Kimora was awakened by Azila who didn't look too pleased when she saw Kimora in the Pharaoh's chambers. Although she knew that's what he wanted her for she figured that she would elaborate on his past experiences and inform her about the many peasant women who are seduced by the Pharaoh and kicked out the next day. "You know you have made a big mistake." Kimora put her robe on and grabbed the note beside her. "And why is that?" Azila chuckled. "The Pharaoh just used you. This happens almost everyday. Some pretty little peasant girl comes in and gets cleaned up only to become a love slave to the Pharaoh who'll most likely forget about you and get some other pretty little peasant girl." Kimora frowned and began walking towards the door. She knew that she might be the first to go but responded with confidence. "And how long did it take you to make up this lie. Tell me something do you say this to all of the girls that come in here to have sex with the Pharaoh. Because you were once one of them and you feel the need to belittle another girl that the Pharaoh chooses because you can't get over the fact that he may not love you anymore." Azila stood with shock as her eyes widened with rage. "Oh believe me I know. You may think you have achieved something here but I knew all along. And I will handle these matters myself. But I must thank you for that thoughtful little insight about the Pharaoh." Kimora walked past her and as she headed further down the hallway Azila shouted in anger and Kimora just giggled.

Kimora bathed in a room filled with plants and a grand luxurious golden tub with rose petals and as she sat their she opened the note and read the Pharaoh's message.

I'm sorry that I could not be with you when you awakened but I have to attend to some other matters and I don't know when I will return. Hopefully I will here your voice again soon...

Kimora clasped the note and held her eyes closed puzzled as to why she cared so much about someone she barely knew...and yet after last night she felt like she had known him all her life. Then a young lady entered the room and introduced herself as Mana. She seemed like a nice young lady. Very energetic but very sweet. She told Kimora where the Pharaoh and his Priests went and asked for Kimora's help. She declined at first because she didn't want to be involved in royal affairs but Mana told her that this situation was beyond royal affairs. She told her all about Bakura and what he had done. Kimora saw the seriousness and the frantic look in her eyes but she also knew that by doing so she would be putting everyone's lives in danger as well. But then Mana told her about Priest Mahado and Kimora couldn't refuse. She felt sorry for her but at the same time she wanted revenge. Maybe her helping kill Bakura will soothe the savage beast inside her. They shook hands and Mana departed the room. Kimora sighed doubtfully but tried to think of a way to help them without having to fight. Which was almost impossible in her mind. She didn't want to tell her no because she knew it would break her heart but she vowed to protect her and use any force necessary until they find the Pharaoh and his Priests. She got out the tub and was greeted by two servants handing her towels and taking her into the preparation room. She wore a white ban around her head with some hair overlapping her forehead, and the rest came down and 3 sections of hair were wrapped up with a white ban. She was wearing a white top that was shoulder length and large white harem pants.

The same two servants that fixed her up yesterday returned with exited faces. They had heard that Kimora stood up to Azila and applauded her bravery. But Kimora was never scared of Azila in the first place she merely kept quiet. Kimora met Mana by the Palace Gate, where they both took off in search for the Pharaoh and his Priests.

Azila was suspicious of Kimora and felt that she was getting too close to the Pharaoh, seeing as how she just met him. She decided to take it upon herself to go into the village and tell everyone that the Pharaoh has his eyes set on Kimora to be his Queen, which is not the case. She knew that the people weren't too fond of Kimora especially after The Head Mistress was murdered. If she could get the people to hate Kimora even more then he would have no choice but to let her go back into the wild with the rest of the peasants.

Mana and Kimora traveled around for most of the day in the scorching hot sun. But still determined to find the Pharaoh. They soon saw a shadow fly overhead and it was Priestess Ishizu's ka. Their eyes followed the Ka all the way to the entrance of a cave up on a hill. The Pharaoh was walking out slowly, his face and body covered in blood and bruises, as he leaned against the wall struggling to get out. They rushed over to him looking for a way to get up to the hilltop. Kimora showed Mana the pathway and decided to stay down and wait for them but Mana insisted that she come with her. So they dismounted their horses and ran up the hill to help the Pharaoh. When his weary eyes got a clear vision his face lightened with excitement. Mana and Kimora helped him up and down the hill. Once they got down the hill Priest Seto, Priest Shadah, and some soldiers greeted them. "Thank you we'll take it from here." Priest Shadah kindly suggested. Mana jumped in front and held her arms out blocking their path. "No, I'm coming with you." Priest Seto walked up to her and she backed away peeking out from behind Kimora. "You two go back to the Palace and let us handle this. We don't need you getting in the way." Mana looked at Kimora and she walked up in front of the Priests. "Well it seems like you do need our help because if you didn't the Pharaoh wouldn't be in this predicament. I know I may be too strong to help but Mana can. She wants revenge just like the rest of you and you might need her help more then you think you do." The Pharaoh walked up to Mana and put his hand on her shoulder telling her that she could come along. Mana cheered but Priest Seto just blew her off and got back on his horse. "We should be on our way my Lord. We know where Bakura is hiding. Let us make haste."

The Pharaoh nodded and Mana got onto his horse and the Pharaoh told Kimora to return to the Palace and she left without a word. Mana looked behind her with a sad face as she watched Kimora ride off into the distance. She wanted Kimora to come along with her but she knew that bringing Kimora along to fight with them would be even more dangerous than it is now. Kimora had been riding for a while now, and took her hair down in the process as it was too hot and falling apart because of the heat. Her hair stuck to her as she began to pick up speed when she saw a small village nearby and decided to stop there and refresh. When she came into the village she was stabbed in the arm and pushed onto the ground by a very angry villager.

"Get out of our village you evil wench!"

Kimora got up holding her arm and staring at the man, who backed away with fright.

"What have I done to make you mad?"

"Everything, you are pure evil as is the beast inside you. You don't belong here, go away fiend."

"I don't believe this. I have only come to get water and then I'll be on my way."

"Go find water somewhere else, you are not welcomed here."

Their yelling sparked interest in the villagers who came out and crowded around the two. The man's wife asked him what was wrong and he told her that this creature sucked the life out of the previous villagers many years ago.

The woman put her hands over her mouth and shook her head and screamed, grabbing her children and leaving the village. He told the rest of the women and children to leave the village while the men took care of her. Kimora continued to try and reason with him and assured him that she has never been to this village before and has never done any harm to these people. But he just called her a liar and threatened to kill her if she didn't leave. As she continued to talk him out of it he attacked her and she put up a good fight until the other men of the village jumped in and then that's when her worst enemy appeared and ended it all...
