Rei tried hard to calm her breathing. Her mind was whirling. She didn't know what to think. She just had sex with Malik Ishtar, her long time crush! What was a girl supposed to think especially when you were trying to get over him and had a boyfriend!

'Guilt washed over her as she thought about Kaiba. He had been treating her so well and here she was two-timing him behind his back. What kind of a person was she? This was a mess.

'She opened her eyes and looked down at Malik who was lying over her with his cheek resting against her shoulder, trying to catch his breath as well. Her heart swelled and she knew that she didn't regret a single moment with him. She loved him and it was obvious that she was never going to love anyone else.

Malik took one last deep breath and pushed himself up. He glanced down at her for a second before turning his attention to a sound that came from the house.

'"Shit!" He exclaimed in a whisper and shot over to where he had thrown his trunks and quickly threw them back on. "Hurry up and collect yourself! Someone's home!"

Rei's eyes widened in panic as she scrambled up and grabbed the two pieces of his sister's bikini.

Malik disappeared up the steps to the lounging deck and said hey to an unknown figure.

Rei quickly threw the bikini on as fast as she could while she listened to what was going on.

'"You are home. I was beginning to wonder. There was a phone call for you saying that your car is fixed and waiting to be picked up. It must have been a wrong number because your car is sitting in the driveway." Isis said.

'"No, no. They had the right number. A friend of mine is here. It's her car that's in the shop, it wouldn't start for her after school and I called my mechanic to fix it for her. We were just taking a swim, passing the time." Malik replied.

Rei sighed in relief at how quickly and perfect that sounded. But it wasn't like it was a lie anyway. She made sure that she was completely collected before making her appearance.

'"Well, if it isn't Rei Aiyanamei! It's been a long time since you've been over here!" Isis stated as she winked at her.

'"Yeah..." She replied with a smile.

'"So you're cars not working right, huh?" She asked.

'"No. I don't understand it! It's practically brand new!" Rei groaned, rolling her eyes.

Isis chuckled then turned back to Malik. "You better take her to go pick up her car."

Malik nodded and glanced at Rei.

' Amy glanced back over at Bakura as she heard him clear his throat.

'"Look, I really need to do these errands. Are you coming or going?" Bakura asked like nothing happened.

Amy shrugged. "I don't have any money to get me home so I guess I'm with you."

Bakura nodded and avoided her eyes as he turned on his heel and began walking over to his bike where he grabbed whatever it was that was needed and headed into the building.

Amy just walked over to his bike and climbed on. She preferred to just wait for him outside. She needed to think a little bit anyway.

'What was going on with her? Sure it was Bakura that had kissed her first but instead of punching his lights out she responded with an equal amount of lust as he! What was the matter with her brain! This was Bakura! Bakura Ryou her rival since birth! And they were just practically making out on the sidewalk in the middle of downtown! God she hoped anyone that knew them didn't see it! Like hell she wanted to put up with everyone saying; `Man, I told you that you and Bakura had it bad for one another!'

'People found their relationship very amusing and used to make kissing noises at them when they were kids. Amy used to lose it and pound whoever dared to do that again! At least it stopped the constant teasing.

'"Ready?" Bakura asked.

Amy snapped back to reality and stared at him as if he had two heads. "That was fast."

Bakura shrugged. "I was just making a delivery. Put this back on." He handed her, her helmet before slipping a couple of envelopes into a small pouch on his bike and grabbing his helmet.

'The next couple of stops were quickly done and Bakura dropped Amy off at home before taking off quickly without another word.

'She couldn't blame him! She honestly wanted to get away from him. He was confusing her. She had all these mixed feelings swirling around inside her and they definitely weren't welcome!

Rei walked to her first period class all giddy feeling the next morning. Her heart was soaring over what had taken place yesterday with Malik and she couldn't wait to talk to him about it.

'She faltered when Kaiba flashed through her. Oh no. What was she going to tell him? She wasn't going to say that she cheated on him! That would make him hate her and she didn't want that! She should just say that he was a great guy but they were better off as friends. Right? Right.

'"Dude! You know, you could seriously wait for me!" Someone called from down the hall behind her.

'"I'm sorry! I forgot…" Rei stumbled and flushed with guilt at forgetting about her best friend.

'"What is up with you? What did you do last night?" Amy asked in suspicion.

Rei's eyes widened before she glanced up and down the hall that was quickly clearing out for first period. She leaned in very close and whispered in Amy's ear. She then watched in amusement as Amy's eyes widened comical and she nearly fell over as her jaw hit the floor.

'"YOU WHAT?!?"

'"SHHHHH!!" Rei exclaimed in a panic.

'"I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT YOU SLE-" Amy started but Rei slapped a hand over her mouth.

Amy yelped as Rei's hand landed on her so hard and quickly that she ended up stumbling and falling clear on her ass!

'"Oh! I'm so sorry!" Rei cried with a laugh as she watched her friend rub her butt with a scrunched up face.

'"Dude, you are abusive!"

