~~Seto's POV~~~`

 

March 6, 2006, 11:50 p.m.

 

~~Dream sequence~~~

 

I was in this familiar place then I heard a scream. I ran to where the scream and found a little girl bullied by 3 kids. I ran over to help but when I grabbed one of the bullies, my hand went through them.

 

“Is this a dream?” I asked to myself then I heard a voice from behind even the bullies and the girl. I turned around and saw me but in a kid form. I get it, I was in the orphanage. The kid-form stands up to the bullies for the girl. `The girl, she looks familiar...' I thought. When the fight ended, I from back then helped the girl up and they started to introduce themselves.

 

“Hi I'm Seto Yagakamiya (not his last name), well not anymore” said the little version of me and then he asked to the girl, “what's yours?”

 

“Kanashii...and I don't know my last name because I'm an orphan” she said sadly but then she made a smile which made the little me happy.

 

Then the ground started to shake and all the scenes from the front of my eyes were changing. All the background was pitch black except that a light shine on me. I look around no one was there then I heard a sound. I was a little scared and also annoyed then I felt something behind. I turned around quick and saw the same little girl that little version of me save, Kanashii but this was different. She was wearing this white clean but torn evening sleeping dress, her eyes were covered by her bangs, hair was not bright as yellow but it was a dark, skin so white she looks like she died, and her star from her left cheek was black.

 

I look closer to see her eyes, it opened and I saw dark eyes instead of white. I blink and she disappeared. “Where'd she go?” I asked myself. I turned around and she was floating in front of me. She hugged me and I couldn't move. I was frozen, I wanted to move my leg but I just can't. Something stopped me then a picture came to my eyes. The picture was the orphanage building then the picture change and it showed something:

 

3:30 P.M., be there...

 

~~~End dream sequence~~~

 

I shot up from bed, panting hard, and really cold. I saw that the window was open and strong wind burst out. I walk to the window and closed it. Then I went back to bed and check the time. It was 11:55 P.M.; this is way past my bed time. I went back to sleep hoping it wasn't real.

 

~~Normal POV~~

 

Seto woke up and it was morning, he went to take a shower then went to his little brother to wake him up. He walked through the hallway and Mokuba's room was just around the corner then he stopped dead in his track to see a red writing saying “DON'T FORGET! 3:30 P.M.!”

 

Seto was scared at the same time mad. He ran inside to Mokuba's room and found Mokuba asleep. He woke Mokuba up quickly and asked him, “Mokuba, why did you put that writing outside your room on the wall?” “What writing?” Mokuba asked as he ran outside his room and see the wall. Nothing was there. “Seto, there's nothing there” said Mokuba as Seto look at it again and Mokuba was right. There was nothing there, not even a dip of red paint on the ground. “But...” Seto trailed as Mokuba sighed and said, “Maybe you imagined it from getting too much work...”

 

“Whatever, go take a shower and come down for breakfast” said Seto as he walk downstairs but instead of ordering a maid to cook the breakfast and in an odd way, Seto is making breakfast. A maid comes by and saw Mr. Kaiba fixing dinner himself. She asked why but Seto didn't answer so she went skipping away getting a longer break. When the Kaiba brothers ate breakfast, they went to school.

 

~~~Domino High School~~

~~Seto's POV~~

 

`What was that dream about? I know all my past from the orphanage but somehow...I can't seem to find the girl, Kanashii in my memories...'

 

I went walking into the room, trying to be my normal self as an ignorant CEO b@st@rd. I walk into the room, the teacher wasn't here yet but I saw Joey on my way. I walk through, including shoving off my side.

 

“GRR! KAIBA, YOU IGNORANT BASTARD!” Joey shouted and another voice was heard right on time. “MR. WHEELER, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU SAY TO A STUDENT! YOU WILL HAVE TO STAY LATE WITH ME, AGAIN!” yelled Mrs. Karasu.

 

`Ahhh...Friday is such a good day for me!' I smiled evilly which always got everyone the chills.

