Chapter 2: Hater! Lovers? RUM RUN!!! O.O Virgin EYES!

A couple days later...

Jack had finally managed to catch Meaghan and he got his hat back...for about five minutes because of the look on her face, so he gave it back,"Only for awhile luv..." he said, as she smiled. Kaiba and Kim were getting along great...they just sat there smiling at each other, Kaiba blushing at stuff Kim was whispering to him every now and then. InuYasha and me...well let's just say...

"YOU'RE A HATER!" I yelled at InuYasha. "ALL I SAID WAS YOU'D LOOK BETTER IN A SKIRT!!!" he yelled back. "JUST BECAUSE I'D LOOK LIKE A BLONDE KAGOME!" I yelled. Kim jumped up from the couch, Meaghan following her. They went into the kitchen where me and InuYasha were *ahem* screaming at each other. InuYasha glared at me for the Kagome comment and stormed out of the apartment, slamming the door. I leaned against the wall and slumped down. "Hun..." Kim said, sitting down beside me,"...it's okay, hun." Meaghan sat in front of me, cross-legged, and said,"Yea, Max, it'll be fine...I mean he's a jerk..." I gave them both a death glare,"It's not okay...and he's not a jerk!" I snapped. "Sor-ry..." Kim said, Meg looked kind of hurt. I sighed,"Nah...I'm sorry...I snapped...sorry..." I whispered. Jack poked his head into the kitchem >.> <.<,"Erm...lass do ye have any rum?" Meg, Kim and me smirked at each other,"RUM RUN!" we yelled, standing up. Meaghan jumped on Jack's back and said,"To the car!" So we found InuYasha sitting at the bottom of the steps and we were off...Kaiba and Kim ended up sitting in the back seat of Kim's car while Meaghan drove with Jack in the passenger seat, his eyes all amazed and bright at the signs. So InuYasha and I were alone in my car, which would be fun and all...but he was glaring at me from his side of the car. "Would you stop giving me the death glare?!" I said finally. He perked a brow,"Sorry..." he said, turning his back to me and looking out the window, un-interested. I sighed and said,"No...I'm sorry for yelling at you, InuYasha." He turned back to me and nodded,"I'm sorry too..." he said, watching me as I drove. I looked back at him and smirked,"What...do I have something on my face or what?" I asked. He smiled slightly and replied,"No...you're perfect..." I looked away, smiling.

We drove into the Wal-Mart's parking lot and I stopped the car next to Kim's. Meaghan ran out with Jack, both of them looking horrifyed. I stepped out of my car and saw that the window's were *ahem* sorta...fogged up...<.< >.> "WTF...VIRGIN EYES, KIM!" I yelled, as I opened the back door, where she and Kaiba were pretty much lunging at each other. Kaiba blushed...again and Kim just grinned. They stepped out and smoothed out their trench coats. "We were only kissing..." she said as we walked in, her and Kaiba holding hands, Meg wearing Jack's hat with him giving her a piggy back ride. InuYasha and me followed, glancing at each other every now and then, smiling slightly every time.

We were welcomed by stares by everybody when we walked into the Super Center, we were definately a weird bunch. Kim and Kaiba, the 'Trench Coat Lovers' holding hands up front. Meaghan riding on Jack's back, in her black t-shirt and jeans with a black belt with silver skulls on it, her wrists covered with the black 'sex bands' bracelets and Jack's hat on her head. Jack...looking like Jack. InuYasha with his long white hair, dog ears, red baggy pants and kimono. Anddd me, Maxine, with the flared out, short blonde hair tipped with bright red, baggy jeans, and black t-shirt that said,'WARNING...has tendencies to blow up...please STAND CLEAR!'. *ahem* right...

So we walked to the back of the store, towards the liquor area...>.> <.<

"Um...should we split up or something?" Meaghan asked, still on Jack's back, his hat tilted on her head,"Kim's kinda old enough...but they'll suspect something if they see Maxine and me..." I nodded,"Yea...come on InuYasha!" I said, grabbing his hand,"I wanna show you something..." He followed, slightly shocked that I was holding his hand. Jack and Meg wandered off to the Halloween costume place, probably to check out the pirate outfits. Kim and Kaiba picked up some rum...taking their time...>.>

I led InuYasha to the Japanese food aisle (if there is something like that in Wal-Mart?), and he started chucking things into the shopping cart. Ramen noodles, teriyaki sauce, egg rolls, sweet and sour shrimp...the list goes on...

After about an hour, Kaiba and Kim found me and InuYasha, Kim's hair was a bit messed up I pointed out. She just smirked and grabbed Kaiba's hand, walking in front of us. We tracked down Jack and Meaghan, who were having a sword fight with the plastic costume swords. We rung up everything, including the rum, and got a suspicious glare from the cashier. That is, until Kaiba glared back and showed his I.D. This made Kim kiss him lightly on the cheek which made him blush...again. Then we got all the bags and hopped into our cars, our RUM RUN had turned into a shopping spree after all...mostly for Japanese cuisine...but oh well!

 

~Mmmkay that's it! What's evolving with Kim and Kaiba? Are Meg and Jack going to have an uber pirate life together? Is InuYasha falling in love with me? Do I really look like a blonde Kagome?! lol find out in the next installment of...NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS...OR NOT? WITH RUM!~
