Summary: No one ever said that waking up in a hyperbolic time chamber was glamorous. It was actually very tormenting for the person who woke up many years into the future. After Yami had returned to the past, everything had started to change…for the worst. Joey gets involved in an automotive accident along with Ryou Bakura. Everyone gets the worse part of it. Ryou is dead, and Bakura has taken over his hikari's lifeless body. However, what has become of Joey? He's awakened nineteen years later in the future to find out that there are real live, duel monsters. Most are harmless. The others? They'll devour human flesh within minutes. Joey struggles to keep up with the time and his life, but it becomes much more than a journey when he finds out that he's a father.
Pairings: Seto/Joey, mentioning of Alister x Seto
Odd situation pairings: Yugi x Joey, Bakura x Joey
Ratings: NC-17
Warnings: M/M, Yaoi, Hentai, angst, mpreg, suspense
Disclaimers: I'll just have Seto kissing Joey, yeah that's good. Ooh, ooh! I can put Alister in there as well. If you actually believe I own this wonderful show…you're sadly mistaken! It belongs to Takahashi. I only own the idea for this story. The characters are just for mere enjoyment.

A loud disturbance from outside the Kaiba Corp. building interrupted Seto from his concentration of filling out paperwork to co-own another business. Seto grumbled as he peered out his window, twenty stories down, to see his two sons. Jeto was chasing his littler brother, Destin, around the Blue Eyes White Dragon fountain and not in a pastime kind of way. It was more like Destin had gotten himself into trouble again.
"Come back here you little twerp! I'm not going to hurt you!" Jeto growled
"Then why are you chasing me?" Destin yelped as his older brother almost caught him around his waists.
Jeto leaped into the air and landed gracefully on his feet in front of his brother. He gave a devious smirk as he crossed his arms over his chest. "If you'd stop, I'd show you!" He went to grab his little brother's shirt collar when someone else's hand grabbed his wrist to prevent him from the action of murdering his little brother. Jeto looked up with a distraught expression, and then he frowned crossly. "What do you want, Aurora?" He jerked his arm away from his older brother's grasp, giving him a foul look. He really hated his older brother, always there when he least needed him.
Aurora glared at his middle younger brother and grabbed his cat ear, pinching it for discipline. "You retard. Father is filling out papers and doesn't need any distractions!" He then looked at his youngest brother. "What did you do this time, Destin?"
Jeto hissed through his teeth as his ear was tightly squeezed. "Let go, you idiot!" He pulled away from Aurora's malicious fingers and rubbed his beating cat ear. Tears had almost slipped from the pain he felt. He immediately blinked them away and turned toward the building to pout.
Destin grinned at his oldest brother and tried to make a run for it. Unfortunately, Aurora caught on quickly and grabbed the preteen's shirt, almost choking Destin. "I accidentally poured orange soda on top of Jeto's head."
"How did you manage that?" Aurora asked, giving his other brother a glance. "He's like two feet taller than you."
"Yeah! How did you manage that?" Jeto sneered. Unlike his eldest brother, he adored his youngest. However, sometimes, the brat got carried away with his antics.
The preteen smiled innocently at Aurora from over his shoulder. "I…uh…was walking on top of the wall...by the supermarket." He dropped his head in shame. "Again."
Aurora just about snapped then. "How many times has father told you not to walk on the wall?" He knelt down to Destin's level, turning his brother to face him. "You could fall off or…a dragon could snatch you very easily from that height. It's very dangerous, Destin."
Destin nodded, understanding, once again, that he had done something dangerous. "I'm sorry big brother. You won't tell dad or Uncle Mokuba, will you?"
Jeto looked at Aurora with interest. He had never known his older brother to tattle on them, but that didn't mean he would change his mind. To his relief, Aurora shook his head with an uncertain smile.
"No, Destin. I won't tell either of them. Just promise me you won't do it again."
The preteen grinned and wrapped his arms around Aurora's neck. "I promise."
"Excuse me, Young Kaibas. Your father requests to see you." Mr. Bidge, one of Seto's top duelists, stood at the building's entrance.
Destin immediately ran up to the man and hugged him around his waists. "Hey, Bast! Did you just get back from America? Was it fun?"
The man laughed. "Yes, indeed, Destin. The duelists there are very competitive, but no where as good as me."
