I mean, the stuff that happened in Chapter 8 sounded pretty convincing. Pedro ain't stupid; he planned this out. He's a damn bastard, but he ain't stupid. Okay, time to see what happens…

Chapter 10 - Love You

 

Yami walked down the street towards the SPARN building with a package tucked under his arm. He wanted to plead for his job back. He'd found his muse again. He had to go back to the way things were. It had been another two weeks after he and Yuugi consummated their love in the backseat of Yuugi's Firebird. There was still love in Yuugi's heart for him. Yami had felt it when he and Yuugi made love. He had to beg for Yuugi's forgiveness. Even though he didn't really do anything.

 

“I love him. No matter what…” Yami said to himself. “I swear to never let go of him or let anyone tear us apart.”

A knock came to Yuugi's dressing room door. He was wearing an open, dark blue, pajama shirt with a lighter shade of dark blue boxers with matching house slippers with gold-colored embroidery.

 

Yuugi opened it and saw one of Ana's assistants holding a package wrapped in red paper. “What's this?”

 

“An anonymous person asked me to deliver it to you.” said the assistant.

 

“Okay. Um, thanks.” Yuugi said, taking the package and closing the door as the assistant left. He opened it and gasped at what was inside. It was a scarab charm with a huge ruby in the middle and tiny emerald gems for eyes and little diamonds adoring the creature's legs. The scarab charm was connected to a silver chain. Yuugi was in awe at how beautiful it was. He had seen the necklace in the local jewelry store, but he never thought of buying it. He had always thought Yami would look better with it on.

 

Yuugi picked up the scarab charm as though it were made of glass. Something was on the back. He turned it over and this was what it said:

 

“For better or worse, `till death do us part…I will love you with every beat of my heart. From your Yami.”

 

I'll give you everything I can

 

I'll build your dreams with these two hands

 

We'll hang some memories on the wall

 

And when just the two of us are there

 

You won't have to ask if I still care

Ana sighed heavily and simply looked at Yami. “Do you even realize how much paperwork I have to do for you? I'm up to my elbows in paperwork these days, Mr. Atemu!”

 

“I realize that, but I want my job back, please Ana.” Yami said.

 

“Mr. Atemu, I don't know how to convey this anymore. I'm not hiring anymore and I just…don't need you anymore at this point. I can keep your information and let you know when I have an opening or when we have another busy season. Other than that, there's nothing I can do.” Ana said. “I'm sorry.”

 

Yami nodded. “Thanks anyway, Ana.” He stood and walked out of her office and went upstairs to the little eating area. He touched the table where he and Yuugi first discovered their feelings for each other. The same spot where he'd witnessed Yuugi gulp down that pizza like he hadn't eaten in days.

 

Yami smirked and laughed at the memory. Yuugi was so adorable and so the perfect one for him. But how could Yuugi ever forgive him? He didn't know how to convince Yuugi of the truth.

 

“Yami?” said a familiar voice. Yami whirled around and saw Yuugi standing behind him.

 

“Yuugi koi…” Yami noticed that Yuugi was wearing the present he'd bought for him. “Do you like it?”

 

Yuugi nodded. “It's beautiful…like you…”

 

Yami smiled. “I should be going. I don't work here anymore.” He was about to leave the room, but Yuugi grabbed his arms and forced him back to where he'd been standing.

 

“Don't go…please…can't you get your job back?”

 

“Already tried. Ana can't give me my job back yet. Maybe during their busy season, Yuugi koi.” Yami said.

 

Yuugi kissed Yami on the lips and asked in a soft voice. “Would you lie to me? Ever?”

 

“Never, Yuugi koi. What is it?” Yami asked.

 

“Did you really put those fetish pictures on the porn websites? Honestly?”

 

“I would never do such a thing. I had those pictures, because it made me happy and excited to have them with me. They reminded me of just how much we love each other. Or used to love each other…”

 

“Used to? You don't love me anymore?”

 

Yami shook his head. “I thought you didn't love me.”

 

“No, I…” Yuugi's voice trailed away. He ran a hand up and down Yami's chest and stomach. “I could never stop loving you.”

 

Yami kissed Yuugi and pushed his mouth inside the model's mouth to explore the moist cavern. Yuugi rubbed Yami's lower back and moved his hands lower to grip Yami's ass. Yami moaned into the kiss and pressed his hardening erection against Yuugi's crotch.

 

Yuugi broke away from the kiss to moan softly and get some oxygen. “Want to move back in with me?”

 

“Yes I would.”

 

“Good. It's been kinda cold at night. I could use someone to keep me warm.”

 

Yami chuckled and kissed Yuugi's cheek. Better go do your shoot before they come looking for you.”

 

Yuugi cursed under his breath. “Okay.” He gave Yami a closed-mouth kiss before whispering, “Love you, Yami.”

 

“Love you too, Yuugi koi…with all my heart.” Yami said.

—Don't they always get back together near the end? Chapter 11 is just gonna be another lemon to close out everything. Yes, Chapter 11 is the last chapter. But Rizu needs help with trying to decide what her next fanfic is gonna be. Warning: neither is gonna be Yami/Yuugi.

 

—New Fanfic 1: The title is Love Is Not Blind. The setting is ancient Egypt when Atemu is pharaoh. A blind dancer named Samira is entertaining guests at the palace is taken by a couple guards and dragged away to be raped. Samira is saved by Priest Isis and Isis takes her to Atemu's chambers as a personal servant to the Pharaoh. Atemu ends up falling for Samira and they share an unbreakable bond of love together. —New Fanfic 2: The title is Stealing My Heart. This will be my first Ryou/Bakura fanfic. The setting is also ancient Egypt when Atemu is pharaoh. This takes place before Mahaado is killed and before the Thief King raids Pharaoh Akunumkanon's tomb. Ryou is a petty pickpocket who is trying to survive in the world. But people consider him a “white-haired demon” and drive him away. He finds comfort and much more in the arms of a Thief King. Rated NC-17 for violence, Ryou/Bakura sex, and more cursing.
