Hey all! It's me, KarouMazaki with my first story. I hope that you like it, as I had much fun writing it.

Coupling: Seto/Karou

Disclaimer: Karou, Kairi, and the Blue White Magician Girl are my own characters. Other characters belong to 4 Kids and the greatest writer ever.

Japanese Terms and English translation will be in (). If you tend to see the Japanese term, then you would know the English translation for it. I also have Isis still having the Sunnen Necklace, and Seto is going to duel Yami Marik instead of Yami and Yuugi.

A little information about the Blue White Magician Girl: Karou's soul holds the key to releasing the powerful Magician Girl. In Ancient Egypt, the High Priest Seto offered the Priestess Karou's soul, and by doing so, Seto was able to bring out the Magician Girl. But in doing so, the Priestess's life was taken. And that's your History lesson for today! Go on, read the story. I mean it!!!!!! Go on!!!!!

The True Bond of Blue Love

"Please try to hold on, Karou-chan. Brother is out there right now fighting to bring your mind back." pleaded Kaiba Mokuba as Mazaki Karou was sleeping on the bed, and Mokuba could hear that Karou was breathing heavily.

Ishtar Isis was sitting down next to Rishid's bed, when the Millennium Necklace began to glow. 'The Millennium Necklace is glowing?!? But why?' thought Isis as she placed a hand on the Necklace, and she closed her eyes.

~Start Flashback~

A young female that had dark brown hair and closed eyes was being held by another figure, and the female opened her dark purple eyes to look up at the figure.

~End Flashback~

(Author's Note: Okay. So, Isis's flashback was very short. But I will make it up for it later in the story. *gets hit by a mallet* Go back to reading the story) Isis gasped when she opened her eyes, and she could hardly breath. 'What was that?' thought Isis as she tried to calm herself down, and then she felt yet another pain.

Kairi appeared in the door, and Isis turned to face the young Egyptian girl. "Isis-chan, I will take care of Odion, while you go see Seto Kaiba." replied Kairi as Isis got up and she looked at Kairi. "Thank You, Kairi-chan."

Seto and Marik were waiting for the duel to begin, and Seto saw that Tea, Joey, Tristan, and Yami came to see the duel. "Looks like your girlfriend's friends are here to watch this Shadow Game." said Marik as he turned to face Seto, and then Tea placed a hand on her arm. "I hope that Seto will be able to bring Karou's mind back from the Shadow Realm." said Shizuka as Jounouchi looked at Yami and Tea. (Author's Note: If you see 'Atashi' and 'Boku' for 'I', the reason why is that 'Atashi' is used for females, and 'Boku' is used for Males. *gets hit by the mallet again*. Sorry. I'll leave you to reading.)

"I will start the duel, and I play Red Archery Girl in Attack Mode, then place Two Cards down which finish my turn." said Seto as the Red Archery Girl appeared onto the field, along with the two cards behind her. Marik had to smirk as he drew his card. "Already hurrying to save your girlfriend's mind? You won't be to do it at that rate." replied Marik.

The duel kept going, with Marik's life points still at Four Thousand, and Seto's life points at Two Thousand. Marik had his Winged Dragon of Ra on the field, and Seto was falling behind. "Looks like your attempt to save the young maiden's mind failed," said Marik as Seto looked at his hand, and he looked at his Duel Disk. "My Turn is not complete yet, and I believe that a sacrification of the soul is in order." added Marik as he smirked wider.

Isis appeared just in time to see that her brother was bringing the soul of Karou to the field and then she remembered what Kairi had said back in the museum.

~Start Flashback~

Kairi and Isis were looking at some of at the stone tablets that had arrived in the Domino Museum, and Kairi was looking at one special tablet. "Isis-sama, please come over here," said Kairi as the young Ishtar walked over to where Kairi was, and she was surprised at what she saw. "This tablet shows that the High Priest had offered the soul of the Court Priestess. But I wonder what it was about." said Kairi.

~End Flashback~

"Marik, your actions have gone too far. You aren't the one that is suppose to offer the young maiden." spoke Isis, which caused confusion to appear around the arena.

'What is that woman talking about? And what did she mean by Marik's actions?' thought Seto as Isis walked over to Karou's sleeping soul, and turned around to face Seto, while Kairi appeared onto the arena. "Listen to me, Kaiba Seto. You resemble the High Priest who loved and fought to protect the Court Priestess Five Thousand years ago. Therefore, you are the one who can bring forth the soul of Karou's heart," said Kairi while Isis gave the soul to Seto.

Seto could hardly believe it. Whatever Karou's heart held in it, he was the key to unlocking it. "My turn, and I play the Magic Card Monster Reborn to bring back Red Archery Girl." As soon as Seto said the words, the Dark Magician Girl, AirKnight Parshath, and Red Archery Girl combined their powers together, and created a bright light that surrounded Karou's soul. "Now I offer Dark Magician Girl and Red Archery Girl in order to summon a new kind of Magician Girl to the field." The bright light shone brighter as a figure appeared: A left arm that had blue white colors on the wrist was shown, along with another arm that had a light blue magician staff in the hand. The skirt and legs appeared as well with light brown hair shown. Bright white wings appeared on the back of the figure as she opened her dark purple eyes, and she giggled before she twirled around and posed. "Behold! The Blue White Magician Girl," said Seto as the Magician Girl floated in mid-air.

