WARNING: MARIK X MALIK LEMON! YAOI! It’s been a long time since we had one of these, right, folks?
**To eliminate some confusion as to which Bakura I mean, I’ll make the distinction between Yami Bakura and Little Bakura where I know it can get a little confusing.

Yami Bakura’s Life Lessons

Yami Bakura lead his younger self through the hallway of the dark tomb. Yami Bakura kneeled beside the wall and quietly read the words along the wall. His little self watched Yami Bakura read the script by torchlight.
“What does it say?” the child asked.
Yami Bakura held the torch near the wall to illuminate the heiroglyphics. “This is Noble writing, my dear boy. These pictures spell words in a special language. This means ‘god.’ It reads, “Father of Yami Ankh-Ta-Seti...’ That makes sense. Yami was named after the God of Chaos, Seth. No surprise there.”
Little Bakura traced the heiroglyphics with his finger. “Really?”
Bakura lead the child into an antechamber of the tomb. The child’s eyes widened and his head raised as he saw gold chests, golden furniture, gold statues, and murals along the walls detailing the pharaoh’s journey into the Hall of Osiris.
“Wow! I’ve never seen anything so pretty!” the little boy exclaimed.
“Welcome to the Antechamber of Riches, Bakura.”
The child walked up to gold coins which spilled over the edge of a chest. He squatted down and picked up a shiny coin. “Wow! I’ve never seen so much money! Have you ever seen so much money?”
Bakura nodded. “When you are a thief, you see many tombs with this wealth.  You never know what you will find when you visit a new tomb. Sometimes other thieves may have robbed the tomb before and you won’t find the many pretty things you see here.”
The boy looked up at Bakura. “Is it dangerous?”
Bakura nodded. “It could be dangerous, but only if you act in haste and think with greed rather than your head. When you go into a tomb, you want to be careful where you step and be aware of your surroundings at all times.”
The child looked up at Bakura with a smile. “I like you! Do you want to be my new daddy?”
Bakura smiled. “Bakura, I can’t be your new daddy.” Bakura kneeled before the boy and put his hands on the child’s shoulders. “But I can be your friend.”
The boy smiled and nodded. “Alright.”
Bakura took the boy’s hand and lead him down the hallway. Bakura lead the boy into another room and saw the sarcophagus beside the wall. The thief chuckled mischievously and walked towards the wall. He handed the child the torch.
“Bakura, I need for you to hold the torch for me.”
“What are you going to do?”
Bakura chuckled. “I’m going to draw a picture for the pharaoh’s daddy. I’ll let you make a picture, too.”
Bakura chuckled as he took the toolset he had excavated from the oasis in the middle of the night while everyone slept.  The child watched his older self chisel a picture of a donkey.
“Why a donkey?”
Bakura chiseled Yami standing behind the donkey with an erect phallus pointing into the donkey’s ass. The thief dropped his chisel and doubled over laughing.
“What’s so funny?” the boy asked, trying to look at Bakura’s artwork from the ground.
“The pharaoh is....waiting behind the donkey. He wants to make friends with the donkey.”
The child shrugged as he grabbed the tools. “It’s my turn to make a pretty picture!”
Bakura watched his younger self carve a small image of the oasis. When he was done, the boy smiled up at Bakura. “That was fun.”
The thief smiled and nodded. Bakura sat against the wall and pat his lap. “Come here, boy.”
The child crawled into Bakura’s lap and looked up at him. “Yes?”
“Bakura, I know it’s hard for you to understand that you are me and where I come from. Do you know the other white-haired man in the group, Ryou?”
The boy nodded. “He looks like us, but doesn’t have our spiky hair.”
Yami Bakura nodded. “I want you to know, Bakura, that he really likes you.”
“He’s nice to me. When you and your son were gone, he sang me songs and held me in his arms. Then something touched me from his tummy.”
“That’s also hard to explain to you, Bakura.”
The boy scratched his hair. “It was like when Mama said she swallowed my brother before he was born-ded.”
