Summary: Koenma has a secret no one knows. Long lost family members are found again. Yet with the rising of the Dark Lord one dead person is needing to return...and this time with family.

"Kagome!" cried a small boy who looked no older than five.

"Koenma!" cried a small girl who looked no older than five.

The girl was reaching out towards the black haired brown eyed boy who was reaching out to the black haired brown eyed girl. Both were being held back by two adults, one was a petite woman with black hair in a bun and startling brown eyes the other was a lithe man with haunted eyes.

"Papa! Koenma!" cried the girl. The woman was clutching the girls hand as she herself was being dragged away.

"Enma! Musuko!" cried the woman. (musuko - son)

"Mama! Kagome!" cried the boy, trying to break free of his fathers grip. His father likewise was trying to break free of the grip that held him in place.

"Shizu! Mesume!" cried the man. (mesume - daughter)

"Iie! I'll be back some day shujin! I'll be back some day musuko! I'll be back!" cried the woman. (iie - no shujin - husband)

"Iie! Shizu! Mesume! Iie!"

"Mama! Kagome!"

"Musuko!!!!"

"Koenma!!!!"

"IIE!!!!"

R 30; "Mama! Kagome!" James shot up sharply, gasping for breath. He rolled over and sobbed.

"Another nightmare, James?" asked a black haired boy.

"Hai…" (hai - yes)

"What?"

"I mean yes."

"Ah, sleep well, k, mate?"

"Hai…"

James cried himself to sleep the rest of the night.

… "Koenma!!!!" cried Kagome, shooting up sharply, gasping for breath. She rolled over and sobbed.

"Feh, pathetic woman," grumbled a white haired boy.

"Inuyasha osuwari!" (osuwari - sit)

"Ack!"

Kagome cried herself to sleep the rest of the night.

Some years later…

Koenma sighed and stared out down at the offices below his own large office.

"If only that damnable war hadn't torn us apart…" he murmured. "If only…" He turned his head, brown locks whipping into his golden brown eyes as he stared about the room. "Come out Hiei."

"Hn."

"What is it you wanted?"

"Genkai has detected strange energy coming from the Higurashi shrine," he stated. "She thought you should know."

"Thank you, I'll get on it right away." Hiei nodded and left. Koenma turned once more to stare out the window. He placed a hand upon the glass.

"I miss you…Kagome…Lily, Harry…mama. I miss all four of you…" Tears trailed down his cheeks as and his shoulders shook as he sobbed silently.

"I miss all of you…"
