"Is this thing upside down?" Yami asked.
"No Yami-sama, it's supposed to be like that." Ryou sighed for the millionth time. Yami had been asking about almost every last painting, and sculpture they had come across. Ryou was more than happy to explain the first few times, but at about the fifteenth he was more than a little irritated at the pharaoh.
"But it looks upside-down, how can anyone's face be like that?" Yami posed.
"Because it's a Picasso!" Yugi replied, sparing Ryou from becoming so irritated he would throttle the former pharaoh.
"What's a Picasso?" Yami asked.
"One of the greatest artist of his time." Yugi replied.
"Deprived time." Jono stated. Yami snickered till he was swapped against the head by Ryou, and Jono was punched in the arm. (He was too tall for Yugi to hit him in the head.)
"Yami-sama!!" Ryou pouted, "I really wanted you to enjoy this!!"
"I'm trying Ryou, but I just can't understand these concepts of drawing people so . . .oddly." Yami replied, and sighed. He really didn't understand, in his time art was all the same, it hadn't changed for thousands of years. To him the concept of perspective, or the fat that everyone was the same size, no matter what status they held, just didn't make sense [1].
Ryou looked away sadly.
Yami noticed this immediately, "Ryou, I'm sorry." Yami said softly while he hugged him around the waist, and kissed him on the lips. Ryou immediately deepened it, pressing himself against Yami with a moan.
"You guys, this is a museum." Jono snickered. Yugi giggled as well.
Yami growled, "Hey, I don't stop you guys when you make out in the middle of the school yard!"
Yugi blushed, and Jono coughed to cover his obvious embarrassment.
Yami smiled at his triumph, and Ryou rolled his eyes. "Come on Yami, I think I know a section you'll enjoy."
Yami blinked at him, "Really?"
Ryou smiled in response, Yami could be so cute sometimes, "Hai, let's go."
They left the Yugi and Jono and walked upstairs, to where the Egyptian exhibit was.
"Ha! You're right Ryou! This is great!" Yami said smiling broadly.
Ryou at smiled too. It was nice to finally know he wouldn't be bombarded by questions.
Yami and Ryou wandered through the museum. Yami looked thoughtful as he looked at everything. Ryou figured he was reminiscing.
"Hm . . ." Yami mumbled, his eyes slightly out of focus, looking deep in thought.
"Yami-sama?" Ryou asked.
Yami eyes came back into focus, "Ah! Ryou, gomen, I was just thinking."
"Don't try to hard, you might strain something!" Ryou said with a giggle.
Yami raised an eyebrow and Ryou blushed, he usually didn't make such bold jokes. It was cute.
Yami chuckled and shook his head. "I was just thinking, I hope nothing odd happens."
"Odd?" Ryou asked.
"Ya, whenever I go somewhere like this something weird happens right after." Yami heaved a sigh.
"Oh, I see. Well, there can't be anything else can there? I mean you beat Pegasus, Marik, Bakura, and the Doom organisation." Ryou said, ticking everything off with his fingers.
"I guess . . ." Yami said.
"Don't worry about it old bean! [2]" Ryou said and patted Yami on the head, which irked the former pharaoh to no end.
Yami pouted. "Alright smart butt, let's go see what else is here then."
"Hai!!" Ryou said happily.

Bakura sat on one of Ryou's couches, bored out of skull. He had nothing to do. The damned pharaoh had beaten him, totally and utterly. He sighed. There were benefits to this; he now had a decent relationship with his hikari. He didn't understand why his hikari would want to talk to him, much less retain a relationship with him.
"I still don't understand why he'd want to talk to me, much less allow me to live with him . . ." Bakura sighed. "Oh well, I guess I should just count my blessings." He looked around, and huffed lightly, "He could have left me something to do though!" Even though forgiven, Bakura was still left at home as Ryou went out with his new boyfriend.
"He did though . . ." A voice called to him.
"Nani!?! Who's there!?" Bakura shouted, and whipped around franticly looking for the source of the sound, "Where are you!?"
"Me?" the voice answered, "I'm wherever I want to be . . ."
"Show yourself!" Bakura yelled.
The voice chuckled. "Bakura . . .so jumpy, and distrustful."
Bakura snarled, "You bastard! Where the hell are you! Stop fucking toying with me!!"
"You want to know who I am hm? Maybe I'll give you a hint, I beat you in a shadow game once before." The voice said.
