the way. Soon enough, Arcana Force I, Arcana Force VII, Arcana Force XII, and Arcana Force XIV joins into the battle by launching their own attacks against the group. Tuxedo Mask uses several of his enhanced roses on the creature of light by the Knight of Pentacles acts as a shield with its special ability, protecting the creature of light from any harm.

 

Sailor Mercury says, “It is no good! That real-life Duel Monster can make it invincible and act as the perfect shield.”

 

Sailor Mars exclaims, seriously, “There should be something we can do!” The creature of light and the four real-life Duel Monsters continue their powerful assault against our sailor suited heroes and their tuxedoed ally. The Sailor Scouts and Tuxedo Mask dodge the creature of light's and the Duel Monsters' attacks while trying to attack the `creature of light', but thanks to the Knight of Pentacles acting as a shield, their attacks are worthless. Just then the creature of light's assault knocks Sailor Mercury and Sailor Aquarius to the ground and Arcana Force XII, The Hangman uses its tentacles to grab the two Ice Senshi by their legs and left them into the air upside down.

 

Sailor Gemini yells out, shocked, “Aquarius!”

 

Sailor Moon calls out, “Mercury!” Sailor Moon takes out her Eternal Tier and thinks in her mind, “Using my attacks might make that creature stronger, but I've got to try. I can't sit here and let my friends get hurt!”

 

“Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss!”

 

Sailor Moon launches a powerful beam of pink and gold energy at Arcana Force XII and manages to destroy it with one strike, allowing Mercury and Aquarius to land on the ground and get away from the `line of fire'.

 

Sailor Moon shouts out, excitedly, “All right, I did it!” However, Arcana Force I fires its sphere of energy at Sailor Moon and lands a direct hit to her chest causing a small explosion causing her to scream out in pain as she lands on the ground hard.

 

All of the Sailor Senshi, Tuxedo Mask, and three guardian felines shout out in unison, horrified, “Sailor Moon!” The left side of her fuku was badly torn exposing a nasty burn on her left side, she was temporary stunned, and Arcana Force I fires another attack right at the fallen and stunned Sailor Senshi of the Moon.

 

Tuxedo Mask quickly rushes towards her, but he thinks, knowing he won't make it in time, “No, I won't make it in time!” Just then Mindy appears and tries to drag Sailor Moon out of the line of fire.

 

Sailor Aries calls out, horrified, “Mindy, what are you doing?! Get out of there!”

 

Mindy thinks in her mind, “I can't let Sailor Moon get killed like this! She's a great hero and my favorite hero! I always wanted to be a lot like her!” Just then Mindy looks to see the attack nearing her and Sailor Moon, her eyes widen in horror and she closes her, calling out, “Stop!!” Just then a bright light comes from Mindy's forehead and the light negates the energy of Arcana Force I, The Magician's attack. The others are flabbergasted by what just happened.

 

Sailor Jupiter asks, plainly, “How did she just do that?”

 

Just then a female voice calls out, “I can explain that just perfectly!” Out of seemly nowhere, a mysterious light grey cat with golden eyes and the sun sigil like Hyperion's sigil on the cat's forehead appears and lands on the ground.

 

Hyperion exclaims, recognizing the feline immediately, “Sol, you're here!”

 

Sailor Mercury asks, curiously, “Isn't that the name of one of the three guardian advisors for the Sun Kingdom that are like Luna and Atriums?”

 

The cat answers in the female voice that called out just now, “Yes, I am. I am Sol, one of the three advisors to the Sun Kingdom and the Zodiac Sailor Senshi. And I am here to witness another Zodiac being reborn in this modern day world.”

 

Hyperion asks, surprised, “You found another of the Zodiac Sailor Scouts? Where?”

 

Sol tells Hyperion, “Right under your nose.” Sol then does a back-flip into the air and creates a henshin wand similar to the other Zodiac Sailor Scout's wands, expect this one had a bright yellowish-orange crystal orb on top of the staff with a golden bow and arrow and scales inside of the orb with the astrological sign of Libra in yellowish-orange in the center of the heart jewel above the crystal orb.

 

The wand lands on Mindy's hands and Mindy asks, perplexed, “What's this?” Just then the same symbol appears on Mindy's own forehead and she feels something inside of her subconscious and deep within her soul `awaken'. Just then Mindy's mind is flooded with images a young princess that looks exactly like her with Princess Arinna, the taiyou-no-hime, and Jasmine, in her past life, as the Princess of Aries, living within the Sun Kingdom and having great time together in the Sun Kingdom during the Silver Millennium along with images of kingdom filled with love and life. Mindy thinks in her mind, “What are these images in my mind? They . . . They are so familiar to me. It is like a life that I've lived already.” Just then Mindy holds the henshin wand into the air and knows instinctively what to do.

 

“Libra Eternal Power, Make-up!”

 

The henshin wand blazes with light as Mindy's uniform is ripped off, her whole form is covered in light, and a sailor fuku created by ribbons and golden feathers forms around her body. When the light dies down, Mindy is replaced by a brand new Sailor Senshi.

 

This newest Sailor Senshi has Mindy's hair color and eye color, but her hairstyle has transformed exactly like Sailor Venus' hairstyle with a beautiful pink bow on the top center portion of the rear of her scalp, two sets of three golden feathers on the forward portion of her scalp, one set on the left side and the other set on the right side, the astrological symbol of Libra on her forehead in yellowish-orange, her earrings are golden measuring scales below golden heart and star jewels, her lips are sparkling yellowish-orange in color, her cloth choker is yellowish-orange with a golden heart jewel and yellowish-orange jewel in the form of the astrological symbol of Libra in the center of the choker, her V-style sailor collar is yellowish-orange, her shoulder pads are similar to Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads expect they are icy-blue in color, her gloves are designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves expect they have yellowish-orange bands on them and the bands attached to the ends of the gloves have three small golden feathers attached to them, her bodysuit is the same as the other Sailor Scouts, but it has a bright yellow heart jewel with measuring scale in yellowish-orange attached to the heart jewel with six golden angel wings attached to both jewels, her mini-skirt is bright yellowish-orange, pink, and dark violet in color, another heart jewel designed exactly like the one on her bodysuit is on the top center portion of her mini-skirt, the bow attached to the rear of her mini-skirt is designed exactly like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, but it is yellowish-orange in color, she has similar high-heeled shoes to Sailor Venus on her feet, expect they have two white wings on each heels and the astrological symbol of Libra in gold in the toe area of the shoes, and out of her back are six golden angel wings. Attached to her mini-skirt is a bow with a mini-quiver full of yellowish-orange energy arrows.

 

The other heroes and heroines gasp in shock and Sailor Aries exclaims, stunned, “Mindy is a Zodiac Sailor Scout like us?”

 

Sol goes over to Hyperion and tells everyone, “Sailor Libra, Zodiac Sailor Senshi of Love and Justice and counterpart to Sailor Venus on our team!”

 

Mindy or Eternal Sailor Libra looks over herself and thinks, amazed, “Oh, wow! I'm a Sailor Senshi! And I remember a lot of my past life with Jasmine in the Sun Kingdom and back home in the Libra Constellation Kingdom!” Sailor Libra gets a look of confidence in her eyes never seen before and she thinks in her mind, “Now, it is my turn to show the world what I can do!”

 

The creature of light shouts out, angrily, “So, what?! You will all the see the light and if not, you will . . . perish!” The creature of light launches a sphere of energy right at Sailor Libra, moving too fast for anyone else to stop.

 

Sailor Aries shouts out, “Mindy, watch out!”

 

“Libra Reflection Barrier!”

 

Sailor Libra holds her arms to her side and creates a powerful wall of yellowish-orange energy that the creature of light's attack slams into and then is reflected right back at double the strength right into Arcana Force VIII, destroying it on contact. Sailor Libra then lowers her force-field, creates a small sphere of yellowish-orange energy, and puts it on Sailor Moon's fallen form. Soon after, Sailor Moon is bathed in yellowish-orange light, her fuku is repaired, her wounds are immediately healed, and Sailor Moon immediately jumps to her feet with more energy that she felt before.

 

Tuxedo Mask immediately goes over to Sailor Moon and asks her, concerned, “Are you okay?”

 

Sailor Moon exclaims, excitedly, “Yeah, I never felt great in all of my life! I just feel I've got an endless supply of energy!”

 

Sailor Libra gives a few chuckles and replies, “Oops, sorry about that! Guess my Libra Restoration need a bit of work, I gave you too much energy, Sailor Moon.”

 

Sailor Moon, feeling a bit too `energized', asks Sailor Libra, “Who are you? Are you a new Sailor Scout?”

 

Sailor Libra tells Sailor Moon, “The name is Eternal Sailor Libra, Zodiac Sailor Scout of Love and Justice, and counterpart to your Sailor Venus in fact.”

 

Sailor Mercury tells Sailor Moon, “This is Jasmine's friend, Mindy, Serena!”

 

Sailor Moon exclaims, amazed, “Wow, that's incredible!”

 

Sailor Mars tells everyone, “I think that we have more to worry about other than introductions.”

 

Sailor Venus asks, curiously, “How are we going to beat that thing?”

 

Sailor Aquarius replies, “We need to work together to find a way to get away or destroy that real-life monster that acts as a shield.” Sailor Aquarius asks Sailor Mercury, “Ready to give it a try?”

 

Sailor Mercury nods her head and says, “Sure. I would be honored to help.”

 

Sailor Libra asks Sailor Venus, with a smile, “Since we are both Sailor Senshi that are the avatars of Love, Mina, why don't we kick some butt as a team?”

 

Sailor Venus nods her head and exclaims, excitedly, “Yeah! Let's do it!” Just then Sailor Aquarius' and Sailor Mercury's heart jewels begin to glow along with Sailor Libra's and Sailor Venus' heart jewels.

 

Sailor Scorpio asks, perplexed, “What's going on with them?”

 

Tuxedo Mask replies, “I think that I know.”

 

“Mercury Eternal Power, Make-up!”

 

“Venus Eternal Power, Make-up!”

 

Just then Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus are bathed in bright light as their sailor fukus are replaced by brand new sailor fukus and when the lights fade away, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Venus are transformed.

