Summary: It's summer time in ancient Egypt and the pharaoh to be Yami and the high priest to be Seto are 13 years old and they're sent to stay at the temple of Basest for the duration of the summer. While they're there, they run into two trouble making girls, one a junior priestess named Saria and the other a young thief named Kure, who put the two boys in quiet 'embarrassing' situations. Will young love come out of this or will Saria and Kure drive Yami and Seto crazy?

Author's Note: This is just a character introduction for Saria and Kure and my other OC character in this fic…not the actual story yet. That's why this is the prologue.

Main OCs:

Saria: Her mother is the high priestess of Basest and expects Saria to behave and be kind to others. She's very well mannered and a, on the shy side and takes her duties some what seriously. She really wants to live with Kure because she thinks it would be much more fun to be a thief than a priestess. Saria has strawberry blond hair and pale blue eyes. She has a few freckles on her face and she's a little tall for her age. She usually wears a white dress with a golden sash around her waist. Saria always keeps her hair down and wears really simple sandals.

Kure: Is the mastermind behind all of her and Saria's pranks and she is a thief. She thinks fast on her feet and acts cocky most of the time. She's actually really insecure about herself and wishes she had a mother like everyone else does, the past and her family are sensitive issues for her. She has black hair that has light brown streaks in it and her eyes are brownish-green. She's about three inches shorter than Saria and is about six months younger (Saria is 13 and she's still 12) Kure likes to wear white baggy shorts that go a little bit past her knees with a blackish tank top with a vest over it. She likes to wear sandals too. Kure likes to pull her hair back into a high ponytail even though everyone says it looks better down. She has a pet cat named Rajeh who hangs around…

Minor OCs:

Bethany: Saria's mother and is very strict. She doesn't like Kure and believes that she is bad influence on her daughter. Really loves Saria though ,but doesn't want her to be friends with the girl. In about her early thirties…

Jhatu: Oversees Seto's and Yami's stay at the temple.

Nefiri: Saria's grandmother, she loves Saria and approves of her friendship with Kure. She treats Kure like a daughter. She's kind of old…not too old just kind of.

Ankara: Sweet little 6 year old girl who looks up to Saria and Kure.

Makiah: A drunken idiot pariah who does some pretty bad things…

Demaere: Is Saria's elder brother, he's 15. He hates Lithe ,but he likes Kure.

Lithe: A junior priestess, she hates Saria ,but admires Kure's bravery and quick thinking. She tries to be friends with Kure ,but Kure doesn't like her. She's 14 and has a crush on Demaere.
