Neo Pegasus is just hanging around outside Yugi's house, when he gets handed an envelope by a mailman who was apparently looking for him, upon opening it, Neo is shocked to see that inside was the last card his father made: The Dark Magician's Pet Dragon, and a note explaining why he was sent the card.

"Dear Neo,

This is the last card I made after completing the Egyptian God Cards. As you may or may not know I gave the Egyptian God Cards to the guardians of the Pharaoh's Tomb, but before I did this, I created a card powerful enough to destroy them! Neo, I want you to use this card to aid Yugi in the Battle City Tournament being held by Set Kaiba. In two weeks you will receive a small box in the mail, open it, for it is the only thing that I have yet to give you: my Millennium Eye.

Neo is still examining the letter, when he notices the date,
"This can't be! This letter is dated two weeks before he was beaten by Yugi at Duelist Kingdom!"

"Whats wrong Neo?"

Neo turns around to see that Yugi and Joey were behind him.
"Nothing, it's just that this letter is from my dad, and its dated two weeks before he was beaten by you, Yugi."

"So the mails a bit slow, who cares?"

"I care, Joey. Because that was over a year ago, and that was also when my father was beaten by Yugi. And, he mentioned Kaiba's tournament in the letter, and that I'll be getting a package in the mail two weeks from now."

"Well, we were gonna go and get ready for Kaiba's tournament, you wanna come, Neo?"

"Sure why not."

Two weeks pass, and Neo receives a small brown box in the mail, and when he opens it, he finds the Millennium Eye inside of it.

"Well, guess I should use it."

Neo, taking the Millennium Eye in his hand, gently places it against his eye, and after doing so it takes the place of his original eye.

"Neo, can you hear me?"

"Who's there!?"

"It is I, Sebek, the spirit of the Millennium Eye. After a thousand years, my spirit has finally been awakened, and now, I must find the pharaoh, as he is need of my assistance on the road ahead."

"What road? What Pharaoh?"

Before Sebek can answer, theres a knock at the door.

"Who is it?"

"It's us, Joey and Yugi."

"Ok, one sec."

As Neo unlocks the door, Sebek takes control.

"I see you possess the Millennium Puzzle, I want to speak with the Pharaoh."

"Are you okay Neo?"

"I said I want to speak with Yami, not Yugi."

"Who's Yami? Oh, you must mean the spirit of my Millennium Puzzle. But why do you want to speak with him all of a sudden Neo?"

"I am not Neo, I am Sebek, the Spirit of the Millennium Eye."

"What!? The Millennium Eye!?"

Sebek Neo moves the hair from in front of his eye and shows Yugi and Joey his Millennium Eye.

"Now may I talk to the Pharaoh?"

"I guess so."

Yugi gives Yami control so that he may speak with Sebek.

"What do you want?"

"It's been a long time Yami, it was over a thousand years ago that I last talked to you my friend, and now that we have rejoined, we may once again save the world from evil."

"Who are you, and why do you call me your friend?"

"I am Sebek, and a thousand years ago I was your best friend, and in command of your armies, it was only when we sealed away the evil that threatened the world that we were separated. But, here we are, together again, and there is nothing in this, or any other world that is powerful enough to destroy our friendship."

"If what you say is true, then you might be able to tell me more about my past."

"No can do, Yami. I too have lost most of my memories, I pray that my missing memories are of little or no significance in the dark times that lie ahead."

A month passes, and Sebek Neo is now playing a Shadow Game with Marik, who is putting Mai's, Aku Ryou Bakura's, and Odion's soul on the line instead of his own, which means that if Sebek Neo wins, they will be restored to their bodies, except for Bakura, who will just be restored to his physical presence.

"I'll play a monster in facedown defense mode, and I'll activate Chaos Zone, a field card that reverses any effects of spell, trap, or magic cards that effect our Life Points! And I end my turn."

"Whats the matter Neo? Are you afraid to attack me? ::draws a card:: Well, Neo, you'd better prepare yourself for the power of my Dark Blade! Dark Blade, attack his facedown card!"

"Hate to tell you this Marik, but you just lost 200 Life Points!"

"What!?"

"You just attacked my Dragon Dwelling in the Cave, it has 2000 defense points, while your Dark Blade only has 1800 attack points! I believe it's my turn. ::draws a card:: Heh, how about that, I just drew the card I needed. I play Polymerization! And I fuse my Dark Magician and Red-Eyes Black Dragon from my hand, to bring forth the all powerful Dark Magician's Pet Dragon, and since I would normally have to pay half my Life Points, I just gained another 2000 Life Points, giving me a total of 6000 Life Points! But I must wait until my next turn to attack, so I will only set this card facedown and end my turn!"