 

Sailor Mercury's fuku is mainly the same, but now, she has two sets of three white feathers in the forward portion of her scalp, one set of feathers on the left side and the other set on the right side, her tiara across her forehead is gone, replaced by the symbol of Mercury in bright blue on her forehead, her lips are also bright blue, her earrings are golden heart jewels with blue jewels in the form of the symbol of Mercury attached below, her choker now has a golden heart jewel and a blue jewel in the form of the symbol of Mercury in the center of the choker, she has the exact same shoulder pads as Eternal Sailor Moon's shoulder pads on the shoulder's area of her fuku, her gloves are designed a lot like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, expect they have blue bands on them, the blue heart jewel on the bust area of her fuku has lost its bow and being replaced by four white angel wings attached to the heart jewel, her mini-skirt is triple layered with bright blue, ice-blue, and cherry red as the colors, a golden jewel in the form of the symbol of Mercury is on the top center portion of the mini-skirt, the blue bow on the rear of the skirt is now designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, she has the same high-heeled boots as in her Super Sailor Senshi form, but now, they have two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are four white angel wings.

 

Sailor Venus' fuku is also mainly the same, but now, she has two sets of three white feathers in the forward portion of her scalp, one set of feathers on the left side of her scalp and the other set of feathers of the right side, her tiara across her forehead is gone and is replaced by the symbol of Venus in yellow on her forehead, her lips are bright orange-yellow color, her earrings are golden heart jewels with yellow jewels in the form of the symbol of Venus attached below the heart jewels, her sailor choker around her neck has a golden heart jewel and a yellow jewel in the form of the symbol of Venus in the center of the choker, her shoulders are covered by the same pink shoulder pads that Eternal Sailor Moon has, her gloves are designed a lot like Eternal Sailor Moon's gloves, but they have yellow bands on them, the yellow heart jewel on the bust area of her fuku has lost its bow and has been replaced by four white angel wings attached to the heart jewel, her mini-skirt is now triple layered with orange-yellow, dark green, and ruby red as the colors of her mini-skirt, a golden jewel in the form of the symbol of Venus is on top center portion of the mini-skirt, the bow on the rear of her mini-skirt is now designed like Eternal Sailor Moon's bow, she has the same high-heeled shoes as in her Super Sailor Senshi form, but now, they have two white angel wings on each heel, and coming out of her back are four white angel wings.

 

Sailor Venus exclaims, happily, “All right! We're Eternal Sailor Senshi now!”

 

Sailor Gemini says, with an interested tone, “Well, this is one interesting turn of events.”

 

Sailor Venus yells out, excitedly, “All right, let's get them!”

 

The creature of light exclaims, in a pissed off tone, “You will not stop the power of the light!”

 

Sailor Uranus sighs as she takes out her Space Sword and says, “This is getting annoying.”

 

“Space Sword Blaster!”

 

Sailor Uranus then launches a beam of energy from her Space Sword that destroys Arcana Force I and she gives a wide smile at this.

 

“Neptune Deep Submerge!”

 

“Pluto Deadly Scream!”

 

The remaining two Outer Sailor Scouts use their attack to destroy Arcana Force VII and leave only Arcana Force XIV, Knight of Pentacles, and the creature of light against them.

 

Sailor Venus asks Sailor Libra, “Double Team?”

 

Sailor Libra nods her head and says, “Sure!”

 

“Venus Crescent Force!”

 

“Libra Heart Arrow!”

 

Sailor Venus gathers yellowish-orange energy into a large sphere of energy and she fires it causing a cannon-like `boom' sound when the attack launches at Arcana Force XIV while Sailor Libra takes her bow and arrow, summons a energy heart with a heart for the `head' of the arrow, launches at Arcana Force XIV, in which it transforms into a powerful beam of energy stars and hearts. The two attacks slam full force into the Arcana Force monster and destroy it in a huge explosion.

 

The creature of light exclaims, “Ha! As long as Knight of Pentacles has its special ability, it can't be destroyed!”

 

“Gemini Spell Reversal!”

 

Just then Sailor Gemini uses some kind of magical spell to turn the picture of the card above the monster into its upside position and she says, with a smirk, “Not anymore.”

 

Sailor Capricorn then says, in a plain tone, “Payback time!” Sailor Capricorn then leaps into the air and slices Knight of Pentacles in two, destroying it instantly.

 

Sailor Aquarius looks at Sailor Mercury and she says, “Our turn!” Sailor Mercury nods her head in agreement as the two Ice Scouts leap into the air.

 

“Mercury Antarctic Fury!”

 

“Aquarius Freezing Hailstorm!”

 

Sailor Mercury creates a twist of ice and snow which she launches at the creature of light and Sailor Aquarius create one huge hailstorm and Sailor Mercury's attack totally freezes the creature while Sailor Aquarius' attack buries it in ice and snow.

 

Sailor Aries yells out, confidently, “Ha! That creep is just an overgrown popsicle now!” However, a huge explosion of white light come from the ice and snow throwing it off and throwing Tuxedo Mask and the Sailor Senshi, Moon Kingdom and Zodiac, like rag doll, in which they land on the ground hard.

 

The creature of light, barely damaged, exclaims, “Ha! You pathetic wimps are no match for the power of the truth! Prepare to see the light!” The creature of light then prepares its final attack on the heroes and heroines, who are stunned quite stunned from the creature of light's escape.

 

But then a familiar male voice calls out, “That's enough! Slifer the Sky Dragon, come forth!” Just then a bolt of red lightning comes down from the sky and causes a powerful explosion nearby. When everyone looks to the source of the explosion, they find Atem, with the Eye of Horus glowing on his forehead, along with Jaden's Shadow Charm around his neck, below the mighty Slifer the Sky Dragon, one of his three Egyptian God Monsters.

 

Tuxedo Mask says, “It's the ancient pharaoh, Atem.”

 

Sailor Moon exclaims, shocked, “And it is one of the three Egyptian God Cards! Slifer the Sky Dragon!”

 

Sailor Mars tells Sailor Moon, in her usual tone, “We know that, Meatball Head! Who doesn't know about those monsters?!”

 

Atem shouts out in a serious tone, “Creature of evil, I will allow no more of this! Slifer, destroy this evil with your Divine might! Thunder Force Strike!” Slifer the Sky Dragon roars out in power as it fires beam of electrical power from its mouth at the creature of light. Sartorius' creation tries to fight back, but its attack is easily negated by the Egyptian God Monster and Slifer's attack slams into the evil monster with terrific force! The creature of light screams in extreme pain as it is totally obliterated by the Egyptian God Monster in a huge explosion. When the explosion dies down, there was nothing, but a good sized crater and a lot of scorched earth from Slifer's attack.

 

Sailor Uranus says, amazed, “Incredible. What power.”

 

Sailor Neptune says, shocked, “So, that's the power of an Egyptian God.”

 

Sailor Pluto nods her head and says, “Yes, this is the power of the `deities of domination'. They are three of the most powerful creatures in our entire universe and not to be trifled with or underestimated.” Soon after, Slifer the Sky Dragon returns to its card on Atem's duel disk, he de-activates his duel disk, and puts the card back in his deck.

 

Atem asks all of them, “Are all of you all right?”

 

Sailor Pluto tells Atem, “Yes, we are. Thank you for the timely assistance, Atem.”

 

Atem tells Sailor Pluto, “I'm glad that I could help. I don't have the powers that I did with the Millennium Puzzle and the only one to access the shadow powers that I need is to use Jaden's Shadow Charm for the time being.”

 

Sailor Aquarius goes over to Sailor Libra and tells her, “Well, Mindy, welcome to the team!”

 

Sailor Libra replies, a bit nervously, “I just hope I have what it takes to be with all of you.”

 

Sailor Capricorn tells Sailor Libra, with a wide smile and plain tone, “You've saved Sailor Moon, upgraded Sailor Venus' powers, and aided us in stopping that freak. I say that you are already ready and will do just fine.”

 

Sailor Libra tells Sailor Capricorn, with a smile, “Thanks.”

 

Hyperion goes over to Sol and asks her, “Sol, it is good to see you. Do you find any of the other Zodiacs?”

 

Sol tells Hyperion, “I've only found one other. Our Sailor Senshi of Thunder and Power, Sailor Taurus.”

 

Hyperion tells Sol, “Well, it is best that you bring her here to unite with the rest of the team.”

 

Sol tells Hyperion, “Yes, but I would like to know what's going on here. I came to this island because I sensed a great evil and it must be bad for both teams of Sailor Senshi from our kingdom and the Moon Kingdom to be here.”

 

Hyperion tells Sol, “It is complicated story, Sol. However, what I can tell you that it is bad. Really bad. Luna, Atriums, and I will explain as best we can.” As Luna and Atriums begin to talk with Hyperion and Sol, Sailor Venus and Sailor Mercury are looking over themselves and their new Eternal Sailor Senshi forms.

 

Sailor Venus tells Sailor Mercury, “This is so awesome, Ami!”

 

Sailor Mercury nods her head and says, in her usual tone, “Yes, I'm really glad to have gained my Eternal Sailor Senshi powers.”

 

Sailor Jupiter says, with a sigh, “Man, you girls are lucky! I'm still stuck in my Super form!”

 

Sailor Mercury tells Sailor Jupiter, in a kind tone, “Don't worry, Mako-chan, I'm sure that you will gain your Eternal level powers soon.”

 

Tuxedo Mask asks Sailor Moon, “Sere', are you sure that you are okay?”

 

Sailor Moon tells Tuxedo Mask, with a smile, “Thanks to Sailor Libra, I'm great. Don't worry, Darien-chan, I will just fine.”

 

Tuxedo Mask smiles and tells Sailor Moon, “I'm glad.” Tuxedo Mask tells Sailor Libra, “Thank you for saving Sailor Moon, Sailor Libra.”

 

Sailor Libra smiles and says, a bit nervously, “Hey, no problem. Just doing my job.”

 

Sailor Pluto then says, “I think that it is best that we get some sleep for the night. We will have a lot more to do for the next school day.” Atem and everyone else nod their heads in agreement and all of them head back to their places of residence on Academy Island for the next school day.