 

After all 3 classes, it was lunch time. I went to the parts of the school that nobody was around and only me - myself alone with my lunch and at the same time working. I sat down on the edge and started to log in to my laptop. I drop my juice but before I pick it up and throw it away. The liquid all started moving and make some kind of writing. It said:

 

“3:30 P.M.! COME OR YOU'LL BE SORRY!”

 

I was afraid then I dropped my laptop it was broken. “Awe, $h*t!” I said.

 

~~normal POV~~

 

2 minutes ago...

 

“Damn that Kaiba! I'll kill him!” said Joey. “Relax Joey, we're near to the cafeteria and you can have your food! OK!” said Yugi. “Yeah, don't be so overreacting!” said Tea. “Makes you look like and idiot!” said Tristan. “Fine...look there's that jerk!” said Joey.

 

When they saw him, they saw the juice box fall down and Kaiba was staring at it then he looks like he jumped and the laptop falls down and was broken. They heard Kaiba cussed. Kaiba got up, carried the laptop, and throw it in a trash can. “I don't know why I'm saying this but something's up” said Joey. “Yeah, I mean Kaiba couldn't just be all clumsy like that. I mean juice box then laptop” said Tristan. “Let's go follow him and see what's going on!” said Tea. “Are you guys sure this necessary I mean Kaiba might get us to jail and making up stories that the 4 of us might be taking him down and do something bad to him!” said Yugi. “Don't worry Yugi, he won't. He has no evidence” said Joey.

 

After school, Seto went walking home instead and the gang followed Kaiba. For about half an hour he was closed to his mansion but he went passed it. “What's going on?” Joey quietly asked. “Why did he just pass like that?” Tristan asked. “Where is he going?” Tea asked. “That's why we're here to find out” Yugi answered.

 

For another half an hour, Kaiba stopped and sees a dirt road. `This is the trail where the orphanage is....no! What am I doing?! I need to go back!' Seto thought as he turn around to go back then a car hits this car and hits another and another. Seems like all the paths were block. Seto twitch his eyes then turns around and goes to the orphanage.

 

Mean while, the gang were shocked on this situation but then saw there was no one on the cars. The gang was so scared now; they saw Kaiba walking through the dirt road.

 

~~Seto's POV~~~

 

After walking through the path went it seems like a never ending trail, I finally found the abandoned orphanage. I look at my watch and I was just in time; 3:30. I walk to the gates and stopped in the center of the Orphanage. Everything here are old: Basketballs blown up, windows smashed, monkey bars rusty, and leaves were all over the ground.

 

A huge headache then faded in and it started to hurt badly. I rubbed my head trying to get the pain away but nothing was working. The headache was growing painfully. I hold on to my head then I started to hear and see things.

 

~~normal POV~~

 

The gang saw Kaiba stop, standing there in the middle of the orphanage. For a few moments, Kaiba grabbed his head and started screaming. Yugi, Joey, Tristan, and Tea were so confused at the same time afraid. They ran over to Kaiba for he needed help.

 

~~Seto's POV~~

 

I saw that little girl again only this time her real self. She was standing there smiling then she starts to fade to the dead version herself. “Seto...Seto...” she said. My vision started spinning round and round, faster and faster. It was getting harder to breathe. “SETO!” She screamed as she flew right through me. I had no more strength to hold on. I fall down to the ground and see my vision to black.

 

~~Normal POV~~

 

Kaiba collapsed to the ground when the gang got there to him. Yugi check his pulse and he was still breathing. Tea screamed when she saw blood coming out of Seto's head. “Oh god...” said Joey. “Tristan, use your cell-phone and call the ambulance!!” said Yugi. “RIGHT!” said Tristan as he dialed the number.

 

“What did this to him?” Tea asked horrifyingly as the blood flow faster. “Whatever it is we need to stop the blood!” said Yugi. Yami from inside the puzzle was shock and scared to see the first time, the Seto Kaiba was badly injured.

 

The ambulance came and pick up Kaiba. Yugi and Tea went in to the ambulance while Tristan and Joey tries to take the bus. Anyways, what's inside of Seto's mind now?
