The body above his, inside of his, moved at a steady rhythm. Staying as still as possible he simply stared at the ceiling. It was an off white color except for a couple of spots that were a light tan. It was as if someone had run out of paint halfway through the job. Maybe he should mention it.

In the middle of his musings the other jerked one last time and settled on top of him. The heavy panting and thudding heartbeat against his chest told him it was over.

"It was good," he spoke softly, gently rubbing circles in to the other's back.

Smiling, the other man slowly pulled out of his partner and rolled to lay on his back beside the boy.

The compliment was the same everytime and everytime he didn't believe it. They had been together long enough for him to know better. At first the young blond tried to get into it but it never seemed natural. After the first couple of encounters the boy simply went away during the act. But it was okay. He tried hard not to cause the boy any pain but didn't help him enjoy it either. It wasn't what the boy wanted.

"I'm going to go now, okay."

"Yeah," he watched the boy collect his clothes and head to the bathroom to redress. It didn't take long for him to return.

"I lost my job the other day," the boy said, shyly exiting the bathroom.

"That's too bad," the man knew there was a point to this sudden idle chit-chat. He wasn't going to like it.

"It's just that I'll have more time for homework so," he shifted uncomfortably avoiding the man's eyes, "I won't need to do this for a while."

He was right, he didn't like it but there was nothing he could do. "That's okay." It was disappointing but he knew the boy needed to work to provide for himself and his father. Before long he would have to return to the man's bed.

The exits were always tense. With the sex done they were always at a loss as what to say. "Okay yeah, so um bye." With that the boy left.

Once the boy was gone the man pulled out his computer and brought up a list of names. The boy's was always easy to find. Wheeler, Joey was the last entry. He changed a grade from a zero to a ten and closed the computer.