Bakura nodded. “Well, Ryou swallowed a baby, too, if you put it that way. That’s why you can’t kick or hit him there.”
“I told him I was sorry.”
“Ryou is a special person, Bakura. He’s kind, caring, patient.....everything that I have aspired to be, but tried to deny in myself. You see, Bakura, I know how it was to live on the streets. I remember being like you. You either kill or be killed on the streets. You must do what you have to in order to survive. Most of it is unpleasant, I guarantee you.” Bakura caressed the young boy’s hair. “But no matter what happens to you as you live, you must always remember that no matter what, there is somebody out there waiting for you. You will have to live five thousand years before you find that special soul, Bakura, but I’m telling you that your wait will be worth it.”
Bakura wiggled his toes on his adult self’s lap. “How did you meet?”
“You will be called by him. You will emerge from this,” Bakura touched the Millennium Ring around his neck. “This will be your home.”
The boy touched it and tried to put his hand through the open crevices. “How can I get in there?  I can’t even put my fingers in there.”
“I wish I could answer you in a way you would understand.”
The child took the chisel and hammer in his hands. “Why did you become a tombrobber?”
“Like you see, Bakura, there are riches here.  There’s excitement and danger. I wouldn’t want to be anything else. I don’t work. I steal from tombs and pick pockets.”
“Pick pockets? How do you do that?”
Bakura pat the child on the back. “That’s a lesson for another day, my boy. We should return to the others. My arm is a little sensitive and I don’t want to be away from Ryou for too long.”
The boy stood up and held the chisel and hammer. “I want to do this again. It was fun.”
Bakura nodded as he picked the child in his arms. “You know, Bakura, this is a family tradition that will pass through generations. Just ask my daughter, Aria.  She didn’t fall far from our tree.”
**************************
Marik looked up into the starry sky. “My Lord High Priest, I should return home to my father.”
“Seto, you shouldn’t take him home tonight. His place is destroyed,” Aten said. “Broken glass, shattered statues, he’d be safer here tonight.”
Seto looked at Yugi and Joey. “I guess so.  I didn’t know his house was destroyed.”
“It looked ransacked,” Aten said.
Aten and Seto raised their heads as they heard someone stepping through the brush. Joey raised his fists as Aten grabbed his sword.
Bakura stepped through the brush holding the little four year old boy. “We’re back! Seto! Joey! Yugi! You’re here, too?”
“Yeah, where were you?”
“Teaching the boy some valuable skills,” Bakura said.
“Bakura, what were you teaching him?" Ryou asked.
“Wilderness survival?"
Seto, Joey, and Yugi’s eyes widened as the thief put his younger self on the ground. The small boy looked up at the strangers and ran behind Bakura.  “Who are they?”
The thief felt the boy trembling behind him. “They won’t hurt you, Bakura. I promise.”
“I can’t believe what I’m seeing!” Seto exclaimed.
Yugi stepped forward, his mouth agape. “Oh my god.”
“This place just keeps getting wierder and wierder,” Joey said.
Yami Bakura saw a seven-year-old blond Egyptian boy emerge from the bushes beside the Nile. “Sweet Osiris! It’s Baby Marik!”
Marik raised his head to see the tall thief and the boy trembling behind him. The older boy approached the others. “High Priest Seth will not harm you,” Little Marik said calmly.
Ryou leaned down towards the younger Bakura. “Why don’t you go speak to him? He won’t harm you.”
“What’s your name? My name is Marik Jibade Ishtar.”
The shy boy peeked his eye out from behind Bakura’s legs. “I’m Bakura Osiris Itemri.”
“Did you find my toy when you were out there?” Little Marik asked.
Little Bakura shook his head. “No, but we found coins and gold and really tall walls.”
The thief cleared his throat as Ryou gave him a quizzical look. “That’s alright, Bakura.”
“There was so much money I bet you could buy all of Egypt!”
Marik shrugged. “My family has lots of money. Money is good, but it won’t buy what I want.”
