Chapter Title: You are cordially invited to Kaiba's annual Halloween Bash.

Summary:Jou has a cold, so Kaiba goes to visit him, and gets more than he wanted.

Chapter Summary: Kaiba, Jou, Mokie and Serene go costume shopping, Halloween bash, and a mystery guest.

WARNINGS:might repeat myself, some OC's, OOC, Kissing, that's about it.

Notes:Serenity will appear, in this chapter, some secrets will be revealed. To tell you know, this chapter will start out slow, then interesting afterwards. Mystery Guest (Hint: it's a girl, that's all I'm giving or else it will be given away). Jou & Seto are 18, Mokuba is 16( he goes to a private high school), Serenity is 17, Kate is 20.

29thof October: Kaiba Mansion

Seto Kaiba got out of bed, he trudged down the hallways of the mansion, and he saw Mokuba eating Coco Puffs. “Hey Mo” “hey” he walked up Rosa, the cook. “Call the caterers today and decorators, they have to start by today and they HAVE to finish by Saturday” she nodded. He went back upstairs to take a shower; he came back downstairs wearing a black turtle-neck and black pants, with his purple trench.

“Come on Mokuba, were going to school”

“Fine”

Seto looked at Rosa, “remember, call them, and make sure you call the finest” she nodded again.

Kaiba dropped off Mokuba , and headed straight for Domino High. He saw Jou in the hallways and either winked at him, or waved a little.

BIO class

Everybody was sitting with their partners, working on how to put a diaper on the baby. Kaiba looked at the -no-good-nose-bleeding-hyper-fan-girl, he shuddered. He snapped in a cold tone “where's the baby? I hope you took good care of her, because I'm not taking that thing! Into my mansion” she brought the baby out of the car-seat. “Good, cause I'm not having a bad grade because of you” she nodded, squealing, that THE seto kaiba was actually talking to her!

Jou was just ignoring the other-boy next to him, he was busy texting kaiba (A/N: one of my friends does that ALL the time! namely Anthony and Liz, anyways…, I'm skipping the whole day in school)

Kaiba Mansion: 3:00pm

Kaiba came back to see, half of the mansion decorated in Halloween stuff, he smiled, the entrance was the beginning, it said in Orange and back letters `WELCOME TO KAIBA'S ANNUAL HALLWOEEN BASH!' he came inside and the ceilings were full of hangings, of grim reaper, witch, ghost, and every other Halloween, characters, the east and west side banisters were decorated with glittery ropes, that were shimmering and was twisted with the colors orange, black and white. He gasped when the visitor's wing in the mansion was decorated also. The doors were spectacular, in the front each door, were characters of Halloween, the door knobs, were glow in the dark, considering that particular wing in the mansion was almost always dark. Seto came his eyes shining, he saw the decorator, and the cook, it seemed that the decorator was telling her what he was going to do tomorrow. Seto coughed to get their attention. The decorator turned and smiled. “ahh.. Mr. kaiba I suppose you already saw the mansion, we haven't finished yet though, you surely can't expect us to finish this today, now can you? By the way my name is Pegasus” (A/N: excuse while I laugh HA! In this fic, Kaiba doesn't know who Pegasus is and the whole duelist kingdom thing didn't happen). The guy had silvery- gray hair, brown eyes; he was wearing a white ruffle shirt, red jacket and pants, yep! This guy was definitely! Gay. kaiba nodded. “I can see, I love your work, by the way continue tomorrow” “of course, Mr. kaiba , we'll have to move some stuff, though, like the couch, and most of the furniture, and to make sure nothing destroys my work, you'll have to follow the back door, from now on till Saturday” Kaiba nodded. Rosa was in the Kitchen, when kaiba entered and sat down on one of the stools, “Rosa, make sure no one enters the front door, where's Mokuba? And iron one of my suits I'm going to dinner tonight” she nodded and got working. Kaiba sighed and rubbed his temples. ` I never knew throwing a party could be so much work' he thought tiredly. Mokuba sauntered into the kitchen. “Hi bro' tired?” “Yeah, I'll see you later mokuba, tell Rosa to iron of your suits, where going to dinner with Jou and his sis” Mokuba eyes litted up. “Okay!” kaiba went to his office to finish work, for the day.

3 Hrs later: kaiba's room

(A/N: fan girls are allowed to drool! TT), Kaiba came out of the shower, half-naked, hair dripping of water, his whole body was full of water, his hair was dripping it came down his chest, and circled down his navel and stopped short of his waist. He removed his towel, in everybody's glory, kaiba's naked form! He dried of, he put on some lavender's scented body lotion, he put on deodorant, wore underwear, he put on his white pant suit, black socks, and brown shoes, then he put on his crisp blue shirt, and a white suit jacket. He got going on his hair, he combed it down, and he put some gel, straightening it down, and came out of his room, looking HOTT. Mokuba kaiba was wearing the total opposite of Kaiba, and but he tied his unruly, long hair in a pony-tail. “Finally, mokie you have something to do with your hair” Mokuba smiled.

