Seto had heard Eric call for Joey, Serenity, Malick, and Merrick to wait for Raine to wake up and he gave a silent sigh of relief. He knew that everyone meant well, but Raine needed absolute peace and quiet in order to regain her strength, and she would have pushed herself into waking up too soon if everyone was standing over her all worried about her. He understood her better now than he had ever understood anyone before. 'Sure I've dated in the past, but I've never connected so strongly, so quickly with any of those other girls. With Raine, I don't have to second guess everything, I don't have to worry that all she wants is the social status that I can offer her. That's why I've been single and celibate for two years, the last relationship I had, I should have ended before everything blew up in my face. Tamara didn't want to be in love with me the person, she wanted the multi-billionaire, she couldn't accept my friends and she sure as hell couldn't accept my personality. I'm so glad I've found Raine.'

He had been silently following Nygun, the Dark Magician through the Magician's cottage and didn't even realize that they had stopped in front of a set of double doors. "You both may rest in here. It is Anakzana's room that she used when she was forced to recharge within the Shadow Realm. I have maintained it, and the enchantments still hold, anything you need will be made available, all you need to do is ask. The bed has already been turned down, and a fire lit."

"Thank you, Nygun. Please tell the others that I will stay with her, and let them know that when she wakes up, I will let them know." Seto nodded to the magician and with a bow, Nygun disappeared.

The doors opened at his command and he entered the room, he could tell that the room belonged to her. Even as Anakzana, she appreciated neutral colors, favoring the colors of burgundy, black, and silver. The whole room was done in those colors. He was amazed at the size of the room itself. In the center, on a low rise, was a giant silver four poster bed surrounded by burgundy drapes, the carpet was black, and the walls were a mixture of black, silver and burgundy drapery and paint, to his right there was an open giant bathing area with a walled off section for the loo, the fire place was directly behind a giant jacuzzi set in black and silver tile, on the other side of the bed, to his left since the bed was in the center of the room, stood a giant book case made out of black marble, and next to it was a bay window, covered in drapery of the same color. As soon as he reached the bed, the curtains parted, revealing the bed. It was covered in a black Egyptian cotton coverlet, satin burgundy sheets and throw pillows in silver and black.

'She really loves those colors, but they also look really good on her, I guess what works for her, we all have our favorite colors.' Seto smiled as he laid Raine down on the bed. He pulled one of the wing backed chairs beside the bed and sat down, her left hand clasped in both of his and rested his head on the bed, he'd take a little nap just until she woke up.

Nygun had walked out of his cottage to the gathering on the shores of Doom Lake and was met by Joey and Tristan.

"Nygun, is Raine going to be okay?" Joey asked.

"She'll be fine. She was exhausted, but with rest, she will be as good as new. I'd say she will awaken in a few hours. Now, if you will excuse me for a moment, I best go save the wild boar from Summoned Skull, he tends to burn the food, says that its too bland otherwise." the three men chuckled and Nygun walked over to the fire pit.

Joey and Tristan were shortly joined by Eric who had just left Noel when she got into a discussion of healing methods with Cicily, Lady and Rial. Eric smiled at the two and shook his head, "Only Raine could pull this off. Turning something that should be serious into a party. How is she, has there been any word?"

"Nygun said she'd be fine in a few hours. Have you met all the monsters yet?" Joey asked, he was amazed, all of the monsters had names and personalities, he was just now grasping the reality that was their lives.

"No, I've met the ones that are here, but Suko, the Summoned Skull has said that others will arrive once Raine awakens. He told me that Raine was to call a meeting, something about those forgotten being returned and the testing of those that would possess the items. I thought there were only eight items, but apparently, the monsters and Raine know of one more. I'm not sure what the whole situation is right now. I guess all we can do is wait."

Tristan nodded his head, "In the meantime, it looks like Mokuba and Serenity have a good idea. Why don't we go swimming with the sea monsters?"

Joey looked over in the direction that Tristan was gazing and laughed, indeed, Yugi, Ryou, Malick, Serenity, and Mokuba were swimming, Yami, Merrick, Bakura, Isis, Rashid, Tea and Mai were just getting ready to join them, "Yea, that sounds like a good idea. We can kill time doing that."

The three men soon joined the swimmers, they had even gotten the dragons to go swimming as well. Everyone settled down to wait for Raine to wake up.

Back in the room, an hour later, Seto woke up when he felt Raine remove her hand from his two.

"Morning, Dark Eyes. How do you feel?"

Raine smiled at him and yawned, "Refreshed. What about you, that can't be a comfortable sleeping position."

Sure enough, when Seto sat up fully, he had a crick in his neck, his hiss of pain gave it away, and Raine laughed.

"It's not funny." Seto whined.

"Yes it is you big baby." Raine chuckled, sliding out of the bed and motioning for Seto to lay down. When he did lay down on his stomach, she climbed up on him and straddled his hips, at first he wasn't sure of what she was doing, but when she placed her hands on his back and started rubbing he got the idea. Her hands were perfect for massaging, strong, but knowing when to be gentle. He groaned in pleasure as she worked the kinks out as best as she could.

"You know, Blue-Eyes, it would work better if you take your shirt off." Raine moved from his back as he turned around and sat up to do just that. 'Yikes, half naked Seto, man, am I drooling? He's positively yummy."

"Go ahead, Dark-Eyes. Make me moan." Seto realized he had a double meaning for those words. He was having to consciously restrain himself from reaching out to her. Instead of waiting for him to roll back over onto his stomach, Raine straddled his hips, bent over and with her lips very near his, she whispered, "I'll go you one more, for each moan you wring out of me, I'll wring one out of you."

With that said, she kissed him. They both realized their relationship was changing, and they prayed it was for the better.
