" I have to go Home Inuyasha." Kagome yelled. "I have tons of school work to make up." " Feh." Inuyasha answered. " Your always going home for those stupid tests, you need to be here helping me find the jewel shards." "Inuyasha SIT!" Kagome screamed. The prayer beads around Inuyasha's neck began to glow and he met his old friend, the ground. " I'll be back in a couple of weeks, and don't you dare come after me." Kagome grabbed her bag and quickly jumped in the well before Inuyasha could stop her. Doing what Inuyasha does best he jumped into the branches of the god tree to brood. "Feh stupid wench." He mumbled to himself.

As soon as Kagome set foot on the bottom of the well in her time she let out a sigh of relief. ` Finally a real bed to sleep in tonight.' She thought with pleasure. She hauled herself out of the well, and made her way to the house just as the sun was beginning to set. " MOM I'M HOME." Kagome yelled as soon as she entered the front door. Hearing no answer she shrugged her shoulders and went into the kitchen to get a snack. While she was looking around for something to eat she found a note taped to the refrigerator from her mother

Dear Kagome,

You brother, Grandfather, and I went to visit your Aunt Jennie.

We won't be back for a couple of months so I left my credit card on the table for you. Have a good time while were gone and be safe.

Mom.

` Excellent I have the house all to my self.' Kagome mused to herself as she went upstairs to get ready for bed. ` Now the only thing I have to worry about is a temperamental half dog demon.' Wincing at her thought she changed into her pajamas and climbed into bed. She was asleep almost before her head hit the pillow pondering ways to avoid Inuyasha and shard hunting for the next few months.

Yusuke, Kuwabara, Hiei, and Kurama were all gathered in Koenma's office awaiting their next mission. " We have been picking up some unusual energy from Diablo High. I want you all to find out what the source of this energy is and determine if it is dangerous, you start classes tomorrow. "What!" Yusuke shrieked. " I have to transfer schools awe man Keiko is going to kill me." " Don't worry Yusuke, Keiko and Botan will be attending with you." With a few grumbles of annoyance the group left Koenma's office to prepare for their new mission.

Buzz, Buzz, Buzz, Smack! Kagome awoke to one very annoying alarm clock. Stretching she got out of bed and headed toward the bathroom for a shower. She was starting at a new high school today. Stepping out of the shower she dried herself off and went to her room to get dressed. Unfortunately she still had to wear a uniform only a little different.

The uniform had long black pants that reminded her of the ones from her miko uniform. The shirt was a red silk with sakura petals on it. It had a high color and huge bell sleeved and buttoned up the front. After slipping on her shoes and doing her hair Kagome grabbed her bag and raced out he door.