 

(The following morning; within the harbor of Academy Island)

 

As a helicopter takes off from the helicopter pad in Duel Academy, we find Chancellor Sheppard looking straight at the main academy building and looking around, managing to eye the `White Dorm' as he looks around.

 

Chancellor Sheppard thinks in his mind, “So, it is like Queen Serenity told me and if I'm not mistaken, the Sailor Senshi and the Prince of Earth, the mysterious ally of the Senshi known as Tuxedo Mask, are waiting as students and Duel Academy staff. Plus, there are new Sailor Senshi in there as well. And all of them have allied themselves with Jaden Yuki and his friends.” Chancellor Sheppard has a briefcase in his right hand and he thinks, “I'm going to have to act as if I know nothing of this Sartorius to ensure that Jaden gets this. Queen Serenity entrusted me with the secrets of her people and the Sailor Senshi to save the universe and it looks like Jaden is the center of the people able to save our universe from this `Light of Ruin'. However, some of the things that she told me are cryptic at best. I just hope that I can figure them out before it is too late.” Chancellor Sheppard then walks away towards the main building of Duel Academy to `re-take' his position as chancellor, through he doesn't know that position is currently a figurehead position.

 

(Inside the Chancellor's Office; Sometime later)

 

As Crowler was busy fixing up his desk, he finds his door opening to see a shocked and horrified Bonaparte running into the room.

 

Bonaparte says, in his French accent, “Crowler, what we feared has come true!”

 

Crowler shouts out, worriedly, “The faculty cafeteria is out of pasta?!”

 

Bonaparte goes over to Crowler and says, “No. Actually, it is more of a trade off. Chancellor Sheppard is back and he is coming this way!”

 

Crowler yells out, worriedly, “Oh no. If Chancellor Sheppard stays here, then I will be demoted to Vice-Chancellor.”

 

Bonaparte calls out, pretty fearfully, “Hey, I'm the Vice-Chancellor! You can bid me adieu right now!”

 

Crowler tells Bonaparte, with an annoyed look and tone, “Watch me little man.”

 

Bonaparte tells Crowler, “Oh, yeah! Well, I will tell Sheppard of all the mess up that you made, including giving up power to the students, and the chancellor position nothing, but a figurehead!”

 

Crowler tells Bonaparte, “You won't dare or I will tell him of your ridiculous stunts, including that new `White Dorm'!”

 

Just then a familiar male voice calls out, “What new `White Dorm'?” Crowler and Bonaparte look to see Chancellor Sheppard enter the room.

 

Crowler and Bonaparte yell out in shock and horror, “Chancellor Sheppard!”

 

As Chancellor Sheppard comes up to Crowler and Bonaparte, he states, with a sly tone and smile, “Thank you for keeping my seat warm, Crowler. But what is this that I hear that student have taken the power away from you?”

 

Just then another male voice calls out, “They just don't like him, sir! And you don't have to wonder why!” Chancellor Sheppard turns around to see Yugi, Atem, Tea, Joey, and Tristan enter the room.

 

Tristan tells Chancellor Sheppard, “No kidding, sir! Do you see how he looks in the first place?”

 

Crowler tells Tristan, in an annoyed tone, “Watch it!”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Yugi, “Welcome, Yugi Moto. It is an honor to have you here.”

 

Yugi tells Chancellor Sheppard, “No, the honor is all mine, sir. By the way, this is my `cousin', Atem, who looks a lot like me, Tea Gardner, Joey Wheeler, and Tristan Taylor.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard nods his head and says, “Ah, yes, their names are well-known in the world, especially the dueling world. Welcome to Duel Academy and thank you for bring your experiences here to my students.”

 

Tea bows and replies, “Oh, it was a real honor, sir.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Yugi and his friends, “Anyway, I heard that the students have taken control of the school.”

 

Atem takes out a roll of paper and says, “About that, Chancellor Sheppard. As of late, there has been a `hostile takeover' of sorts in Duel Academy from Sartorius, a famous dueling manager that's Aster Phoenix's former dueling manager. He has come to this school as a student, but he has illegally assumed leadership of the Obelisk Blue dorm, turning it into the `White Dorm'. He runs an organization known as the Society of Light, which is more like a cult of sorts, and we believe that as of late that he has been brainwashing students into his society through some kind of terrible magic of some sort. He had brainwashed nearly half of the student body and Dr. Crowler and Vice-Chancellor Bonaparte refused to do anything about this illegal activity for fear of their own lives or using the `White Dorm' for their own `vendettas', like tearing down the Slifer Red dorm with Mr. Bonaparte here for example.” Sheppard and the others look at Bonaparte and he swallows a lot of air out of fear. Atem then says, in his usual calm tone, “The students had finally enough of this and so they decided to take things into their own hands. By banding together and getting us, the teacher's, as well as the school's security force to aid them as well, we took power from Crowler and Bonaparte and created a temporary `student council' run by students and teachers to run the school for the time being until the Society of Light was disbanded and `White Dorm' returned to Obelisk Blue or your return. Since `rumors' of your return have become wide-spread, the students and we, the teachers, have agreed to return the powers of running this school to you, Chancellor Sheppard, because, sir, we believe that you would run Duel Academy in a fair manner and not for some vendettas or personal gain.” Everyone then looks at Crowler and Sheppard, both of whom who laugh nervously and sweatdrop as well.

 

When Atem gives the roll of paper to Chancellor Sheppard, he rolls it, reads what's written on the paper, and says, “Thank you, Atem. I'm sure that conditions will improve with my return to Duel Academy.”

 

Sheppard turns to Crowler and Bonaparte and says, “Now, with my return, I've got an announcement to make to the school. It is going to change all of our lives.”

 

Crowler and Bonaparte say in unison, nervously, “Yes, sir.”

 

Sheppard then tells Yugi and his friends, “Yugi, can I ask you a favor of you and your friends?”

 

Tristan tells Sheppard, “Of course, sir.”

 

Sheppard tells Crowler and Bonaparte, in a serious tone, “Alone.” Getting the idea, Crowler and Bonaparte take their leave of the Chancellor's Office leaving Yugi and his friends with Sheppard in his reclaimed office.

 

(In one of the main classrooms of Duel Academy; Later that morning)

 

Inside one of the classrooms within Duel Academy, we find a large body of students including the six Zodiac Sailor Scouts, our five Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, and Jaden, Bastion, Atticus, Syrus, Tyranno, and Blair within all of them. All of the students in the seats are talking about the rumors about Chancellor Sheppard and his return.

 

Jaden says, with a smile, “It's so awesome! Sheppard is back! Isn't it great, Syrus?”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, with a smile, “Yeah, he's the best!”

 

Tyranno tells Jaden and Syrus, “Anything is better than Crowler.” Just then Chancellor Sheppard enters the room with Crowler and Bonaparte and everyone becomes immediately hushed.

 

Chancellor Sheppard calls out, with a sly smirk, “Hello, students! By the looks of your clothes, there is a popular new `White Dorm' on campus.”

 

When Sheppard glances to Crowler and Bonaparte, they say in unison and nervously, “Sorry.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells the students, holding out the paper handed to him by Atem, “Despite these changes, I'm still in charge. Especially since you've decided to give up all of the power that you took away from Crowler when I returned to Duel Academy and return it to me.” The `white students' gasp in shock and look angrily at the yellow, red, and blue clad students, who were giving wide grins.

 

Mina exclaims to the `white students', slyly, “Gotcha!”

 

Chancellor Sheppard then states, “Plus, I hear that we've got some excellent new transfer students into Duel Academy as well as new teachers, including the world-famous King of Games, himself, Yugi Moto, teaching here at Duel Academy! I can say that these are interesting times this semester, but now, I have something to add with a gift that I would like to offer you and the teachers.” Immediately the students gasp and talk among themselves about Sheppard's announcement.

 

Jaden exclaims, excitedly, “Awesome!”

 

Bonaparte exclaims, in a serious tone, “Let the poor man speak!”

 

When the student body quiets down, Chancellor Sheppard says, “Thank you, little man.” Chancellor Sheppard then snaps his fingers and calls out, “And now, I give you the GX Tournament!” Just then the screen behind him lights up and an enlarged picture of the medal that he gave Zane appear behind him. Chancellor Sheppard calls out, “This is tournament for the next generation of duelists! It is nothing like you seen before! It starts tomorrow morning! Students and professions are welcome and when the dust settles, the winner will be known as the world's greatest duelists!”

 

All of the students become immediately excitedly and Jaden says, excitedly, “Oh, yeah! That's me! I'll beat all of the pros!”

 

Syrus immediately becomes serious in his expression and thinks in his mind, “Pros? Like my brother?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard calls out, in a serious tone, “This whole island will be your battlefield.” Chancellor Sheppard shows off the same medallion that he gave Zane and exclaims, “To start off with, all of you will be given a GX medallion! The rules are simple: You must accept the first duel you are challenged to and you must be in one duel per day. When you win, you will get all of your opponent's medallions!” Syrus and Tyranno become nervous at this and back away from Jaden slightly, confusing him. Chancellor Sheppard calls out, “The final winner will be easy to spot since they will hold all of the medallions. During my travels, I met some of the most talented duelists. They have all been invited since I believe that you are as good as they are. Now, get out there and make your chancellor proud will you?!”

 

Jaden stands on his feet and exclaims, “Oh, yeah! What are we waiting for?! I've got a tournament to win!”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, tauntingly, “Don't forget last time. The prize was a kiss from Ms. Dorothy.”

 

Jaden becomes nervous and disgusted and says, nervously, “I'll think I will pass.” All of the students immediately begin to talk about the tournament and what it is all about while Chancellor Sheppard looks right at Jaden and his friends as well as our two groups of Sailor Senshi.

 

(During the afternoon hours; within the walls of the `White Dorm')

 

Inside of Sartorius' room within the `White Dorm', we find Hotaru, in her white uniform and a duel disk that has a dueling deck inside attached to her left arm, standing behind Sartorius' back with him in his chair sitting in front of his table with his Tarot cards. Two of them are filled over and they are: The Moon Tarot card and the Judgement Tarot both cards are flipped face-up.

 

Sartorius tells Hotaru, “It is time Hotaru. Bring your princess into the light.”

