Anzu lay back on her new bad, she ran her fingers over the blue rose, a small smile on her face. 'Nope.' she thought. 'He is defiantly NOT the kind of Pharaoh he's known as in the village.'

A knock came at her door. "Ms. Mazaki." Yami called. "Is it safe for me to come in?"

"Yeah sure." Anzu quickly put the rose in a small glass vase that was on the table by the bed.

Yami slowly opened the door and looked in at her for a second before walking all the ways in, he shut the door. "I'm sorry, but no one can find Jou anywhere. They think he left the village as soon as we let him go."

"Oh." Anzu frowned, then looked at Yami and smiled. "That's okay. I can understand why he would want to get away...no offence..."

Yami chuckled and sat down on the bed along side of Anzu. "I know...sometimes I wish...I could get up and leave..."

"Why? I thought being Pharaoh would be the most wonderful thing on earth...I would think you have it all." Anzu said looking at him.

Yami shook his head. "I don't have it all...I don't have someone to love." he looked at her. "I have maidens to choose from...but I want it to be for love. But there was always arranged marriages."

"But your so young." Anzu said. "Probably a little older than me. But still, wanting someone to love is normal...but thinking of marriage? I think its too soon for that...am I right?"

"Yes, but I think that the only way a girl would really stay with me is if I marry her so she can have access to all my riches." Yami said.

"But you see, that's no right." Anzu said. "If that girl is only around you for you riches, leave her. That's just not fair.

"If only there was a girl." Yami said still looking at her.

"Oh...I'm sorry."

Yami shook his head, then looked over at the blue rose. "Yugi told me you loved the rose." he looked at her again.

"Yes! I loved it." Anzu took the flower in her hand. "This is the most beautiful thing anyone has ever given me..." she smiled at him.

"I had a good feeling you would like it." Yami said. "Strangely enough, when I saw it, it reminded me of you."

"Why?" Anzu said. "How can I be like a rose? Especially one so..." she looked at him.

He chuckled. "Its rare..." he said. "I find that you, as a person, has a rare personality."

"What do you mean?" Anzu asked confused.

"Your so..kind.." Yami said. "And no one would be this close to me if we had brought them off the street, and making them stay. They would have a grudge against me for life. You know what I mean."

"Yes."

"And also, you the first girl that we had here that wasn't crawling over me trying to find a way to get to my riches, I respect that." Yami smiled.

Anzu smiled. "I don't believe in using people for what they have."

Anzu walked along the halls of the pyramid, Yami had told her she could go and look around, he gave her access to all the rooms. Even the jail house. She looked around at the group of doors she had came too. "This place is huge." she gasped putting her had on one of the door handles. "I wonder where this one leads..."

Anzu slowly opened the door, she was greeted by a blow out of hot, dry air. It blew Anzu's hair, and white dress back, making her shut her eyes to protect them from the heat. When she opened her eyes, she looked through the door, it was dark, but she could make out that there was a stair case leading down into the darkness. 'Hmm..' Anzu thought. 'I wonder what's down there...'

**FLASHBACK**

Anzu peered down into the door way, she smiled and began to walk down, a loud roar could be hear from the darkness, but she kept going...

**END FLASHBACK**

Anzu blinked and looked into the darkness. "What the hell was that?" she wondered. She shrugged off the thought{really a memory}, and began to walk down the steps. According as Anzu walked down, the hotter it got. She didn't know what was going on, but she had a feeling that she had to go down there...

"I don't see why we have to keep her here, Seto." Yami said looking up at his high priest from where he sat.

"She mouthed of to you, Yami." Seto said. "She needs to be kept here, made a slave."

"I don't want to make her one of my slaves." Yami said looking ahead of him. "I don't what that for her."

"Since when do you care about those people?" Seto asked.

"Since...since I met Anzu." Yami said with a small smile. "She really changed me."

"You only known her for a few hours, Yami." Seto said.

"Yes, I know." Yami looked up at Seto again. "But I really think she's the one."

"You do?" Seto said trying not to sound too horrified. "Where is she anyway?"

"I told her to give herself another tour of the pyramid, to the places I never showed her." Yami said not seeing the strike of horror that came over Seto's face. "I told her that at anytime she wants, she could go anywhere here. There's nothing I have to hide."

'You may not have anything to hide.' Seto thought. 'But if she find what I got hidden away...all hell will break loose.'

Anzu came to a room at the bottom of the stairs, a torch with a wild flame hung on the wall. Anzu took it and opened the door to the room. Anzu looked around inside, it was another dungeon, only the cells were larger, much larger. "Hello?" Anzu called looking around. "Is there anyone in here?"

**FLASHBACK**

Anzu wandered around the room, only it was lightened up, she looked into the cages, she couldn't really see what was in them. But something moved, and made her jump.

**END FLASHBACK**

"Huh?" Anzu looked around, she walked further into the room, and by one of the cages. "Why do I keep having these flashbacks, I don't even know..." she looked into the cage and screamed...