"Very well. ::draws a card:: I play Dark Hole!"

Marik plays Dark Hole and is shocked to see Neo's Dark Magician's Pet Dragon is still on the field.

"Th-thats... That's... IMPOSSIBLE!"

"No it isn't, because my Dark Magician's Pet Dragon is immune to all spell and trap cards. And unless you have a monster that you'd like to play, you just lost this duel."

"I play this monster in facedown defense mode! Your turn!"

"Whatever you say. ::draws a card:: I'll set this card facedown, move my Dragon Dwelling in the Cave into attack mode, then have it attack your facedown monster!"

Neo's monster attacks, revealing that the facedown monster was Yomi Ship.

"No! Now the only choice I have is to prepare for defeat!"

"NOW, DARK MAGICIAN'S PET DRAGON, ATTACK HIM DIRECTLY WITH FORBIDDEN MAGIC OF THE DRAGONS!"

'Theres nothing that I can do! I've lost!'

"Now, restore my friends to the way that they should be! Or I will make you play a penalty game! And you don't want that."

"Very well, I shall do as promised."

Marik restores Bakura, Mai, and Odion to normal, while Neo goes through his deck to retrieve the Winged Dragon of Ra.

"It's not here! What have you done with your Winged Dragon of Ra!?"

"I removed it from my deck since I knew you'd win this duel, and now all you'll get is my Dark Magician of Chaos!"

"Mark my words, I will retrieve the Winged Dragon of Ra, and when I do, you will be put where you belong, the Shadow Realm."

"Snap out of it you fool! We have a duel to finish!"

"Don't rush me Marik!"

'He's made it so that I can't safely play a card, if a monster gets destroyed, I lose a friend to the Shadow Realm! And all because he put everyone into their favorite card! WOAH! Is that Bakura!? No, it's the Spirit of the Millennium Ring, but why did Marik put him into a card, and why is he in a Chaosrider Gustaph?'

"Alright, I now tribute my Giant Soldier of Stone and my Dragon Dwelling in the Cave to summon the Dark Magician! And since you have no spell or trap cards on the field, I have Yugi attack your Chaosrider Gustaph, which takes away 1100 of your Life Points! I now play Monster Reborn and bring Chaosrider Gustaph back from the Graveyard! And, I equip both of monsters with Raregold Armor and I end my turn by placing this card facedown."

"About time, Neo. ::draws a card:: I'll place this card facedown, and then play Jinzo #7! And I have it attack your Life Points directly!"

"Activate trap! Ultimate Offering! It allows us to summon more than one monster per turn, but we must pay 500 life points to do so."

"Its your turn now, Neo."

"Thanks, Yugi. I'll set a monster in facedown defense mode, then pay 500 life points to bring forth Luster Dragon #2! And I now have Luster Dragon #2 attack your Jinzo #7!"

"Activate trap! Negate Attack!"

"Now it's your turn, Marik."

::draws a card:: "Well, Neo it would appear that I just drew my most powerful card! I summon 3 Feral Imps, and tribute them for the Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon! And to do so, I'll pay 1500 Life Points, I now pay another 500 Life Points to Summon the Winged Dragon of Ra by tributing my Blue Eyes Ultimate!"

"Too bad that took you down to 500 Life Points! I play Graverobber, and I choose your Blue Eyes Ultimate! I also play Tribute Doll, which will allow me to tribute Luster Dragon #2 for Buster Blader! I'll fuse it with my Dark Magician into the Dark Paladin by playing Polymerization! I now play De-Fusion, separating the Blue Eyes Ultimate into three Blue Eyes White Dragons! And since my Dark Paladin gains 500 attack and defense points for every Dragon on the field and in our Graveyards, it now has 5400 Attack points, and I can attack right now, thanks to my Quick Attack magic card! Now, Dark Paladin! Smash his Winged Dragon of Ra with Dark Magic Slash!"

Dark Paladin attacks the Winged Dragon of Ra and destroys it, causing Marik to lose 900 Life Points.

"No, I can't lose. I CAN'T LOSE!"

"Seems to me you just did, and that means that your Winged Dragon of Ra is now mine."

Neo takes the Winged Dragon of Ra, and then goes to celebrate with his friends who were just restored to their original bodies.

"I'll get my revenge one day, so watch yourself Neo, I will destroy you."