Ryou saw the four-year-old Bakura step towards the seven-year-old Marik. “What do you want?” Little Bakura asked.
Marik turned his back to Bakura and sat along the bank of the lake. “A friend,” Little Marik whispered.
The young boy walked towards Marik and sat beside him. “Maybe we can play a game.  I learned how to play a really fun game called ‘Tombrobbers.’”
Ryou shot Yami Bakura a stern glare and crossed his arms. “Yami Bakura Osiris Itemri, what did you teach that boy?”
Bakura shifted nervously on his feet. “How to....play.....Tombrobbers?”
“Why?”
Bakura sighed. “Because that is going to be that boy’s way of putting food in his belly and an occasional roof over his head, Ry. It was a good bonding experience with myself.”
“Bakura, it is also the cause of your capture and ultimate death. If you and Marik hadn’t robbed that tomb, you would have been able to escape General Anubis,” Ryou said.
Bakura narrowed his eyes at Ryou. “You can take the tiger out of the jungle, but you can’t take the jungle out of the tiger, Ry.” The thief crossed his arms against his chest.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Ryou asked.
“I am a thief and will always be a thief. I don’t know how to be anything else other than what I am.”
Aria and Aten watched their mother argue with Bakura. The two children shifted closer to Seto and Aria. Kailani began to cry in Aria’s arms.
“Why couldn’t you play another game with the boy?”
“He’s me, Ryou!  Tombrobbing is a game!”
“No, it’s not!” Ryou screamed emphatically. “It’s what gets you killed, don’t you understand?”
Seto put his hand on Ryou’s shoulder calmly. “Ryou, calm down.”
Ryou moved his arm and stepped away from Seto’s hand. “Stay out of this, Seto! Bakura, what were you thinking?”
“Ryou, what if I never taught the boy how to steal and he starves on the streets before he has a chance to grow up? Perhaps this moment teaches him how to survive?”
Yugi stepped close to Bakura. “Do you remember this happening to you five thousand years ago?”
“Five thousand years is a long time to remember if I did, Yugi.”
“If this boy dies, what will happen to me, Ry?” Bakura asked. Ryou’s fury appeared to slowly melt from his face. “What will happen to Aria? What will happen to--?” Bakura lowered his arms and took a deep, calming breath. “What will happen to our new baby?”
The group watched Ryou and Bakura’s argument disintegrate into an uncomfortable silence.  Ryou lowered his head and buried his face in his hands. “I don’t want you to suffer the death you had five thousand years ago, Bakura.”
Bakura sighed and approached Ryou slowly. He brought his crying husband into his arms. “I’m sorry, Ryou. Now, now...don’t cry.”
Ryou clutched onto Bakura. “I don’t want anything to happen to you, Bakura. I love you.”
Bakura pet his lover’s hair. “I know you love me and I know you have alot on your mind.”
Yugi put his hand on Ryou’s back. “Ryou, it will be alright.”
Seto took Joey’s hand. “We’ll have to return to the palace shortly, Bakura. We told Aria that we have Rhett and Kai at the palace.”
Bakura rested his chin on Ryou’s head. He looked at Aria and Umi. “Seto has them both?”
Aria nodded. “Father, Umi and I want to go to the palace.”
“We want to see our boys,” Umi said.
Yami Bakura sighed. “What do you want, Aria Kanika?”
“Daddy, I want to be with my boys.  If Marik does get into the palace, I am their mother and I need to defend them.”
Ryou smiled against Bakura’s chest. ‘I taught my children well.’
“If that is what you want, Aria, I won’t stop you. However, be careful with Yami on the throne.”
Seto nodded. “Aria will be safe. I promise to keep her safe from Yami and from Marik should he choose to invade.”
“Marik and Malik will invade the palace unless we can find them,” Bakura said nervously.
Ryou turned his head. “Aria, are you sure about this? Do you want to go to the palace?”
“Rhett and Kai are probably worried about us.  Mom, I can’t protect my children if I am here.”
Ryou released Bakura hesitantly and hugged his daughter. “Please be careful, sweetheart.”
