Seto paced his office angrily as he shook his head trying to rid himself of the image of Ryou and Marik…they were…he couldn't even bring himself to think about what they were actually doing, all that he could think of was that they were together. All his trouble finding the man who sent Ryou's father everywhere and having to sign on to a partnership he cared nothing about to find out his obsession was going out with the same man that he had a million dollar deal with. Seto shook his head hoping to clear it; he felt like a child ranting about this, he would just have to find a way around it was all.
Just because Ryou was with someone else didn't mean he was off limits, at least not to Seto, he wasn't used to defeat and especially not when in came to someone he wanted. Ryou was his and no one was going to take him away from Seto.
Marik, Seto, and their lawyers sat in Marik's conference room as he laid out the proposals and layout of the new dig sites both agreeing and disagreeing on certain parts but all in all coming to a final agreement as the meeting came to closure.
"So what will Ryou be doing today? You seem to know usually." He said tilting his head to the side casually as if trying to make pointless conversation.
Marik turned his stern face toward Seto, carefully considering him. 'Why does Ryou always concern him? Why does he want to know' Marik asked himself 'stop it', said another voice in his head. 'You have gotten jealous before and it's proved baseless.'
"He was sleeping when I left this morning but should be meeting me for lunch here in a while. Would you like to join us? Were are going to 'The Rabbit'." Marik said
"It would be my pleasure, I will meet you there if you don't mind what time?" He said trying to hide his discomfort that Ryou was actually living with Marik, which was news he was not happy to hear.
"Why don't we make it for two?" Marik said as he left his office his lawyer close behind as he told an assistant to lead Seto out and headed home to inform Ryou of their lunch plans.
Ryou greeted Marik with a gentle hug and kiss as he came home making the older man smile and him and return the gesture as he shooed him upstairs telling him to put on something nice for lunch today.
"Going out I'm guessing." Ryou said as he began to discard his clothes slowly.
"Actually…" Marik said walking over to Ryou and turning him around "Let me help you with that." He said as he roughly yanked down Ryou's pants and pushed him roughly over a stool. Marik hurriedly unzipped his own pants, and spit in his hand, rubbing it on himself for an easier entry.
"Ahhh!!!" Ryou screamed, as Marik roughly impaled himself in him.
"Shut up." Marik commanded, grabbing a fistful of Ryou's hair and pulling his head back a little. Marik continued his forceful thrusts, showing no mercy on Ryou's small body. He grinned in his mad way, feeling every inch of Ryou squeezing his dick, caressing in. He dimly heard Ryou's own cry of ecstasy as he felt the momentum drawing in his balls, filling them so completely he thought he would die with out a quick release. "Ryou!" He screamed, as he felt his own wetness rushing forth. He stood there, panting as he tried to catch his breath.
"Thanks." He told Ryou. Ryou turned around smiling,
"What are you thanking me for? I didn't do anything."
"You did. And believe me love, that is enough."
Soon enough the two showered, dressed, and managed to meet Seto promptly at two 'o' clock and greeted each other formally as scheduled, he thanked his lucky stars that the manager owed him big time for being able to extend his two seat reservations to three. Despite the name of the restaurant, 'The Rabbit' it was one of the most expensive restaurants in town and reservations were almost impossible to get but of course, Marik had his connections. They all sat down to awaiting a waitress and Marik received a curious look from Ryou when the waitress looked like a playboy bunny as she took their drink orders and bounced off.
"Come here often?" Ryou teased as he playfully kicked Marik from under the table.
"As a matter of fact I do, you couldn't get better service anywhere." Marik said winking at Ryou.
"I've never been myself, I don't get time away from the company enough honestly. Seems…interesting to say the least." As the waitress placed their drinks on the table as asked if they were ready to order.
"Actually we need a few more minutes if you don't mind." Ryou said softly as he opened his menu and the waitress nodded in response and went to another table.
"The chicken primavera is very good if you need a suggestion." Marik said looking through his own menu as Seto did the same.
Ryou looked it up on the menu and despite how good it sounded; he nearly lost his appetite at the cost. "You have got to be kidding." He said in a hushed whisper. The plate alone cost 1400 dollars, which was outrageous in Ryou's mind.