Jou's House

Jou already was wearing his suit; he was wearing a brown suit jacket and pants, crisp white shirt, with no tie, and black shoes. Jou stuck his head in his sister's room. (He already picked her up at the airport, after school). She already finished dressing up, blue flowery dress, curly hair that was tied in a high pony-tail and make-up that really fit her well. “Wow, sis I don't think I've ever seen you dressed like this before” she smiled. “You look beautiful, too” Jou blushed. He went out her room, to see Kate dressed up in a silk navy blue, dress, that all the way down her leg. He gasped; he has never seen her were anything other than black! It MUST be the apocalyptic signs! She looked at him rolling her eyes. “Stop staring!” he snapped out of his daze, he couldn't form words, so he decided to keep his mouth shut. The door bell rang, that must be seto! Kate opened the door, and Kaiba & Mokuba entered the warm house, “wow, Jou this is neat! I don't think we've ever had a dinner, and who's this fine lady?” his question directed at kate, she smiled and answered “my name is Kate, Jou's help, you're cute” she pinched his cheek. Mokuba smiled dreamily. Kaiba shook his head, trust his brother, to fall in love with the nearest girl available, whether good or bad. Jou ushered them to the dining area, they all sat down, hugged, Mokuba saw serenity and gasped. He ran over to her and hugged her “serene, I haven't seen you for the longest time!” he kissed her cheek. She giggled. She went over to hug, Kaiba. He murmured into her ear, “I see, the bastard finally let you out of that mansion” she smiled a little, “yeah, jou told me all about your relationship, good luck” he chuckled, and let go. They ate, drank, laughed, and basically were having a good time.

10:00pm

Mokuba linked his arms with serene and Kate, he looked at them. “Guys, it's been great! Hope we can work something out!” he winked at them, and kissed them on the cheek. Kaiba and Jou were busy frenching in Kiaba's limo, Mokuba suddenly opened the door. “ewww…I didn't need to see that” he closed his eyes, jou and kaiba broke-apart with a loud-pop. Mokuba was stiil standing, there “are you guys done yet?” “Yeah, were done” they said breathlessly. Jou went out of the limo, and jou, serene and Kate were waving goodbye, they waved back too.

30thof October: Halloween shopping!

(A/N: not writing a school day). “phew!” jou punched the air, school was finally letting out that day, for the weekend, that meant Kaiba's bash! Everyone was talking about in school. “I bet it's gonna the coolest, party ever!” some kids say.

Yugi& Yami, Bakura& Ryou, Tristan& Duke, Mai& Tea, everybody were talking to JOu “so jou you want us to come with you for Halloween shopping…with kaiba!, are you insane?!!! You and kaiba don't even get along, next thing you know I'll hear that you're going out with him, which I really doubt” Tristan yelled. Jou smiled sheepishly. “About that, we had a peace treaty of some sort” he lied. Duke looked skeptic. Yugi butted in, “then why are you going, Halloween shopping with, him, I'm sure he's not the Halloween type”. Yami said “but you heard he is having a party, how can he not come to his own party!” yugi shrugged. “kaiba can do anything” Mai fumed. “jou then how do you explain this!” BAM! She gave him a picture of him and Kaiba smooching. They all gasped and jou nervously ran a hand through his hair, “Guys! Listen I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but, I was afraid okay?, I was afraid, of your reactions, I'm sorry” jou turned his back on them, and entered his car. Bakura caught up to him. “it's ok, jou, at least for me, and Ryou, marik, and malik” jou nodded. The others, still weren't looking at Jou, Jou just tossed them, their invitation cards. “Here, take it” he entered his car and zoomed off.

Later that evening, the gang, apologized for their behavior, and told him that it was just a shocking thing. Jou forgave them.

Voodoo shop

“ok, pup tell me why were here again” kaiba looked at jou.

“because Ryou told me that it was a good one, to get Halloween costume”

Ryou snickered, “and you actually believed me!, your so gullible, jou”

Malik giggled. Jou glared. They entered the shop to see a grungy old man, “can I help you?” he said in a wrinkly tone. Seto nodded. “can you show us, were the costumes are? If there is one”. The man nodded. Motioning for them to follow him. He led them toa dark room, it seemed like the back of the store really, he left without another word. When mokuba flipped on the switches, it seemed, yugi& yami, marik& malik, bakura& ryou, Tristan& duke, mai& tea, were missing, serenity gasped. “Where are they? They were here a moment ago..” then she now saw 10 Egyptian carved coffins, lined against the walls. Jou gasped “guys stop playing with us, come out come out wherever you are…” suddenly the power went down, and there was this weird sound, just like a…whooshing sound. Kaiba & Jou, Mokuba & serenity were suddenly really scared. They turned back their eyes, on the coffin, to see 10 `mummified' faces looking back at them, Jou screamed and ran out of there, next thing they heard was “BOO!” they were all scared out of their wits, and practically ran out of the store, but Bakura held their wrists, so they couldn't run. “Guys it was just a joke, okay?” Jou was still running in circles, screaming like a girl, Yugi restrained the urge to slap his face. “jou it's over come back in” he finally managed to calm down. They further explored the storage, suddenly malik shrilled” guys! I think I found something!” they gathered around him, but it was just a curtain. They opened it to see rows and rows, of different types of Halloween costumes, they all gasped. “Wow!” They each picked their costumes, and went back to the counter. Suddenly the old hag, spoke, “you youngsters are really the ones that have been in this store, for a very long time, thanks, for making my Halloween special” they all nodded, and smiled a little.

They all departed to their own homes, some pecked goodbye to their lovers, the others well, waved and said their goodbyes, went into their warm homes, awaiting the next day!
