Chapter Three: Dark Meetings!

~bring~ The school bell sounded throughtout the school say that it was time to get the hell out of the prison. For the most part Chris had a pretty good day. She had managed to go through the whole day without pummeling someone into the ground. The only thing she hated was the feeling of someone glaring at her back all day. "Freedom!" She shouts as she throws her hands in the air with joy before she retreats them to the back of her head after getting some wierd stares from some people.

"Hey, Chris!" It was Yugi. He and his little group, excluding Tristan, had introduced themselves to her earlier in the day around Lunch. Yugi take a moment to catch his breath as he puts his ahnds on his knees and looks towards the ground. "I was wondering if you would like to go to my house with the others so we all could get to know you better? We can even tell you some stuff about ourselves in the process." He says as he looks up to her. "Sorry, Yugi, but I'll have to pass. I have to babysit my younger sibling since my mom is working today." She says in a sad voice as Yugi nods his understanding. "Alright..Maybe next time you can come with us?" Chris nods and smiles, "I can always go tomorrow. They are giving her some time off tomorrow so we can finish our house. I have a bed and everything it's just I want to repaint my room and get my computer hooked up. We also have to rearrange the living room which will only take a few minutes to do. I can always do my own room later." Yugi nods as he sends a smile towards her. "Tomorrow then. Meet us at the front gate then. Alright." Chris nods as he starts to walk away but waves a goodbye to her.

"He's such a nice kid. Reminds me of Maxie with how tall he is and his personality." She mutters to herself before turning onto her heel and starting towards her house as her thoughts start up about math. 'Stupid math teacher. Giving me homework on the first day of school. Who in the RIGHT mind gives a new student homework. It's enough that I haven't even learned what their talking about seeing that they are quite a ways ahead of me. Ugh!' She thought bitterly as she passes an alley, oblivious to the two pale hands reaching out until one clamps around her mouth and another circles her waist, pulling her into the rat infested alley. She struggles slightly before realizing that she didn't have to struggle. "Gah!" The male cried out as he releases her from his grasp. Chris had bit him and hard, even drawing some blood that showed on the corners of her mouth. "Ugh, gross." She thought as she wipes her mouth and spits out some blood that managed to make its way into her mouth.

After getting over the fact that some guys blood had gone into her mouth she glares up as her red-tinited green eyes get used to the darkness and focus on who she had injured. She could make out Ryou's form, 'Wait, not Ryou...someone else who looks like Ryou. There's a darker aura around him. I can tell.' She thought, feeling the hairs on the back of her neck straighten as a chill ran down her spine making her shudder. "Who are you?" She spoke sternly, eyes never wavering from the form who had licked the blood off of his hand as she presses herself against the brick wall of the alley way. 'I'm actually getting scared. For once in my life I'm scared of some random guy.' She thought as she notices Bakura walking towards her, swiftly, as he voices out his name. "Bakura." He says in a low voice. "Like hell I'm going to believe that..." She shouts before noticing how close Bakura's face was to hers. She could feel his hot breath on his face as his demonic brown eyes narrow dangerously, lips pulling into a sneer. "You shouldn't shout, Miew. I may kill you for attracting attention." He says as Chris feels a metal blade press against her throat but it wasn't drawing any blood. At least, not yet. 'This is NOT what I need. This will be the second, no, third Psycotic guy that is stalking me.' SHe thought before her own eyes narrow dangerously. "My name is Chris, now Miew. I don't even know where you got my Three thousand year old grandmothers name but I will not be threatened by the likes of you." She managed to get out with the blade against her neck. A low growl emits from her throat and before Bakura could respond he felt a sharp pain on his shin that ran through his body as he drops the dagger and jumps away from Chris as she bolts out the alley. Bakura winced as he went down to one knee to see what she had done and surly enough there was a bruise starting to form on his shin where her boot had connected. "Ra damnit." He cursed under his breath. 'Dumbass, your not supposed to let your guard down just because their female.' He thought, scolding himself. "I'll get you next time, Ah Miew."
