Mistress: Hey, I'm updating from the school computer ( very sucky, I'm amazed at how slow and primitive they are.) So the chapter will be VERY short. But I'm still updating right?

Oh and I have a new source of conflict. Yumi's boy friend ( my dream guy!) will maybe come visit. I'm still planning.

Her attic room will be furnished how I wish mine to be. At our new house ( we still have no cable nor internet nor phone line) the attic is right in front of my room but I'm not allowed up there. I envy all of you who have an attic space/room. I wish I were you.

Chapter 11

The cold wind blows through the curtains. It's nearing the end of april and yet it is still cold. I move to close the curtains but you have already beat me to them. I smile in gratitude and take a long sip of my tea. I smile and gingerly pick up the book. A new chapter then?

Although the new room for Yumi had been picked Mrs. Moto refused to let her send the night up there with only a mattress. She had been disheartened for Yumi really did love that new room. All alone, a safety, a haven, solitude. Not to mention she wouldn't be disturbed and she would notice if anyone was going to come up the stairs into her room.

Yumi rolled around in her brothers bed, which was certainly not meant for two people to sleep in. Yami's digital clock read. 5:30 AM. Almost time to wake up. She sighed and rolled over again this time to face Yami. He looked so peaceful when he wasn't trying to be someone he was not. No matter how much Yumi may act she really did care for her twin. If she were to cure her brother and maybe his friends of this horrible disease called popularity she would need help…and time, some extra patience.


“Yumi….you okay? You've been rolling around for awhile,” Yami mumbled opened his eyes his innocent mask shattered.

“Oh….sorry….I'll just get up now,” she said softly feeling slightly guilty for waking him.

“It's only 5:51….go back to bed,” he mumbled snuggling deeper into the blankets and Yumi.

Yumi smiled, it was rare to see her brother display such affection. She snuggled in next to him. Maybe her goal would be reached easier and sooner then she had originally thought.

The moon had long set and the sun was creeping up, three boys waited in front of the Game Shop for Yumi. The three boys were Ryou, Malik, and Yugi. They had agreed to meet at Yugi's Grandpa's game shop every morning for they all knew where it was.

“I SEE YUMI!” Yugi chirped waving his arms around in the air.

In the distance a black figure waved an arm back.

“It's too early,” Malik whined leaning against the cool wall of the building.

 

“It's always too early for you,” Ryou said also leaning against the wall.

 

“Hey sleeping beauties, how's it hanging?” Yumi asked hugging Yugi, Ryou, and Malik in turn.

 

“The same as usual,” Ryou stated.

 

“Life sucks and you want to die?” Yumi asked.

 

The three boy's nodded grinning.

 

“OH…me and my mom are going to go shopping for some furniture and crap for my new room, which is the ATTIC by the way,” Yumi said as the four began to walk towards the hell called school. (A/N: IT IS HELL!)

 

“And…..?” Malik said waving his hands in an obnoxious manner.

 

“I asked if I could take some friends with me, so….you wanna come?” Yumi asked kicking a can across the street.

 

“Your mom would seriously let US come with you?” Ryou asked in disbelief.

 

“Well……..she didn't say you couldn't,” Yumi said shrugging.

 

“Is your brother going to be there?” Yugi asked wrinkling his nose.

 

“Uhm…..not sure…..but can you come, we're going this weekend?” Yumi asked turning around and giving the boys her best puppy chibi look.

 

“We'll come,” Yugi said immediately giving in.

 

I close the book just as the phone rings. I bid you farewell and rush to get it. Before I answer the phone I rush back into the room and close our book, being very careful with it.

Mistress: GOMEN! MESSED UP CHAPTER! BELL RANG! I HAVE TWO MINUTES TO GET TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE BUILDING!

Story A: MMBR foursome, I have wanted to write one for a very long time. I don't have an exact plot yet, so it's still in pending.

Story B: I'm currently working on this story it is a TBR story, it's about how Ryou and the other hikari's go to Egypt and get spell to give their yami's their own bodies. Well something goes wrong with the spell and now spirit Bakura and Ancient Bakura are both there. Lemons will be present. XP

Story C: Vessel of Salvation, yes this one has a title unlike my other two. It has a prologue and one chapter written. The world has ended and Ryou is pregnant( will be explained later) they meet some of the Goddesses, and they send Ryou's child into the future to grow or something along that area. She has to find the daughters of MarikMalik and YamiYugi. Yaoi, at some point the parents come to the aid as well.Ryou,Yugi,Malik,Yami,Bakura,and Marik find themselves in an empty void. Ryou is pregnant( will be explained later) and goes into labor while there. They are aided by the Goddesses and a small bit of the destiny of the children of Ryou and co. are revealed. Ryou's child is sent into the future somewhat. She is a patient at a mental/recovering from abuse hospital. She must find the other two daughters. The world is coming to an end, the Apocalypse. They need the three children to protect man kind. The parents soon join them before the final struggle. Or something along those lines. --;;

Story D: Name in pending. It's about Malik's, Yugi's, and Ryou's parents. It's AU to some extent. Yes there are the millennium items. But it's very angsty with much humor and romance! SHOUNEN AI!

Yugi started to wonder about his parents, Ryou has just figured out that he is adopted, and Malik is wondering who his real parents area after finding out from Isis that the man he had always thought to be his father was their crazy uncle. This is the story of their seniors. Much angst, much romance, much humor. OCOC OCOC OCOC, BR, MM, YY.

Story E: Saving the Damned. Sequel to Ultimate Valentine( yugi suicide fic) Check it out. There's a summary for it on the epilogue.Yami has fallen into deep depression because of Yugi's suicide. The God's and Goddesses take pity on him and reincarnate Yugi. He will have all his memories but can not tell Yami he has them. Only if Yami truly loves him can he reveal that. Angsty fluff.