 

Hotaru bows her head low and replies, “It will be done, Sartorius-sama.” Our brainwashed Sailor Senshi of Saturn heads off to do her `mission' for the evil leader of the Society of Light. Sartorius takes the top card from his Tarot deck and he finds it is the Death or Reaper of Souls Tarot card right side up.

 

Sartorius says with a wide grin, “Now, Sailor Moon, prove your power to me. Prove to me that you are the third Chosen Duelists and weld the same powers that Jaden and Aster does.”

 

(Later that afternoon; outside on Academy Island)

 

Shortly after the end of classes for the day, we find all of our Sailor Senshi, Moon and Zodiac, our Prince of Earth, and our dueling heroes, Jaden, Syrus, Atticus, Bastion, Tyranno, Blair, and even Aster, assembled together outside of the main building of Duel Academy.

 

Jaden exclaims, seriously, “This is so awesome! A Duel Monsters tournament! I can't wait to get my game on! Maybe I'll fight Yugi Moto or even Atem and the Egyptian God cards!”

 

Blair says, with a sly smirk, “Someone is excited.”

 

Darien says, in a plain tone, “I think that we should take this tournament seriously everyone.”

 

Jaden asks Darien, curiously, “How come?”

 

Rei says, in a serious tone, “Sartorius could use this tournament to brainwash profession duelists and use them to brainwash the whole profession dueling circuit.”

 

Serena asks, perplexed, “What good would that do him?”

 

Rei yells at Serena, annoyed, “Serena! He could use the profession dueling circuit to bring this `universal devastation' that Queen Serenity and the Neo-Spacians warned us about!”

 

Serena says, nervously, “Oh.”

 

Ami tells the others, “Rei has a good point. Sartorius could use the profession dueling circuit to get access to technology or something else that could allow him to destroy the world and the universe at it.”

 

Bastion nods his head and says, “Ami has a point. Duel Monsters is the most famous game around and is connected to a lot of `things' in world affairs. If one `plays his cards right' as the saying goes, Duel Monsters could be used to take over the world like in the Shadow Games that Atem stopped millennia ago.”

 

Trista nods her head in agreement and says, “Agreed. We need to make sure that Sartorius doesn't use this tournament to get what he desires and protect as many of the profession duelists as possible. Plus, by participating in this tournament, we can get a look into his and the Society of Light's plans.”

 

Jasmine nods her head and says, excitedly, “Yeah! That way, we can find a way we get Alexis back!”

 

Mindy nods her head and says, “That's right! Alexis will be dueling in this tournament and we can find a way to get her back!”

 

Reece tells her fellow Zodiac Sailor Senshi, in a plain tone, “Remember, we have a job to do. The two of you are Sailor Senshi now and you have responsibility more than just saving your friend: Most of all saving the planet that she lives on first.”

 

Jasmine tells Reece, annoyed, “Mindy and I know that! We know how to do our job!”

 

Mindy says, annoyed, “Yeah! Alexis is our best friend and we want to free her from Sartorius' mind control, but we know we need to save the planet that we all live on!”

 

Danielle tells Mindy and Jasmine, “Come on, everyone. We're all teammates here. We need to work together like the Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts do.”

 

Lita then asks, “Yeah, but what is our next move?” Just then they hear footsteps walking towards them and they turn towards to the source to see Chancellor Sheppard along with Yugi, Atem, Joey, Tea, Tristan, Duke, and Rebecca walking towards them. Every one of them, minus Sheppard, has a bit of a nervous look on their faces.

 

Jaden tells Chancellor Sheppard, “Chancellor Sheppard, what's up?!”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Jaden, with a smile, “Hello, Jaden. I see that you are well. I heard that you have a new and even stronger deck than before.”

 

Jaden tells Chancellor Sheppard, with a smile, “Yep! I've got some sweet new cards and my deck is even sweeter than before!”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Jaden, “I've heard about these new cards, Jaden.”

 

Jaden asks, a bit nervously, “You have?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard says, nodding his head, “Yes. Your new Elemental Hero Neos and Neo-Spacians are monsters and cards I've never seen before. Actually, I didn't hear about those cards, so, they must be one of a kind. Plus, these `Cosmic Heroes' that look like super-heroines from the district of Juuban from Tokyo are also unique and Ultra rare, possibly one of a kind as well. But then again, I've heard about your friend and one of our newer students, Serena Tsukino, also uses a `Hero deck' with similar cards.”

 

Jaden tells Chancellor Sheppard, with a smile, “She sure does! In fact, she won some sweet duels with her cards!”

 

Chancellor Sheppard asks, curiously, “And where I may find this young lady?”

 

Serena tells Chancellor Sheppard, “I am, Sheppard-sensei. I'm really glad to be a part of this school and I'm really to be here.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Serena in reply, with a smile, “I'm really glad to hear that Ms. Tsukino . . . or do you prefer Ms. Moon instead?” Our heroes and heroines, minus Yugi and his friends, gasp in shock from what Chancellor Sheppard just said.

 

Before anyone else could say a word, Joey tells them, “Don't even bother trying to get out of this one. He already knows.”

 

Jaden asks, curiously, “Knows what?”

 

Tea points to Serena and all of the girls and replies, “He already told us that he knows. Chancellor Sheppard already knows that you, girls, are the Sailor Scouts and Darien is Tuxedo Mask.”

 

Atem then also adds, “He also knows about me being an ancient Pharaoh and all about the Silver Millennium.” All of our heroes and heroines gasp in shock from Atem's and Tea's statements.

 

Amara asks, a bit defensively, “How do you know about that?”

 

Bastion asks Chancellor Sheppard, amazed, “Is this true sir?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard's expression becomes one of seriousness and replies, in a serious tone, “Yes, it is true. I know that these girls, including Jasmine and Mindy, are Sailor Senshi and I know all about this `Silver Millennium'. I also know the situation with Sartorius, the Society of Light, and the evil power known as the `Light of Ruin'. Someone very important from the Sailor Senshi's pasts told me this information.”

 

Jaden asks Chancellor Sheppard, “How did you find out Chancellor Sheppard?”

 

Just then a familiar female voice calls out, “It is pretty obvious: Her majesty told him everything.” Everyone looks to the source of the voice to see none other than Hotaru standing before them with a cold and serious look in her expression.

 

Darien, Serena, and her friends yell out in unison, “Hotaru!”

 

Hotaru says, with an evil smile, “I have been gone for so long and that's the welcome I get. Amara-papa, Michelle-mama, and Trista-mama, I'm hurt.”

 

Serena tells Hotaru, “Hotaru-chan, you've got to fight this! Sartorius is using you! He's brainwashed your mind!”

 

Hotaru tells Serena, in a cold tone and evil smile, “Not so Serena-hime. He's shown me the truth about the world and the only one to truly save it is by destroying all darkness in the universe.”

 

Trista tells Hotaru, in a logical tone, “You can't do that. In life, there must be balance. If you destroy the darkness, you will destroy the balance of life. And if you destroy the balance, you will destroy life in the universe itself. You know that.”

 

Michelle tells Hotaru, “Firefly, he has corrupted your way of thinking. You are one of us.”

 

Mina tells Hotaru, in a pleading tone, “That's right, Hotaru-chan. Darkness isn't always evil. You are the Sailor Senshi of Darkness because you balance out our powers and bring balance to our team. You have to fight this.”

 

Amara tells Hotaru, in a pleading tone, “Firefly, I know that you are in there. You have to remember who you really are. Think about us. About Rini.”

 

The name struck a cord within Hotaru's mind and she thinks, “Rini . . .?”

 

Amara tells Hotaru, in her pleading tone, “If you do this, she will never be born and you will destroy the whole of the universe by working for Sartorius. I'm pleading with you, Firefly, don't do this!”

 

Hotaru roars out, angrily, “Enough! I will not hear any more of your lies! I am saving the world by destroying all darkness and now, it is time for all of you to see the truth!” Hotaru points to Serena and exclaims, “Starting with you, Serena-hime! I challenge you to a duel and if you lose, you will join Sartorius-sama in the Society of Light!”

 

All of the Sailor Senshi, minus Serena, exclaim in unison, “Hotaru!” However, Hotaru ignores all of their pleas and activates her duel disk, which displays 4000 life-points on the life-point counter.

 

Jaden gives Serena a duel disk and he tells her, “Here you go, Serena.”

 

Serena nods her head, takes the duel disk, and replies, “Thank you, Jaden.”

 

Jaden nods his head and says, “No problem, Serena. Now, go get your friend back.”

 

Serena nods her head and replies, with a smile, “Right.” Serena attaches the duel disk to her left wrist, inserts her dueling deck inside, and activates it, causing the life-point counter to display 4000 life-points. Serena tells Hotaru, “Well, I've got no choice, Hotaru-chan. In order to save you, I will have to beat you.”

 

Hotaru tells Serena, with an evil smile, “You, of all people, should know that there is no escape for your destiny.”

 

Serena and Hotaru draw five cards from their decks and Serena tells Hotaru, “We'll see Hotaru. Now, let's duel!” Serena looks at her dueling deck and thinks in her mind, “Mother, please give me strength. Help me save my friend and fellow Sailor Senshi.”

 

Serena and Hotaru yell out in unison, “Duel!”

Chancellor Sheppard thinks in his mind, “So, that young girl is Sailor Saturn, huh? And Serena Tsukino is Sailor Moon and this Moon Princess known as Princess Serenity? This shall be an interesting match.”

 

Hotaru draws one card from her deck and calls out, “I will go first!” Hotaru looks at her hand, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “First, I place my Graceful Charity! I draw three cards from my deck and discard two from my hand!” Hotaru draws three cards from her hand and discards two from her hand, puts another card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Next, I play my Pot of Greed! I draw two more cards from my deck!” Hotaru draws two more cards from her deck, puts one card on his duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I summon my Silver Shikigami-Ukyo in attack mode!” Just then Silver Shikigami-Ukyo (800/600) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then states, “And thanks to its special ability, I can summon one Silver Shikigami-Sakyo to the field! And thanks to my Graceful Charity, I have one!” Soon after, one Silver Shikigami-Sakyo (600/800) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Tyranno states, a bit surprised, “Hold on! I know this tactic!”

