(A/N) Hey guys. If you read my last chapter, than you have seen nothing yet. Everything is about to get even more interesting.

THE JEALOUSLY BEGINS
The kiss Yami and Erika shared was very passionate. It truly disgusted Seto Kaiba and Marik. At the time, Marik did NOT know he was developing feelings for Erika. And even if he did know, he wouldn't want to believe it.
Soon Erika broke away from the kiss she and Yami shared. The ritual must have worked as Yami was no longer transparent. He was solid and no longer in the Millennium Puzzle.
"I'm free! I'M FREE OF THAT REACHED PRISON!" yelled Yami. The pharaoh was very excited. Nobody could say that he was just a sprit anymore, now he was back.
"I'm glad to see that you're happy Yami," smiled Erika.
"Yes, why don't you go back and tell those dorky friends of yours?" sneered Seto.
"You know Kaiba? That is one the smartest things I ever heard you say," smiled Yami as he grabbed the Millennium Puzzle and ran home to tell the others.
"We better be going as well Erika," said Seto.
"Wait. Ishizu, can I come and help study the last stone tablet sometime?" Erika asked.
Ishizu's face went into a state of warning. "If you want, but I must warn you that this will be a dangerous task. I only want you to know that terrible events may occur as you try to solve the mysteries of you past," she said,
"Don't worry, I can handle it," Erika promised.
"Erika come on," Seto wanted to leave badly.
"Okay Seto. See you guys," Erika waved good-bye as she and Seto left the museum.
(outside the museum)
"What was that about?" asked Seto in anger.
"What was what all about?" Erika yelled, setting herself free from Seto's grasp.
"'Ishizu, can I help study the last stone tablet sometime?'" Seto said in a high false voice.
"You know what? I'm allowed to learn my past even if you don't want to learn about your past. And you now know that it is real KAIBA!" shouted Erika. It was the very first time Erika ever called Seto by his last name, like she was her brother or Joey. "Good-bye," she cried. Erika then stamped away from Seto and went home in tears.
"Great, I blew it with the one girl I ever.I ever truly.I mean.shit, I can't even say it," yelled Seto.
(Motto Game Shop)
"YUGI! YUGI!" yelled Yami.
"Yami?" asked Yugi in confusion.
"Yugi, I have my own body, Erika freed me from the Millennium Puzzle," smiled Yami.
"How?" Yugi asked in excitement.
"She h-" Yami was cut of by an unexpected wail.
Erika came running into the game shop in tears.
"Erika, what happened? Why aren't you still on your date with Kaiba?" Yugi asked, worried.
Erika didn't answer him. She didn't even hear her brother. She just ran past him.
"Erika, listen to me. We want to know what happened. We want to know what made you this upset," said Yami as he grabbed Erika's arms, forbidding her to leave.
Erika just shook her head with the tears still in her precious eyes. Soon she broke herself free of Yami's grip and ran to her room.
"Yami, what do you think Kaiba did to her?" Yugi asked.
"I don't know," sighed Yami.
"Hey Yugi AND BIG YUGI!" screeched Joey in surprise.
"What are you shouting about know HUUUUN?!" screamed Mai. She too was surprised to see Yami.
"Joey, Mai what's wrong?" Tristen asked.
"I think that is what's wrong," whispered Serenity as she pointed to Yami.
"Oh that's just Yami. He's a 5000 year old sprit who was trapped in the Millennium Puzzle. BUT WHY ISN'T HE IN THERE NOW?" shrieked Tea when she realized what she was saying.
"Tea quiet," came Grandpa's voice. "All of you come in and Yami will explain."
(Erika and Yugi's room)
Erika was laying on her bed with he face in her pillow. She remembered what it was like when she and Seto were growing up. She remembered how he used to be, sweet, kind, and curious. 'What happened to the Seto Kaiba I knew?' she thought.

It was the 14th birthday of Seto Kaiba. He just past his the test his stepfather gave him and celebrated with his brother and Erika.
"Seto I have a little something for you," Erika said as some cake was dished out.
"You didn't have to," Seto smiled.
"But I wanted to, besides Pegasus owed my parents a favor," Erika took out a small box and handed it to Seto.
Seto open the box and inside were three Blue Eyes White Dragon cards. "Erika.Erika.I don't know what to say," he was lost of words.
"Just promise me that you will use them well," smiled Erika.
Seto went over and gave her a hug. It was perfect, until Gazoburo Kaiba came in to the room.
"What are you doing in here Seto?" Gazoburo asked in rage.
"You said I could have a small celebration for completing my task," Seto yelled.
"Yes, but I meant you and your brother not this street rat," Gazoburo yelled.
"She is not a street rat she's my friend," Seto was going to do anything for Erika.
Gazoburo smirked and evil smirk. "Security take this street rat back to the streets and lock my stepsons in their rooms. Make sure nobody but me can get to them," he ordered.

As Erika remembered this, more tears came to her eyes. She now knew what happened to her Seto Kaiba, he became his stepfather, Gazoburo Kaiba.
(On the couches upstairs)
"Mr. Motto, what is going on?" asked Tea.
"Yeah Gramps. Who is this pharaoh dude?" cried Joey.
"I'm a 5000 year old pharaoh who saved the world 5000 years ago. I was then entrapped in my Millennium Puzzle to stop the events of the past happened again. I did that 12 years ago," explained Yami.
"Well that helps, a bit," said Mai.
"But how did you escape the Millennium Puzzle?" asked Tristen.
"Erika had to kiss me, for according to ancient scriptures about her, she was my queen 5000 years ago. It was said that she was the holder of the Millennium Necklace and saw into the future to see that the world would come close to destruction again. That is why I was locked away in the Millennium Puzzle," explained Yami.
"There are two more scriptures about Erika. One says that she was an escort of the pharaoh of the south, a.k.a. Marik. The second one says that she was the only one that could tame the sorcerer's heart, a.k.a. Kaiba," said Yugi.
"Yeah and I hate that story," said Erika. She must have been listening the entire time.
"Yet you still have feelings for Kaiba. And don't deny it I can see it in your eyes," smiled Yami.
"It doesn't matter. And right know I regret giving him those cards," Erika began to cry again.
"What cards Erika?" Grandpa asked.
"His three Blue Eyes White Dragons," said Erika.
"WHAT? You're the one responsible for Kaiba's Dragons?" yelled Joey.
(streets of Domino)

"I have to go Seto. I will miss you" frowned 15 year old Erika.
"I will miss you too. That is why I have something for you. So you will never forget me," said 16 year old Seto Kaiba. He took a black velvet box out to reveal a silver heart shaped necklace.
"Seto it's beautiful."
"Open it," Seto urged.
Erika opened it. There was a picture of Erika and Seto when they were 12 and 13, just outside the orphanage.
"Seto," Erika began to cry. Not only was she lost of words, but she didn't know how to say good-bye to someone she really cared about.
"Just promise not to forget me," said Seto.
"I promise," said the young girl. With one final hug to Seto, Erika walked over to the plane where her parents were waiting for her.
As the plane took off, a tear appeared in Seto Kaiba's eye. "Erika, I love you," he whispered as the plane flew out of sight. Seto Kaiba screwed up. He never told Erika that he loved her.

Seto Kaiba stood in front of the Kaiba Corp. building. He was thinking about this one memory his entire walk back. As he went into his office, Kaiba realized that he screwed up. Again.
