*~Christmas Eve~*

It's been 4 days since the Cotillion. It was now December the Twenty-Fourth. Tonight was Christmas Eve. And also was the night of Yugi's party. The house was all lighted up and all decorated. The Christmas music was cranked up and the tree was lit. The presents were all set under the tree. The bell rang and Yugi ran down the stairs. He was wearing clothes of red and green. He answered the door and in came his friends. All bringing in presents and desserts.

The party was fun. Rebecca and Teddy came over to keep Mokuba company. Serenity came along too. The party's been going on for a few hours now. The time was now 12:00 midnight. It was time to exchange presents. Everyone was busy opening their presents and thanking each other. They all laughed and talked all about how they loved their presents.

Mokuba had a small package and he held it up to his older brother. "Here Seto. This is from me." The little boy watched as his brother ripped off the paper that he used to wrap the present with.

Seto gasped. Underneath the wrapping was a picture in a hand-made picture frame. The frame was made of glued popsicle sticks. It was painted sky blue and was covered in glitter. And in it was a picture of them both. Seto and Mokuba, happy together.

"Mokuba, did you make this yourself?" he asked.

"Yup." Mokuba said. "D-do you like it?"

Seto put the gift down and put his arms around his brother. (That should answer his question.)

'Thanks for granting my wish Santa.'

"That's just the sweetest things I ever saw." Mai said.

Yami watched as the rest opened their presents. He had already opened his. He said his 'thank you's' to everyone.

"C'mon." Téa took his hand.

Yami was a little confused. "What?"

"Just come with me." Téa dragged Yami behind the tree and toward the entrance of the living room.

"C'mon my present for you is this way."

"Téa you really didn't have to get me anyth-"

There were almost there when Téa paused. "Uh, before I give you my present, you have to close your eyes."

Yami was still puzzled so he decided to go along with it anyway. He closed eyes.

"Okay, just a few steps foward and stop."

"Téa, I still don't understand how closing my eyes has to do with my gi-"

Before Yami could finish, he felt Téa's lips on his. His eyes widened. After a few more seconds, Téa broke the kiss.

Yami was bright red now and so was Téa. "Uh, thank you Téa. But why this specific spot?"

"Look up." Above them was a sprig of mistletoe. "That's mistletoe. If two people who are in love share a kiss under it, then they will be blessed with a good and happy new year."

The two sat down on the couch. "But in order for it to work, both must love each other. I love you......Do you love me?"

Téa's question was answered when Yami gave her a kiss back. "Yes. Yes Téa, I do." Yami wrapped his arms around Téa in a warm hug. "Merry Christmas Téa." Téa closed her eyes and laid her head on Yami's chest, her hands on his shoulders. "Merry Christmas Yami."

*~A Half Hour Later~*

It was now 12:30 A.M. The party was finally over. The lights were out and everyone was asleep. Serenity, Mokuba, and Rebecca were given the couch, the rest were on the floor. The only lights on were the ones hanging outside and the ones on the Christmas Tree. Everything was quiet until there was a noise Up on the Rooftop.

Suddenly in the living room, there were sparkling lights. They were bunching up together as if they were forming something. The lights finally formed a round figure, then the lights disappeared to reveal a man. A very big man. He was round in shape and he wore the color red. He carried a large bag over his shoulder. He put it down and opened it. He took out some gifts and placed them under the illuminated tree. Then he spotted something at the table.

He walked over to the table and saw a plate of cookies and milk. He ate some of the cookies and drank most of the milk. A piece of paper caught his eye. It was a note. A note that was written in crayon. It read:

Dear Santa,

Hope you like chocolate chip. Thanks again for granting our wishes. Merry Christmas and have a very Happy New Year!!

The man was Santa all along. He chuckled lightly under his breath. He started to walk over to leave when he spotted two figures sleeping on a sofa behind the tree. It was Téa and Yami sleeping soundly and peacefully. Yami had his arms wrapped around her. Téa moved closer to Yami, a smile was on her face. Santa smiled at the sleeping young couple. His gloved hands started to sparkle and then out of nowhere, a blanket appeared in front of his eyes. He put the blanket around the couple. The jolly saint gave out a loud "Ho Ho Ho!!" and disappeared in a flash of lights.

And sailing in the night sky, was Santa's sleigh. He was off to deliver more presents to good little girls and boys of the world. Up in the sky he went along with Dasher and Dancer, and Prancer and Vixen, Comet and Cupid, and Donner and Blitzen. They were led by Rudolph, his nose glowing a bright red. The bright red light could be seen clearly, even through all that falling snow. (The snow that I wished for.)
