Authors Notes~~~ Please forgive me I am not the greatest at fighting scenes. I am trying though and hopefully will get better with practice. I hope that some of this chapter clears up the confusion from the last chapter, I didn’t mean to confuse people T.T; Umm…. It’s not all the answers more will come soon. Promise. . It’s killing me not to post all the chapters I all ready have. I hate holding back, so I may if I get enough reviews quickly to this chapter post another today or tomorrow and so on till I get all the ones I have done posted!

Chapter 4
Last Time:
After that Grandfather never mated again but Genkai and he had the triplet’s mother and her twin brother, every one turned to Genkai.

This Time:
“I needed heirs and so did Sesshoumaru. Enma was his only child till the twins. However Enma gave up his right to rule in favor of marrying Koenma’s mother and then become King of Reikai. He could no longer rule the family holdings in Makai. Koenma like wise gave up his right to the Makai holdings when he took his place as the next ruler of Reikai. That left him with no heirs. I had a need to pass on my bloodline, we had been acquaintances that became close friends. It was an arrangement, nothing more. Our children became his heirs and then the triplets threw their mother.” She shrugged again. Yusuke looked slightly bothered but before he could say anything Yukina, Souta and Shippou chose that moment to walk into the room with trays full of food. Yukina smiled sweetly to everyone.

“Dinner is ready but I thought we should take it out side. I think the fresh air will do you boys some good.” Everyone quickly agreed to that and headed out side. Yusuke, Kurama and Touya stopped long enough to help Yukina and the boys with the trays. Once out side everyone sat down and dug into the food except Koenma. He looked everyone over one last time then turned to Sango.

“I need to get back, let me know when Nozomi returns with what she learned.” Sango nodded between bites. Koenma rolled his eyes at everyone and opened a portal leaving threw it. No one really noticed, as they were busy eating. After they had finally finished Kuwabara thanked them all for the food and healing but said he had to get going. He had a date with Kayko that night and needed to go get ready.

Soon after Kuwabara left Kagome moved to sit under the Momo tree by the table with Shippou in her lap, who quickly fell asleep to her petting his tail. Yusuke laid down not too far from her, well Sango, Souta and Genkai sat in a swing hanging off one of the branches of the tree. Kurama and Botan sat cuddling on the bench not too far away, Touya and Yukina sat at the table after she cleaned up the mess from the meal with help from Kurama and Kagome. Hiei was up in the tree laying on one of the branches not far from Yukina, well Jin was floating around lazily above everyone else. They were all enjoying the quiet till Kurama turned gold eyes on Kagome.

“Yes, Kurama?” She asked softly and he nodded.

“You mentioned that Sango was raised by your father but why were you three separated? It seems odd to separate triplet sisters who are so powerful.” Yusuke cracked an eye open from were he lay on the ground not far from Kagome.

“Yey, I remember that too.” Kagome smiled sweetly and blushed lightly as she looked at Yusuke, thought she tried to hide it. Yusuke saw it thought and smirked. That set Botan off and she started to giggle earning her a sour look from Kagome. Well Sango just rolled her eyes at all three of them.

“You have to know of our family Heritage to understand why we were separated like that.” She looked up at Genkai who was sitting with Souta snuggled against her.

“Sango and I don’t know the story as well as Nozomi does. Since she’s not here and you know it better then us will you tell it?” Genkai simply nodded.

“I’ll tell you my side of the family first. The Miko Midoriko that made the Shikon no Tama was actually my 6 or 7 great grandmother. That is who Kagome takes after and part of her soul is Midoriko’s reincarnated. You all most likely have heard enough about Sesshoumaru’s side of the family, and that is the side that Sango and Souta take after. The children’s father was actually Irish Half Sidhe Elf or Sidhe Faerie and Half Night Elf, he was trained in the warrior ways of the Daoine Sidhe and Fianna warriors. His side is what Nozomi takes after the most. One of the reasons that she is wearing bindings at all times unless she is in battle.” Yusuke glanced around confused.

“Okay what are Irish Sidhe Faerie? What are Daoine Sidhe and Fianna warriors?” Yusuke questioned causing Jin to cough up above him were he was floating and almost fall out of the air. Genkai rolled her eyes and was about to answer but Kagome and Sango’s eyes began to glow.

“Nozomi is returning and she’s got company.” They both said in a flat voice eerily at the same time. Jin glanced around at everyone else.

“Anyone besides me find that spooky and wish they wouldn’t do things like that?” He questioned to which Yusuke raised a hand. Kagome and Sango ignored them as they both stood. Kagome handed Shippou who was still a sleep to Yukina, well Sango woke up Souta who had just fallen asleep. Souta looked around blinking for a moment before his eyes glazed over. When his eyes cleared he nodded and looked up at Sango.