Marik smiled indulgently "Well I am going to have the Salmon Flambé and that happens to be 1800." Marik said
"So we have price limits on lunch do we?" He said smirking slightly. "Is this new site really going to cost you that much?"
Ryou smiled slightly "I'm sure that's not it…I'm just not used to such prices is all. I'm not exactly high society…" He said trailing off and closing his menu.
"Would you like me to order for you?" Marik asked kindly "I promise the chicken is quite good."
"Sure…" Ryou said nodding silently as the waiter came back by and took their orders. Marik and Seto began to talk about the new dig site and the funding that would be needed for it. Ryou frowned slightly he felt so out of place between the two of them although one was a good friend and the other was his lover…he felt misplaced.
"I do have one small problem though." Marik said as he took a drink of his champagne. "I have a lot of other new business accounts, new potential digs. I may have to find someone who can help me keep you informed of the new developments."
"Ryou could help you send the paperwork to my office, be our correspondent. His father is in the business anyways, and I am sure he would like to have something to do to pass the time you are away." Seto said, trying to be casual.
"I don't know." Marik said thinking about it. "Ryou doesn't know too much of what is going, all though, I am quite sure he could learn quickly." Marik added hastily, seeing the face on Ryou. "How about it? Would you like to help me out at work for awhile?" He said, flashing Ryou a knowing grin.
"It would be my pleasure." Ryou said softly, feeling relieved that he could now assist Marik.
"Good. It is settled then. I will show you the file on this new dig sometime this evening. However, enough shop talk. What are you planning to do while you are in town, Seto?" Marik said as he began to spread the caviar over the crackers the waitress brought.
"Not completely sure actually. Working obviously. I do know that I will be in town for at least the next three months. I have a project here." Seto said, casting a quick glance at Ryou. Ryou tilted his head to the side.
"What about your brother, Mokuba?" He asked.
"Summer camp unfortunately. Therefore, besides my business, I have nothing to do. At least, nothing planned. Hey, maybe we could meet sometime and catch up. I have lots of things to tell you."
"Sure thing." Ryou said smiling. "Besides, it seems like we will be seeing a lot more of each other now anyways." Marik frowned slightly, but passed it off as paranoia by telling himself they were just good friends. They were interrupted by the arrival of the food, the smell so enticing they all started on the meal in silence. Ryou broke the silence, his curiosity overcoming him.
"I am happy to be a correspondent, but I have no transportation. How am I to go back and forth from you two?" He asked.
"Do you really think I am heartless?" Marik teased Ryou. "I will be leaving you your own driver, who will take you wherever you need to go. And besides that," Marik added, " I am going to expect you to come to work with me most days. Since this is a new project, there are a lot of little details to sort out, papers to sign."
"Sounds good." Ryou said, grinning broadly.
The next day when Seto entered his office he noticed Ryou sitting upon the couch, he must have been waiting for quite some time too considering his relived sigh Ryou admitted. Seto smiled at him as he went to his desk sitting down as Ryou approached him handing him a file folder.
"Your first correspondent file." Ryou said as Seto took it.
"Been here long?" He asked taking the folder and flipping through it.
"…Yes…but that's okay, your assistant was nice enough to let me wait inside rather than outside." Ryou said softly "Rather surprising really." Ryou said
Seto stood back up and walked up to Ryou. "I told her to let you in anytime you need come by…anytime." Seto said looking him over. "Your hair's longer…you look really nice, after all this time." Seto said gently running a hand through Ryou's hair.
Ryou smiled blushing slightly "It's been a little over a year, besides we didn't even talk that much during school, we only talked because our teachers made us work together on school projects." He said moving away from Seto. "And besides we plan to catch up later don't we?" Ryou said.
"Why not now? I'd love to catch up right now if that's all right of course." Seto said
"Um…I don't know I told Marik I would be back home soon." Ryou bit his lower lip contemplating the 'friendly catch up' wondering for a moment if that's all it was and also why Seto touched him…what was the reason for that?
"Oh, with all the time you two have been sharing lately, I am sure he can spare you for awhile. Besides," Seto said. "I want to go through this information while you are here, so if I have any changes or questions, they can be answered and dealt with immediately.
