~Meg's P.o.V...still~
...Max, InuYasha and an official looking guy walked into the crowded living room. That's when I saw his badge...it was a cop?! 'Shit...what the fuck's going on?' I thought. Sarah and Will stopped whispering and stood up, looking at the cop nervously. He smiled in that kind of way that makes you want to know why he would be there,"Now calm down, kids...I don't want trouble...I'm here for Mr...or Captain Jack Nicholas Sparrow?" he asked. I perked a brow, turning to my side...Jack...wasn't there..."Uh...uhm...why?" I stuttered, standing up. He smiled that way again,"You must be...Mrs. Sparrow?" he asked, looking at my rings. "Yes...why are you looking for my husband...officer?" I said, forcefully polite. "Yes...mate why are ye looking for me?" Jack asked, walking back into the room from down the hall, from the bathroom. Okay...I could breathe now, he hadn't run from the cops. The officer pulled out some handcuffs and walked to Jack,"Sir...you have the right to remain silent..." he said. Same old shit. "What the fuck is going on?! What's he done?!" I yelled, okay, I couldn't breathe. Max, InuYasha, Will and Sarah looked scared and nervous. "Jack Sparrow, you have been charged with assault and rape...you have the right to an attorney...if you can't supply one for yourself, one will be supplied for you by the state of New Mexico..." I blinked, no reason to panic...right? "Rape..." I said, too softly. "Love..." Jack said,"Tha...tha's not true...I swear to you love! Meaghan...I swear to you..." I felt the tears well up and flow from my eyes slowly. "Meg..." Max whispered. I shook my head, I didn't know who to be angry with. The officer, Jack...or...anyone. "He'll be in the correctional prison until the court sets a date, a bail price or a permanent sentence," the officer said. He was being way too fucking calm now. So I snapped on him. "I demand to know why the fuck he's been charged with this, who the fuck blamed him, how the fuck I can get him out of this, and..." I yelled...I didn't know what else to say. My hands were shaking. "Meg..." Max whispered again, putting a hand on my shoulder. I shrugged her off angrily, glaring at the cop. "Ma'am...we'll be in contact with you, you can follow in your own car to the station and we'll work this out with the victim," he said. "Who the hell is the victim?!" I yelled. "Initials are K.Y., ma'am," he replied, too politely. "Sarah, come on, you're driving me!" I yelled. Sarah nodded silently and her and Will walked out of the door, followed by me and then the cop who had Jack in handcuffs...what the hell was going on? RAPE?!
~Max's P.o.V.~
I picked up the phone as soon as everyone left. "What are you doing..." InuYasha said. I shook my head and put my finger to my lips. It was late...but they were the only ones I could think of to call..."Kim? It's Max...sorry it's late and all..." I said, into the phone,"Jack got arrested, a cop came to our apartment...Sarah and Will are driving her down there to the station...rape..." I hung up after saying good bye. InuYasha looked at me,"...Jack the raper, eh?" he said, softly. He was dead serious...that's what scared me. "Fuck..." I muttered.
~Kim's P.o.V....ha first time! You get to be the heroine...sorta... >.>;~
I was shocked to hear the word 'rape' when Max called and told me Jack had been arrested. Jack a raper?! Yea...and me and Seto were sex fiends...heh. "Seto! Jack's in jail...we need to get down there for the bail..." I said, walking to the living room. He perked a brow and opened his mouth to ask something,"Rape...Jack got blamed for rape..." I said, before he asked. He blinked and nodded,"How much?" he asked. I shrugged,"I...I don't know...Max called from her apartment, a cop went there...Sarah and Will are driving Meg to the station and Jack...Jack's with the cop I guess..." I said. He sighed,"Why the hell does this happen when we're having a good time..." he said, putting his head in a pillow. I smirked, leaning down to kiss him,"Put a shirt on..." I whispered, slipping myself into my shirt and pants that got thrown onto the floor. He smiled,"Of course...fun's over eh?" he said. I nodded slowly,"But trust me, Mr. Kaiba, you'll get yours soon enough..." I smirked,"Soon enough..." Definately not sex fiends...just...in love. I grabbed our credit cards and the car keys,"The twins!" I said, stopping at the door, making Seto run into me. "Gah...I'll stay, you go..." he said, kissing me on the lips. I nodded,"Alright...I'll try to be home soon..." I said, checking the clock, it was 1 AM. This was going to be a long night...