“You know what to do, Souta. Take Botan, Yukina and Shippou into a room in the house. Place a barrier around it and don’t come out till one of us comes for you or calls you.” Souta nodded and quickly entered the house followed by Botan and Yukina who still was carrying a sleeping Shippou.

Everyone else turned to face the opposite side of the courtyard as a red portal opened up. Nozomi can running out of the portal moving faster then the Tantei thought she could. She was carrying a small bundle in her hands. Before she could close the portal behind her a mass of lesser youkai came flooding out behind her. Hiei, Jin, Yusuke and Sango moved forward and began killing youkai. As they did that Kagome placed a barrier around the courtyard to keep the youkai from fleeing into the city. Genkai stayed by her side well both Touya and Kurama stood on either side of the two killing the youkai that got to close. As Yusuke stepped up readying the Spirit Gun, into the middle Nozomi glanced at him once before she tossed the bundle she was carrying to Genkai.

When she caught it Nozomi turned in her running with out stopping straight at Yusuke. Sango saw this and ran up to Yusuke’s side throwing the Hiraikotsu killing all the youkai chasing Nozomi. As Nozomi made it to Yusuke he cried out, she didn’t slow in her running only turned so that her back hit his chest and almost knocked the breath out of him. She pushed her left hand under his left hand and wrapped it around his right wrist. Making him wrap his left hand around hers. Her right arm came up next to his right arm, where she wrapped her last three fingers around his last three fingers, letting her pointer and thumb finger line up with his. As the Hiraikotsu returned to Sango she reached over and released Nozomi collar taking it with her when the force of catching the Hiraikotsu pushed her back. Sango turned and quickly made her way to everyone else’s side by Kagome.

Yusuke barely noticed that Sango was no longer at his side, because as soon as Nozomi’s collar was off he could feel an enormous amount of pure energy flood into his body charging the Spirit Gun. His eyes widened briefly from the feeling he got. He had never felt that much power before let alone that pure of energy. The energy was pure in the since that before entering him it had no purpose. He could have manipulated it or used it in anyway, it felt as if it was never ending and come from the core of Nozomi. He was brought out of his thoughts when he heard Genkai shouting at Hiei.

“Hiei! Get out of there and back here with us! NOW!” Genkai shouted from where she had pulled everyone else to Kagome’s side. Hiei turned and glared back at her until he released everyone but Nozomi and Yusuke were with her. He looked around and when he saw the size of the Spirit Gun at the tip of Yusuke’s finger his eyes widened as he sprinted to the others. When he reached them Genkai turned to Yusuke and Nozomi well Kagome placed a barrier around herself and the rest with her.

“Now Yusuke!” She yelled Yusuke could only nod as he released the Spirit Gun, the power behind it caused it to become a huge wave that crashed down on the left over youkai, hitting the barrier that Kagome had placed up around the courtyard and returning back toward Nozomi and Yusuke. The force of the wave pushed them back a few feet as it went around them and killed the remaining Youkai behind them and around them. Kagome’s barrier shuddered under the force of the wave but held. Once the wave dissipated everyone but Nozomi and Sango paused in shock. Nozomi turned and pulled herself out of Yusuke’s embrace meeting Sango half way. Sango was snapping Nozomi’s collar back into place, when Yusuke turned to the others wide eyed.

“WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!” Yusuke shouted causing everyone to cringe from the volume. Genkai sighed and moved to sit down at the table. The others turned and moved to sit too. Well Sango and Kagome stayed on either side of Nozomi whose eyes were slightly glazed over. Everyone but Hiei turned his or her attention on Genkai. Hiei continued to watch Nozomi.

Ryukotsusei ~~ You liked that posting error yey? Yep that describes how I felt and what I was trying to do after reposting it several times before I fixed it. Long story short I started writing this story on my computer at home on a different program, my parent’s computer is pure evil and could open it finally after much fitting on screwed up, had to retype chapters 3 thru what I had done of 6. Then apparently web page format is not the same as html format but will open html format so when I posted using web page format that was the result. But have no fear I think I have it all figured out and all the bugs cleaned out…I think T.T;

kuramas gurl ~~ Thank you so very much! I was worried no one would know what the hell I was talking about when I mentioned those swords! I think they are really cool especially the way they are used! Anyway so sorry about confusing every one, I guess I didn’t explain it that entirely to well huh? I really hope that this chapter explained it better and squashed most of the questions you all had.

ashtonreed ~~ Yep you go it so right…. Well you’ll just have to wait and see why Sesshy raised Nozomi and the other two were separated too! Inu Yasha will be answered soon too, but not too soon!! Heh and as for the Pairings…… Muhhhhhh……. Cough cough yey umm they will be answered soon I’ve been dropping hints and will set two pairings up by the end of the night in three chapters
