If you are checking the update, all I did was change the spacing to make it easier to read, all of the updates are just spacing changes, and the storyline did not change at all. I did just put op a new chapter though, that ones new!!!

***In The Woods***

 

Kagome is terrified looking around the wood. Kurama is trying desperately to make sense of what is happening. Hiei's Jagon eye is glowing and Miroku was glaring at Hiei.

 

“What are you doing now?” Miroku was at the point of angry tears, he couldn't bear missing Sango. “Are you doing the same trick and you did to make Sango disappear, are you trying to make me disappear next?” Asked Miroku.

 

“No, imbecile I am trying to locate the slayer.” Hiei said as he focused all his energy searching around. He didn't have time for annoying monks.

 

“Have you found any of them?” Asked Kurama.

 

“No, the only way they could escape my jagon is if they were out of reach or behind a barrier, or of course if there…” Hiei hesitated. “Dead.” Hiei said angrily and a hint of sadness flowing through his voice.

 

“There not dead, Kurama tell him there not dead.” Kagome was terrified. “I'm sure its just Naraku, I'm sure that they are all fine, Naraku took them but soon they will escape I just know it.” Kagome said as tears ran down her face.

 

“Kagome I pray that they are all right too but let's not worry about them right now. We need to get away from here.” Kurama said looking around, he wanted to get as far away as possible because most of the disappearances had occurred around these woods.

 

“Fine, lets get out of the woods.” Kagome also wanted to get away from the creepy woods.

 

“I say we leave him behind.” Miroku said pointing at Hiei, Hiei just glared at him.

“Stop it Miroku, Hiei isn't doing anything. Stop pointing fingers, we need to all get out together.” Kagome said angry at Miroku for making this more difficult.

 

“Fine Miss Kagome but I don't trust him.” Miroku said.

 

“You shouldn't.” Hiei said with an evil smile at Miroku.

 

Kurama watched the two hoping Hiei wouldn't attack Miroku as they walked.

The group of four continued out of the woods back to where they came from, every once in a while Hiei's jagon would glow. He really was trying to find Sango, whether he would admit it or not he really missed the demon slayer even with all her ranting.

 

“Head check.” Kagome had been doing this almost constantly since they started walking back through the forest towered what they hoped would be an exit.

 

“Kagome we are all here, don't worry I'm sure…” Miroku started.

 

“What are you sure of…Miroku…Miroku!” Kagome looked around.

 

“No, not another one of my friends, no how can this be…Miroku!” Kagome was panicking as she realized their group was now down to three.

 

Kurama began to walk away from Kagome to go look for Miroku.

 

“Kurama don't, please don't go away from me, I don't want you to disappear too.” Kagome said tears in her eyes.

 

Kurama walked back to her.

 

“Don't worry Kagome, I wont leave you.” As he said that Kagome grabbed his hand. It was Kurama's turn to blush.

 

“There now no one can take you without taking me.” Kagome said unaware of Kurama's reaction.

 

“Sickening humans and their mating rituals.” Hiei said as he looked away from the two in disgust.

 

At that comment both became as red as Kurama's hair.

 

“I liked it better when you didn't talk.” Kagome said. Hiei just glared at her.

They continued to walk down the road in the woods for a long time that is until Kurama saw something.

 

“Wait a minuet.” Kurama let go of Kagome's hand.

 

“Kagome I think I finally found out what's going on,” Kurama walked towered a knife on the ground.

 

“What's going on?” Kagome asked and suddenly Kurama just disappeared, right before her own eyes.

 

“Kurama…Kurama…No, no, no, no, no, no, no. This cant be happening, I don't want to be alone, no Kurama.” Kagome was crying.

 

“Look around, you're not alone.” Hiei said annoyed at how weak this human was acting.

 

“Oh Hiei, please can you tell me what's going on, what was Kurama going to say. I know you can read minds, tell me.” Kagome had a determined look.

 

“I wasn't reading his mind at the time, and I don't sense him now.” Hiei said looking at the crying human.

 

“What are we going to do?” Kagome asked the only person left.

 

“We will continue with our plan, we will get out of these woods.” Hiei said.

 

“I've handled tons of things but nothing like this. I can't bear it anymore!” Kagome was freaking out.

 

“Stop, can't you see we are almost out of the forest.” Hiei said in annoyance.

 

Kagome looked and there was the exit to the forest. `If only Kurama and Shippo could have seen the exit too, wait Kagome don't talk like that they are going to be fine.' Kagome began to run towered the exit.

