Jaden reached her locker and cubicle area to get her things. As she was shvoing books into her locker, she felt goosebumps running up her arm and spun around. She fully expected to see Bakura right by her side but he wasn't. She narrowed her eyes and went back to her locker. A hand fell onto her shoulder and she droppped her book bag in surprise.

"Hey Jaden. I can't wait for the weekend to start, it being the beginning of the Summer Festival and all. Well, yeah, because of that, I decided not to open the store this weekend. Grandpa never does on this weekend anyways. He never gets business when there's something really exciting going on in the city." Yugi said with a big smile on his face.

Jaden returned his smile with one of her own.

"That's fine by me. I haven't been to the Summer festival in a year or two. This is going to be awesome." Jaden said shoving the last of her books into her locker. At first she couldnt' figure out why the teachers didn't assign homework this weekend, but now she knew why.

"Oh, and since the middle school's had half a day of school today, Mokuba came by to surprise his brother, before he ran into his office for the rest of the day. Mokuba is outside and he wanted to know if he could see you." Yugi said quietly. Some students, especially the girls, in their school were overly fond of Seto Kaiba.

Jaden nodded her head and shut her locker. She turned and looked down at Yugi who was readjusting the straps of his book bag on his shoulders.

"Geez, who'd think some little kid would ever take a liking to me?" Jaden said and allowed herself a small giggle. Yugi's eyes widened in surprise and slightly narrowing his eyes muttered under his breath:

"I know some other guys that seem to have taken a liking to you..."

Jaden whipped her head at him but continued walking with him to the front door and outside.

Once they were outside, Yugi steered Jaden towards the small group that had just recently accepted Jaden into their circle of friends. Tea`, Joey, Devlin, Tristan and Bakura were standing with Mokuba next to a sleek black limosuine, Kaiba a few paces away, leaning next to the Limo with his arms crossed over his chest. He was merely waiting for his little brother to finish up. His brother didn't have many friends and he couldn't see himself being the bad guy by shoving him away from people that seem to like him and vice versa. Why he liked any of them, he couldn't figure that out.

As Jaden and Yugi neared the group, Bakura looked up and saw her. Yugi gave her a little nudge in her side and then again when Devlin looked up and smiled at her. Jaden dropped her gaze down to Yugi and he looked back up at her with a small smile on her lips.

Jaden's face flushed a little bit, but she managed to push it down and away before anyone got to close to notice. Jaden turned her gaze away from the two guys to Mokuba who was talking to Joey and had his back to Jaden. Tea`s eyes widened when she saw Jaden and then she smiled when she saw Yugi make his way over to stand next to her.

"Yeah, some girls are just so weird at my school Joey. They call me cute and ask about Seto. I think sometimes they're possesed." Mokuba said shrugging his shoudlers. Joey and Tea and Yugi all laughed but Jaden got right up behind and bent down to be on his level.

"I don't blame them Mokuba, you're just so cute, what girl wouldn't act all weird around you?" Jaden asked him. At the sound of her voice Mokuba whipped around and jumped away at seeing how close she was to him. When she was done talking he ran to her and because she was crouching down he tackled her to the ground.

"Oops..." Mokuba said standing up along with Jaden.
He looked up at her with a questioning gaze and she smiled back at him after dusting her rear end off. When she had fallen she had managed to keep her legs crossed and had reached a hand down to keep her skirt down. The guys eyes widened in surprise but went back to normal after nothing had happend. Mokuba leapt at her and gave her a as big a hug as he could. Jaden looked down at her midsection where the little guy was hugging her. At first surprised danced across her face and then after a moment or two, she lowered her arms and gave him a full hug right back. A couple of seconds later he let go and backed up.

"Jaden, I'm so happy that you didn't go back to the streets. This is so cool! I thought that you were going to disappear." Mokuba exclaimed.

"Sorry about that Mokuba. Just so you know I was going to go ahead and disappear into the hordes of crowds in Japan, but as fate would have it, I now work for Mr. Motou. Much thanks to my previous boss." Jaden replied.

"Awesome, are you going to the festival tomorrow?" Mokuba asked hopping from one foot to the other. The kid couldn't keep still when he became excited. She secretly wondered if he had sugar packettes stored somewhere in the pockets of his clothing. Jaden looked over at Tea`, an idea forming in her head.

"The Summer Festival? Is everyone here going?" asked Jaden to her and the rest of the group. Everyone pretty much replied in the positive, yeah they were going.

"I'll be having some Dungeon Dice Monsters exhibit and new features set up there. I'd be more then happy to give you a personal tour of it all at the Festivel tomorrow Jaden." Devlin said stepping forward a bit. Jaden looked him back in his eyes, and found herself liking him bit by bit.

"That'd be really awesome Devlin." Jaden replied. Out of the corner of her eye she saw Bakura frown and then narrow his eyes at Devlin. She shrugged it off.
Tea` on the other hand saw Bakura's reaction and felt a slight twinge of sympathy for him.

"Um, so are any of us going to do anything tonight?" asked Tea`. Jaden spun around to face her and smiled, without taking her eyes of Tea` she made a small announcement.

"I think Tea` deserves a break from hanging out with you guys for a bit and should come dancing with me tonight." Jaden said and smiled at her surprised reaction.

"Dancing? Where? Everywhere around here won't let us in, due to underage." Tea` said surprised.
"What about me? I'm an excellent dancer! Thanks to Dance Dance Revolution!" Joey said moving around in an ungangly manner. Tristan promptly slapped him upside the head.

