Hiei finally opened his eyes in a bright white room.He tried to remember where he was and he suddenly felt sad again. He remebered now, Kagome had trapped him in a tree with an arrow. He checked his chest to see if it left a mark. I guess the arrow just disintegrated after 50 years.He thought. He rememebered Yukina and Kurama together he was alone again. There was no use in trying to look for them now. Their probably dead and probably living happily with their son or daughter. (He never knew what gender their baby was) He didn't want to intrude in their lives. Now he didn't know what to do. WHAT NOW?

He turned his head to realize a strange brown-haired woman was sleeping right next is bed. He stared at her an thought,"who the hell is she?where the hell did she come from?Has she been watching over me all this time?"

Before he could think anymore,he felt sleep coming again. He wasn't that ready to get up yet. So he went back to sleep.

At about 10:00 p.m. Serenity woke up from her nap. She was surprised that she fell asleep and for so LONG!

She decided to head home. She kissed Hiei gently on the lips and left. Her apartment was only 6 blocks away so she walked home.

It was night and surprisingly quiet. It gave her an eerie feeling so she walked faster. From behind her,she could hear footsteps following her. She walked faster and didn't want to look back afraid at what she might see. Suddenly she felt two strong arms wrung around her waist and it pulled her back. Serenity tried to scream but she felt a strong hand cover her mouth and made her stifle her scream. She threw hands up in the air wildly and kicked her feet trying to shove off the stranger but it wouldn't work. She closed her eyes and thought OH NO! Suddenly she heard a voice nearby.

"It's best you let her go, if you know what's good for you."

She opened her eyes to realize her dreams and fantasies had come true. For here was the man she had been waiting for. Finally awake and standing in front of her. No words could describe her emotions at that time. All that could explain it was extreme joy. Happiness was finally here,as she began to cry. She had been waiting for this moment....for months. Then she fainted and the stranger holding on to her suddenly almost collapsed with her from so much body weight. He slammed her down on the ground,looked up threatingly and got ready to fight Hiei.
