Amy pounded her fist on Bakura's back as they rode on his street bike down the highway into the city.

'"WHAT?!" He yelled in annoyance over his shoulder.

'"WHERE ARE WE GOING?!"

Bakura just shrugged and ignored her again.

Amy growled under her breath and pounded her fist on his back again.

'"IF YOU DO THAT ONE MORE TIME I'LL THROW YOU OFF THIS BIKE!"

'"THEN TELL ME WHERE WE'RE GOING! I WOULD LIKE TO GO HOME YOU KNOW!"

'"I ALREADY MADE IT-ARGH! JUST WAIT UNTIL WE GET THERE SO I DON'T HAVE TO YELL!"

Amy chose to grumble to herself throughout the rest of the ride through the city until they pulled up in front of the huge building that Bakura's father owned.

'She pulled off her helmet and glared at the white-haired boy as he stepped off his bike. "Care to explain what we're doing here?"

'"I already told you earlier today that I had to run a bunch of errands today. Did you listen?" Bakura asked in exasperation.

'"No." Amy stated as if it he wasn't important enough to listen to.

Bakura rolled his eyes. "Well, then it's your fault that we're stuck together for the next two hours! Maybe three."

'"You could have just told me to walk." Amy said, scrunching up her face in distaste at the thought of spending more time then she had to with him.

'"Right, I remember what happened the last time you walked home from school. Not that I really care. But my mother would crap on me and you know it!"

Bakura leaned down near her left leg and tried to root through a bag attached to his bike.

'"Well, then you should have just dropped me off at home first then!"

'"Move you're leg."

'"No." Amy said and crossed her arms over her chest.

'"Move you leg." He warned.

'"No."

'"Fine. I'll move it for you." He shrugged and lifted her leg up about 4 feet and let her go.

Amy shrieked in surprise as she tumbled off the bike and hit the ground with a thud.

'"OWW!" She yelled furiously. "ASSHOLE!"

'"I told you to move."

'"You could have asked nicely instead of acting like some God talking to trash!" She snapped as she slowly got up from her sprawled out position.

'"Didn't I say you were the garbage disposal?" Bakura asked in mock thought.

'"Shut up you egotistic bastard!" She fumed. Steam was practically coming out of her ears!

Bakura cackled softly before glaring at her. "Shut up and let's go. Or would you like me to tie you to a tree and leave you there?"

'"That's NOT funny!"

' "Malik! You passed my house!" Rei cried as she twisted in her seat to follow her house with her eyes until it was out of sight.

'"Oh did I? Oops." He shrugged. "I guess that means you're just going to have to come home with me, huh?"

Rei stared at him. What was up with him today? He just refuses to take her home! What's the deal?

'"Besides, you're car won't be ready for another hour."

'"So? I have my brother you know, I mean my reincarnation at home." She replied, raising an eyebrow. As much as she hated to admit it she didn't want to leave him. She cherished every second that they shared together. As sick as that sounded.

Malik just shrugged as he pulled into his long drive. "You wouldn't have a bathing suit right?"

'"No. I don't exactly take one to school with me."

'"You can borrow one of my sister's then."

'"Why?"

'"I figured we could take a swim to pass the time." He shrugged again and looked at her before parking.

' "Sweetheart! You're finally home. Oh, Rei, hunny! How are you dear?" Malik's mother asked as she came over and kissed her son on the forehead before giving Rei a hug. "It's been awhile.( Just say that Malik's mother is alive..)

'"Yes. I'm good! How are you, Mrs. Ishtar?"

'"Fine dear." The older woman smiled warmly before turning her attention back to her son. "Malik I'm going out for a bit. Isis is at her friends place. If you haven't eaten fix yourselves something. All right? Have a good time."

'She was gone out the door within the next minute.

'"Look at that. The place all to our selves." Malik smirked before kicking off his sandals and jogging up the wide stairs to the kitchen.

Rei followed suit and raised her eyebrow. "Didn't we just eat? As if you're hungry."

'"I'm not. Can't a guy get a drink? What's with your crabbiness? Do I need to throw you in the pool to cool you off?"

'She shrugged. She honestly didn't know why she was giving him some attitude. She guessed it was like protection or something.

'"Do you want to swim?" He asked after a minute.

'"Sure. But I don't have a swim suit."

'"I'll get one of Isis's." He shrugged.

'She followed him up another set of wide stairs that led to a long hallway that was shared by him and his sister. His mother had the other side of the place.

'He rooted through a couple of her drawers before pulling out a scarlet bikini and tossing it at her.

' "If I have a bruise on my ass I'm gonna be kickin YOUR ass." Amy grumbled as she stepped off the bike for the second time.

'"Awe, want me to check?" Bakura smirked as he tugged on the waistband of her white mini skirt.

'"Don't push it!" She growled as she tossed his hand away.