Destin just adored Bast, so much that the man was his role model to become one of Seto's back up duelists. Bast was nowhere near as being one of the greatest duelists like Seto Kaiba. Because of his young age, everyone almost assumed that he was one of Seto's sons, but kept classified from the public. However, that wasn't the case. He was young, but not young enough. He was twenty-five, had thick violet hair, stood six feet, an inch shorter than Seto, and bright green eyes. His complexion was dark and it blended well with his black leather outfit. On his right cheek was a blue star tattoo, which represented his family's emblem. Almost everyone in his family had a blue star located somewhere on their bodies.
Jeto brushed past the man in a friendly gesture and purposely thumped him with his black tail. "Oops, sorry old man!" He mocked and quickly rushed toward the elevator before Bast backhanded him one.
Bast smirked at the teen's retreat. "Why are you running, coward?"
The teen blew him a raspberry. "I'm not a coward. I just don't want to get hit by you." As soon as he said the words, Bast stepped up and punched him in the arm.
"Ow! Hey, I could get you for child abuse!"
"Heh. You won't though. You love me too much!" Bast laughed as he leaned into the other's shoulder and hugged him.
Jeto purred. "I…I mean…we missed ya!" Quick recovery from sounding so weak.
The man smirked. "Missed you guys to!"
Aurora and Destin stood behind Bast and Jeto as the elevator stopped for them to step in. It binged once and waited for their command as they all piled in.
Destin pressed the key to the twentieth floor and waited patiently for the elevator to take them up. He turned toward Jeto. "I wonder what dad wants. Do you think he saw us?"
Jeto smiled. "I wouldn't doubt it. However, I don't think that's why he wants to see us. Maybe it has something to do with a new game he wants us to try."
The young teen grinned and curled his hands into fists to hold in his excitement. "Yeah, it's been a while since he had us play one of his new games. Maybe he's finished that one game that I really wanted to play for a long time."
Jeto shrugged. "Who knows? I don't really care. I think all of his games are awesome."
Aurora remained silent as he listened to his brothers' gossip about the latest games their father may or may not have created. //They're so immature. // He thought to himself.
"You guys are something else. You may think this is fun and all, but don't forget that this is strictly business," Bast reminded.
Destin frowned emotively and nodded. "I know." He then looked at Aurora. "Hey, what do you think big brother?"
Aurora turned to Destin and gave him a quizzical look. "I…don't know. I don't think that's why he wants to see us."
"Then, what do you think?" Jeto asked with bite in his tone. He glared at his older brother from the corner of his eye.
Aurora excused his middle brother's behavior and leaned back against the elevator's wall. "I think he's announcing the heir to his business."
Jeto scoffed. "Well, that's easy. It's you, hands down. You're the oldest and smartest out of all of us."
The older teen flinched from Jeto's response. "That's no excuse. It could very well be you. He's going to choose the one he thinks is capable of taking care of his business," he argued.
"You're the only one that's reliable!" Jeto growled. "Although, I take back the part where I said you were smarter than us, you dumb ass!"
Aurora approached Jeto until he was right up in his face. "You're pushing it, Jeto."
Destin wanted to hide somewhere now that the tension in the elevator was getting thick. The only place there was to hide was behind Bast. "Stop them," he pleaded. "I don't want them to start hitting each other."
The man stepped away from Destin to separate the two brothers. "Stop it you two! We'll know what's going on when we get there!"
The elevator binged, indicating that they had reached their destination.
They all stepped out of the elevator into Seto's office and approached the black oak desk.
Seto stood in front of the window with his hands folded behind his back. "Do you know why I asked you to come up here?"
"No," Destin chirped.
Seto smiled to his youngest son's voice. "I figured you wouldn't. I was going to have to tell you this sooner or later. I need an heir to Kaiba Corp. and I have already decided on it."
All three teens were holding their breaths, one not even realizing he was holding his breath.
Jeto leaned forward on the tips of his toes, his tail holding his balance so he wouldn't fall. He was already expecting he knew the answer to the fateful decision.
Aurora's eyes were downcast. He was praying mentally that it wasn't going to be him, but he had to put all doubt behind him if he truly was going to become the heir.
Destin gazed at his father's back, waiting for the answer. He wasn't exactly sure, but he already knew he wasn't going to be the heir. He was too irresponsible, and wanted to be his father's backup duelist instead. Seto already knew this, or he should have.
Seto turned toward his sons with an eerie glow to his icy blue eyes.