"Knock it off Joey. You'll scare Mokuba!" Tristan said matter of factly.

Joey spun on his heel after being slappe dupside the head and shoved his face into Tristans.
"Why I outta-" Joey yelled and in the next instant both teens were fighting each other. Yugi Tea and Jaden all sweatdropped in embrassment and gave a small embarassed sigh.

"Oh man...so anyways, you want to Tea`? And yeah, I do know a place where we can go and won't be considered underage..." Jaden said.

Tea` looked a bit skeptical. She put her arm up behind her head and gave her a smile.

"Sure! I'm game!!" said Tea`, though a bit of uncertainty crept into her voice.

"Great!" said Jaden.

"So where is this Dance club that you can get into if you're under 20?" Devlin asked. He had an eyebrow cockily raised and a smile on his face. Jaden stared at him for a moment before smiling.

"You've been there before, haven't you?" asked Jaden. Though to the others it sounded more like a statement.

"Yeah, are you sure you want to go there?" he asked.

"Hmm...I don't remember ever seeing you there..." Jaden said trailing off a bit. "I know if I had ever seen you I would have remembered." Jaden said studying him even more. Devlin smirked at her reply, at how she sidestepped his question.

Bakura was watching and growing a bit impatient more and more as she and Devlin continued to talk.

"Ok, I only went there a few times. You probably wouldn't have seen me, because I'm really not a regular." Devlin finally admitted. Jaden just nodded her head once in reply. She winked at him and turned back to Tea`.

"We'll be fine. No one messes with me down there and anyone with me, well, you'll see. You'll be in the safest hands possible." Jaden said.

"Uh..alright..." Tea` said. Yugi looked worried and looked up at Jaden.

"Don't get into trouble tonight Jaden." Yugi warned.

"Don't worry Yugi. I'd never do anything to jeopardize Tea's safety and my job." she said. Yugi nodded.

"Ok, but we really have to get you something to wear there tonight. If you show up there the way you usually are, I'll be in deep crap. So let's head to the mall! Bye Mokuba!" Jaden grabbed Tea`'s hand and ran her out from away from the guys.

The guys stood there stunned at the sudden departure of the girls. Kaiba gave a short inaudible growl and told Mokuba to get into the limo. Mokuba waved bye to the last of the group and hoppped inside. Kaiba stared at Yugi for a second before getting into the limo and leaving the school at last.

Yugi turned to the other guys.

"How about we all hang out at my place tonight?" he asked.

Joey and Tristan finally stopped fighting and huffing from lack of air nodded their heads.

"Sure", said Bakura.

"Oh, I'll be there for sure..." said Devlin. From there they planned for the time and departed.

Later on that night after two hours of shopping in the high rish territory of town, Jaden and Tea` were in Jaden's room getting ready for tonight.

"Hey Jaden, do you notice the way Bakura acts around you? Is there something going on?" asked Tea`. Jaden looked at her carefully, as she was doing Tea`'s eye makeup.

"I think he'd like it if there was someting going on. But there's not." replied Jaden. She took a step back and smiled at her handiwork.

"You look awesome."

Tea` got up and looked at herself in the mirror.

"Whoa..." she breathed in.

"You're all done." Jaden said, finishing up her outfit by securing a chain around her waist. From outside their door and down the hall, the guys were goofing off in the living room. Tea` looked over at her friend and laughed.

"Oh my gods, I can't wait to see their reaction when they see us dressed like this!" Tea` exclaimed.

"Well, if you want you can go out there now. The taxi should be here any moment and you're all finished. I'll be out in a minute."

"K!" said Tea` ripping open the door and taking off down the hallway. Jaden listened to hear the guys reactions.

The living room area suddenly became quiet and then she heard Joey:

"Holy Crap Tea`! Um...yeah wow, you look good! Don'tcha think so Yug?" Joey said.

Jaden laughed inwardly to herself as she finished getting dressed.

"Tea` yeah." Yugi said. Jaden could then hear Tea` give a little giggle.

"Just you wait until you see Jaden guys!" she exclaimed.

Jaden just finished up and grabbing a small purse, snapped it onto one of her chains and walked out of the room. She walked down the hallway and to Tea`, adjusting one of her bracelets. She reached the living room and looked at Tea`.

"Is the Taxi here yet?" she asked. Tea shook her head no and then shrugged her head at Jaden to take a look at the guys.

Jaden peered over. Joey and Tristan's mouth were in the shape of a perfect 'O'. Yugi was still entranced by Tea's outfit, which was a pair of tight black leather pants and a black tube top that had a small silver bones and cross nesteled in between her breasts. Her hair was up and had some non-permenant black streaks added into it. Her eyes were done in the Egyptian style, as were Jadens. Black heeled knee high buckled boots completed the outfit. Devlin was eyeing Jaden up and down while Bakura was doing the same.

Jaden had on a small mini red plaid skirt. The sides were held together by huge bobby pins, and between each pin, skin was more then visible. She had on a pair of black healed knee high boots, much like Tea's. SHe had on a red tub top with a small ankh in the center between her breasts also. Her hair was put down and had the ends of them dyed a non permenant black. Her eyes were done the same as Tea's.

A honk of a car horn signaled the Taxi and with cya's flying out of their mouths, they left the stunned guys for a night out. Before they left, they did let the guys know that Tea` had her cell phone with them.

THe door shut behind them and a second later the Taxi was gone.

The guys all fell back onto their seats and looked at each other.

"Oh my gods..." said Bakura quietly.