Aria hugged her mother back. “I will be.”
“Are you leaving?” Little Bakura asked as he clutched Aria’s dress. Tears filled the little boy’s eyes. “No, don’t leave! Please!” The boy began to cry.
Aria handed Kailani to Umi and kneeled in front of the little boy. “Bakura, my children are in the palace with Pharaoh Yami.  I have to go be with them to keep them safe just as my daddy wants to keep you safe.”
Little Bakura hiccuped as he cried. “My daddy left me and now you’re leaving me, too!”
“Bakura, please, I have to go for my children.  You are a wonderful kid and you know, your father will pay for leaving you.” Aria hugged the boy.
Ryou reached down and picked up the crying boy. Little Bakura wrapped his arms around Ryou and sobbed into his shoulder. Ryou held the boy closely. “We’ll take good care of you, Bakura.”
The boy’s sorrowful whimper sounded against Ryou’s shoulder. The thief’s heart sank as he felt the boy’s sadness. Whenever his former hikaris died, he was once again sealed into the Millennium Ring to await a new hikari. He was alone, his loneliness festering and turning into rejection and then hatred. With each new dead hikari, he thought the same words... 'I’m alone again.’
Bakura caressed the child’s hair. “You still have us, son. Don’t cry. We won’t leave you.”
“Aten, Robbie, do you wish to come, too?”
Robbie looked down at Heaven Raine Ishtar.  Aten reached out a hand to caress the girl’s arms. “What do we do, Aten?”
“Robbie, perhaps you and Heaven should go to the palace. You won’t need to walk very far and Heaven will have doctors and other women who can care for her.”
Robbie shook his head. “If I go, we both go. I’m not leaving you behind.”
Aten sighed. “You’ll be safe from my father if you have Yami’s army protecting you and Heaven. Robbie, I don’t care about what happens to me. I want you and Heaven out of harm’s way.”
“Aten, you need to do what is best for Heaven,” Ryou said. “I think you should go with your uncles.  You will be safe.”
Aten looked at his mother. “Mother, I can’t leave you and Father Bakura alone. If anything, mother, you should go with Seto.”
Seto nodded with Yugi. “You would be safer in the palace, Ry. You’d have enough to eat and you’d have a comfortable bed to sleep on. The sand can’t be a good bed for you and the baby.”
Ryou shook his head and took Bakura’s hand. “My place is at my husband’s side.  I will not leave him alone.”
Bakura smiled as he glanced at Ryou’s grip on his hand. “Ryou, you would be safer in the palace. However, if you wish to stay, I welcome you.”
Aten and Robbie nodded at each other. “We’ll stay with you guys,” said Robbie.
Ryou placed Little Bakura on his feet. “If that is what you think best, baby boy.”
Little Marik stepped up to Little Bakura and put his hand on the other boy’s shoulder. “Don’t cry, Bakura. Let’s play a game! That will make you feel better.”
Little Bakura sniffled. “What game?”
Marik looked around the lake and the sand. He ran to a plant and broke off a branch. “Let’s play 'Warrior.’” Marik grabbed a stick for the other boy and handed him the stick.
Ryou and the group watched the two boys play. Little Bakura raised the stick and chased after the other Egyptian boy. “Well, hopefully they’re tire out quickly so we can put them to bed.”
Seto stepped toward Ryou and hugged him gingerly. “If you ever need me, you come to the palace straight away. I will make sure you are brought to my quarters.”
Ryou nodded. “Alright.”
The High Priest caressed Ryou’s cheek fondly. “I love you, Ryou. I don’t want you to be hurt out here.”
“Bakura is a great protector.”
“Come and get me if you need anything, Ry,” Seto said, kissing Ryou’s forehead.
Aria saw Little Bakura chasing Little Marik around the shoreline. “Goodbye, Bakura. Do you want to give me a hug?”
The child ran to Aria and hugged her, then returned to his game with Marik. Ryou and Bakura hugged and kissed their daughter.