 

“Come on Hiei, please don't leave me alone.” Kagome yelled back to Hiei.

 

“Hn,” but Hiei did run right beside Kagome. `I will watch after her until we get to safety, for the fox's sake.' Hiei thought about how much the Kurama seemed to care about this girl.

 

Even though it was Hiei, the person she knew least in the group Kagome was still relieved that someone was with her.

 

The two came very close to the exit of the forest they were so close they could feel the open breeze.

 

“Come on Hiei, were almost there…Hiei.” Kagome looked around and stopped dead in her tracks.

 

“No, I'm all alone, no please come back, I don't want to be alone.” Kagome said in horror as she realized Hiei was gone.

 

Kagome fell to her knees. `There all gone, I'm all alone. What do I have to live for, I want my friends.'

 

“Come out you cowards, whoever has taken my friends take me too…I don't want to be alone, take me too.” Kagome was crying so hard she was completely blinded by her tears.

 

“I don't want to be alone…” Kagome cried, she cried because for the first time in her life, Kagome felt completely alone.

 

***With Hiei. ***

“Come on Hiei, please don't leave me alone.” Kagome yelled back to Hiei.

 

“Hn,” but Hiei did run right beside Kagome. `I will watch after her until we get to Safety, for the fox's sake.' Hiei thought about how much the Kurama seemed to care about this girl.

 

As Hiei ran next to Kagome he saw the exit coming closer.

 

As he ran Hiei suddenly stepped on something that shocked his whole body. The shock numbed his body as he felt himself leave the ground. Hiei began spinning round and round in an endless void. He couldn't think, he couldn't breath, he couldn't move, he just swirled around.

 

Then Hiei felt a strange sensation like his body was being ripped in two, all he saw around him was a swirl of colors and felt nothing but pain. He hated this he wanted it to stop, it was too agonizing and there was nothing he could do about it. Right when he was at the top of pain it all stopped, it stopped just as suddenly as it started.

 

Hiei felt the earth again, He landed hard on the floor, he tried to look around, he saw figures but they were blurred.

 

“It's about time you got here shrimp,” A voice yelled.

 

“Let him breath Kuwabara.” Another very familiar voice said urgently.

 

“Snap out of it Midget” This voice Hiei recognized to be Sango's.

 

Hiei's vision began to clear; around him were Sango, Kurama, InuYasha, Yusuke, Shippo, Kuwabara, Miroku, and Kirara.

 

“What happened?” Hiei said angrily.

 

“You like all of us have been teleported to this place.” InuYasha said in a bored voice.

 

Hiei looked around his surroundings and saw he was in a medium size room with three walls, and one wall that was bars. It was a dungeon on a dirt floor.

 

“Why are you all standing around her for, why don't you break out?” Hiei asked.

 

“Just try to.” Sneered InuYasha.

 

Hiei did, he took out his Katana and went flying towered the bars. There was a shock of electricity and an invisible barrier sent Hiei flying back into the other side of the prison.

 

“Ha. You wouldn't believe how many times we have tried that!” Yusuke said laughing at the electrocuted Hiei.

 

Shippo had a different approach as he walked over to a semi-conscious Hiei:

“Oh no, he isn't breathing, he's DEAD! Don't worry little fire dude ill give you a good burial.” The little Kit yelled as he grabbed some dirt from the floor and started throwing it on Hiei.

 

“Stop it or I kill you.” Hiei said in a voice ready to kill.

 

“OH NO, he lives. Help me kill him.” Shippo cried just as Hiei's hand lunged at his throat.

 

“Ha you look like you just put a knife in a working toaster, oh wait your hair always looks like that, Hiei.” Kuwabara said as Shippo jumped into Kurama's hands and safety.

 

“Shut up!” Hiei yelled clearly taking enough abuse today.

 

“As you can see we are surrounded by a barrier.” Kurama said.

 

“I could break it if I had my Tetsusaiga.” InuYasha moaned.

 

“What happened to Tetsusaiga?” inquired Miroku.

 

InuYasha rolled his eyes. “I was transported her after I had just tripped over a branch.”

 

“Leave it to InuYasha to be the biggest klutz around!” Shippo laughed.

 

“Why you,” InuYasha tried to hit Shippo but Shippo jumped into Kurama's arms.

 

“SIT InuYasha SIT, SIT, SIT” Shippo repeated as InuYasha continued walking forward.