 

Aster says, in a plain tone, “Those are the same cards that Sartorius' sister used against Jaden and me when we dueled her in the Virtual World.”

 

Rei asks, horrified, “They are!”

 

Jaden nods his head and says, “That's right! And let me tell you, Mizuchi nearly beat us that day with those cards of hers!”

 

Aster then says, “So, if your brainwashed friend's deck is similar to Mizuchi, then I probably can guess what's next.”

 

Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots, with a sly smirk, “Next, I play the Continuous Spell: The Full Moon Mirror! With this spell card on the field, I can place one Full Moon Counter on this card and when it has ten counters on it . . . Well, I can't tell you everything now can I? You are going to have to wait.”

 

Syrus says, “I can. When ten counters are on that card, it means big trouble.”

 

Hotaru puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and says, “I end my turn with two cards face-down.”

 

Serena shouts out, as she draws one card from her deck, “My move!”

 

Jaden calls out to Serena, “Serena, watch out for one of those face-downs!”

 

Hotaru roars out, angrily, “No help from the peanut gallery!”

 

Mina asks, perplexed, “Peanut gallery?!”

 

Lita says, seriously, “Hotaru would never say anything like that. That's one sure bet that she is being controlled.”

 

Rei tells Lita, in her usual tone, “We figured that, Lita.”

 

Serena looks at her hand and says, while putting one card in the spell/trap slots, “I activate my Spy Hero spell! By discarding two cards from my deck, I can take one spell card from your deck and use it to the end of my turn!” Serena discards the top two cards in her deck, noting that they are Elemental Hero Wildheart (1500/1600) and Hero Kid (300/600), a nearly crystal clear humanoid figure with a red `H' on his chest appears on the field, vanishes, and the Hotaru's Pot of Greed spell card shoots out of her graveyard going into Serena's hand. Serena puts the card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play Pot of Greed! This card allows two more cards from my deck!” Serena draws two more cards from her deck, then displays a monster with a picture of a monster that looks like Sailor Saturn, in her `original form', expect her tiara and bows are dark silver in color and the `star crystal' on her chest is pure white in color, and calls out, “Next, I play my Elemental Hero Cosmic Saturn's special ability! By discarding her to the graveyard, she can revive another Elemental Hero from my graveyard!” Serena discards the card to the graveyard and Elemental Hero Wildheart (1500/1600) returns to the field in attack mode. Serena then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play my Monster Reborn! This card allows me to summon my Cosmic Saturn right back!” Just then Elemental Hero Cosmic Saturn (1500/1200) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Seeing that `Duel Monsters version' of herself causes Hotaru to hold her head in pain and she thinks, “What's wrong with me?” Just then she sees images of herself as Sailor Saturn fighting with the other Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts against evils like Sailor Galaxia and her evil Sailor Senshi along with the good times that she spent with her adopted family, Amara, Michelle, and Trista, along with Serena and the Inner Sailor Senshi causing her to think, “What are these images in my mind?”

 

Syrus asks, perplexed, “What's wrong with her?”

 

Mina exclaims, “She must be fighting Sartorius' control over her!”

 

Hotaru stops holding her head and says, in a determined tone, “The only thing that I'm fighting is the darkness and making sure that my princess sees the light.”

 

Serena tells Hotaru, “The only thing that I see is you being blinded by Sartorius, Hotaru, but I promise to bring you back. Now, it is still my move.” Serena tells Hotaru, “By the way, did you know that my Wildheart can't be affected by any trap cards?”

 

Hotaru exclaims, shocked, “No!”

 

Serena commands, “Wildheart, destroy her Ukyo now! Wild Slash!” Elemental Hero Wildheart then rushes in and destroys Hotaru's Ukyo with his sword causing Hotaru to lose 700 life-points. Serena then calls out, “Now, Cosmic Saturn, attack with Silent Glaive Slash!” Saturn's Duel Monster look-a-like leaps in and uses her large scythe to slice apart Hotaru's Sakyo apart as well causing another 1100 life-points to be taken from Hotaru's score.

 

Hotaru says, in a serious tone, “I play my trap card! The Mirror of Spirit Calling!” Hotaru's face-down card is revealed to be The Mirror of Spirit Calling trap card and Hotaru says, “Thanks to this trap card, I can sacrifice one card on my side of the field to bring one monster back from the graveyard! So, I get rid of my other face-down card!” Hotaru's other face-down card is destroyed and Hotaru declares, “Now, Sakyo, return to the field!” Silver Shikigami-Ukyo (800/600) return to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then says, “This allows me to bring back my Sakyo as well.” Just then Silver Shikigami-Sakyo (600/800) returns to the field in attack mode as well.

 

Serena puts two cards in the spell/trap slots and says, “I end my turn with two face-downs.”

Hotaru draws one card from her deck and calls out, “Now, it is my turn!” Hotaru calls out, “Now, I sacrifice my Sakyo Shikigami . . .!!” Sakyo vanish from the field as it is sacrificed and sent to the graveyard, Hotaru puts another card on her duel disk, and calls out, “Now, I summon my Shikigami of The Magic Mirror-Nayuta in attack mode!” Soon after, Shikigami of The Magic Mirror-Nayuta (2600/1400) appears on the field in attack mode. Hotaru then says, “Now, her special effect allows me to summon her counterpart Asogi from the graveyard and thanks to Graceful Charity . . . well, you can guess.” After Hotaru says her words, Shikigami of The Magic Mirror-Asogi (1500/2500) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then commands, “Now, Nayuta, destroy her S-Wildheart now!” Nayuta attacks Wildheart full force and destroys it without question, costing Serena exactly 900 life-points.

 

Serena shouts out, “Now, I reveal my face-down card! Hero Signal!” Serena's face-down card is the Hero Signal trap card and Serena says, while going through her deck, “This trap allows me to summon one level four or less monster from my deck with the words `Elemental Hero' in its name when one of my monsters is destroyed in battle!” Serena goes through her deck, takes out one card, and thinks, “Perfect! This card might remind me of that little twerp, but it is my best bet to save Hotaru! Her friendship with her has got to set her free!” Serena puts the card on her duel disk and calls out, “Now, I summon my Elemental Hero Cosmic Mini-Moon in defense mode!” Just then a monster that looks similar to Sailor Mini-Moon expect she has a silver tiara and golden bows appears on the field in defense mode. This new monster, Elemental Hero Cosmic Mini-Moon, has stats of 1000/1200!

 

Lita calls out, amazed, “Wow, you know what? That card looks just like Rini!”

 

Just then a familiar child-like voice calls out, “Hey! I look nothing like that!” Everyone looks towards the voice in shock when they see none other than Serena's and Darien's future daughter, Rini, with a duel disk attached to her left arm standing right before them.

 

All of our Moon Kingdom Sailor Senshi and Darien exclaims, “Rini!”

 

Jaden asks the Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, “Friend of yours?”

 

The Moon Kingdom Sailor Scouts, minus Trista, and Darien become a bit nervous and Lita states, “It is a bit complicated. She is . . . one of us. She's Rini and she's Sailor Mini-Moon.”

 

Jasmine says, plainly, “She's that Mini-Moon girl? Well, she does look a lot like Serena.”

 

Rini and Serena yell out, annoyed and in unison, “Hey, we don't look anything alike!”

 

Ami asks Rini, “Rini, what are you doing here?”

 

Rini tells Ami, pointing to Jasmine and her team, “Mommy sent me back to get more training as a Sailor Senshi with you and the Zodiacs. Plus, she also sent me back to test my dueling skills. Duel Monsters is a very popular game, you know. So, with some help . . .” Rini displays a GX medallion and says, “ . . . I'm one of the contestants in the GX tournament!”

 

Our heroes and heroines, minus Sheppard and Trista, are shock and Syrus exclaims, shocked, “She's a GX tournament participant!”

 

Jaden says, amazed, “She must be good.”

 

Rini says, proudly, “Mommy taught me everything that I know about Duel Monsters and it is my favorite game.” Hotaru, seeing Rini, shutters in shock as memories of her of when they first met and their good times together, even when she was possessed by Mistress Nine, flood into Hotaru's mind and she holds her head while crying out in pain. Rini calls out, “Hotaru! Mommy told me about Sartorius and what he did to you! You've got to fight it! He controlling your mind like Mistress Nine controlled and possessed your body! You can't let him win!”

 

Hotaru continues to shake her head and then yells out, “Stop!” Hotaru looks angrily at Serena and calls out, “You did this! You summoned Rini here to confuse me! But I won't let you confuse me Serena-hime! I've seen the light and I will make sure that you do to!” Hotaru commands, “Asogi, attack her Saturn now!” Asogi fires energy beams at Cosmic Saturn while Saturn fires purple beams from her scythe and both monsters destroy each other. Hotaru says, “Next, I switch Ukyo to defense mode!” Ukyo then switches to defense mode, Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and says, “I will end my turn with one card face-down.”

Serena draws one card from his deck and calls out, “My move!” When her Standby Phase comes around, Serena says, in a serious tone, “Now, my Mini-Moon's ability activates! Now, I can send her to the graveyard to summon my Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon from my deck!” A card from Serena's deck, she puts it on her duel disk, Cosmic Mini-Moon vanishes from the field, and a new monster that looks similar to Super Sailor Mini-Moon expect with a silver tiara, golden bows, and bright blue jewels on her odango pigtails comes to the field in attack mode. This new monster, Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon, has stats of 1900/2100! Serena then calls out, “Now, I activate her ability! Twinkle Bell!” Just then the Duel Monsters' version of Sailor Mini-Moon holds out a version of Super Sailor Moon's special `item' and gives out a loud ringing sound. Serena tells Hotaru, “This ability allows me to summon one `Elemental Hero' or `Neo-Spacian' from my hand to the field!” Serena puts one card on her duel disk and calls out, “And I play my Elemental Hero Neos in attack mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) comes to the field in attack mode. Serena then shouts out, “Next, I reveal my face-down! H-Heated Heart!” Serena's face-down card is revealed to be the H-Heated Heart spell card and Serena tells Hotaru, “With this spell, I can increase my Elemental Hero Neos' attack points by five hundred for this turn!” Elemental Hero Neos' stats increase from 2500/2000 to 3000/2000!