“Aria and Umi are in good hands, Ryou," Yugi said. “Take care of yourselves."
Ryou watched as Aria and Umi left with Seto, Joey, and Yugi.  Bakura put his arm around Ryou. Aten kneeled on the ground and began to make a fire as the sun began to set. The couple sat beside the fire.
“Ry, I’m sorry if I upset you,” Bakura said, crossing his legs beside the fire. “I didn’t mean to get upset, Bakura. I know you only meant to teach the boy how to care for himself. I just want better for your future.” Ryou looked at Bakura. “What kind of husband would I be if I didn’t want the very best for you?”
Bakura nodded. “I don’t deserve you, baby.”
Aten heard Robbie’s stomach growling. “We need to think about dinner.”
“I’m hungry, too, ‘Kura. What do we have?”
“Not much. Perhaps we should have asked Seto to bring us some grub,” Bakura said. “I guess I’ll have to go out and hunt. Aten, do you think you can give me a hand?”
Aten blinked. “Father Bakura, I don’t know how to hunt.”
“We have to find something to eat, Ishtar, or the others will starve. Let’s go.”
Robbie sat beside Ryou as Aten and Bakura disappeared into the desert. Robbie placed Heaven onto the blanket. The baby girl fell asleep. “Ryou, are you angry at Bakura?”
Ryou sighed. “Robbie, I know Bakura wants what is best for his younger self. He doesn’t want the boy to starve. I’m not angry at him.” Ryou sighed. “If anything, I am angry at his father who helped to make him what he became. What father kicks his son out of the home so young? I would never have thought of kicking Aten or Aria out of the house when they were in Kindergarten.” Ryou chuckled. “They were so cute. Bakura and Marik did everything they could to ensure that their children were safe, loved, and cared for. They were so happy to become fathers.”
Robbie pet Heaven’s head. The little girl’s fingers twitched in her sleep. “My father wasn’t home much when I was a baby. My mom was on her own. I had so many surgeries to try and correct my foot.  When he was home, he’d play with me and help me with my homework.” Robbie sighed. “I wonder if they notice that I’m gone.”
Ryou put his arm around Robbie’s shoulders. “I’m sure they notice you and Aten gone.”
Marik squealed happily and jumped into the water. Bakura followed him closely, splashing water into the air as he jumped into the lake. “I will catch you!” Little Bakura called to Marik.
“No, you won’t!” Little Marik called as he raced for the shore.
“It looks like they’re going to tire themselves out by the time Bakura and Aten gets back.”
**********************
Seto, Yugi, and Joey raised their heads in amazement as they approached the palace. Umi gripped onto the edge of Seto’s chariot. “Is that what I think it is?”
Aria gasped. “Slyfer! Oh my god!”
“Yami must have summoned him to protect the palace from invasion at night.”
Joey swallowed nervously. “That dragon can make a snack of Marik and Malik with one bite of both mouths.”
Seto nodded. “The Ishtars’ saving grace may be the fact that they still wield the Winged Dragon of Ra.”
When the palace gate opened, Aria looked up in fear as Slyfer saw them. The snake-like dragon lowered its head and growled at the occupants of the chariot. Umi wrapped his arms around Aria and Kailani. “What do we do?”
“Great Slyfer, it is me, High Priest Seth!”
The dragon growled and lifted its head to look below at the city. Seto took Joey’s hand and lead the group towards the harem.
“Are the boys alright, Uncle Seto?”
Yugi looked up at Aria. “I’ve been taking care of them, Aria. I’ve taken them to run around the gardens and to the stables to see the horses.”
“They’re not hurt are they?”
“No, but they have been worried about you both.  Kai has been taking it harder than Rhett.”
Umi sighed. “Kai is older. Rhett’s still a little guy.”When the door to the harem opened, the women turned towards the open door. Rhett and Kai gasped and cheered happily when they saw their mother and father walk into the room. Kai and Rhett ran to their parents with their arms wide open.
“Boys!” Umi smiled, reaching for Kai. “Kai!”