 

“SIT, why does this only work for Kagome, come on please SIT?” The little kit panicked as InuYasha raised his hand to hit him.

 

“Please InuYasha, you were saying.” Kurama said as he saved Shippo yet again.

 

“Well I tripped and the Tetsusaiga fell of, when I went back to pick it up I was transported.” InuYasha began to pout.

 

“Then we are trapped here with no video games, beds, TV's or food?” Asked a panicked Kuwabara.

 

“Hn, we could always eat the kit.” Hiei stated as Shippo looked at him with horror.

 

“You guys wouldn't really eat a scrappy little fellow like me…would you?” Shippo panicked.

 

“Of course not Shippo, don't listen to Hiei.” Kurama said as Hiei growled.

 

“But we don't have much option then.” Kurama thought for a second. “Unless we could get a message to Kagome. A message to tell he to gather the Tetsusaiga before she gets transported.” Kurama pondered a little. “Hiei do you think you could use your Jagon to send her a message?” Kurama wondered.

 

“Why would I want to help the likes of you?” Hiei asked with a smirk on his face.

 

“Because if you don't you'll be stuck with me.” Sango said as she cracked her knuckles.

 

Hiei looked and replied, “Hn, whatever.” Sango smiled in victory but it was cut short when in less then a blink Hiei flipped her upside down into a small mud puddle.

 

“Ill kill you.” She promised Hiei as she got out. Hiei ignored her and closed his eyes and the jagon glowed. “Yes I could, it seems I couldn't scan into this place but I can send things out of it.” Hiei said.

 

“Good then you should send Kagome a message before she is sent here.” Kurama stated.

Hiei growled but closed his eyes and tried to contact Kagome.

 

 

***With Kagome***

 

Kagome was on the floor of the forest crying. After a tiny bit she looked around again. `Come on Kagome get up. Your stronger then that.' Kagome made herself get up. `But there all gone…' Kagome argued with herself. `Maybe there not gone, maybe they are just waiting for me outside of this forest.' Kagome made her way to the exit.

 

Kagome took a few more steps and was out of the forest. She looked around. `It looks beautiful,' she began to tear up. `Oh they aren't here.' There went Kagome's last hope.

Kagome was about giving up, she started crying again.

 

=Stop that whining. = A voice called out.

 

“What, who's there” Kagome called out.

 

=Hn, Hiei. = Hiei replied.

 

“Wait, how do I know your Hiei and not Naraku? I know, tell me something only Hiei would know.” Kagome said.

 

=No= was Hiei's short reply.

 

`okay, that's defiantly Hiei.' Kagome thought.

 

“Hiei, where are you? I don't see you anywhere.” she questioned as she looked around.

=I'm sending you a message from you friends through a mind link= Hiei said as he rolled his eyes, `pitiful moron human.'

 

“My friends…There okay?” Kagome thought it was to good to be true.

 

=Yes, they are fine… and the kit says hi. = Hiei said to stop Shippo from telling him to say Shippo said hi again.

 

“Oh this is wonderful, I'm so relieved, I love that all of you are okay oh this is so great, tell them I said hi but tell InuYasha I'm still mad at him, oh tell Sango that Miroku was really worried about her. Also could you check to make sure that Shippo has had enough to eat, I hope everyone is okay. I know I should find out where you guys are and bring you food and medical supplies, I should bring a lollypop for Shippo. Do you want anything after all you are so nice to tell my friends all this. Oh I wonder if I left the stove on at home, oh wow that was off topic, well I guess not to terribly off topic because we were talking about food and…”

 

=SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! = Hiei screamed telepathically because he felt a serious migraine coming on.

 

=You can tell all your friends this when you get here but first you have to find the mutts sword. = Hiei said.

 

“What! InuYasha left his sword alone, he needs that I cant believe he would just leave it around after all people could just walk by and take it just like the time when…” Hiei had to stop himself from killing something, it was clear that Kagome had gone to long without someone to talk to.

 

“Well that was a weird time but it's not as weird as the time…” Hiei stopped her.

 

=I'm just here to tell you to get the mutts sword, get it then go back into the woods, before you know it you will be with your friends and you can talk their ears off. =

 

Kagome was slightly taken aback by what Hiei said but still understood the mission.

“Where is the sword?” Asked Kagome quickly and simply so she didn't make the fire demon mad again.

 

=It is where the dog disappeared. = Hiei said.