'"Just shut up and follow me. I don't want you saying a thing in here alright?" Bakura said with a straight face.

'"Fine, whatever. Just hurry up. I am BORED."

'"Then go home." Bakura shrugged.

'"How? Walk?!"

Bakura shrugged. "Take a cab."

'"With what money? I don't have any cash on me." Amy grumbled.

Bakura didn't say anything to that. Just shrugged and dug into his back pocket. He pulled out his wallet and proceeded to take money out.

'"NO! Keep you're money! What do I look like?! A freeloader?!" She snapped, insulted.

'"If you want to go, then go the fuck home! I don't need you constantly irritating me!" Bakura snapped, thrusting thirty dollars into her hand.

Amy nearly saw red and flung his money back at him before turning on her heel and walking back over to the bike. She yanked her school bag off and began walking in the direction of home.

'She didn't get very far before someone grasped her arm and yanked her around.

'She came face to face with a very pissed off Bakura. "What? You have another wish to be mugged?!" He snarled.

'"NO! I just want to get away from you! I'm not some charity case asshole!" She snarled back.

'Nearly gasping in horror, Amy found herself blinking back tears over this and silently cursed herself for showing a weakness. It wasn't her fault that everyone she knew was rich and well…she wasn't. It sucked and Bakura giving her money like that when they weren't even friends just felt completely degrading to her! It reminded her of how lowly her life was compared to his, compared to everyone's in fact. It was always rubbed in her face when her friends would go to concerts or vacation trips like France. She couldn't go to any of that. She couldn't afford it and she hated it when Rei always popped up with a concert ticket for her or something like that. She felt like a mooch with her own best friend! Like hell she was going to take money from her enemy!

'"Just leave me alone!" She snapped, still blinking back tears.

Bakura growled low in his throat, tightening his grasp on her arm. "Come on! I don't have all fucken day!"

'"NO! I said leave me alone!" She swung out and tried to hit him but he caught her fist and forced it down to her side. She tried to remove her other arm from his grasp but was finding it futile.

'"I hate you!" She spat, glaring up at him.

Amy gasped in anger when Bakura glared angrily at her before swooping down and crushing his lips to hers!

'She tried to struggle out of his grasp but found her attempts strangely weak until she wasn't fighting him anymore.

'A tingle began in her lips as he bit down on her bottom lip causing her to gasp. He slipped his tongue past her lips and massaged it with her own.

Amy moaned low in her throat as Bakura loosened his grip and slid his hand up her arm and around her neck where he grasped her hair, dragging her head back on an angle. He then deepened the kiss.

'"Get a room!" Someone sighed as they passed the two on the sidewalk.

'That snapped them back to reality and they shot away from one another.

Amy gasped in horror at what just happened. Bakura had kissed her and she….she…liked it?!

Rei made a clean dive into the pool over Malik and resurfaced in the shallow end. It felt so good to just relax after that episode with her car.

'She sighed in bliss and swam lazily on her back into the deep end.

'"Enjoying yourself I take it?" Malik smirked. "That bikini is certainly enjoying you."

'"Pig!" Rei blushed as she up-righted herself to glare at him.

'"What?" He asked in mock innocence. "You don't like my compliment?"

'He swam closer to her. Rei's heart began to pound in her chest and she swam back.

Malik's smirk widened into a sly grin as he continued to advance on her.

'"Malik…" She trailed as she continued to swim back until her back came in contact with the side of the pool near the shallow end.

'"What?" he asked in a voice tinted with huskiness.

'She shivered at his tone and looked away from his hypnotizing lavendar eyes, looking for the ladder.

'She spotted it a couple of feet away and inched towards it quickly, keeping her back against the wall.

'"Where are you going?" Malik mocked as he closed the distance between them just as her back came in contact with the ladder.

'"Umm, getting out.." She trailed. Her mouth was running dry as she watched him glance down at her lips. She burned for him to kiss her again like he did at McDonalds but knew that it was wrong because of Kaiba so she began to inch her way up the ladder.

Malik smirked as he watched her do this and to her horror he mounted the ladder with her, following her as she slid back onto the pool deck.

'"Malik…." She trailed again. "Stop.."

'"Do you really want me to?" He asked as he stared down at her with hunger in his eyes.

'"I…" Rei tried desperately to look away from his gorgeous lavendar eyes but found it completely impossible. She watched helplessly as he crawled over her, pushing her flat on her back. He straddled her hips and slowly slid her arms up above her head and pinned them there gently without breaking eye contact.

'With wide eyes Rei watched as he slowly leaned down until his lips were just a cm away from her own.

'"Do you want me to kiss you?" He whispered huskily.

'She tried to force herself to say no, to be loyal to Seto. Horror plagued her as she found herself whispering yes and leaning up to meet his lips.