'Impossible! But I was suppose to bring out that monster.' thought Marik as the Blue White Magician Girl was standing in front of him, and then Marik had to laugh at Seto. "You had wasted your turn, trying to summon that new Magician Girl to the field, but she's not powerful enough to defend your life points. My Egyptian God Ra will finish her off!" laughed Marik as Ra got ready to attack the Blue White Magician Girl, and she got ready to attack back.

"If Blue White Magician Girl gets destroyed, Seto's life points will be gone." said Tea as Joey, Yami, Tristan, Isis, Kairi, Serenity, and Mokuba were still watching the duel, and Kairi was thinking about the Blue White Magician Girl. "I highly doubt it, Tea. That monster has some very special effects. I hope that Seto will figure them out." replied Kairi as Tea bit her lip hard.

"Your Magician girlfriend is destroyed, and so is the rest of your life points." said Marik as Ra's attack hit the Magician Girl; but Marik was shocked when Seto was laughing. "You thought that destroying my Magician Girl would be easy? Well, you guessed wrong. Blue White Magician Girl gains Five Thousand points for every Blue Eyes White Dragon that is in my Graveyard. That means my Magician Girl is at Thirty Five Thousand, and I also activated my face down card, which was Negate Attack." said Seto as the Magician Girl let out a sigh of relief, and she looked back at Seto.

"Way to go, Big Brother! You protected your monster," shouted Mokuba as Joey hugged Tea tightly, while Kairi and Isis could only nod at each other. The Magician Girl raised her staff to the sky as she begins to glow brightly, and Seto saw that his Blue Eyes White Dragon appeared besides the Magician Girl. "Don't worry, Seto. Because of yourfaith in me, Iam able to show some of my special effects." Seto shook his head as if trying to find out where the voice was coming from, and he looked at the Magician Girl.

The duel was almost over, and Marik had lost nearly all of his life points. "Looks like your life points are almost gone now. Just one more attack from my Magician Girl, and you will be gone." said Seto as he closed his eyes. 'Then Karou's mind will be free from the Shadow Realm, and everything will be back to normal. Hold on, Karou. I will save you, just like I promised when we were little kids.'

~Start Flashback~

Mazaki Karou and Kaiba Seto were playing on the playground in the orphanage, when Karou looked at Seto. "What is the matter, Karou?" asked Seto as he looked at Karou's usual light and peaceful eyes, and then Karou gave the young Kaiba a kiss on the cheek. "I am afraid of you forgetting me." replied Karou as Seto placed a hand on the young Mazaki's face. "I will never forget you. If anything ever happens to you, I will protect you." answered Seto. Karou had to giggle as she brought out her pinkie. "Pinkie promise?" "Pinkie promise."

~End Flashback~

"Now, Blue White Magician Girl and Dark Magician Girl, attack Marik's life points with Dark and Blue White Magic Attack!" shouted Seto as the two Magician Girls combined their powers, and aimed it directly at Marik, bringing his life points down to Zero.

"The winner of the duel is Mr. Kaiba." shouted the referee as the Shadow Realm disappeared, and everyone cheered. "Seto did it! He won against that creep, and he also won Karou's mind back!" shouted Joey as Tea and Serenity hugged each other. Yami, Kairi, and Isis were looking at Marik, who was laughing, and the cheering stopped. "You thought that you won against me?!? Guess again! You may have saved the young maiden's mind from the Shadow Realm, but the others who were sent there aren't going to be free." laughed Marik as Joey remembered sore Mai Valentine's mind was also in the Shadow Realm. Tea and Yami also remembered that their friend Bakura Ryou's mind was sent there as well.

"Wake up, Karou. Come on. Seto won the duel against Marik, so you should have gotten your mind back." said Serenity as she, Tea, Mokuba, Yami, Tristan, and Joey were standing by her bedside, waiting for her to wake up. The door opened to reveal that Kairi was standing there, and she looked like she had just witnessed a horrible sight. "My Pharaoh, I have some bad news. It seems that Karou's mind was not returned like Marik's evil side had promised." said Kairi as Yuugi appeared besides Yami, and he was shocked to hear the news.

'No. . . It can't be happening. . . Karou's mind still belongs to the Shadow Realm. . .' thought Yuugi as Yami looked at his Hikari, and then at the young Mazaki who had always supported his Hikari through everything that he had been through.

Seto was looking out of the craft's windows, when he heard some giggling. "Who is it?!?" shouted Seto, and then he softened when he saw the Blue White Magician Girl appear in front of him. "Aren't yousurprised to see me again, Seto? Icame to see youbecause. . . well. . . I amstill trapped in the ShadowRealm.""What?!? But Iwon theduel. That meant that yourmind should have been freed.""Iknow that. But youmust understand, Seto. . . Please, let Yuugi-san duel against Marik's evil side. I amsure thathe will set me and everyoneelse free."After that, the Magician Girl disappeared into the shadows, and Seto was left with a single tear falling from his eyes. 'I will let Yuugi duel against Marik, and I hope that he will set Karou's mind free.' thought Seto as he walked out of the room, not knowing that the Magician Girl smiling as she disappeared back to the Shadow Realm.