Aria handed Kailani to Joey and reached for Rhett. “Rhett Bakura! Mommy missed you so much!” Aria held Rhett close to her and kissed her son’s cheek. “My little Rhett!”
“Mommy, I missed you!” Rhett exclaimed as he cried.
Kai held tightly onto his father and reached for his mother. “Mommy! Daddy! I thought I’d never see you again!”
Aria kissed Kai’s cheek. “Boys, your father and I were so worried about you!”
Yugi and Joey smiled as the family was reunited. Seto took Kailani in his arms and caressed the baby’s cheeks.  Seto slowly walked towards the window with the baby and looked into the night.
“Lani, I can’t believe that Ryou and Bakura are still out there.  I’m so relieved that they are safe.”
Kailani looked up at him cooing. Seto’s eyes went down to the baby with blue eyes and a tuft of light brown hair. “Are you trying to talk to daddy?” Seto whispered to the baby girl. “What do you want to say to me?”
The baby’s tongue went in and out of her mouth. Her quiet coos became a smile at her father.
Seto kissed his daughter on the forehead and returned the smile. “Baby’s first smile?”
“Uncle Seto?” Aria asked as she approached him with Rhett in her arms. “Thank you for taking care of the boys for Umi and I.”
“It’s no problem. I really wish you and the kids were back in our own time so you won’t be in danger here.”
Aria sighed. “I know with Yami here, this makes this problem complicated, but I can’t abandon my children.”
“Have you found out how to get home yet?”
“Father seems to think that Marik may know a way, but he and Malik are under the control of the Tombkeepers.”
Seto chuckled as Kailani smiled at him again and tried to stick her fingers in Seto’s mouth. “She smiled at me.”
“She just began to smile at me and Umi.”
Seto saw Joey and Yugi talking between each other. “Do you think anyone suspects?”
“Umi knows already.”
“You told him?”
Aria nodded. “Seto, he’s my husband. I told him as soon as we got the paternity test results.  Nobody else has said anything so far. I feel like mother knows that Umi is not her father, but he hasn’t said anything.”
Seto cradled his daughter against his chest. “I’m glad she’s here. At least I know she and you are safe.”
“I hope my parents and my brother will be alright.”
“We can check on them periodically. I especially want the doctor to examine your mother if there is a problem with his pregnancy.”
Umi walked over to them holding Kai in his arms. “Kai won’t let me go. I’m going to put him to bed. Are you coming, Aria?”
Aria nodded. “Yeah, Rhett fell asleep in my arms. Seto, can you bring Lani into the room?”
Seto carried Kailani into a separate bedroom in the harem. “I should get back to my room with Joey. It’s been a long day.”
Aria placed Rhett on the bed and took Kailani. “Thank you again, Uncle Seto.”
“Have a good night, you two.”
“Goodnight, Seto,” Umi said, placing Kai on the bed.
Seto turned and walked out of the room. He walked up to Yugi and Joey. “Ready for bed, puppy?”
“Yeah, I think so,” Joey said, stretching.
“Yugi, have a good night,” Seto said, taking his husband’s hand.
“Goodnight, Seto,” Yugi said as he watched his friends leave. “If only Glenn decided to come to our holiday celebration.” Yugi sighed as he walked quietly into the other bedroom.
*******************
Marik crossed his arms as he sat on the wooden throne.  His eyes narrowed at the cracking walls. The painted mural had been defaced. Yami’s face had been carved away by the furious hikari.  Malik stepped into the room where his Yami sat quietly pondering their next move. “I can see Slyfer hovering above the palace keeping an eye on things.”
Marik huffed with derision. “Slyfer will not keep him safe forever.”
Malik grinned as he strutted towards his Dark. “Soon, you and I will rule Egypt as we were destined.” Malik kneeled in front of Marik. “I would think you would look happier to soon be Pharaoh Marik.”
“How will we expect to take the palace? It’s protected by every soldier. Getting to Yami’s throne room will take more than simply luck.”
