Hey everyone! (Those of you who still like my story) I’m back and I would like to say… I’M SOO SORRY! I DIDN’T MEAN TO TAKE THIS LONG TO UPDATE!!

We were getting a new computer and it took awhile for it to get all the ‘fun’ features on. (internet, music, etc.)

And one more thing. I will be working on the “Paper Flowers” story (in request of D&L) real soon.

Ch.47: Falling Confession At Last

~After the movie, around 7~

“That movie sucked!” Alysia said as she stomped out of the theatre. “I can’t believe we went through all that trouble for a snore fest!”

“I thought it was okay.” Moukaba said as he walked out with his hands behind his head.

“How about you guys?” She asked the other three coming out.

“I thought it was great.” Jou said.

“I really wasn’t paying attention.” Atemu said.

Yugi shrugged.

‘Of course you weren’t, you were watching Yugi the whole time we were in there.’ Alysia thought. “ Well I think it’s the biggest snore fest in the world. ‘The Ring’ was a hell lot better than this.” She said.

“Dat’s because you’re not a normal gal.” Jou said.

Alysia shrugged. “So sue me.”

Everyone started to walk back to the resort, until Atemu noticed a small restaurant and had an idea.

“Aibou.” He said.

Yugi looked up. “What’s up?” He asked.

“Would you like a bite to eat, just the two of us?” Atemu said as a blush started to form on his face.

Yugi was a bit surprised by the offer, but he smiled and nodded.

“Everyone.” Atemu called out, which caught everyone’s attention. “Yugi and I will stick around the shops a bit, is that alright?”

“Not a problem.” Alysia said.

“See ya back at da resort then.” Jou said with a wave of his hand.

When they were out of sight, Yugi and Atemu went over to the restaurant.

~After dinner~

“That was good! Thanks Atemu.” Yugi said as Atemu paid the bill.

“You’re welcome Yugi.” Atemu said.

They fell silent at that moment.

-Atemu’s POV-

‘Okay, phase 1 is a success. Now to phase 2, a walk on the beach, and, if all things go smoothly, I’ll tell him.’ I thought as I looked over at Yugi, who was looking adorable. ‘A long walk on the beach.’

-Yugi’s POV-

‘I can’t believe he asked me out for dinner. Just the two of us, no one else.’ I thought. ‘Does this means he likes me or does he see me as a friend?’ I let out a small sigh. ‘Why does love have to be so hard and confusing? Damn.’

~Awhile later: Outside the restaurant~

-Normal POV-

“Umm, Yugi?” Atmeu said as they walked outside.

“Yeah?” Yugi said with a smile.

“Um… would you like to take a walk on the beach?” Atemu said and noticed the other’s confused expression and added. “I think we could see the falling stars like last night.”

“Okay!” Yugi said. “I don’t feel like going back to the resort anyway.”

~At the beach~

They walked in complete silence for nearly a half an hour.

‘Okay, you’re far from earshot range, its now or never.’ Atemu thought as he slowed to a stop.

“Atemu?” Yugi said as he stopped and looked over. “What’s wrong?”

“Yugi, there’s something I need to tell you.” Atemu said.

Yugi looked a bit shocked, but was more curious.

“I…” Atemu started to say wondering what words would best start with. “I… realized something before we left.”

“Okay.” Yugi said as he sat down on the ground, Atemu followed suite.

“Well, Alysia helped me realize it. And… ever since then, I called myself an idiot.” He paused.

Yugi stared at him, wondering what the other meant.

“I was having a lot of doubts when I realized it, but there is one doubt that appeared the most and could have torn me in half.”

Yugi’s heart was beating and breaking at the same time. ‘He’ll never feel the same way.’ He thought as he listened with curiosity about the other’s behavior.

“But that doubt became history, since last night.” Atemu said as he looked over at Yugi and lend slowly towards the other.

Yugi, absentmindedly, lend towards the other.

Then they kissed, which made the stars to fall like fireworks as if they were celebrating the two new couples.

Atemu hesitantly deepened the kiss and licked Yugi’s bottom lip, asking for entrance. Yugi immediately accepted the offer as he opened his mouth so the other had better access. Then they both engaged in a dual for dominance; Atemu was winning.

He leaned in more, causing Yugi to lay down in the sand.

Then they parted for much needed air. They stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity.

“I love you Yugi.” Atemu said looking down at the young teen who was flushed and his eyes were half opened.

Yugi smiled and said. “I love you too, Atemu.”

Atemu leaned down for another kiss as the stars still fall in celebration.

~Somewhere at the beach~

“Ya sure they’re ‘ere?” Jou said, walking down along the beach with Moukaba and Alysia.

“How the hell should I know!” Alysia said.

“Well ya said dat they might be ‘ere.” Jou said.

“There’s the key word. ‘Might.’” Alysia said.

“Uh, guys, I think I found them.” Moukaba said as he stopped.

Jou and Alysia looked over and, about fifty feet from where they’re standing, saw Yugi and Atemu.

“About time.” Moukaba said.

“Damn.” Jou said looking a bit shocked.

“I agree with the both of ya, but, we have to act like ninjas and pretend we were never here.” Alysia said. “We have to get these two their moment.” She ran with out a sound.

“And how are we suppose da do…” Jou started to say but noticed that Alysia was nowhere to be seen. “How da hell did she do…”

“Don’t ask me, I only been on one date with her, and I still have a long way to go to know about her.” Moukaba said.

“You Kiaba’s choose the strangest people to go out with.” Jou said.

“Says you.” Moukaba said.

“Guys.” Alysia siad making them jump. “What point of acting like ninjas don’t you get?” She grabbed them by the wrists before they could answer.