 

Hotaru says, shocked, “It's stronger than my Nayuta!”

 

Serena tells Hotaru, “That's the point, Hotaru-chan!” Serena then commands, “Neos, destroy her Nayuta with Cosmic Crush!” Elemental Hero Neos attacks Hotaru's Nayuta, destroys it with one powerful attack with its right fist, and costing Hotaru 400 life-points. Serena then shouts out, “Now, Mini-Moon, destroy her Ukyo with Specter Elimination!” Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon summons a specter similar to Sailor Moon's Moon Rod and launches an attack at Ukyo and destroys it with ease, but since it was in defense mode, Hotaru lost no life-points. Serena puts another card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Next, I play Mirage of Nightmare! With this spell card, I can draw four cards from my deck during your Standby Phase, but during my Standby Phase, I must get rid of cards from my hand that equal the same number that I drew from my deck!” Serena then puts two more cards in the spell/trap slots and declares, “Now, I end my turn with two face-down cards!”

Serena tells Hotaru, “And my draw! Thanks to Mirage of Nightmare, I can draw four new cards!” Serena then shouts out, “Next, I reveal my face-down cards! Thunder of a Ruler and Emergency Provisions!” Serena's face-down card are revealed to be Thunder of a Ruler trap card and Emergency Provisions Quick-Spell card causing Serena to say, “Thanks to my trap, your Battle Phase is skipped for this turn! And with my Emergency Provisions, I can sacrifice my Mirage of Nightmare and my trap and gain two thousand life-points!” Mirage of Nightmare and Thunder of a Ruler are sent to the graveyard and Serena gains 2000 more life-points.

 

Lita exclaims, excitedly, “All right! Serena, not only gained a new cards and made unable Hotaru attack for this turn, but she gained more life-points!”

 

Jaden tells Serena, “Sweet, Serena!” Darien smiles and nods his head in approval.

 

Hotaru wasn't impressed and calls out, “I reveal my face-down card! Dark Hole!” Hotaru's face-down is revealed to be the Dark Hole spell card and Hotaru yells out, “Now, all monsters currently on the field are destroyed!” Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon cries out in shock as she and Neos are pulled into a black hole and destroyed.

 

Syrus says, worriedly, “Serena's defenseless now!”

 

Bastion tells Syrus, “True, but thanks to Serena's trap card, she can't attack.”

 

Hotaru gives a wide evil grin and states, “Oh, you think?” Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “Now, I play my Dark Spell Regeneration! This card allows me to copy any spell card in the grave and I choose Pot of Greed! I draw two more cards!” Hotaru draws two more cards from her deck, smile slyly at them, and Hotaru says, while putting another card in her spell/trap slots, “Now, I play Fiend's Sanctuary! This card allows me to summon one Metal Fiend Token to the field.” Soon after, Metal Fiend Token (0/0) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then shouts out, “Next, I sacrifice my Token in order to summon my Agent of Judgement-Saturn in attack mode!” Soon after, Agent of Judgement-Saturn (2400/0) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Next, I play my Mischief of the Time Goddess! Guess what that means?!”

 

Everyone gasps in shock and Ami exclaims, worriedly, “Oh no! That card skips Serena's next turn and begins it back to Hotaru's Battle Phase!”

 

Mina calls out, horrified, “Serena is defenseless!”

 

Hotaru commands, in a serious tone, “Exactly! Saturn, show the princess the power of the light! Judgement Sphere!” Agent of Judgement-Saturn launches a sphere of energy right at Serena and she cries out as the attack hits her causing her to lose 2400 life-points.

 

Darien, Rini, and all of Serena's friends call out, shocked, “Serena!”

 

Darien asks Serena, worriedly, “Are you okay, Serena?”

 

Serena tells Darien, “Don't worry, I'll be okay.”

 

Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, coldly, “I'll end my turn with this.”

Serena draws one card from her deck, puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and calls out, “Now, I play Polymerization! And I fuse my Elemental Hero Necroshade with Elemental Hero Sparkman!” Serena discards the two cards from her deck, Elemental Hero Necroshade (1600/1900) and Elemental Hero Sparkman (1600/1400) appear on the field, goes into a fusion vortex, Serena takes one fusion monster card from her fusion deck, puts it on her duel disk, and she calls out, “Now, I summon my Elemental Hero Dark Brightman in attack mode!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Dark Brightman (2000/1000) comes out of the fusion vortex in attack mode. Serena then puts another card on her duel disk and calls out, “Next, Necroshade's ability activates! When he is in the graveyard, I can use his ability to summon one Elemental Hero from my hand without a sacrifice! So, come on out, Bladedge!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Bladedge (2600/1800) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Jaden says, with a smile, “Sweet! Serena just turned this duel around!”

 

Rei tells Jaden, “I hope so.”

 

Serena calls out, “Bladedge, attack her Saturn now! Destroy it with Slice and Dice!” Elemental Hero Bladedge attacks Hotaru's Saturn with its blades and destroys it with ease costing Hotaru around 200 life-points, but Hotaru isn't concerned about it at all. In fact, she looked glad that her monster was destroyed.

 

Tyranno says, “Oh, man. I don't like the look on that gal's face.”

 

Aster says, in a plain tone, “You're right. Hotaru looks happy that her monster is destroyed.” Aster then remembers the Continuous Spell card on Hotaru's field and thinks, “Oh no! Could it be. . . ?!”

 

Serena shouts out, in a serious tone, “Dark Brightman, attack Hotaru's life-points directly!” Serena's Dark Brightman moves in to attack Hotaru's life-points and end this turn.

 

Hotaru then shouts out, “Reveal face-down! Waboku!” Hotaru's face-down is revealed to be the Waboku trap card and Hotaru tells Serena, with a sly smirk, “Thanks to this trap card, my damage to my life-points is zero.” A trio of maidens appears on the field and negate Dark Brightman's attack.

 

Syrus asks, perplexed, “Hold up! Why didn't she play that trap card when Serena first attacked?”

 

Bastion tells Syrus, “That's because she wanted her monster to be destroyed.”

 

Syrus then remembers the Continuous Spell card on Hotaru's side of the field and exclaims, “Oh no! I remember now!”

 

Serena says, “Thanks to Dark Brightman's special ability. He switches to defense mode after he attacks.” Dark Brightman then switches from attack to defense mode, Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots, and says, “I end my turn.”

Hotaru draws one card from her deck and says, with a sly smirk, “Thank you, Serena-hime. You did exactly as I knew you would.”

 

Serena asks Hotaru, “What do you mean?”

 

Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and says, “I'll show with my Card of Sanctity! Both of us must draw cards from my deck until we have six cards in our hands.” Hotaru and Serena then draw cards from their deck until they have six cards in their hands, Hotaru puts another card in the spell/trap slots, and she states, “Now, I play my Trap Booster spell! By discarding one card from my hand, I can activate a trap card in my hand!” Hotaru discards one card from her hand, puts, yet, another card in the spell/trap slots, and shouts out, “Next, I play my Call of Haunted! This card allows me to summon my Nayuta back to the field!” Just then Shikigami of The Magic Mirror-Nayuta (2600/1400) comes back to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then declares, “Next, Nayuta's ability allows me to bring back my Asogi back to the field!” Soon after, Shikigami of The Magic Mirror-Asogi (1500/2500) comes back to the field in attack mode.

 

Aster says, seriously, “This is it.”

 

Hotaru then calls out, “Now, I sacrifice both of them to summon my ultimate monster! Dark Creator!” Both monsters vanish from the field as Hotaru puts another card on the field and then Dark Creator (3000/1000) comes to the field in attack mode. Hotaru then says, “And since there are ten tokens on The Full Moon Mirrors, I can sacrifice my spell in order to play my ultimate field spell!”

 

Tyranno shouts out, “Oh boy! Man your battle stations soldiers!”

 

Hotaru sends her Continuous spell to the graveyard, her Field Spell slot opens up, she takes one card from her deck, puts it into slot, and when it closes, Hotaru calls out, “My Ultimate Fiend Mirror!” Just then the field changes into one bright circle with four spirits holding mirrors. Hotaru then states, plainly, “Now, thanks to my Field Spell, I can summon four Dark Creator Tokens to the field and they have the same power as my monster!” Soon after, four Dark Creator Tokens (3000/1000) come to the field in attack mode.

 

Jaden says, worriedly, “Oh no. This is what Mizuchi did to Aster and me when we dueled this monster. It can't attack an opponent directly, but when it destroys a monster in battle, the owner of that monster loses seven hundred life-points.”

 

Mina says, worriedly, “That means Serena is in trouble!”

 

Hotaru calls out, in a serious tone, “That's exactly what it means!”

 

Serena thinks in her mind, “Except my Mirror Force trap will chance all that!”

 

Hotaru tells Serena, “Don't think that your trap will help you, Serena-hime!” Hotaru puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “And now, I equip my Dark Creator with White Veil!” Just then Dark Creator becomes covered in a white veil and turning it from black to white.

 

Bastion says, worriedly, “That card destroys all spell and trap cards on the opponent's side of the field when it attacks!”

 

Hotaru exclaims, seriously, “Dark Creator, destroy her Bladedge! Creator Token, attack her Dark Brightman!” Dark Creator attacks her Bladedge and Serena's face-down Mirror Force is destroyed by White Veil, and one of the Creator Tokens destroys Serena's Dark Brightman causing Serena to lose 400 life-points since her Dark Brightman was in defense mode and Bladedge is in attack mode. Hotaru then says, with a sly grin, “Now, Dark Creator takes seven hundred life-points from your score and my Token has the same power.”

 

Serena thinks in her mind, nervously, “This is seriously going to hurt!” Serena cries out in pain as lightning smashes into her as she loses 1400 life-points in one shot.

 

Rini says, worriedly, “Serena!”

 

Hotaru tells Serena, after putting the last card in her hand in the spell/trap slots of her duel disk, “I'll end with this.” Hotaru thinks in her mind, “This is the end. When she ends her turn without summoning a monster, I'll play my Return Talisman trap and end this duel by using Dark Creator's special ability. I know that destiny won't fail me getting Serena another monster after I play my trap card.”

Serena: 900

 

Rini cries out, begging tone in her voice, “Hotaru, please stop! This isn't you! You have to remember who you are!”