"I'm here to assist you forget, any changes you make I have to show Marik…he explained how this will work and I'll probably be running between you two a lot but I don't mind. I learn more about the business and why father loves it so much." Ryou said simply as he took a seat in front of Seto who went back to his desk sitting down and flipping through the paperwork Ryou had given him.
Marik turned off his computer, sighing with exhaustion. It had been such a long day. He now had enough paperwork to do to last him for two weeks straight. Maybe I shouldn't have taken that trip. Yes, I should of, he told himself. The trip was exactly what helped them realize their relationship, the uniqueness of it all. He looked up at the clock; it telling him it was already seven thirty p.m. Where is Ryou? He thought. He should have been back an hour and a half ago. No sooner had he thought this, then the door to his office swung open, Ryou walking in with a smile.
"Did you have a good day?" He asked Ryou, smiling for the first time in hours.
"Yes, I feel a lot more useful and also I got a chance to catch up with Seto…the reason I'm late by the way…sorry." Ryou said giving Marik a gentle kiss on the cheek only to have Marik's face turn and capture his lips in a strong passionate kiss. Marik pulled away and flashed a grin at Ryou.
"It's okay. I am happy to see you anytime. What about the figure for our new teams salary? Is it acceptable to him?"
"Seto said that it was acceptable. He would like a more detailed analysis of the team though as soon as you can manage it." Ryou replied.
"Of course. Anything else he wants or needs?" Marik asked politely.
"Not that I know of. He seems generally pleased with the whole idea." Ryou said, taking a seat on the divan."
"How about you? Are you okay?" Marik asked as he started to clear his desk and put all his papers in his briefcase.
"I guess I am okay with it. I am starting to understand a little bit more about the whole business." Ryou said shrugging.
"Well, you know you don't have to do it if you don't want to." Marik told Ryou, as he pushed the call button on his desk.
"That's not it at all, I do want to." He said. All though, he told himself, it might be a little easier without my paranoia about Seto.
"As long as you are sure. I can easily hire someone else to do it. All though, I have to admit, it is nice to have an excuse to have you here at work with me." Marik said as the secretary walked in.
"Ah yes. I need you to get a hold of someone on the SITE NAME team. I need a detailed report on all of the new team members. Tell them I want it on my desk by nine am tomorrow. Also, please inform all members that we are having a company meeting tomorrow at five. I expect everyone there, including secretaries and mail clerks. No excuses. Is that clear?" Marik asked her.
"Yes sir." She said, walking out and closing the door behind her.
"Let's go." Marik told Ryou as he picked up his briefcase and put an arm over Ryou's shoulders. "I have plans for us tonight."
Seto closed his office door behind him; double-checking to make sure it was locked. God, Ryou does look amazing now, he told himself as he pushed the down button for the elevator. I love the way he laughs, he said, remembering the dimple that had developed in his cheek. And his hair, he told himself; it makes my knees weak just to think about it. Framing his face, seductively caressing his cheek with every move. He sighed, stepping out into the parking garage. However, he is still with that bastard Marik. What the hell does he see in him, he asked himself. What does he have that I don't? Although, he probably wouldn't be with him if he knew how I truly felt.
"Ready to go, sir?" His driver said, interrupting his thoughts.
"Yes, go ahead and just take me home tonight. I am quite tired."
"Very good sir." The driver said as he shut the door.
"Hey, on second thought, I want to drive by Marik's." Seto called up to the driver. "But don't pull into the driveway. Do you understand me?"
"Yes sir." The driver answered, as he carefully turned down the street. Seto wasn't quite sure why he wanted to go by Marik's. He knew it wouldn't accomplish anything, but he still had an overwhelming desire to see Ryou.
He watched with silent hatred as Marik and Ryou got out of the car smiling and laughing slightly together. It practically made his blood boil as Marik leaned over kissing Ryou deeply holding the boy as close as he possibly could running his hand through his long snowy locks and holding him close with his other hand. Seto told the drive to leave as he whispered to himself softly "He will be mine Marik, you just wait." He said in a low growl.
Hey, I hope you like how it was going so far!
