Chapter 2: I am alive but how

 

 

 

 

Kagome started to come to as she remebered what happened. She quickly sat up and looked around. She was in a enormous bed in a huge room luxurios items. She looked behind her to see a window white curtains from the looks it was morning.

 

 

"Where am I is this a dream am I dead", Kagome yelled as she looked around.

 

 

"No actually you are alive Inuyasha's girl", Kagome heard as she jumped and started looking around the room.

 

 

"Who is here and I am not Inuyasha's girl", Kagome said as three guys into view. She reconized one of the guys as Inuyasha's older brother Sesshomaru, the others weren't familiar. The other two was taller than Sesshomaru, one appeared to be about 6'4 with long black hair that was in a high pony tail that came to his waist and had indigo blue eyes that had wings. The other was about 7'1 with long silver hair, fox ears at the top of his head, with hazel gold eyes, and a tail swaying back and forth.

 

 

"What pained you so much that you ran blindlessly off of a cliff crying", the fox said.

 

 

"Sesshomaru where am I and who are they besides after I fell off I would have been glad to die at least I wouldn't be in Ibuyasha's and Kikyo's way", Kagome almost yelled ignoring the foxes question.

 

 

"Is that how you respond to people when they save you", the guy with wings answered.

 

 

"Who are you", Kagome said irritated.

 

 

"I am Kuronue", the bat said.

 

 

"Now we are getting somewhere and who is he", Kagome said pointing at the fox.

 

 

"I am Yoko Kurama", the fox said.

 

 

"Now that you learned what you wanted tell us what happened to make you run off of a cliff blindlessly", Kuronue said.

 

 

"Yes miko what happened did that fool Inuyasha break your weak human heart", Sesshomaru said.

 

 

"I didn't see the cliff", Kagome responded as she remembered about Inuyasha deceiving her and tears started to form in her eyes.

 

 

"What pains you so much", Yoko Kurama asked curiously.

 

 

"I can't return to my family and I have been deceived", Kagome said as a silent tear ran down her cheek.

 

 

"You speak as if you time travel then again the space time around isn't the same as ours", Kuronue said.

 

 

"It is true I am from five hundred years into the futher from the human world", Kagome said.

 

 

"How was it that you were able to get here", Yoko Kurama asked curiously.

 

 

"The Shikon No Tama I was collecting the jewel shards as the duty of me being a miko and that was how I was traveling but Inuyasha stole it and used it to bring Kikyo back to life so I am forever separated from my family and time", Kagome explained as silent tears ran down her face.

 

 

"Inuyasha you say I have encountered him on more than one occasion he is not one to trust", Yoko Kurama said.

 

 

"Sesshomaru thank you for saving me", Kagome said.

 

 

"Don't confuse the matter the only reason why I did it is because I could use your assistance miko. The bathing room is to the right and there are plenty of clothes in the closet I will be back in thirty minutes to check on you", With that Sesshomaru, Kuronue, and Yoko Kurama left.

 

 

"He could use my assistance", Kagome muttered under her breathe, "I guess I will do him this one favor for saving me." At that Kagome got up and went to the closet and opened it. She gasped at all the beautiful kimonos that was there and all of them were her size. All of them were sleveless and cut before the knees. The one that really caught her eye was a black one with a big red rose on the back and the tie around the waist was red matching the rose. Under all of the kimonos was sandals all different colors. Kagome got out the black kimono with the rose and a pair of black sandals and sat them on the bed. She then went into the bathing room and saw a big hot bath like an indoor hotspring.

 

 

Kagome immediately dropped her school uniform and sunk into the water. It was a while since she had a hot bath. Her tense muscles then relaxed a little as the water lapped at her skin. She stayed in for twenty more minutes then got out. She went over to a cabinet in the room and got a towel wrapping herself in it. She then went back in the room Sesshomaru put her in and dressed. She then went over to the dresser and brushed her hair in the mirror. Afterward she sat on the bed and waited for the dog lord to return. Sesshomaru then entered the room a few minutes after.

 

 

"Are you ready", Sesshomaru stated looking at Kagome. Kagome saw the slight glint in his emotionless eyes that was with a little admiration.

 

 

"Yeah if you don't mind me asking what do you need me for", Kagome said confused.

 

 

"I need you to break a barrier for me you can break it with on of your arrows", Sesshomaru stated.

 

 

"But I don't have any arrows", Kagome said.

 

 

"Look behind you", Sesshomaru said as Kagome obeyed seeing her bow and arrows against the wall.

 

 

"Okay", Kagome said as she got the arrows and headed toward Sesshomaru. They then walked into the hallway to find Yoko and Kuronue standing there waiting.

 

 

"You ready", Kuronue questioned.

 

 

"Yeah", Kagome responded.

 

 

"Lets go", Sesshomaru said heading down the hall.