 

Hotaru tells Rini, in a serious tone, “I am who I truly am! Destroying true evil with the power of the light!”

 

Mina tells Hotaru, “You are being used by Sartorius! He brainwashed you!”

 

Hotaru says, seriously, “He didn't brainwash me! And you will see when the princess joins the Society of Light and together, we will build a better world and future of us and mankind!” Just then Hotaru holds her head in pain as more images of her good times with her fellow Sailor Senshi, Darien, and Rini into her mind and says, in her mind, “I don't get it! Why are these images? Could . . . Could they be right? No! It can't be! But why can't I get these feelings out of my heart and these thoughts out of my mind?”

 

Serena draws one card from her deck and says, “Don't worry, Rini, I got Hotaru back before and I will do it again!” Rini looks at Serena and she gives her classic smile at her.

 

Rini tells Serena, with a smile, “You had better!”

 

Serena nods her head and says, “Right, kiddo!” Serena puts one card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play of Pot of Avarice! This card allows me to return five monsters to my deck and then I draw two cards from my deck after I reshuffle! And the monsters I choose are Wildheart, Hero Kid, Sparkman, Cosmic Saturn, and Neos!” The five monsters cards come out of Serena's graveyard, she puts them into her deck, reshuffles her deck, puts her deck back in her duel disk, and draw two cards from her deck. Serena then puts another card in the spell/trap slots and calls out, “Now, I play E-Emergency Call spell! This card allows me to put one Elemental Hero from my deck to my hand!” Serena takes her deck, takes one card from her deck, puts her deck back in her duel disk, and calls out, “And I choose my Elemental Hero Neos!” Serena then shows Hotaru one card from her hand, display a spell card with the picture of herself as Princess Serenity with the Silver Crystal in her hands, and says, “Next, I play my Crystal Revival! As long as this Continuous Spell remains on the field, once per turn, by paying five hundred life-points, I can summon one monster from my graveyard!” Serena puts the card in the spell/trap slots, she loses 500 points from her score, and she calls out, “Now, I summon my Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon back to the field!” Elemental Hero Star Mini-Moon (1900/2100) comes to the field in attack mode. Serena then says, “Next, thanks to her special ability, I can summon Neos back to the field!” Soon after, Elemental Hero Neos (2500/2000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Hotaru tells Serena, “What is the point of those creatures? They aren't strong enough to defeat Dark Creator.”

 

Serena puts a card in the spell/trap slots and says, “This is the point, Hotaru. I play my Contact Soul spell! When Elemental Hero Neos is on the field, I can summon one Neo-Spacian from my deck to the field! But when my turn ends, all monsters on the field are sent back to my deck!” Serena goes through her deck, takes out one card, puts her deck back in duel disk, and shouts out, “Now, I summon my Neo-Spacian Groun Mole in attack mode!” Soon after, Neo-Spacian Groun Mole (900/300) appears on the field in attack mode.

 

Rini says, “Ah, he's pretty cute!” Neo-Spacian Groun Mole blushes in embarrassment from Rini's comment and Serena sweatdrops at this.

 

Rei calls out, seriously, “Serena, what's an overgrown mole going to do to win this?!”

 

Serena roars out at Rei, annoyed, “No help from the peanut gallery, Rei!” Serena then calls out, “All right, I fuse my Groun Mole with Neos!” Neos and Groun Mole then leap into the air and combine in bright light. The two monsters are sent back to Serena's deck, she takes one fusion monster card from her fusion deck, and puts it on her duel disk. Serena then shouts out, “I call my Elemental Hero Groun Neos in attack mode!” When the light dies, Elemental Hero Groun Neos (2500/2000) comes to the field in attack mode.

 

Hotaru asks Serena, confused, “What's the point of all this? It can't destroy my Dark Creator.”

 

Serena tells Hotaru, “However, my Groun Neos has a special ability. It allows me to send one monster from your field back to your hand! And the monster that I choose is your Dark Creator!”

 

Aster says, amazed, “Excellent! When Dark Creator leaves the field, her Field Spell loses its effect!”

 

Hotaru shouts out, worriedly, “Oh no!” Elemental Hero Groun Neos goes underground, creates a huge hole under Dark Creator, it falls into the hole, and the monster card then appears in Hotaru's hands. Soon after, all of the Dark Creator Tokens on the field vanish into nothing since Dark Creator has left the field.

 

Serena then commands, “Now, Neos, bring my friend back to us! Attack with Neos Earth Drill!” Groun Neos then digs underground, rockets towards Hotaru under the ground, and the ground around Hotaru explodes around her causing her to scream out as she loses 2500 life-points, ending this duel immediately.

 

Final Score:

Hotaru: 0

Serena: 400

 

After the duel is over, Hotaru faints down to the ground on her back and all of the others immediately rush over to her.

 

Amara quickly puts Hotaru into her arms, lifts her into a sitting position, and asks, concerned, “Hotaru, are you okay?”

 

Rini asks Hotaru, concerned, “Hotaru, please wake up! Hotaru, can you hear me?” Hotaru gives a slight moan and slowly opens her eyes to meet the gaze of her friends.

 

Hotaru asks, weakly, “Rini? When did you get here?” Hotaru looks over herself and she asks, confused, “What happened? Why am I in these clothes?”

 

Michelle asks Hotaru, “You don't remember anything, Hotaru-chan?”

 

Hotaru shakes her head and replies, “No, I don't. The last thing that I remember was talking with this guy that claimed to be a dueling manager, Sartorius, with Ami-chan and when I took his hand, everything went blank. Now, I wake up here in these clothes and I look a bit older. What happened?”

 

Lita tells Hotaru, “It is a long story, Hotaru-chan.”

 

Trista tells Hotaru, with a smile, “We are just glad to have you back, Firefly.” Soon after, our heroes and heroines helped Hotaru to her feet while having wide smiles on their face knowing that Hotaru is free from Sartorius' control.

 

(Back inside of the `White Dorm'; A short time soon after)

 

Within the `White Dorm', Sartorius sees the Judgement Tarot card fall down to the ground and fall into the upside down position, but instead of being angry, Sartorius gives a wide grin out this.

 

Sartorius says, with a sly grin, “I was right. Serena Tsukino . . . Sailor Moon is indeed the third Chosen Duelist with Aster and Jaden. I need all three of them to complete my plans.” Sartorius then says, after he turns the next Tarot, which proved to The Fool, “It seems that Sailor Moon and Jaden share similar powers somehow. They have a connection, but what is it?”

 

(Within the nurse's office; Sometime soon after)

 

Inside of the nurse's office, we find Sheppard along with the rest of our heroes and heroines standing beside Hotaru, who was sitting on top of one of the beds in the nurse's office. Ami and Danielle are using two sailor computers to scan Hotaru, who is wearing an Obelisk Blue uniform instead of the `white uniform', with Danielle's computer is ice-blue in color and has the symbol of Aquarius in gold on the cover of the hand-held computer. On the meanwhile, the others have explained what happened while Hotaru was brainwashed and Hotaru couldn't believe what happened.

 

Hotaru tells Serena, “I'm really sorry for doing that, Serena-hime.”

 

Serena tells Hotaru, “Oh, Hotaru-chan, it wasn't your fault.”

 

Rei exclaims, “Yeah, it was that creep Sartorius! He was controlling your mind and using you against us!”

 

Rini says, with a smile, “We're just glad that you are okay, Hotaru!”

 

Mina nods her head in agreement with Rini and says, “We're back that you are on our side, again, Hotaru-chan!”

 

Amara tells Hotaru, “However, from now on, you are not allowed to talk to anyone strange anymore, Firefly.”

 

Hotaru giggles and says, with a smile, “I promise, Amara-papa.”

 

When Danielle and Ami are done with their examination, Sara asks Danielle, “So, what's up?”

 

Danielle and Ami look at each other, nod their heads in agreement, and Danielle says, “Hotaru's aging processes have been slowed just like Blair, but Hotaru's aging processes have only been cut in half. It will take around two years for Hotaru to age to 16 years of age, but then she will have regained her normal aging process.”

 

Lita says, plainly, “That's good news.”

 

Reece then says, plainly, “Even through we've gotten Sailor Saturn back from Sartorius, our battle with him is far from over.”

 

Bastion says, in his logical tone, “Reece is right. Sartorius obviously has some plans for the GX tournament and we have to be ready for him.”

 

Jasmine states, in a serious tone, “We will be. And when we free Alexis from his control, we're going to kick his butt back to whatever hole he crawled out of!”

 

Ami tells Jasmine, “It isn't going to be that easy.”

 

Jaden says, with a smile on his lips, “Well, we can't let him get to us like this! Come on, we have a tournament to get ready for!”

 

Syrus tells Jaden, amused, “You never let anything bad get to you, J.”

 

Trista then asks Chancellor Sheppard, “Chancellor Sheppard, did you actually meet with our great queen?”

 

Everyone's eyes train on Chancellor Sheppard and he says, “Yes, I did. The spirit of the moon queen came to me after I had dueled Zane and tried to get him back to his true self. He defeated me in our dueled and took a powerful and deadly deck of dangerous powers, the Deck of the Underground, which my dueling dojo.”

 

Bastion states, curiously, “Deck of the Underground?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard says, “It is deck that's the polar opposite from Zane's Cyber Dragon deck. However, at this time, it isn't important. What is important is what happened after the duel. Queen Serenity came to me and she told me the history of her kingdom, as I saw happen right before my eyes, with the promise that I will never tell anyone other than you about what I know. And I can tell it is experience that I will never forget for the rest of my days.”

 

Syrus says, plainly, “I'll bet.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard then says, “After I saw the destruction of the Moon Kingdom, Queen Serenity told that this will be Earth's and the Universe's fate if Sartorius isn't stopped. However, he said that only four people can lead the universe to salivation. She told me this: Only those with the powers of Neo-Space and the Moon Kingdom along with the one holding the `Deck of Destiny' can defeat Sartorius in a duel. But they, along with the person that represent the power of the dinosaurs, must be at the final battle in order to save the universe from the `Light of Ruin'.”

 

Mina says, plainly, “Not to insult Queen Serenity, but that's so like her.”

