Across The Stars

Chapter 3: Rocks against the window, the return of the disappearing millionare and the return of the Canadian lovers...(if they can be lovers)...and the plane.

 

~Sarah's P.o.V.~

"Meaghan..." I hissed up towards her window. The light was on and I saw the sillouette of people in the curtains. She'd called me over, telling me it was important...and after procrastinating, I finally came.

I picked up a small rock and pelted it lightly against the glass. It barely made a tap. I glanced nervously around me, checking to see if anyone was watching me in the darkness, then checked my watch to see what time it was. 4 AM. If she wasn't up, she would be soon. I hit another rock against the window. Just as I threw another one, the window opened and someone let out a yell,"AGH! THAT BLOODY HURT!" I blinked, trying to see who had let out the yell. My eyes widened,"WILL?!" I screamed. "SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHUT UP!" Meg yelled, pulling Will's head back into her room. Then another figure poked his head out,"JACK?!" I hissed. "Sarah, shut up!" Meg hissed from inside, as a rope rolled down towards me. I blinked,"Just open the door!" I hissed back, in a loud whisper. "Take the rope, lass," Jack said. "Open the door!" I repeated. "Sarah, take the damn rope and get up here quick!" Jack and Meg said together. I rolled my eyes and grabbed the rope, immediately being pulled up. I stumbled through the window, landing on the floor with a loud thump. I was eye level with a pair of boots and...the edge of a trench coat...

I looked up, meeting the cold gaze of,"Kaiba?!" I asked in shock. "Sarah, shush..." Meg whispered. I scrambled to my feet and looked around Meg's small room. At least, too small for 5 grown people. Jack had taken up on gazing at the poster Meg had of well...him. Meg was sitting on the bed cross legged, looking at me nervously. Kaiba was now standing in the corner, arms crossed, glaring at everyone around. And Will...my Will Turner...was sitting on the computer chair...with his head tilted back and a bloody tissue to his nose. I coughed guiltily.

And we all just sat there...in complete...utter...deafening...silence.

"So..." I said. "So, what did Rose have to say at all, Jack?" Meg asked suddenly, brought back to her senses. She sounded...bitter. "Listen...lass...luv..." he began,"Rose n' Jas were jus' looking for Will...as was...his father." Three things happened in that time frame of ten seconds after he said that...Meg yelled,"AND YOU KISSED ROSE, RIGHT JACK?!", Will fell off his chair and turned white, and I clenched my fists and whispered,"WHAT?!" loudly. Jack yelled back immediately,"SO WHAT IF I DID, MEAGHAN!" Will scrambled to his feet and looked at Jack,"My...father?" he said,"...and Jasmine..." he added softly. I met Will's eyes just then. His light brown eyes bore into mine. Then I snapped my eyes away and looked at Meg,"So...so...what's he doing here?" I asked, pointing to Kaiba. "It's not polite to point," Kaiba said bitterly,"And I don't want to be here...if she," at this he pointed to Meg, in mock of me,"would let me on the computer, I could be out of here before you could say,'Yo ho a pirate's fucking life for me'." I fought the urge to say,'Don't swear'. Instead, I just said,"Where will you go?" I asked. "Well...if it was any of your business, which it isn't, but I suppose I can tell you anyway..." Kaiba said,"I'm going to New Mexico, to track down Kim." Meg spoke up,"You don't need to track her down, I know just where she is, I can take you...if you take care of paying for the plane tickets and stuff." I sat down beside Meg,"Me too, I'll go too I mean," I said. "Then I'm going too..." Will said, looking at me again,"I don't want anything to happen to you..." I smiled lightly,"Oh, Will..." I whispered. "Then I guess I'll go too, eh mates?" Jack said. "Wouldn't want me out of your sight, eh Jack? Considering I look so much like your little lover, Rose," Meg said bitterly. Both their eyes met and seemed to spark. Kaiba seemed to ignore us all and went to work on the computer and his cell phone.

~4 hours later...~

~Will's P.o.V.~

I scooted into the plane seat beside Sarah. She sat, leaning her forehead against the window. In the center aisle, Kaiba had gotten three seats to himself, and past him on the other side Meg and Jack...weren't speaking. Meg was apparently yelling at him, but I couldn't hear either of their shouts over the starting engines of the plane.

By the time we were up in the air, my full attention was on Sarah. She was gripping my hand tightly. I looked at her, smiling lightly. She met my eyes and looked down at our hands,"I...I..." she stuttered, pulling her hand away,"I just get a bit nervous flying..." I reached over her and took both her hands, rubbing them gently, kissing her finger tips (yea...cue the 'awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...' >.>; Sarah gets all the fun?).

Sarah blushed lightly and leaned forward me a bit. And we kissed.

And I forgot that Jack had mentioned Jas or my father. Hell, I even forgot that Jack was there, I forgot where we were.

All I remembered was that I was in love with Sarah Ashley...

 

~Oh yes, cue the 'Aw...'

*cues it*

Haha, Sarah gets all the action? I would've made her sneaking off with Will to the plane lavatories...but ahem...that just seemed like something that someone else would do...such as...
