Chapter 2

Ganon soon found out that he probably had no chance of winning against *both* of them so he tried one last trick. Since he was an all powerful king, he had many magical powers. So he opened a time portal hoping Link would get sucked into it. Well Link did get sucked in, but so did Zelda, *and* Link grabbed Ganon's tail and pulled him into the portal too!

~*~Meanwhile, elsewhere both time *and* place~*~

Kagome and Inuyasha had snuck away from the group, at Inu's suggestion, to get some peace and quiet (y'all were thinking perverted thoughts weren't y'all? Shame shame). But actually Inuyasha really wanted to get away from the group so he could confess his love for Kagome, and ask her to be his mate. Thinking about his little reasons and some other thoughts. . .don't care to explain any further, y'all just use your imaginations, he inwardly smiled. *^_~

Kagome was watching Inuyasha and could tell he was deep in thought because she had been staring at him and he didn't even notice! Then as she was watching he started doing his little purring noise! `Kawaii!!! He's so cute when he does that' she thought. `But why is he purring now? He usually only does that when I rub his ears. He must be thinking of something really happy'. Then a thought hit her. `He must be thinking about Kikyou. . .' She started getting really depressed. .

Meanwhile Inuyasha finally breaks out of his little happy thoughts and noises and notices that Kagome is acting depressed. They both stopped in the middle of the forest that they were walking in. Kagome looked at Inuyasha and thought `better ask him and get it over with'. He was watching her silently. He wondered what she could be thinking to make her seem so depressed.

Suddenly she spoke, "Inuyasha?" "Yeah?" he replied. "Why were you purring?" "Um I-I. . ." he stuttered. Kagome got a hurt look on her face. "You were thinking about Kikyou, weren't you?" Inuyasha looked shocked, `is that what she thought?! Did she really think that he still was in love with that dead bitch? (Sorry all y'all Kikyou fans, if there are any. . .but I just hate the bitch)Oh crap, I guess I am really gonna havta confess now'

"WELL?!" "Oh, um no that was not what I was thinking ab-" "Then what were you thinking about? How happy you'd be if I was gone?" Tears started to well up in her eyes. "NO! Kagome I was thinking about how I lo-" He stopped blushing. ^_^ "What were you going to say Inu?" she said, startled. `Was he just about to say that he *loved* me???'