"Beat me? No one beats me, well maybe the Re damned pharaoh." Bakura snarled and yelled at the voice, "and if this is him I will beat the fucking snot out of you!!!"
The voice only chuckled again. "Close but no cigar . . .Think harder Ba-ku-ra . . ."
Bakura's eyes widened. Only one person molested his name like that. "Marik!!"
"Bingo!" Marik chuckled as he walked out of the shadows.
"You bastard! How did you get out of the shadow realm!?" Bakura snarled and backed from Marik. He knew how unstable Marik was and he didn't want to set him off.
"You know that just as much as you are the darkness, so am I . . ." Marik said smiling insanely.
Bakura swallowed and backed up further. "GET.OUT.NOW!!" Bakura shouted at him, hoping to sound more threatening than he was feeling.
Marik chuckled once again, a sound that was getting on Bakura's nerves. "What's so funny you insane bastard?!"
Marik sidled up to him and made a grab for Bakura before he could get away. "What I find funny Ba-ku-ra is that you seem to think that you even have the will to tell what to do."
Bakura glared, but fought the urge to shiver. Having a psychopath this close was never good for one's health. "What do you want?" he asked.
"What do I want? Hm lets see, I want many thing, but for today all I'll ask for is the black book." Marik whispered against Bakura's ear, making him shiver.
Bakura struggled in Marik's grip. "No! I don't have it, and even if I did do expect me to just give it to you?!"
Bakura of course was no match in strength compared to Marik who had, if possible, grown taller, and quite a bit stronger. Marik held tight and no matter how much Bakura struggled he could not escape those arms.
"Now, now Ba-ku-ra. Let's not fight about this." Marik lightly nipped Bakura's ear.
Bakura shivered freely now, he was scared shitless. He was in a psycho's grasp, make that a really strong psycho's grasp, and there didn't look like much of a chance for escape, and Ryou wasn't due home anytime soon.
Marik noticed Bakura's shivering and smiled, "Now Ba-ku-ra, I don't expect you to freely give over this book . . .no, but I do have a proposition for you."
"Does this proposition have anything to do with maiming/killing/hurting me in any fashion?" Bakura said trying for all his best to glare at Marik.
Marik smiled again, "No Bakura, it doesn't."
"Then what is it?" Bakura growled at him.
"I could free you from the bind that have been placed on and your power." Marik told him, completely serious, "Also I could add you into my little `plan'."
"Plan? Bind? What the hell are you talking about Marik?!" Bakura yelled at him.
"You don't know?" Marik asked generally surprised.
"Know what, you bastard!" Bakura shouted at him and began to struggle again.
Marik held tight and moved over to a couch where he laid Bakura then quickly climbed on top of him. "I guess the pharaoh removed that part of your memory . . ."
"What are you talking about!?!" Bakura screamed now frantic.
"If you want to know show me the book . . ." Marik whispered gently into his ear.
Bakura was curious and in the very least he could get out of the grip of Marik. "Fine, let go of me!"
"Hai . . ." Marik agreed and got off of him.
Bakura quickly ran upstairs. He thought he might escape, that is until he saw that Marik had sealed all the exits and the phone was dead. He glared and got the book out and reluctantly walked back downstairs. "Here." He said as he came down.
"Excellent, let me see . . ." Marik said moving in.
Bakura dodged him this time and glared, "Ya right you bastard, as if I'd just give it to you!"
Marik chuckled, "No of course not." Quick as light he grabbed Bakura's wrist and pulled him in to him.
"Ahh! Fuck you!!" Bakura cursed as he struggled in Bakura's arms.
Marik silently carried Bakura over to the couch and sat down with Bakura in his lap. "Calm down my albino friend." He whispered in Bakura's ear. "All I want to do is read, and since you're so insistent on not letting me see it I'll simply read over your shoulder."
"W-What?!" Bakura whimpered, embarrassed and angry.
Marik chuckled, "What, you'd prefer I used some other method?"
Bakura glared, "No, but don't you think this a little, compromising?"
"Heh heh, I see. Does this feel uncomfortable or too comfortable?" Marik whispered into the albino's ear.
Bakura startled, and blushed, "N-No!" He glared. "It's . . .ah, shut the fuck up you fucking psycho!"
"Heh heh, as you wish Ba-ku-ra . . ." Marik smiled and continued reading.

Ah! There's the second chapter done! I hope it was long enough. Anyway I'm glad I got some reviews and I hope you continue reading.
Oh and come look at my cousins work When all else fails. Her and me came up with the story line but she wrote it. It's really good!