'"Well, it's your own fault! You were about to scream out what I just told you to the whole school!" Rei sighed, folding her arms across her chest and tilting her head on an angle that spoke that she was not impressed.

'"Sorry! You shocked me! It wasn't really registering and I had to yell it to be sure!" Amy smirked.

'"Right." Rei said, rolling her eyes as she helped Amy up from the floor.

'"Sitting in the dirt again?" A smooth voice mocked from behind them. "You know, I'm beginning to think that that's where you came from. After all you are only dirt under my feet."

Amy and Rei snapped their eyes on whoever said that and glared when they spotted Bakura and Malik

'"Well, yesterday I'd say that you thought something different." Amy smirked at Bakura.

Bakura faltered and a slight blush formed on his face before he scowled at her. "Yeah, well yesterday I wasn't myself."

'""Riiiggghhhttt." Amy nodded in mockery.

'"What are you talking about?" Rei asked her friend.

'There was something going on here and she obviously missed it. She glanced at Malik and found that he was looking between the two with the same confusion.

'"Yeah, what is she talking about?" He asked Bakura at last.

Bakura shrugged. "Nothing important."

'"Exactly. It was nothing important. And it sure as hell won't happen again!" Amy shot out.

Malik looked at her with raised eyebrows. "No one is leaving this spot until someone tells me what went on yesterday."

'"Yeah! I'm with him!" Rei stated, raising and eyebrow.

Amy and Bakura stood there staring each other down, ignoring their two friends.

'"Um, hello?" Rei said, tapping Amy on the arm.

'"What?"

'"Tell me what went on yesterday."

'"Not now. I'm busy."

Rei rolled her eyes. Good lord. "You're staring at Bakura…what is so busy about that?"

Amy blinked. "Huh. You are right. Now what do you want?"

'"Tell me what went on yesterday."

'"No way."

'"Aww! Come on!!" Rei whined, grasping her arm and shaking it.

'"Ugh. Fine. He kissed me." Amy groaned.

Rei froze and gaped at her best friend in complete shock! "What?"

'"No way…!" Malik said slowly, looking at Bakura.

Bakura glared angrily at Amy. "Nice going."

Amy shrugged. "What? It wasn't important. So, why not? Besides, it's not like I kissed you. YOU kissed ME."

Bakura growled under his breath and stormed past them.

Malik stood there staring at Amy in surprise and then smirked. "About time." He muttered before walking off as well.

Rei snapped out of her little trance and glared at Amy. "As if you waited this long to tell me!!"

'"What? I didn't think it was important."

'"Liar."

Amy shrugged and grinned sheepishly.

Amy sighed as she dropped off her schoolbooks from her last class of the day. It was time for gay detention…something that she wasn't looking forward to.

'"Have fun in detention girl." Rei winked.

Amy rolled her eyes and inwardly groaned. She was going to have to put up with this for a LONG time.

'"Yeah, yeah.. You talk to Malik yet?"

'"No…haven't been able to see him alone yet. And I think he's already gone home." Rei shrugged. "I'll just have to wait until the perfect time rolls around."

Amy nodded. She was having doubts over the situation. Malik was a player after all. So was Bakura. UGH! What did Bakura have to do with anything?! That egotistic white-haired freak did not deserve a space in her thoughts!

'"See you later alright?" Rei called as she headed towards the front entrance.

'"Yeah, later!"

'Dragging the minutes away…lingering away from Bakura, Amy had decided to organize her locker and pack her homework away.

'That was when she heard flirting going on, coming her way. Amy ignored it until it got closer and she recognized one of the voices.

'She frowned. This wasn't good….she looked up and stared as Malik walked down the hall hand in hand with some junior, digging his keys out of pocket.

'Amy's eyes widened for a split second before she regained her composure and turned back to her locker, pretending that she didn't notice them.

' "What are you so bitchy about?" Bakura snapped in annoyance as he snatched the broom away from Amy and finished cleaning up the dirt off the floor and hour after the Malik incident.

Amy just shrugged and then sighed. She whipped around to glare at him before saying: "What is so interesting about playing girls?"

Bakura stopped what he was doing and blinked. "What? Where did that come from??"

Amy shrugged again. "Just tell me."

Bakura took a breath and eyed her suspiciously before replying: "I don't know…the thrill."

'"What thrill? Of screwing as many chicks as you can?" Amy asked in disgust.

'"No…well, sort of. It's a thrill that you can win so easily over the opposite sex."

'She groaned and rolled her eyes. "Why must you be sexist!"

Bakura smirked. "Why not? Woman are the weaker sex."

'"You are looking for a bruising aren't you?!" Amy growled.

'"Oh, beat me baby!" Bakura husked in mockery.

Amy growled under her breath before stomping over to the door. "Finish this room yourself! I'm starting on the next!"

'"Awww, can't handle being in the same room as me? I'm too hot to handle, huh?" Bakura mocked.

'"Get bent you ass tissue!" Amy snapped before turning on her heel and storming away.