Malik reached for Marik’s cheek and caressed it lovingly. “I’ll be right by your side.”
“I cannot believe my own son decided not to fight by my side.”
“Your son behaves much like his mother.”
Marik growled. “I should have known Ryou would not have made him strong in body. Well, it’s a mistake that I cannot correct now.”
Malik kneeled between Marik’s legs. “When you are pharaoh, you can have the pick of any of the High Priest’s women. Nobody will be able to resist the power we will wield.”
Marik chuckled as he looked at his hikari. “Only you can light my fire in the way nobody else can, Malik.”
Marik grabbed Malik’s face and pulled him into a hungry kiss.  The Millennium Rod glowed between them as they kissed hungrily.  Marik pulled Malik close with his legs.
The hikari’s fingers dug into his yami’s blond, spiky hair. Marik’s warm breath brushed across his skin as Marik snaked one hand under Malik’s shirt.
Malik rubbed Marik’s thighs and slithered between Marik’s legs. The yami moaned into the kiss with his husband.  Marik’s breathing pattern suddenly halted as his lover unzippered his pants and began to touch him enticingly.
Malik kissed Marik’s neck and freed Marik’s arousal from its confines. Marik gripped the Millennium Rod tightly as Malik swallowed around his manhood. The yami closed his eyes as the Millennium Rod glowed brightly, illuminating the tomb chamber. Marik’s free hand clutched the wooden throne. Malik’s tongue licked and kissed Marik’s arousal.
Marik moaned as his husband deep-throated around him “Malik....gods...don’t stop.”
Malik slowly pulled back and gave Marik’s tip a little lick. “I don’t intend on stopping until I have everything you got.”
Marik moaned as Malik swallowed around him again and sucked on him lightly. The yami buried his fingers in Malik’s hair as the other held the Millennium Rod on the armrest.
Marik thrust slowly into Malik’s heat as he felt his orgasm approach. Marik shuddered as he orgasmed down Malik’s throat.
Malik pulled back after Marik finished shuddering. He grinned at his yami and chuckled mischievously.
The yami grinned as he panted. “Stand up, hikari.”
Malik stood and felt Marik pull down his pants. Marik swallowed around his husband’s arousal.  Malik felt his yami’s tongue tease him.
Marik placed the Millennium Rod on the ground and slowly awakened his arousal with his free hand.
The yami pulled back from his hikari and turned Malik around. The hikari sat on his yami’s lap and lowered himself onto  Marik’s arousal. Marik thrust into Malik’s body and grabbed the Millennium Rod. He crossed his arm over Malik’s chest and held him tightly against his body.   Malik turned his head and kissed his yami hungrily.
Malik whimpered as Marik’s free hand stroked Malik’s arousal.  The hikari’s warm breath brushed across Marik’s cheek.
The hikari’s body trembled with each penetration. Malik raised his hands and buried his fingers in Marik’s hair. Marik’s thrusts into his lover quickened, making his lover gasp for air and whimper with pleasure and pain.
Marik grinned as he heard his lover’s whimper. “That’s it, baby.  Enjoy it.”
Malik arched his back as his yami slammed into his body. Malik’s whimpers increased into screams of pleasure with each penetration.
The yami chuckled as he continued to stroke his lover. “Let it go, baby.”
Malik arched his back as he climaxed over Marik’s hands. Marik held Malik against him as he orgasmed hard into Malik’s body.
Malik fell back against Marik, panting heavily. Marik kissed and purred in Malik’s ear.
“I cannot wait to take you in the palace when you and I are pharaoh,” Marik purred.
Malik smiled and turned his head. “All of Egypt will worship you as I.  People will throw themselves at you to beg for mercy and for a chance to see you.”
Marik grinned as he caressed Malik’s stomach. “I would have none other by my side, Malik Ramses Ishtar.”
********************
Robbie bounced Heaven on his knee. The baby girl held onto Robbie’s hands and giggled. The teen balanced the girl who had difficulty with her missing right leg.  Robbie smiled at her and kissed her forehead. The girl’s black hair was beginning to form on her head.