 

“Why do you need it?” asked Kagome.

 

=Get the sword; go into the woods, everything will be explained …by someone else. = Hiei added as he cut the link.

 

Kagome looked around and started running to where InuYasha first disappeared.

She looked around for about ten minuets before relief swept over her, she had found the Tetsusaiga.

 

“Aha, got you.” Kagome then slowly made her way towered the woods. As she walked she realized she really wasn't scared anymore, she was going to see her friends. With that in mind she stepped on something and she felt a numbing sensation, she was off to see her friends.

 

 

***The Dungeon***

 

Most of the group members were pacing waiting for Kagome to show up.

 

“Darn when is that wench getting her?” asked a seriously ticked off InuYasha.

 

“I'm sure she's coming as soon as she can, you don't want to rush her.” Kurama said but he himself couldn't stop pacing.

 

“Hiei are you sure you sent her the correct message?” asked Kurama as he didn't stop his pacing.

 

“Yes I sent the right message now stop pacing before I cut your legs off.” Hiei glared.

“Oh, lighten up Spiky.” Sango said.

 

Hiei just glared daggers at Sango “Spiky?” He dared ask. Sango smiled “yeah, for your spiky hair.” Kuwabara laughed his head off until Hiei threw him into the electrocuting wall and he got zapped to unconsciousness. Sango smiled, she couldn't help herself, she was happy to have the fiery demon back…so she could make fun of him of and only so she could make fun of him.

 

After a few tense filled minuets Kagome appeared, but it wasn't a graceful landing.

 

Kagome fell right on top of Kurama who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

 

“Ow, that hurt” Kagome looked around. “Where am I? Wait what am I sitting on.” She looked down to see a squished Kurama.

 

“Oh I'm so sorry Kurama.” She said as she helped him up.

 

“That's quite all right Kagome.” Kurama said brushing himself off and hiding the pain he felt from hitting the hard ground so fast.

 

“Well where am I, some kind of dungeon?” Kagome asked.

 

“Wow, aren't you the smart wench.” InuYasha said annoyed.

 

“Oh InuYasha, how are you?” Kagome asked with a too pleasant smile.

 

InuYasha knew trouble was coming “um...fine.” He answered.

 

“Not for long! SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT, SIT.” Kagome smiled as she looked in the InuYasha crater.

 

“Oh, I missed you mommy, thank you!” Shippo said happy that InuYasha got what he disserved.

 

“I want to know where we are, fox, before you disappeared you said you knew what was happening, what its this place?” Hiei said with deadly coldness, he was in no mood to play games

 

“Yeah, where are we? How did we get here, were we captured by Naraku?” Sango asked, she really wanted to know what was happening. So did everyone else.

 

“Well as you know each one of us disappeared at random times and random places. There was no way someone could capture one of us without someone else knowing. Knowing that I had to start thinking that maybe they weren't after us. When I thought about that I realized that maybe someone was after demons. Of course I was sure of it when I saw this knife,” Kurama pulled out the knife he was looking at earlier. “I quickly identified it to something similar to what Sango had, and you can tell by this mark its has to be a demon slayer weapon.”

 

“Wait we never did anything like this.” Sango said looking around at the prison they were in.

 

“No I'm sure your tribe wouldn't, that's when I realized the state of the knife, its is really rusted and is an older style then the ones you have. As a matter of fact I believe it's at least a hundred years old.” Kurama showed the knife to Sango.

 

“Wait I know this style!” Sango said staring at the knife.

 

“A long time ago the demon slayer tribe broke into two groups, one group that wanted to fight the demons and another group that wanted to capture them and torture them. After a long battle the ones that just wanted to fight and stop the demons won, that's my tribe.” Sango took a breath. “The other team was angry and went away never to be seen again, we thought that they had just died out but maybe they just retreated into these woods, I guess its possible, but that still wouldn't explain how they got this technology” Sango finished.

 

“I don't know and I don't care, I'm going to blow this place away” InuYasha said as he aimed his Tetsusaiga at the barrier. The Tetsusaiga turned red and InuYasha attacked the barrier. Like so many barriers before InuYasha broke this barrier.

 

The bars shattered and everyone stared at the cleared away wall. Behind the blown away barrier they saw people, around a dozen people.

The people stared at them, and then in a second all were on there feet with weapons drawn.

 

The two groups of fighters looked at each other, knowing that a huge bloodbath was about to take place.