 

Blair asks, curiously, “What does that mean?”

 

Bastion and Ami think about for a few minutes and then Bastion says, “Ah! The message must tell about Jaden and Serena since their dueling decks have the power of Neo-Space and the Moon Kingdom in their decks and the `Deck of Destiny' must be talking about Aster Phoenix and his Destiny Heroes deck. Next, the person that represents the powers of the dinosaur is Hassleberry since he has a dinosaur deck and he has a dinosaur bone fragment in his left leg.”

 

Rini exclaims, amazed, “Wow, he's got a real dinosaur bone in him?!”

 

Tyranno says, proudly, “That's right, little missy! I've got it when my leg was broken during a dig and now, I've got Dino DNA inside me.”

 

Rini says, excitedly, “Wow, that's pretty cool!”

 

Jasmine states, plainly, “Okay, this confirms that Jaden, Serena, Aster, and Hassleberry are the ones that can stop Sartorius, but how can they stop him?”

 

Bastion replies, nervously, “I'm not sure.”

 

Ami says, “Queen Serenity's message didn't directly tell us, but from what I call tell, all four of them have to be together in the final duel with Sartorius, however, it looks like that only Jaden, Serena, and Aster can defeat Sartorius in a duel. But what it doesn't tell us is Hassleberry's role in the final battle.”

 

Jasmine exclaims, a bit annoyed, “So, how do we know what Jaden, Serena, Aster, and Hassleberry have to do in order to stop this freak?!”

 

Trista tells Jasmine in reply, in her usual tone, “Everything will come in due time, Jasmine. When it is time for us to know, we will know.”

 

Rei sighs and says, in her usual tone, “I knew that you were going to say something like that, Trista.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard then takes out a small case from his pocket, gives it to Jaden, and tells him, “This is for you, Jaden.”

 

Jaden asks, curiously, “What is it?” Jaden opens up the small case and takes a spell card with no text and a blank picture on it.

 

Chancellor Sheppard says, plainly, “Queen Serenity told me to give this straight to you.”

 

Everyone looks at Sheppard in surprise and Jaden asks Chancellor Sheppard, “She did?” Chancellor Sheppard nods his head and Jaden says, looking at the card, “But this spell card is blank with no picture and not even a single piece of text.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Jaden, “Queen Serenity told me that this spell card's power will awaken when the time is right and when it does so, you will know exactly what to do with it when you do. Her eyes told me the whole story. She has the utmost belief that you will protect the world and our universe from evil.”

 

Syrus asks Chancellor Sheppard, “What did she mean by `when the time is right'?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard replies, “I'm not sure. She only told that the time will be right when `Jaden realizes the truth about his power'.”

 

Bastion asks, perplexed, “What do you mean by `the truth about Jaden's power'?”

 

Chancellor Sheppard replies, “I wish that I knew, but I believe that Jaden was chosen as `Chosen Duelist' for a reason and something tells me that he and Queen Serenity have a `connection' of sorts. What that connection is . . . I really don't know.”

 

Jaden asks, curiously, “You know, this thing has been bugging me ever since I met her and Atem. For some weird reason, I do feel that I know her from somewhere, but I can't seem to find the memory.”

 

Michelle tells Jaden, “Well, it is like we thought. We are a reincarnation of someone from back in the Silver Millennium. Possibly you are one of reincarnated people of the Moon Kingdom.” Michelle looks at Amara, notes the serious look in her eyes, and thinks in her mind, “However, I suspect like Amara does that Jaden must have been someone of great importance in the Moon Kingdom to have some kind of `great power' and for Queen Serenity to come to him for help! Plus, I feel like Amara . . . I felt like that I've met Jaden Yuki before somewhere on the Moon Kingdom, but I don't know where!”

 

Jaden puts the card in his card pouch and says, with a smile, “Well, I don't know what the deal is about this card, but I bet when I can use this card, it is going to be so sweet! And I'm not one to turn down a gift from a queen . . . even if she is a spirit.” Jaden then exclaims, “Now, it is time to get our games on! The tournament is going to start tomorrow!”

 

Syrus says, with a smile, “Same old Jaden.” Chancellor Sheppard then walks out of the nurse's office and Trista follows him. Within the hallway outside of the nurse's office, Chancellor Sheppard turns to face Trista.

 

Chancellor Sheppard asks Trista, “Yes, Ms. Meiou?”

 

Trista asks Chancellor Sheppard, “Chancellor Sheppard, I wish to know about anything else that you plan for this tournament. I know someone like you wouldn't hesitate to stop someone like Sartorius, but I can tell that there are other reasons that you are hosting this tournament and not just for fun and fair sport, especially since you are bringing professionals into the tournament.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Trista, “You know, huh? Queen Serenity especially told me about you. Well, since you are curious, I will tell you, but you need to make sure that you don't tell anyone else unless it's necessary.”

 

Trista replies, “If Queen Serenity told you about me, then you know I have no problems keeping secrets unless they need to be revealed.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard nods his head in understanding and says, “Well, I believe that the card that gave Sartorius his evil powers is out there. The card that Aster's father created and went missing.”

 

Trista says, plainly, “So, it is the Destiny Hero that Aster's father created that was infused with the `Surge of Light'.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Trista, “Indeed. Pegasus doesn't know anything about the Silver Millennium or about you, but he does know about the `Surge of Light' and the story about the card. It is known as the `Ultimate D-card' and it is believed that someone in the profession division has it in their hands, which could be dangerous since it could contain the evil powers of the `Surge of Light' and it might still be the source of Sartorius' powers.”

 

Trista says, plainly, “This tournament is a bait to lure the card and the holder into the open.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard nods his head and states, “Yes. Hopefully, we can find that duelists and that card so we can destroy that card. If we destroy that card, it might be over, but if Sartorius is the true host for the `Surge of Light', it will put at least one danger to rest.” Trista nods her head in understanding and Chancellor Sheppard tells Trista, “Whatever you do, Trista, please don't tell the others about this, especially Aster Phoenix. You know what he will do if he learns this.”

 

Trista tells Chancellor Sheppard, “I understand, Chancellor Sheppard. And I will not tell the others about this, but I can't assure you that Aster will find out this information on his own and go out to do what you fear. Remember, all of us follow our own paths and like I said before `The past is set in stone, the future is set in glass'.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard nods his head and says, “Thank you.” Chancellor Sheppard then asks Trista, “By the way, Trista, currently, I can't prove legally that Sartorius is up to no good in our school, but if you and the others were to bring me proof of anything legally of Sartorius or the Society of Light . . .”

 

Trista smiles and replies, in a plain tone, “I understand, sir. That's a wise idea. I will inform the others about this.”

 

Chancellor Sheppard tells Trista, “Thank you, again, Trista.” Trista then heads back towards the nurse's office and Chancellor Sheppard turns to look out the windows. Chancellor Sheppard thinks in his mind, “Well, Queen Serenity, I've set the Wheel of Fate in motion like you told me to do to, but I wish to know why that you have such interest in Jaden Yuki. What kind of connection does he have with your kingdom, your daughter, and the Sailor Scouts? You seem really to care about the fate of my famous student, but why? What does he mean to you, your majesty? Well, I can't worry about that now. I just hope that Sartorius can be stopped before it is too late.”

 

Next time in Chapter 6: The GX Tournament Begins: After Hotaru's successful rescue from Sartorius' control, our heroes and heroines begin the next stage of their battle: The GX Tournament! As the tournament begins, Tyranno and Syrus being their GX tournament experiences with strong wins on the first day and on the meanwhile, Lita, Mina, and even young Rini gain their first victories against the duelists. On the meanwhile, the Society of Light is also busy, fighting and beating duelists in order to gain greater power than before. However, Jaden isn't experiencing any victories at all since he is waiting for the Pro duelists to arrive, but he is stuck fishing. However, just then a helicopter from a small kingdom, the Misgarth Kingdom, which just launched a mysterious satellite recently arrives and it's leader, Prince Ojin. Prince Ojin wishes to obtain the Destiny Hero cards in Aster's possession, but he doesn't know who has those cards. Jaden steps up to duel Prince Ojin, but Sartorius beats Jaden to it, convincing the Prince of the Misgarth Kingdom that he has the Destiny Heroes. While Sartorius gets the cards that he doesn't have, Sartorius wishes for the satellite that the Misgarth Kingdom recently launched. The two of them duel and Sartorius predicts that he will win before his turn even starts. However, it looks like that Prince Ojin would win at first and he announces that the satellite in space is a brainwashing probe with the advanced mind-control technology and Jaden, Syrus, Tyranno, and Bastion who are watching the duel are gasping in horror, knowing what Sartorius might do with a satellite like that. But unfortunately, Sartorius did exactly what he promised and he won before he got to his first turn with a `Zero Turn Kill'. Prince Ojin, with no choice, hands the controls of the satellite to Sartorius and when the rest of our heroes and heroines learn of this, they are stunned and horrified. However, they won't have time to know what to do. An old enemy from the Sailor Scouts' past returns to take his revenge on them. Jadeite, who managed to revive from his `icy prison', appears as one of the Pro duelists invited to the island and kidnaps Serena, Ami, and Rei in a terrible sneak attack. He knows our Sailor Senshi of the Mercury's, Mars', and the Moon's identities and plans to take his revenge on them. But Jaden challenge him to a duel for their lives and Jadeite accepts without question. Jaden is holding his own with his Elemental Heroes, Neo-Spacians, and Cosmic Heroes, but Jadeite's deck is full of powerful Dark and Dragon type monster cards and cards filled with the powers of darkness, including a Field Spell card that drains the duelists' life away as they lose life-points! With his dark magic and deadly tactics, Jadeite is driving Jaden into a corner, but our dueling hero refuses to surrender. However, on the meanwhile, something about Jaden sparks something with Jadeite's memories. Can Jaden defeat Jadeite and save our Moon Princess and her two friends from the last surviving general of the Negaverse? And what does Sartorius have planned for that brainwashing satellite from the Misgarth Kingdom? Hopefully, everything will end happily on the next Destiny Stars!

 

Well, here it is, the newest chapter in this saga! I know that this chapter is a bit long, but I hope that it is very exciting with the Sailor Senshi battles and dueling to make up for the length.
