The three whatever they were stood between Voldamort and his supporters and Harry, Ron, and Hermione, Harry was unsure whom to trust anymore, in front of him where what he had previously thought of as humans, but they didn't look remotely human now and he didn't know what to believe anymore. Algernon nodded and Attica and Shadow walked forward towards the DE's while she turned around and sat down right next to Harry who suddenly realized he was sitting on the ground, how he got there he couldn't remember but he was sitting on the ground with what ever Algernon had turned into sitting cross-legged right next to him. Then she turned to him and smiled further exposing her inch long canines, she chucked slightly and said "sorry for deceiving you but do you think we could of gotten you to trust a demon if I showed up looking like this, nope, but I certainly fooled you for a while there, but besides the point wan' a watch Shadow and Attica make mince meat of the DE's", then she turned to watch them.

First Shadow pulled out the hilt of a formally good-looking sward by looking at the hilt and its fancy design, but their was no blade and Harry wondered what he was going to do with just a hilt but then it began to glow a faint blue light then a blade began to grow out of the hilt. It was a clear as class and looked sharper than a diamond, Harry wondered if it was made of some type of crystal until Shadow suddenly vanished and reappeared right beside a DE, he simply touched the tip of the sward to the shocked DE and he was suddenly frozen solid and keeled over and shattered, that made it clear that the sward was made of ice because of what it did to the DE. Then Attica created a small handgun out of thin air, it glowed a faint yellow light and Harry was curios what this weapon would do, then Attica pulled the trigger and a small beam of yellow light hit the farthest DE in the chest and a hole the size of a fist appeared there and he fell to the ground bleeding all over and screaming in pain and terror.

The rest of the DE's met a similar fates and Shadow and Attica showed increasingly inventive ways to kill them, some were simply decapitated, while other were frozen or their heads exploded like a melon and left nothing more than a smoking and bleeding stump before the body fell over and further added blood to the ground. And no matter how hard they tried the DE's spell simply glanced off Shadow and Attica as they picked the DE's off one by one. Harry was starting to feel sick at the carnage but Algernon seemed to be enjoying the carnage and clapped when a DE was executed in a particularly gruesome way.

Soon there were only two DE's left and they were visibly shaking in their boots, Shadow and Attica were about to finish them off to but Algernon held up her hand and they stopped what ever they were doing and made their weapons disappear and returned to the spot where Algernon was sitting and sat down next to her.