Aten cut another piece of meat from the gazelle’s leg which cooked over the fire.  He handed his mother another piece of meat.
“Thank you, baby,” Ryou said as he took the piece of meat. “Did you have enough?”
Aten nodded. “Yes. Father Bakura, are you hungry?”
Bakura nodded as he looked at the animal skin bound to four branches to dry.  “I think I ate my share. Thank you, Aten.”
Robbie turned to the two little boys. “Did you eat--?”
Bakura, Ryou, and Aten turned to seven-year-old Marik and four-year-old Bakura cuddled up together near the fire.  Marik’s arm was draped over the smaller, thinner boy sucking his thumb in his sleep.
Ryou smiled and bit his lip. “They look so precious cuddled up together. Poor little things.”
“They must have been exhausted after playing and having dinner.”
“He’s going to enjoy that when he gets older with Marik,” the thief said with a smile.
Aten watched his future father sleep contentedly beside his new friend. “Father asked for a friend in  a letter I found.”
“He did?” Ryou asked.
Aten nodded. “Yeah, he asked Ra for a friend.”
“These boys have no idea what each other will mean to them when they get older,” Ryou said.
//They have no idea in the future they’re going to be lovers. Right now, they’re sleeping together. In about...fourteen years they’ll be banging each other’s brains out right where they’re sleeping.//
/Yami Bakura!/ Ryou exclaimed through the mind link.
//I’ll be the first one to take Marik. He never had a male lover before he had me.//
“I feel sad that we have to take Marik back to his father.  How can we give the boy back to his father and know what his father does to him?” Ryou asked.
“Mom, we have to return him to his father. We don’t know what will change the future if we do or don’t turn him back.”
Bakura nodded. “Ry, Marik has to return to his father.  He’s just learning now how to read and write. I need those skills when he gets older.  Remember when we had the Yami Virus? We needed Marik and Malik’s knowledge of Noble Tongue to translate the scrolls.”
Ryou saw the sleeping Bakura turn around and prop his fist against the sleeping Marik.  The boy continued to suck his thumb in his sleep. Ryou chuckled at the little thief boy. “I wish I could take him with us when we leave, Bakura.”
“If we find a way home,” Robbie said as he laid beside the fire.
“We have to find a way home.  If we can find the Tombkeeper’s Lair or maybe Father and Malik know a way. We’ll get home.”
Ryou sighed and laid beside the fire. “I hope we do.  I need Zira  to deliver the baby.”
“Well, I could do it, Ry, but it wouldn’t be pretty,” Bakura said. The thief crawled behind his husband and draped his arm over Ryou. When he touched Ryou’s belly, the hikari gasped with surprise. “Ry, are you alright?”
“That hurt,” Ryou said.
“All I did was touch your stomach.”
Ryou nodded. “It’s still a little tender. Remember when my belly hurt with Aria and Aten? This is the same.”
“I should find a doctor to take care of you. Maybe someone needs to check you out.”
Ryou sighed. “How are we going to trust a doctor to look at me?”
“He would just need to examine your body without your.......ummmm.....man-ly parts.”
Ryou turned to Bakura and chuckled. “You have the funniest way of saying that. What about breasts? I don’t have breasts.”
Bakura tucked Ryou’s hair behind his ear. “Did you get enough to eat? Are you warm enough? Are you feeling alright?”
“You worry so much about me.”
Bakura kissed Ryou’s forehead. “How could I not?”
“How is your arm?” Ryou asked.
“It’s still sore, but I’ve had worse.”  Bakura carefully placed his hand on Ryou’s stomach and felt Ryou’s skin shift under his hand. The thief breathed a sigh of relief. Bakura cuddled Ryou against his body and felt his lover relax. “Go to sleep, Ry.”
Ryou closed his eyes and breathed a sigh of relief.
Aten rubbed Robbie’s side as his lover fell asleep.  Aten watched the two little boys sleeping by the water. “I think my father found the friend he has been praying for.”