I drove to the police station and walked inside, readying my credit cards, ATM cards and the cash I had on me. Jack's bail couldn't be that high, it just...depended on the crime. Which was rape. I was greeted at the front desk in the station by Meg screaming at some cops. "I demand to know what the fuck is going on and why I can't see my husband?! Or do you dumb-fucks not know what the hell is going on in this peice of shit facility?!!" I stepped behind her and put my hands on her shoulders,"Meg, hun, calm down..." I said,"How much is the bail?" She blinked and turned to look at me. I smiled lightly,"It'll be okay, just...you have the right to calm the fuck down..." I said. I thought it would calm her down, you know lighten her mood. It...didn't. "Calm down...calm down?!" Meg yelled at me. Her fists were shaking a lot. "How do you expect me to calm the fuck down when my husband was accused of rape?!" she yelled, straight in my face,"So who told you to come, huh? Was it Sarah and the whelp or Max and dog-boy?!" I was shocked at the words flying from her mouth,"Meg...don't go there, calm down and take a fucking breath!" I said, okay I yelled it, I snapped. "Oh yea, expect you to say that, the 'rich' girl, the 'snobby' girl, the one with fucking money and a husband that doesn't get landed in jail for rape...but who was it who cheated on you?! Did my Jack cheat on me?! NO! AND HE FUCKING LANDS IN JAIL!" she yelled, er..she snapped too. "Don't ever fucking go there, Meaghan Ashley Sparrow, NEVER! Tell me the fucking bail and I'm out of your bloody hair!" The cop ended up telling me. I paid it and left without another word to Meg. She wanted to be a bitch, then so could I. But we would regret it and it would come back to us...
~Max's P.o.V.~
I woke up the next morning, ready for school. It was Friday. Last day of school before spring break. But something didn't feel right...at all. I reached over InuYasha's sleeping form and picked up the phone, dialing a number. Either Meg's or Kim's, I had to talk to one of them. "'Ello...?" It was Jack. "Jack, it's Max, what's up? What happened, no one called us last night..." I said, sitting up. I heard someone yell in the background and then Meg was on the phone,"What?!" she said, yelled really. "Um...it's Max...what's up? Why didn't you call last night? You bailed him out or what?" I asked. "No we didn't, because apparently we're poor, Max. Now I wonder who the hell called Kim and told her to bail Jack out and be a complete and total fucking snob about it? Hmm...maybe it was you and your little dog-boy eh?" she replied. "Meg, what the fuck? I just told her to go down there! That's all...what happened?!" Anger was boiling inside of me, how could she say stuff like that? "What happened huh...well I want to know what the fuck you told that bitch, Kim!" she hung up. We never hung up on each other. I sighed and laid back down, moving closer to InuYasha, kissing the back of his neck, my arms wrapping around him, giving him an almost backwards hug. He groaned slightly,"Mmm...school time...just a few more minutes, babe..." he whispered. I nodded, tears were falling from my eyes. One of them landed on his shoulder and he rolled over to look at me,"Baby...what's wrong?" he said, wiping my eyes. "Meg...and Kim had an arguement I guess...Meg's angry with me now...I...I don't know what the hell happened..." I said, sighing slightly. "Meg and Kim had an argument...that doesn't sound right...and she yelled at you about it?" he asked. I nodded, putting a pillow over my head. "...what the fuck..." I heard him mutter, feeling his hand rub my back gently. "Eh...come on, let's just get ready for school and maybe we'll find this is a fucking nightmare..." I said, getting out of the bed. He nodded and slipped himself into some baggy jeans and an A.F.I. t-shirt. "Where are my jeans?" I asked, digging through my pile of clothes. He threw some at me,"Wake up woman!" he said, smirking slightly,"...and cheer up, 'kay?" I smiled a bit and nodded, slipping into the jeans and throwing on a black t-shirt that said,'My boyfriend's such a dog...' and on the back,'...he licks my face in the morning!' I glanced at the clock while putting on eyeliner and a bit of mascara,"Shit...we're running late again..." I called to InuYasha. "What for?" he said, chewing on an apple and attempting to put his shoes on at the same time. I slipped into my skate shoes,"To pick up...are we picking her up...after this morning?" I asked, we usually picked up Meg. "Um...let's just say it's Sarah and Will's day to pick her up..." he replied, swallowing the rest of his apple and throwing the core into the over flowing garbage. I nodded and picked up my backpack,"Right...let's go then..." I said, tossing the keys to him and we walked out the door. Right before we closed it though, the phone rang,"Shit! It could be Kim or Meg or Sarah..." I said, running back in. "Max! Come on, we're late for school!" he said as I picked up the phone,"Hello?" I said. "Um...it's Sarah...who's picking up Meg?" she asked. "I...dunno...you?" I asked,"She's pissed at me..." "Me too..." she muttered, she seemed hurt. "Gah...listen I'll see you at school...Meg can bitch if she wants to...or something I guess..." we said bye and hung up. Then the phone rang again. "Max, let the machine get it..." he said. I groaned and ran out the door...
~Kim's P.o.V.~
Max must've left or something...so the machine came on when I called. "Listen up, Meg's a bitch right now, don't believe a fucking word she's saying...I stood up for you. She's pissed at the world because of Jack going to jail, I bailed him out though. Sarah got hurt apparently and left before I got there last night... Gods, pick up the damn phone or are you pissed too? Don't be like Meg, Max...sooo not worth it. Pick up the phone...okay you're at school, talk to you later...or whatever..." I hung up and went back to bed. This SUCKED.
