'Thank god, you're okay!'
I felt the need to throw up. It didn't take long before my clothes were covered. My head was spinning. Nevertheless, I got up and asked for Joey's jacket. Probably worried about my current state and his clean jacket, he hesitated to hand it over, but gave in. I went into the sea and covered myself in the water.
As Joey and Yugi noticed that I was taking off my clothes, their heads turned red. I came out of the water with Joey's jacket wrapped around me like a dress. My dirty clothes were soaking in the water.
'We fish eat, than go. I mean.. Go to duel. Yes, dueling shall we! Hungry?'
I gave Joey a quick kiss on the cheek. He was so cute when he did that. Not boyfriend cute, but he tried so hard it called for at least a little reward.
His head was still red as a tomato, as we sat down to eat. I needed to get separated from everyone else, so that I could look for Kaiba and defeat him. I had to destroy him like I did last time. Other duelists may fear his three Blue Eyes White Dragons, but I didn't.
I had finished my meal fast, and stood up to leave.
'Where do you think you're going, dressed like that?'
Typical Honda.
'I'm going to take a stroll, get off my case.'
We were about to fight, again. The same old discussion about my freedom as the successor of my mother's company. Honda was a second away from opening his mouth, when a cold voice prevented him from speaking.
'My my.. What luck running into you again, beautiful. How's it going? Still only two star chips? Don't tell me that you haven't battled yet, gorgeous.'
I wanted to use my ring to put on my battle face. Yugi couldn't control Yami within him, but I could control my other-self, and merged with her somehow, or she merged with me. We were me, but better. But as much as I wanted to use it to crush Kaiba, I couldn't use it now. Honda couldn't find out, or he'd take the ring from me.
Kaiba walked up to me and gently grabbed my chin. He was angry, suddenly I felt frightened.
'Maybe this pose would be more familiar if I'd pin you to a tree. Right, my little maid?'
My shocked expression gave him power, but how could he have known? Did he spy on me, was he watching me this whole time?'
'Afraid are you? Well, let me give you something to be afraid about. I have restored the chip in your body, and I can activate it whenever I want to. How's that,  my beautiful.'
'Shut up Kaiba, you're bluffing.'
Normally I would have been able to control the power from my ring, but this time the pain came back, and soon after my battle face had been revealed. I didn't want to do this in front of Kaiba, because I knew he would love it. He used to put it on me when he chained me, saying 'it would be more fun'.
But there I was, with my hair long and red, black boots over my knees and black fabric nearly covering my private parts. Kaiba responded as I predicted.
'Oh Raven, for me? You shouldn't have, now you'll make things twice as much fun.
Why don't you just surrender now and come with me, otherwise, I'll leave you no
choice.'
I was quick, and unbalanced Kaiba. I pinned him to the ground, just like he had done to me yesterday. As I looked up, I saw Yugi, Joey, Honda and even Anzu in full shock. Yugi's puzzle started to glow and Yami appeared. He looked at me, moving his lips. He was.. He was saying everything would be alright. He actually cared.
I didn't pay attention and Kaiba rolled around, reversing the roles.
'Bad move, gorgeous. You shouldn't disobey your master. Now you're mine.'
Before Kaiba could do anything, Yugi and Joey had jumped  him. As they were rolling around on the ground, I had returned to normal.
'Get off of him!'
Yugi and Joey looked surprised, but did as I said. Kaiba looked at me with hate flowing through his eyes. I stood in front of him and had to fight myself not to kick him.
'Now go the fuck away, and leave me alone, Seto Kaiba!'
Kaiba grinned, as he stood up and came closer.
'Oh, my little maid. You think I am bluffing, but deep down inside you 're scared that
I'm telling the truth, which I am. You can't hide behind Yami forever, you'll be alone
at some point, and than I'll strike, my maid.'
Honda didn't interfere. I think he knew Kaiba was a combat master, and that he could easily wipe the floor with him.
'Ha, you think I'm scared of you? Kaiba, I know you're bluffing, so let's go.'
Kaiba looked surprised.
'Go? Where to?'
'You said you wanted to be alone with me. Let's do that then. We'll go somewhere
private, and duel. If you win, you can 'activate' the chip and if you lose, you'll give
the 'activator' to me.'
Yami screamed something, about how I shouldn't go alone. But I didn't care anymore. Kaiba was bluffing, and that was all. If I could beat him once again, I would be a bit more free.
'Raven, wait! What are you talking about? What is this chip and why does he keep
calling you his maid? How do you even know this creep?'
Honda grabbed my arm, but I shook him off.
'Don't mind my business. I'm going with him to defeat him. I'll be back tonight.'
Again someone stopped me. This time it was Yami. He enchanted me with his eyes, his determination.
'Don't go Raven, please. You don't have to prove yourself. You know what could
happen.'
Kaiba immediately saw what Yami was saying.
'My my. Gorgeous, did you spill the beans on our little secret. That's is not
something you do to your master.'
'Shut the hell up, Kaiba! Raven isn't your maid, and she won't be. So leave, and stay
away! We don't need scum like you around.'
'How cute. Did you fall in love with my beautiful, Yami?'
I saw how everyone turned their eyes on Yami. He suddenly didn't look so calm. He recovered by saying that he didn't want me to get hurt.
Without a warning, Kaiba reached in his pocket for a small remote, that looked like a card. His grin turned even more evil and his eyes only focused on me.
'This has been fun, but it took too much time. Now I'm impatient. Let's duel.'
